< Nehemiah 5 >
1 And the cry of the people and their wives [was] great against their brethren the Jews.
U qaƣda halayiⱪ wǝ ularning hotunliri ɵz ⱪerindaxliri bolƣan Yǝⱨudalar üstidin xikayǝt ⱪilip ⱪattiⱪ dad-pǝryad kɵtürüxti.
2 And some said, We [are] numerous with our sons and our daughters; so we will take corn, and eat, and live.
Bǝzilǝr: — Biz wǝ oƣul-ⱪizlirimizning jan sanimiz kɵp, kün kǝqüriximiz üqün toyƣudǝk axliⱪ almisaⱪ bolmaydu, deyixti.
3 And some said, [As to] our fields and vineyards and houses, let us pledge [them], and we will take corn, and eat.
Yǝnǝ bǝzilǝr: — Biz aqarqiliⱪta ⱪalƣan waⱪtimizda axliⱪ elip yǝymiz dǝp etizlirimiz, üzümzarliⱪlirimizni wǝ ɵylirimizni rǝnigǝ berixkǝ mǝjbur bolduⱪ, deyixti.
4 And some said, We have borrowed money for the king's tributes: —our fields, and our vineyards, and houses [are pledged].
Wǝ yǝnǝ bǝzilǝr: — Padixaⱨning etizlirimiz wǝ üzümzarliⱪlirimiz üstigǝ salƣan baj-seliⱪni tapxuruxⱪa pul ⱪǝrz alduⱪ.
5 And now our flesh [is] as the flesh of our brethren, our children [are] as their children: yet, behold, we are reducing our sons and our daughters to slavery, and some of our daughters are enslaved: and there is no power of our hands, for our fields and our vineyards [belong] to the nobles.
Gǝrqǝ bǝdǝnlirimiz ⱪerindaxlirimizning bǝdǝnlirigǝ, pǝrzǝntlirimiz ularning pǝrzǝntlirigǝ ohxax bolsimu, lekin oƣul-ⱪizlirimizni ⱪul-dedǝk boluxⱪa tapxurmay amalimiz bolmidi; ǝmǝliyǝttǝ ⱪizlirimizdin bǝziliri alliⱪaqan dedǝk bolupmu kǝtti; ularni bǝdǝl tɵlǝp ⱨɵrlükkǝ qiⱪirixⱪa ⱪurbimiz yǝtmidi, qünki bizning etizlar wǝ üzümzarliⱪlirimiz ⱨazir baxⱪilarning ⱪolididur, — deyixti.
6 And I was much grieved as I heard their cry and these words.
Mǝn ularning dad-pǝryadlirini wǝ eytⱪan bu gǝplirini angliƣandin keyin ⱪattiⱪ ƣǝzǝplǝndim.
7 And my heart took counsel within me, and I contended against the nobles, and the princes, and I said to them, Should every man demand of his brother what you demand? And I appointed against them a great assembly,
Kɵnglümdǝ birǝr ⱪur oyliniwalƣandin keyin, mɵtiwǝrlǝr bilǝn ǝmǝldarlarni ǝyiblǝp: — Silǝr ɵz ⱪerindaxliringlarƣa ⱪǝrz berip ulardin ɵsüm alidikǝnsilǝr-ⱨǝ! — dǝp tǝnbiⱨ bǝrdim. Andin ularning sǝwǝbidin qong bir yiƣin eqip
8 and I said to them, We of our free-will have redeemed our brethren the Jews that were sold to the Gentiles; and do you sell your brethren? and shall they be delivered to us? And they were silent, and found no answer.
ularni: — Biz küqimizning yetixiqǝ yat taipilǝrgǝ setiwetilgǝn ⱪerindiximiz Yǝⱨudalarni ⱪayturup setiwalduⱪ, lekin silǝr bizni ularni ⱪayturup setiwalsun dǝp ⱪerindaxliringlarni yǝnǝ setiwǝtmǝkqi boluwatamsilǝr? — dǝp ǝyibliwidim, ular dǝydiƣan gǝp tapalmay, xük turup ⱪaldi.
9 And I said, The thing which you do [is] not good; you will not so walk in the fear of our God because of the reproach of the Gentiles our enemies.
Andin mǝn ularƣa yǝnǝ: — Silǝrning bu ⱪilƣininglar ⱪamlaxmaptu. Silǝr düxmǝnlirimiz bolƣan taipilǝr aldida bizni aⱨanǝtkǝ ⱪaldurmay, Hudayimizning ⱪorⱪunqida mangsanglar bolmasmidi?
10 Both my brethren, and my acquaintances, and I, have lent them money and corn: let us now leave off this exaction.
Mǝnmu, ⱪerindaxlirim wǝ hizmǝtkarlirim ularƣa pul wǝ axliⱪ ɵtnǝ berip turup ɵsüm alsaⱪ alattuⱪ! Silǝrdin ɵtünimǝn, mundaⱪ ɵsüm elixtin waz keqǝyli!
11 Restore to them, I pray, as at this day, their fields, and their vineyards, and their olive yards, and their houses, and bring forth to them corn and wine and oil of the money.
Ɵtünüp ⱪalay, silǝr dǝl bügün ularning etizlirini, üzümzarliⱪ, zǝytunzarliⱪ wǝ ɵylirini ⱪayturup beringlar, wǝ xuningdǝk silǝr ulardin ündürüwalƣan pul, axliⱪ, yengi mǝy-xarab wǝ yengi zǝytun maylirining ɵsümini ularƣa ⱪayturup beringlar, dedim.
12 And they said, We will restore, and we will not exact of them; we will do thus as you say. Then I called the priests, and bound them by oath to do according to this word.
Ular: — Ⱪayturup berimiz, ǝmdi ulardin ⱨeq ɵsüm almaymiz; sili nemǝ desilǝ, biz xundaⱪ ⱪilimiz, deyixti. Mǝn kaⱨinlarni qaⱪirtip kelip, ularni bu wǝdǝ boyiqǝ xundaⱪ ijra ⱪilixⱪa ⱪǝsǝm iqküzdüm.
13 And I shook out my garment, and said, So may God shake out every man who shall not keep to this word, from his house, and from his labors, he shall be even thus shaken out, as an outcast and empty. And all the congregation said, Amen, and they praised the Lord: and the people did this thing.
Mǝn tonumning pexini ⱪeⱪip turup: — Kim muxu wǝdini ada ⱪilmisa, Huda xu yol bilǝn uning ɵzini ɵz ɵyidin wǝ mal-mülkidin mǝⱨrum ⱪilip ⱪeⱪiwǝtsun! Xu yol bilǝn uning ⱨǝmmǝ nemisi ⱪuruⱪdilip ⱪalƣuqǝ ⱪeⱪiwetilsun! — dedim. Pütkül jamaǝt birdǝk: «Amin!» deyixti ⱨǝm Pǝrwǝrdigarƣa Ⱨǝmdusana oⱪuxti. Andin kɵpqilik xu wǝdisi boyiqǝ deginidǝk ⱪilixti.
14 From the day that he charged me to be their ruler in the land of Juda, from the twentieth year even to the thirty-second year of Arthasastha, twelve years, I and my brethren ate not [provision] extorted from them.
Xuningdǝk, Yǝⱨudiyǝ zeminida ularƣa waliy boluxⱪa tiklǝngǝn kündin buyan, yǝni padixaⱨ Artahxaxtaning yigirminqi yilidin ottuz ikkinqi yiliƣiqǝ bolƣan on ikki yil iqidǝ nǝ mǝn, nǝ mening uruⱪ-tuƣⱪanlirim waliyliⱪ nenini ⱨeq yemiduⱪ.
15 But as for the former acts of extortion wherein [those who were] before me oppressed them, they even took of them their last money, forty didrachmas for bread and wine; and the [very] outcasts of them exercised authority over the people: but I did not so, because of the fear of God.
Mǝndin ilgiri waliy bolƣanlar hǝlⱪⱪǝ eƣirqilik selip, ulardin [kündilik] axliⱪ, mǝy-xarab wǝ xuningdǝk ⱪiriⱪ xǝkǝl kümüx elip kǝlgǝnikǝn; ⱨǝtta ularning hizmǝtkarlirimu hǝlⱪning üstidin ⱨoⱪuⱪwazliⱪ ⱪilip kǝlgǝnikǝn. Lekin mǝn Hudadin ⱪorⱪidiƣinim üqün undaⱪ ⱪilmidim.
16 Also in the work of the wall I treated them not with rigor, I bought not land: and all that were gathered together [came] there to the work.
Mǝn dǝrwǝⱪǝ sepilning ⱪuruluxiƣila berilgǝqkǝ, biz ⱨǝtta birǝr etiznimu setiwalmiduⱪ; mening barliⱪ hizmǝtkarlirimmu ⱪuruluxta ixlǝxkǝ xu yǝrgǝ yiƣilatti.
17 And the Jews, to [the number of] a hundred and fifty men, besides those coming to us from the nations round about, [were] at my table.
Ətrapimizdiki yat ǝllǝrdin bizning yenimizƣa kǝlgǝnlǝrdin bɵlǝk, mening bilǝn bir dastihanda ƣiza yǝydiƣanlar Yǝⱨudiylar wǝ ǝmǝldarlardin bir yüz ǝllik kixi idi.
18 And there came [to me] for one day one calf, and I had six choice sheep and a goat; and every ten days wine in abundance of all sorts: yet with these I required not the bread of extortion, because the bondage was heavy upon this people.
Ⱨǝrküni bir kala, hillanƣan altǝ ⱪoy tǝyyarlinatti, yǝnǝ manga bǝzi uqar ⱪuxlar tǝyyarlinatti; ⱨǝr on kündǝ bir ⱪetim ⱨǝrhil mol mǝy-xarab bilǝn tǝminlinǝtti. Xundaⱪ bolsimu mǝn yǝnila «waliy neni»ni tǝlǝp ⱪilmidim; qünki ⱪurulux Ixi hǝlⱪning üstidiki eƣir yük idi.
19 Remember me, O God, for good, [in] all that I have done to this people.
— Aⱨ Hudayim, mǝn muxu hǝlⱪ üqün ⱪilƣan barliⱪ iximni yad ǝtkǝysǝn, manga xapaǝt kɵrsǝtkǝysǝn!
