Jezekiel 7

1 Moreover the word of the Lord came to me, saying, Also, you, son of man, say,

൧യഹോവയുടെ അരുളപ്പാട് എനിക്കുണ്ടായതെന്തെന്നാൽ:

2 Thus says the Lord; An end is come to the land of Israel, the end is come on the four corners of the land.

൨“മനുഷ്യപുത്രാ, യഹോവയായ കർത്താവ് യിസ്രായേൽദേശത്തോട് ഇപ്രകാരം അരുളിച്ചെയ്യുന്നു: ‘അവസാനം! യിസ്രായേൽ ദേശത്തിന്റെ നാലുഭാഗത്തും അവസാനം വന്നിരിക്കുന്നു.

3 The end is come on you,

൩ഇപ്പോൾ നിനക്ക് അവസാനം വന്നിരിക്കുന്നു; ഞാൻ എന്റെ കോപം നിന്റെമേൽ അയച്ച് നിന്റെ നടപ്പിനു തക്കവണ്ണം നിന്നെ ന്യായംവിധിച്ച് നിന്റെ സകലമ്ലേച്ഛതകൾക്കും നിന്നോട് പകരം ചെയ്യും.

4 the inhabitant of the land: the time is come, the day has drawn near, not with tumult, nor with pangs.

൪എന്റെ കണ്ണ് നിന്നെ ആദരിക്കാതെയും ഞാൻ കരുണ കാണിക്കാതെയും നിന്റെ നടപ്പിനു തക്കവണ്ണം നിന്നോട് പകരം ചെയ്യും; നിന്റെ മ്ലേച്ഛതകൾ നിന്റെ നടുവിൽ വെളിപ്പെട്ടുവരും; ഞാൻ യഹോവ എന്ന് നിങ്ങൾ അറിയും”.

5 Now I will pour out my anger upon you near at hand, and I will accomplish my wrath on you: and I will judge you for your ways, and recompense upon you all your abominations.

൫യഹോവയായ കർത്താവ് ഇപ്രകാരം അരുളിച്ചെയ്യുന്നു: “ഒരു അനർത്ഥം, ഒരു അനർത്ഥം ഇതാ, വരുന്നു!

6 Mine eye shall not spare, nor will I have any mercy: for I will recompense your ways upon you, and your abominations shall be in the midst of you; and you shall know that I am the Lord that strike [you].

൬അവസാനം വന്നിരിക്കുന്നു! അവസാനം വന്നിരിക്കുന്നു! അത് നിന്റെനേരെ ഉണർന്നുവരുന്നു! ഇതാ, അത് വരുന്നു.

7 Now the end [is come] to you, and I will send [judgment] upon you: and I will take vengeance on your ways, and will recompense all your abominations upon you.

൭ദേശനിവാസിയേ, ആപത്തു നിനക്ക് വന്നിരിക്കുന്നു; കാലമായി, സമയം അടുത്തു; മലകളിൽ ആർപ്പുവിളി; സന്തോഷത്തിന്റെ ആർപ്പുവിളിയല്ല.

8 Mine eye shall not spare, nor will I have any mercy: for I will recompense your way upon you, and your abominations shall be in the midst of you; and you shall know that I am the Lord.

൮ഇപ്പോൾ ഞാൻ വേഗത്തിൽ എന്റെ ക്രോധം നിന്റെമേൽ പകർന്ന്, എന്റെ കോപം നിന്നിൽ നിവർത്തിക്കും; ഞാൻ നിന്റെ നടപ്പിനു തക്കവണ്ണം നിന്നെ ന്യായംവിധിച്ച് നിന്റെ സകലമ്ലേച്ഛതകൾക്കും നിന്നോട് പകരം ചെയ്യും.

9 For thus says the Lord; Behold, the end is come.

൯എന്റെ കണ്ണ് ആദരിക്കാതെയും ഞാൻ കരുണ കാണിക്കാതെയും നിന്റെ നടപ്പിനു തക്കവണ്ണം ഞാൻ നിന്നോട് പകരം ചെയ്യും; നിന്റെ മ്ലേച്ഛതകൾ നിന്റെ നടുവിൽ വെളിപ്പെട്ടുവരും; യഹോവയായ ഞാനാകുന്നു ദണ്ഡിപ്പിക്കുന്നത് എന്ന് നിങ്ങൾ അറിയും.

10 Behold, the day of the Lord! although the rod has blossomed,

൧൦ഇതാ, നാൾ; ഇതാ, അത് വരുന്നു; നിന്റെ ആപത്ത് പുറപ്പെട്ടിരിക്കുന്നു; വടി പൂത്ത് അഹങ്കാരം തളിർത്തിരിക്കുന്നു.

11 pride has sprung up, and will break the staff of the wicked one, and [that] not with tumult, nor with haste.

൧൧സാഹസം ദുഷ്ടതയുടെ വടിയായിട്ടു വളർന്നിരിക്കുന്നു; അവരിലോ അവരുടെ കോലാഹലത്തിലോ അവരുടെ സമ്പത്തിലോ ഒന്നും ശേഷിക്കുകയില്ല; അവരെക്കുറിച്ചു വിലാപം ഉണ്ടാകുകയുമില്ല.

12 The time is come, behold the day: let not the buyer rejoice, and let not the seller mourn.

൧൨കാലം വന്നിരിക്കുന്നു; നാൾ അടുത്തിരിക്കുന്നു; അതിന്റെ സകല ജനസമൂഹത്തിന്മേലും ക്രോധം വന്നിരിക്കുകയാൽ വാങ്ങുന്നവൻ സന്തോഷിക്കുകയും വില്‍ക്കുന്നവൻ ദുഃഖിക്കുകയും വേണ്ടാ.

13 For the buyer shall never again return to the seller, neither shall a man cleave with the eye [of hope] to his life.

൧൩അവർ ജീവിച്ചിരുന്നാലും വില്‍ക്കുന്നവനു വിറ്റതു മടക്കിക്കിട്ടുകയില്ല; ദർശനം അതിന്റെ സകല ജനസമൂഹത്തെയും കുറിച്ചുള്ളതാകുന്നു; ആരും മടങ്ങിവരുകയില്ല; അകൃത്യത്തിൽ ജീവിതം കഴിക്കുന്ന ഒരുത്തനും ശക്തി പ്രാപിക്കുകയില്ല.

14 Sound you the trumpet, and pass sentence on all together.

൧൪അവർ കാഹളം ഊതി സകലവും ഒരുക്കുന്നു; എന്നാൽ എന്റെ ക്രോധം അതിന്റെ സകല ജനസമൂഹത്തിന്മേലും വന്നിരിക്കുകയാൽ ആരും യുദ്ധത്തിനു പോകുന്നില്ല,

15 [There shall be] war with the sword without, and famine and pestilence within: he that is in the field shall die by the sword; and famine and pestilence shall destroy them that are in the city.

൧൫പുറത്തു വാൾ, അകത്ത് മഹാമാരിയും ക്ഷാമവും; വയലിൽ ഇരിക്കുന്നവൻ വാൾകൊണ്ടു മരിക്കും; പട്ടണത്തിൽ ഇരിക്കുന്നവൻ ക്ഷാമത്തിനും മഹാമാരിക്കും ഇരയായിത്തീരും.

16 But they that escape of them shall be delivered, and shall be upon the mountains: and I will kill all [the rest], every one for his iniquities.

൧൬എന്നാൽ അവരിൽ ചാടിപ്പോകുന്നവർ ചാടിപ്പോകുകയും ഓരോരുത്തനും അവനവന്റെ അകൃത്യത്തെക്കുറിച്ച് താഴ്വരകളിലെ പ്രാവുകളെപ്പോലെ മലകളിൽ ഇരുന്നു കുറുകുകയും ചെയ്യും.

17 All hands shall be completely weakened, and all thighs shall be defiled with moisture.

൧൭എല്ലാകൈകളും തളരും; എല്ലാമുഴങ്കാലുകളും വെള്ളംപോലെ ബലഹീനമാകും.

18 And they shall gird themselves with sackcloth, and amazement shall cover them; and shame shall be upon them, [even] upon every face, and baldness upon every head.

൧൮അവർ രട്ടുടുക്കും; ഭീതി അവരെ മൂടും; സകലമുഖങ്ങളിലും ലജ്ജയും എല്ലാതലകളിലും കഷണ്ടിയും ഉണ്ടായിരിക്കും.

19 Their silver shall be cast forth in the streets, and their gold shall be despised: their souls shall not be satisfied, and their bellies shall not be filled: for it was the punishment of their iniquities.

൧൯അവർ അവരുടെ വെള്ളി വീഥികളിൽ എറിഞ്ഞുകളയും; പൊന്ന് അവർക്ക് മലമായി തോന്നും; അവരുടെ വെള്ളിക്കും പൊന്നിനും യഹോവയുടെ കോപദിവസത്തിൽ അവരെ വിടുവിക്കുവാൻ കഴിയുകയില്ല; അതിനാൽ അവരുടെ വിശപ്പ് അടങ്ങുകയില്ല, അവരുടെ വയറ് നിറയുകയും ഇല്ല; അത് അവർക്ക് അകൃത്യഹേതു ആയിരുന്നുവല്ലോ.

20 [As for] their choice ornaments, they employed them for pride, and they made of them images of their abominations: therefore have I made them uncleanness to them.

൨൦അതുകൊണ്ടുള്ള ആഭരണങ്ങളുടെ ഭംഗി അവർ ഡംഭത്തിനായി ഉപയോഗിച്ചു; അതുകൊണ്ട് അവർ അവർക്ക് മ്ലേച്ഛവിഗ്രഹങ്ങളെയും മലിനബിംബങ്ങളെയും ഉണ്ടാക്കി; ആകയാൽ ഞാൻ അത് അവർക്ക് മലമാക്കിയിരിക്കുന്നു.

21 And I will deliver them into the hands of strangers to make them a prey, and to the pests of the earth for a spoil; and they shall profane them.

൨൧ഞാൻ അത് അന്യന്മാരുടെ കയ്യിൽ കവർച്ചയായും ഭൂമിയിലെ ദുഷ്ടന്മാർക്ക് കൊള്ളയായും കൊടുക്കും; അവർ അത് അശുദ്ധമാക്കും.

22 And I will turn away my face from them, and they shall defile my charge, and shall go in to them unguardedly, and profane them.

൨൨ഞാൻ എന്റെ മുഖം അവരിൽ നിന്നു തിരിക്കും. അവർ എന്റെ അമൂല്യസ്ഥലത്തെ അശുദ്ധമാക്കും; കവർച്ചക്കാർ അതിനകത്ത് കടന്ന് അതിനെ അശുദ്ധമാക്കും.

23 And they shall work uncleanness: because the land is full of strange nations, and the city is full of iniquity.

൨൩ദേശം രക്തപാതകംകൊണ്ടും നഗരം സാഹസംകൊണ്ടും നിറഞ്ഞിരിക്കുകയാൽ നീ ഒരു ചങ്ങല ഉണ്ടാക്കുക.

24 And I will turn back the boasting of their strength; and their holy things shall be defiled.

൨൪ഞാൻ ജനതകളിൽ അതിദുഷ്ടന്മാരായവരെ വരുത്തും; അവർ അവരുടെ വീടുകൾ കൈവശമാക്കും; ഞാൻ ബലവാന്മാരുടെ പ്രതാപം ഇല്ലാതെയാക്കും; അവരുടെ വിശുദ്ധസ്ഥലങ്ങൾ അശുദ്ധമായിത്തീരും.

25 And [though] propitiation shall come, and [one] shall seek peace, yet there shall be none.

൨൫നാശം വരുന്നു! അവർ സമാധാനം അന്വേഷിക്കും; എന്നാൽ അത് ഇല്ലാതെ ഇരിക്കും.

26 There shall be woe upon woe, and there shall be message upon message; and a vision shall be sought from a prophet; but the law shall perish from the priest, and counsel from the elders.

൨൬അപകടത്തിന്മേൽ അപകടവും കിംവദന്തിയ്ക്കു പിന്നാലെ കിംവദന്തിയും വന്നുകൊണ്ടിരിക്കും; അവർ പ്രവാചകനോടു ദർശനം അന്വേഷിക്കും; എന്നാൽ പുരോഹിതന്റെ പക്കൽനിന്ന് ഉപദേശവും മൂപ്പന്മാരുടെ പക്കൽനിന്ന് ആലോചനയും നഷ്ടമായിപ്പോകും.

27 The prince shall clothe himself with desolation, and the hands of the people of the land shall be made feeble: I will do to them according to their ways, and according to their judgments will I punish them; and they shall know that I am the Lord.

൨൭രാജാവു ദുഃഖിക്കും; പ്രഭു നിരാശ്രയനാകും; ദേശത്തെ ജനത്തിന്റെ കൈകൾ വിറയ്ക്കും; ഞാൻ അവരുടെ നടപ്പിനു തക്കവണ്ണം അവരോട് പകരം ചെയ്യും; അവർക്ക് ന്യായമായതുപോലെ അവരെ വിധിക്കും; ഞാൻ യഹോവ എന്ന് അവർ അറിയും.
