Job 27
1 And Job further continued and said in his parable,
౧యోబు మాట్లాడడం మొదలు పెట్టి ఇలా అన్నాడు.
2 [As] God lives, who has thus judge me; and the Almighty, who has embittered my soul;
౨నా న్యాయాన్ని తీసివేసిన దేవుని జీవం తోడు. నా ప్రాణాన్ని వ్యాకుల పరచిన సర్వశక్తుని తోడు.
3 verily, while my breath is yet in [me], and the breath of God which remains to me is in my nostrils,
౩నా ప్రాణం నాలో ఉన్నంత కాలం, దేవుని ఊపిరి నా నాసికా రంధ్రాల్లో ఉన్నంత వరకు,
4 my lips shall not speak evil words, neither shall my soul meditate unrighteous thoughts.
౪నిశ్చయంగా నా పెదవులు అబద్ధం పలకవు. నా నాలుక మోసం ఉచ్ఛరించదు.
5 Far be it from me that I should justify you till I die; for I will not let go my innocence,
౫మీరు చెప్పినది న్యాయమని నేనెంత మాత్రం ఒప్పుకోను. మరణమయ్యే దాకా నేనెంత మాత్రం యథార్థతను వదిలి పెట్టను.
6 but keeping fast to [my] righteousness I will by no means let it go: for I am not conscious to myself of having done any thing amiss.
౬నా నీతిని గట్టిగా పట్టుకుంటాను. నా ప్రవర్తన అంతటి విషయంలో నా హృదయం నన్ను నిందించదు.
7 Nay rather, but let mine enemies be as the overthrow of the ungodly, and they that rise up against me, as the destruction of transgressors.
౭నాకు శత్రువులు దుష్టులుగా కనబడతారు గాక. నన్నెదిరించేవారు నీతి లేని వారుగా కనబడతారు గాక.
8 For what is the hope of the ungodly, that he holds to it? will he indeed trust in the Lord [and] be saved?
౮దేవుడు అతణ్ణి కొట్టివేసేటప్పుడు, వాడి ప్రాణం తీసేసేటప్పుడు భక్తిహీనుడికి ఆధారమేది?
9 Will God hear his prayer? or, when distress has come upon him,
౯వాడికి బాధ కలిగేటప్పుడు దేవుడు వాడి మొర్ర వింటాడా?
10 has he any confidence before him? or will [God] hear him as he calls upon him?
౧౦వాడు సర్వశక్తుడిలో ఆనందిస్తాడా? వాడు అన్ని సమయాల్లో దేవునికి ప్రార్థన చేస్తాడా?
11 Yet now I will tell you what is in the hand of the Lord: I will not lie concerning the things which are with the Almighty.
౧౧దేవుని హస్తాన్ని గూర్చి నేను మీకు ఉపదేశిస్తాను. సర్వశక్తుడు చేసే క్రియలను నేను దాచిపెట్టను.
12 Behold, you all know that you are adding vanity to vanity.
౧౨మీలో ప్రతివాడూ దాన్ని చూశాడు. మీరెందుకు కేవలం వ్యర్థమైన వాటిని తలపోస్తూ ఉంటారు?
13 This is the portion of an ungodly man from the Lord, and the possession of oppressors shall come upon them from the Almighty.
౧౩దేవుని వలన భక్తిహీనులకు దక్కే భాగం ఇదే. బాధించేవారు సర్వశక్తుని వలన పొందే ఆస్తి ఇదే.
14 And if their children be many, they shall be for slaughter: and if they grow up, they shall beg.
౧౪వారి పిల్లలు సంఖ్యలో విస్తరిస్తే అది కత్తివాత కూలడానికే గదా. వారి సంతానానికి చాలినంత ఆహారం దొరకదు.
15 And they that survive of him shall utterly perish, and no one shall pity their widows.
౧౫వారికి మిగిలిన వారు తెగులు మూలంగా చచ్చి సమాధి అవుతారు. వారి వితంతువులు వారి విషయం రోదనం చెయ్యరు.
16 Even if he should gather silver as earth, and prepare gold as clay;
౧౬ధూళి అంత విస్తారంగా వారు వెండిని పోగు చేసినా బంక మట్టి అంత విస్తారంగా వస్త్రాలు సిద్ధం చేసుకున్నా,
17 All these things shall the righteous gain, and the true-hearted shall possess his wealth.
౧౭వారు అలా సిద్ధపరచుకుంటారే గానీ నీతిమంతులు వాటిని కట్టుకుంటారు. నిరపరాధులు ఆ వెండిని పంచుకుంటారు.
18 And his house is gone like moths, and like a spider's web.
౧౮వారు పురుగుల గూళ్లవంటి ఇళ్ళు కట్టుకుంటారు కావలివాడు కట్టుకునే గుడిసె లాంటి ఇళ్ళు వారు కట్టుకుంటారు.
19 The rich man shall lie down, and shall not continue: he has opened his eyes, and he is not.
౧౯అతడు ధనికుడుగా పడుకుంటాడు గానీ అది కొనసాగదు. అతడు కళ్ళు తెరవగానే మొత్తం పోతుంది.
20 Pains have come upon him as water, and darkness has carried him away by night.
౨౦భయాలు జలప్రవాహంలాగా వారిని తరిమి పట్టుకుంటాయి. రాత్రివేళ తుఫాను వారిని ఎత్తుకుపోతుంది.
21 And a burning wind shall catch him, and he shall depart, and it shall utterly drive him out of his place.
౨౧తూర్పు గాలి అతణ్ణి ఎగరగొడుతుంది. వాడు ఇక ఉండడు. అది అతని స్థలంలో నుండి అతణ్ణి ఊడ్చివేస్తుంది.
22 And [God] shall cast [trouble] upon him, and not spare: he would fain flee out of his hand.
౨౨ఆగకుండా తూర్పు గాలి అతని మీద విసిరి కొడుతుంది. వాడు దాని చేతిలోనుండి తప్పించుకోడానికి ప్రయత్నిస్తాడు.
23 He shall cause [men] to clap their hands against them, and shall hiss him out of his place.
౨౩అది వాణ్ణి చూసి హేళనగా చప్పట్లు కొడుతుంది. వాడున్న చోటు నుండి వాణ్ణి ఈసడింపుగా తోలివేస్తుంది.
