Judges 5
1 And Debbora and Barac son of Abineem sang in that day, saying,
౧ఆ రోజు దెబోరా, అబీనోయము కొడుకు బారాకు, ఈ కీర్తన పాడారు,
2 A revelation was made in Israel when the people were made willing: Praise you the Lord.
౨ఇశ్రాయేలులో నాయకులు నాయకత్వం వహించినపుడు ప్రజలు సంతోషంగా, స్వచ్ఛందంగా యుద్ధంలో పాల్గొన్నారు. మేము యెహోవాను స్తుతిస్తాం!
3 Hear, you kings, and listen, rulers: I will sing, it is I [who will sing] to the Lord, it is I, I will sing a psalm to the Lord the god of Israel.
౩రాజులారా వినండి! అధికారులారా ఆలకించండి! నేను యెహోవాకు కీర్తన పాడుతాను. ఇశ్రాయేలు దేవుడైన యెహోవాకు నేను స్తుతుల కీర్తన పాడుతాను.
4 O Lord, in your going forth on Seir, when you went forth out of the land of Edom, the earth quaked and the heaven dropped dews, and the clouds dropped water.
౪యెహోవా, నువ్వు శేయీరు నుంచి బయలుదేరినప్పుడు, ఎదోము పొలం నుంచి యుద్ధానికి బయలుదేరినప్పుడు, భూమి కంపించింది. ఆకాశం వణికింది. మేఘాలు నీళ్ళు కుమ్మరించాయి.
5 The mountains were shaken before the face of the Lord Eloi, this Sina before the face of the Lord God of Israel.
౫యెహోవా సముఖంలో కొండలు కంపించాయి. ఇశ్రాయేలీయుల దేవుడైన యెహోవా సముఖంలో సీనాయి కొండ కూడా కంపించింది.
6 In the days of Samegar son of Anath, in the days of Jael, they deserted the ways, and went in by-ways; they went in crooked paths.
౬అనాతు కొడుకు షమ్గరు దినాల్లో యాయేలు దినాల్లో రాజమార్గాలు ఎడారులుగా మారాయి. ప్రయాణికులు ఎవరూ నడవని పక్క త్రోవల్లోనే నడిచారు.
7 The mighty men in Israel failed, they failed until Debbora arose, until she arose a mother in Israel.
౭దెబోరా అనే నేను రాకముందు, ఇశ్రాయేలీయుల్లో పనివాళ్ళు లేకుండా పోయారు. ఒక తల్లి ఇశ్రాయేలీయులకు నాయకత్వం వహించ వలసి వచ్చింది!
8 They chose new gods; then the cities of rulers fought; there was not a shield or spear seen among forty thousand in Israel.
౮ఇశ్రాయేలీయులు కొత్త దేవుళ్ళను ఎంపిక చేసుకున్నారు. యుద్ధం వాళ్ళ ముఖ ద్వారాల దగ్గరికి వచ్చింది. ఇశ్రాయేలీయుల్లో నలభై వేలమందిలో ఒక్కడికైనా ఒక డాలే గానీ ఒక ఈటె గానీ కనిపించలేదు.
9 My heart [inclines] to the orders given in Israel; you that are willing among the people, bless the Lord.
౯ఇశ్రాయేలీయుల అధిపతులు సంతోషంగా తమకైతాముగా యుద్ధానికి సిద్ధపడ్డారు. వారిని బట్టి యెహోవాను స్తుతించండి!
10 You that mount a she-ass at noon-day, you that sit on the judgment-seat, and walk by the roads of them that sit in judgment by the way; declare
౧౦తెల్ల గాడిదల మీద స్వారీ చేసేవారూ, తివాచీల మీద కూర్చునేవారూ, త్రోవల్లో నడిచేవారూ, ఇది వినండి!
11 [you that are delivered] from the noise of disturbers among the drawers of water; there shall they relate righteous acts: O Lord, increase righteous acts in Israel: then the people of the Lord went down to the cities.
౧౧పశువులు నీళ్ళు తాగే చోట విల్లుకాండ్రు చేసే స్వరాలు వినండి. యెహోవా నీతిక్రియల గురించి వాళ్ళు చెబుతున్నారు. ఇశ్రాయేలీయుల యుద్ధశూరులకు తమ శత్రువుల మీద ఆయన జయం ఇచ్చాడని వాళ్ళు చెబుతున్నారు. “యెహోవా ప్రజలు పట్టణ ద్వారాల దగ్గరికి కవాతుగా వెళ్ళారు.
12 Awake, awake, Debbora; awake, awake, utter a song: arise, Barac, and lead your captivity captive, son of Abineem.
౧౨మేలుకో, మేలుకో దెబోరా, మేలుకో, మేలుకో, కీర్తన పాడు! బారాకూ వెళ్ళు, అబీనోయము కుమారా, వెళ్ళు. నీ శత్రువులను బంధించు.
13 Then went down the remnant to the strong, the people of the Lord went down for him among the mighty ones from me.
౧౩ప్రాణాలతో ఉన్న కొందరు ఇశ్రాయేలు ప్రజలు తాబోరు కొండ దిగి ప్రముఖుల దగ్గరికి వచ్చారు. యెహోవా ప్రజలు యుద్ధ శూరులతో ఉన్న నా దగ్గరికి వచ్చారు.
14 Ephraim rooted them out in Amalec, behind you was Benjamin among your people: the inhabitants of Machir came down with me searching out the enemy, and from Zabulon came they that draw with the scribe's pen of record.
౧౪కొందరు ఎఫ్రాయీము నుంచి వచ్చినవాళ్ళు. వాళ్ళు ఒకప్పుడు అమాలేకీయుల దేశ నివాసులు. బెన్యామీనీయుల ప్రజలు నీ వెంటే వచ్చారు. మాకీరు నుంచి న్యాయాధిపతులు, జెబూలూనీయుల నుంచి నాయకదండం మోసేవాళ్ళూ వచ్చారు.
15 And princess in Issachar were with Debbora and Barac, thus she sent Barac on his feet in the valleys into the portions of Ruben; great [pangs] reached to the heart.
౧౫ఇశ్శాఖారులోని అధిపతులు దెబోరాతో కలిసి వచ్చారు. ఇశ్శాఖారీయులు బారాకుతో కలిసి అతివేగంగా లోయలోకి చొరబడ్డారు. రూబేనీయుల తెగలవారికి గొప్ప హృదయాన్వేషణలు కలిగాయి.
16 Why did they sit between the sheepfolds to hear the bleating of flocks for the divisions of Ruben? [there were] great searchings of heart.
౧౬గొర్రెల మందల కోసం కాపరులు వాయించే ఈలలు వినడానికి నీ గొర్రెల దొడ్ల మధ్య నువ్వెందుకు ఉన్నావు? రూబేనీయుల తెగల వారికి గొప్ప హృదయాన్వేషణలు కలిగాయి.
17 Galaad [is] on the other side of Jordan where he pitched his tents; and why does Dan remain in ships? Aser sat down on the sea-coasts, and he will tabernacle at his ports.
౧౭గిలాదువారు యొర్దాను అవతల ప్రాంతాల్లో నివాసం ఉన్నారు. దానీయులు ఓడల్లో ఎందుకు తిరుగుతున్నారు? ఆషేరీయులు సముద్రతీరాన తమ ఓడరేవుల్లో ఎందుకు ఉన్నారు?
18 The people Zabulon exposed their soul to death, and Nephthali came to the high places of their land.
౧౮జెబూలూనీయులకు మరణభయం లేదు. వారు ప్రాణాలు సైతం లెక్కచెయ్యని ప్రజలు. నఫ్తాలీయులు కూడా యుద్ధభూమిలో ప్రాణాలు లెక్క చెయ్యలేదు.
19 Kings set themselves in array, then the kings of Chanaan fought in Thanaach at the water of Mageddo; they took no gift of money.
౧౯రాజులు వచ్చి యుద్ధం చేశారు. మెగిద్దో జలాల దగ్గర ఉన్న తానాకులో కనాను రాజులు యుద్ధం చేశారు.
20 The stars from heaven set themselves in array, they set themselves [to fight] with Sisara out of their paths.
౨౦కాని వాళ్ళు ఆ యుద్ధం నుంచి వెండిని కొల్లసొమ్ముగా తీసుకువెళ్ళలేదు. నక్షత్రాలు ఆకాశం నుంచి యుద్ధం చేశాయి. నక్షత్రాలు తమ ఆకాశమార్గాల్లో నుంచి సీసెరాతో యుద్ధం చేశాయి.
21 The brook of Kison swept them away, the ancient brook, the brook Kison: my mighty soul will trample him down.
౨౧కీషోను వాగులో, పురాతన వాగైన కీషోనులో వాళ్ళు కొట్టుకుపోయారు. నా ప్రాణమా, నువ్వు బలం తెచ్చుకుని సాగిపో!
22 When the hoofs of the horse were entangled, his mighty ones earnestly hasted
౨౨గుర్రాల డెక్కల శబ్దాలతో నేల దద్దరిల్లింది. యుద్ధశూరుల గుర్రాలు కదం తొక్కాయి.
23 to curse Meroz: Curse you [it], said the angel of the Lord; cursed [is] every one that dwells in it, because they came not to the help of the Lord, to his help among the mighty.
౨౩యెహోవా దూత ఇలా అన్నాడు ‘మేరోజును శపించండి.’ ‘దాని నివాసులను తప్పనిసరిగా శపించండి. యెహోవాకు సహాయంగా వాళ్ళు రాలేదు. బలిష్ఠులైన యుద్ధశూరులతో చేసిన యుద్ధంలో యెహోవాకు సహాయంగా వాళ్ళు రాలేదు.’
24 Blessed among women be Jael wife of Chaber the Kenite; let her be blessed above women in tents.
౨౪కయీనీయుడైన హెబెరు భార్య యాయేలు గుడారాల్లో నివసించే స్త్రీలందరికన్నా ఎక్కువ దీవెన పొందింది.
25 He asked for water, she gave him milk in a dish; she brought butter of princes.
౨౫అతడు దాహానికి నీళ్ళు అడిగాడు. ఆమె పాలు తెచ్చి ఇచ్చింది. సైన్యాధిపతులకు తగిన పాత్రతో వెన్న తెచ్చి ఇచ్చింది. ఆమె తన చేతితో గుడారపు మేకు పట్టుకుంది.
26 She stretched forth her left hand to the nail, and her right to the hand workman's hammer, and she struck Sisara with it, she nailed through his head and struck him; she nailed through his temples.
౨౬పనివాని సుత్తెను కుడిచేత్తో పట్టుకుని సీసెరాను కొట్టింది. ఆమె అతని తల పగలగొట్టింది. ఆమె అతని తల ప్రక్కన సుత్తెతో కొడితే అతని తల బద్దలైంది.
27 He rolled down between her feet; he fell and lay between her feet; he bowed and fell: where he bowed, there he fell dead.
౨౭అతడు ఆమె కాళ్ల దగ్గర కూలిపడి ఉన్నాడు. ఆమె కాళ్ల మధ్య చలనం లేకుండా పడి ఉన్నాడు. అతడు క్రుంగి పడి ఉన్న చోటే దారుణంగా చచ్చాడు.
28 The mother of Sisara looked down through the window out of the loophole, [saying], Why was his chariot ashamed? why did the wheels of his chariots wait?
౨౮సీసెరా తల్లి కిటికీలోనుంచి చూస్తూ ఉంది. అల్లిక కిటికీలోనుంచి చూస్తూ ఆందోళనగా కేక పెడుతోంది అతని రథం తిరిగి రావడానికి ఇంత సమయం పడుతోందేమిటి? అతని రథాన్ని లాగే గుర్రాల డెక్కల శబ్ధాలు ఎందుకు ఆలస్యం అవుతున్నాయి?
29 Her wise ladies answered her, and she returned answers to herself, [saying],
౨౯ఆమె దగ్గర ఉన్న జ్ఞానం కలిగిన రాకుమార్తెలు జవాబిచ్చారు. ఆమె తనకు తాను మళ్ళీ అదే జవాబు చెప్పుకుంది.
30 Will they not find him dividing the spoil? he will surely be gracious to every man: [there are] spoils of dyed garments for Sisara, spoils of various dyed garments, dyed embroidered garments, they [are] the spoils for his neck.
౩౦‘కొల్లసొమ్ము వాళ్ళకు దొరకలేదా? దాన్ని వాళ్ళు పంచుకోలేదా? యోధులందరూ ఒకరు, లేక ఇద్దరు స్త్రీలను తీసుకోలేదా? సీసెరాకు రంగులు అద్దిన వస్త్రం దోపుడు సొమ్ముగా దొరకుతుంది. రంగులు దిద్ది బుటా పని చేసిన వస్త్రం దోపుడు సొమ్ముగా దొరుకుతుంది. రెండు వైపులా రంగులు అద్ది, బుటాదారీ పనిచేసిన వస్త్రం దోచుకొన్నవాళ్ళ మెడలకు తగినది వాళ్లకు దొరుకుతుంది.’
31 Thus let all your enemies perish, O Lord: and they that love him shall be as the going forth of the sun in his strength. And the land had rest forty years.
౩౧యెహోవా, నీ శత్రువులందరూ అలాగే నశించాలి. ఆయన్ని ప్రేమించేవాళ్ళు బలిష్టమైన ఉదయించే సూర్యుడిలా ఉంటారు అని పాడారు.” ఆ తరువాత దేశం నలభై సంవత్సరాలు ప్రశాంతంగా ఉంది.
