Job 40
1 And the Lord God answered Job, and said,
ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರು ಯೋಬನಿಗೆ ಮತ್ತೆ ಇಂತೆಂದರು:
2 Will [any one] pervert judgment with the Mighty One? and he that reproves God, let him return it for answer.
“ಸರ್ವಶಕ್ತರಾದ ದೇವರೊಂದಿಗೇ ತಪ್ಪು ಕಂಡುಹಿಡಿಯುವ ನೀನು, ದೇವರಿಗೇ ಪಾಠ ಕಲಿಸಿಕೊಡುವೆಯಾ? ದೇವರ ಮೇಲೆಯೇ ಆರೋಪಿಸುವ ನೀನು ಈಗ ಉತ್ತರಕೊಡು!”
3 And Job answered and said to the Lord,
ಆಗ ಯೋಬನು ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರಿಗೆ ಉತ್ತರವಾಗಿ,
4 Why do I yet plead? being rebuked even while reproving the Lord: hearing such things, whereas I am nothing: and what shall I answer to these [arguments]? I will lay my hand upon my mouth.
“ಅಯ್ಯೋ, ನಾನು ಅಯೋಗ್ಯ, ತಮಗೆ ಏನು ಉತ್ತರಕೊಡಲಿ? ಬಾಯಿಯ ಮೇಲೆ ಕೈಯಿಟ್ಟುಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತೇನೆ.
5 I have spoken once; but I will not do so a second time.
ಒಂದು ಸಾರಿ ಮಾತಾಡಿದೆ, ಈಗ ನನಗೆ ಕೊಡುವುದಕ್ಕೆ ಉತ್ತರ ಇಲ್ಲ; ಮತ್ತೆ ಮಾತಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದೇನೆ, ಆದರೆ ಮಾತಾಡಲು ನನಗೆ ಇನ್ನೇನೂ ಇಲ್ಲ,” ಎಂದನು.
6 And the Lord yet again answered and spoke to Job out of the cloud, [saying],
ಆಗ ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರು ಬಿರುಗಾಳಿಯೊಳಗಿಂದ ಯೋಬನಿಗೆ ಉತ್ತರಕೊಟ್ಟು ಹೇಳಿದ್ದೇನೆಂದರೆ:
7 Nay, gird up now your loins like a man; and I will ask you, and do you answer me.
“ಈಗ ಶೂರನಂತೆ ನಿನ್ನ ನಡು ಕಟ್ಟಿಕೋ; ನಾನು ನಿನಗೆ ಪ್ರಶ್ನೆಮಾಡುತ್ತೇನೆ; ನೀನು ನನಗೆ ಉತ್ತರಕೊಡು.
8 Do not set aside my judgment: and do you think that I have dealt with you in any other way, than that you might appear to be righteous?
“ನನ್ನ ನ್ಯಾಯವನ್ನು ನೀನು ಅಪಕೀರ್ತಿ ಮಾಡುತ್ತೀಯೋ? ನೀನು ನಿನ್ನ ನ್ಯಾಯವನ್ನು ಸ್ಥಾಪಿಸಲು ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಅಪರಾಧಿ ಎಂದು ನಿರ್ಣಯಿಸುತ್ತೀಯೋ?
9 Hast you an arm like the Lord's? or do you thunder with a voice like his?
ದೇವರಾದ ನನಗಿರುವ ಭುಜಬಲ ನಿನಗಿದೆಯೋ? ನನ್ನ ಧ್ವನಿಯ ಹಾಗೆ ನೀನು ಗುಡುಗಬಲ್ಲೆಯೋ?
10 Assume now a lofty bearing and power; and clothe yourself with glory and honor.
ಹಾಗಾದರೆ, ಮಹಿಮೆ ಘನತೆಗಳಿಂದ ನಿನ್ನನ್ನು ಅಲಂಕರಿಸಿಕೋ; ನೀನು ಗೌರವ ಪ್ರಭಾವಗಳನ್ನೂ ಧರಿಸಿಕೋ.
11 And send forth messengers with wrath; and lay low every haughty one.
ನಿನ್ನ ಕಡುಕೋಪವನ್ನು ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಗರ್ವಿಷ್ಠರ ಮೇಲೆ ಸುರಿಸಿ, ಅವರನ್ನು ತಗ್ಗಿಸು.
12 Bring down also the proud man; and consume at once the ungodly.
ಹೌದು, ಗರ್ವಿಷ್ಠರನ್ನೆಲ್ಲಾ ನೋಡಿ ತಗ್ಗಿಸಿಬಿಡು; ದುಷ್ಟರನ್ನು ಅವರು ನಿಂತಿರುವ ಸ್ಥಳದಲ್ಲಿಯೇ ಕೆಡವಿಬಿಡು.
13 And hide them together in the earth; and fill their faces with shame.
ಅವರೆಲ್ಲರನ್ನು ಒಟ್ಟಾಗಿ ಧೂಳಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಅಡಗಿಸಿಬಿಡು; ಅಂಧಕಾರ ಲೋಕದಲ್ಲಿ ಅವರ ಮುಖಕ್ಕೆ ಮುಸುಕುಹಾಕು.
14 [Then] will I confess that your right hand can save [you].
ನೀನು ಹಾಗೆ ಮಾಡಿದರೆ, ನಿನ್ನ ಬಲ ನಿನ್ನನ್ನು ರಕ್ಷಿಸಬಲ್ಲದೆಂದು ನಾನೇ ಒಪ್ಪಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವೆನು.
15 But now look at the wild beasts with you; they eat grass like oxen.
“ನಾನು ನಿನ್ನ ಹಾಗೆ ಸೃಷ್ಟಿಮಾಡಿದ ನೀರಾನೆಯನ್ನು ನೋಡು; ಅದು ಎತ್ತಿನ ಹಾಗೆ ಹುಲ್ಲನ್ನು ತಿನ್ನುತ್ತದೆ.
16 Behold now, his strength is in his loins, and his force is in the navel of his belly.
ಅದರ ಸೊಂಟದಲ್ಲಿ ಎಂಥಾ ಬಲ ಅಡಕವಾಗಿದೆ. ಅದರ ಹೊಟ್ಟೆಯ ನರಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಸಹ ಎಂಥಾ ಶಕ್ತಿಯಿದೆ!
17 He sets up his tail like a cypress; and his nerves are wrapped together.
ನೀರಾನೆಯು ತನ್ನ ಬಾಲವನ್ನು ದೇವದಾರು ಮರದಂತೆ ಬಗ್ಗಿಸುತ್ತದೆ; ಅದರ ತೊಡೆಯ ನರಗಳೋ ಹೆಣೆದುಕೊಂಡಿವೆ.
18 His sides are sides of brass; and his backbone is [as] cast iron.
ಅದರ ಮೂಳೆಗಳು ಕಂಚಿನ ಸಲಿಕೆಗಳಂತೆ ಬಲವಾಗಿವೆ; ಅದರ ಕೈಕಾಲುಗಳು ಕಬ್ಬಿಣದ ಕಂಬಿಗಳ ಹಾಗೆ ಇರುತ್ತವೆ.
19 This is the chief of the creation of the Lord; made to be played with by his angels.
ದೇವರ ಸೃಷ್ಟಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಅದು ಮುಖ್ಯವಾದದ್ದು; ಸೃಷ್ಟಿಕರ್ತ ದೇವರು ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಕೋರೆಹಲ್ಲಿನ ಖಡ್ಗವನ್ನು ಒದಗಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
20 And when he has gone up to a steep mountain, he causes joy to the quadrupeds in the deep.
ಪರ್ವತಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಮೇವು ಸಿಗುತ್ತದೆ; ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಕಾಡುಮೃಗಗಳು ಅಲ್ಲಿ ಆಡುತ್ತವೆ.
21 He lies under trees of every kind, by the papyrus, and reed, and bulrush.
ನೀರಾನೆಯು ತಾವರೆ ಗಿಡಗಳಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಆಪಿನ ಮರೆಯಲ್ಲಿಯೂ, ಜವುಗು ಭೂಮಿಯಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ವಿಶ್ರಮಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತದೆ.
22 And the great trees make a shadow over him with their branches, and [so do] the bushes of the field.
ತಾವರೆ ಎಲೆಗಳು ನೆರಳನ್ನು ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಹರಡುತ್ತವೆ; ನದಿಯ ನೀರವಂಜಿ ಮರಗಳು ಅದನ್ನು ಸುತ್ತಿಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತವೆ.
23 If there should be a flood, he will not perceive it; he trust that Jordan will rush up into his mouth.
ಹೊಳೆ ಉಕ್ಕಿ ಬಂದರೂ ನೀರಾನೆಯು ಹೆದರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ಯೊರ್ದನ್ ನದಿ ಅದರ ಬಾಯೊಳಗೆ ನುಗ್ಗಿದರೂ ಧೈರ್ಯದಿಂದಿರುವುದು.
24 [Yet one] shall take him in his sight; [one] shall catch [him] with a cord, and pierce his nose.
ಅದು ನೋಡುತ್ತಿರುವಾಗ ಯಾರಾದರೂ ಅದನ್ನು ಹಿಡಿಯಬಲ್ಲರೋ? ಅದರ ಮೂಗನ್ನು ಗಾಳದಿಂದ ಚುಚ್ಚಬಲ್ಲರೋ?
