Jezekiel 28

1 And the word of the Lord came to me, saying,

౧అప్పుడు యెహోవా నాకు ఈ విషయం తెలియచేశాడు.

2 And you, son of man, say to the prince of Tyrus, Thus says the Lord; Because your heart has been exalted, and you have said, I am God, I have inhabited the dwelling of God in the heart of the sea; yet you are man and not God, though you have set your heart as the heart of God:

౨నరపుత్రుడా, తూరు రాజ్యం పాలించే వాడితో ఇలా చెప్పు. “యెహోవా ప్రభువు చెప్పేదేమిటంటే, నువ్వు అహంకారంతో, ‘నేను దేవుణ్ణి. సముద్రాల మధ్యలో దేవుడు కూర్చునే చోట నేను కూర్చుంటాను’ అంటున్నావు. నువ్వు మనిషివే. దేవుడివి కావు. నీకు దేవుని మనస్సు ఉందని నువ్వనుకుంటున్నావు.

3 are you wiser than Daniel? or have not the wise instructed you with their knowledge?

౩నువ్వు దానియేలు కంటే తెలివి గలవాడివనీ తెలియనిదంటూ నీకేదీ లేదనీ అనుకుంటున్నావు!

4 Hast you gained power for yourself by your [own] knowledge or your [own] prudence, and [gotten] gold and silver in your treasures?

౪నీ తెలివి తేటలతో నేర్పుతో ధనవంతుడివై, నీ ఖజానాల్లో వెండి బంగారాలను పోగుచేసుకున్నావు.

5 By your abundant knowledge and your traffic you have multiplied your power; your heart has been lifted up by your power.

౫నీ గొప్ప తెలివితేటలతో నీ వ్యాపారంతో నీ సంపదను వృద్ధి చేసుకున్నావు. నీ సంపద బట్టి నీ హృదయం గర్వించింది.

6 Therefore thus says the Lord; Since you have set your heart as the hart of God;

౬కాబట్టి యెహోవా ప్రభువు ఇలా అంటున్నాడు, నీకు దేవుని మనస్సు ఉందని నువ్వనుకుంటున్నావు.

7 because of this, behold, I [will] bring on you strange plagues from the nations; and they shall draw their swords against you, and against the beauty of your knowledge,

౭నేను విదేశీయులను, ఇతర రాజ్యాలనుంచి క్రూరులను, నీ మీదికి రప్పిస్తాను. తెలివితో నువ్వు నిర్మించుకున్న నీ అందమైన పట్టణాల మీద వాళ్ళు తమ కత్తులు ఝళిపించి నీ వైభవాన్ని ధ్వంసం చేస్తారు.

8 and they shall bring down your beauty to destruction. And they shall bring you down; and you shall die the death of the slain in the heart of the sea.

౮వాళ్ళు నిన్ను నీ సమాధిలో పడేస్తారు. సముద్రాల్లో మునిగి చచ్చేవాళ్ళలాగా నువ్వు చస్తావు.

9 Will you indeed say, I am God, before them that kill you? whereas you are man, and not God.

౯నిన్ను చంపేవాళ్ళ ఎదుట, ‘నేను దేవుణ్ణి’ అంటావా? నువ్వు మనిషివే గానీ దేవుడివి కాదు గదా! నిన్ను పొడిచేవాళ్ళ చేతుల్లో నువ్వు ఉంటావు.

10 You shall perish by the hands of strangers among the multitude of the uncircumcised: for I have spoken it, says the Lord.

౧౦నువ్వు విదేశీయుల చేతుల్లో సున్నతిలేని వాళ్ళ చావు చస్తావు. ఈ విషయం చెప్పింది నేనే. ఇదే యెహోవా ప్రభువు సందేశం.”

11 And the word of the Lord came to me, saying,

౧౧యెహోవా నాకీ విషయం మళ్ళీ తెలియచేశాడు.

12 Son of man, take up a lamentation for the prince of Tyre, and say to him, Thus says the Lord God; You are a seal of resemblance, and crown of beauty.

౧౨“నరపుత్రుడా, తూరు రాజును గురించి శోకగీతం ఎత్తి ఇలా చెప్పు, యెహోవా ప్రభువు చెప్పేదేమిటంటే, ఒకప్పుడు నువ్వు పరిపూర్ణంగా గొప్ప తెలివితేటలతో అందాల రాశిలా ఉండే వాడివి.

13 You were in the delight of the paradise of God; you have bound upon you every precious stone, the sardius, and topaz, and emerald, and carbuncle, and sapphire, and jasper, and silver, and gold, and ligure, and agate, and amethyst, and chrysolite, and beryl, and onyx: and you have filled your treasures and your stores in you with gold.

౧౩దేవుని తోట, ఏదెనులో నువ్వున్నావు! అన్ని రకాల ప్రశస్త రత్నాలు నీకు అలంకాంరంగా ఉండేవి. మాణిక్యం, గోమేధికం, సూర్యకాంతమణి, కెంపు, సులిమాని రాయి, మరకతం, నీలం, పద్మరాగం, మాణిక్యం, బంగారంలో పొదిగిన ఆభరణాలు నువ్వు అలంకరించుకున్నావు. నిన్ను సృజించిన రోజే అవి నీకు తయారయ్యాయి.

14 From the day that you were created you [was] with the cherub: I set you on the holy mount of God; you were in the midst of the stones of fire.

౧౪అభిషేకం పొందిన కెరూబులా నేను నిన్ను నియమించాను. దేవుని పర్వతం మీద నువ్వున్నావు. నిప్పుకణికల వంటి రాళ్ల మధ్య నువ్వు నడిచేవాడివి.

15 You were faultless in your days, from the day that you were created, until iniquity was found in you.

౧౫నిన్ను సృష్టించిన రోజునుంచి నీలో పాపం కనిపించే వరకూ నీ ప్రవర్తన లోపం లేకుండా ఉంది.

16 Of the abundance of your merchandise you have filled your storehouses with iniquity, and have sinned: therefore you have been cast down wounded from the mount of God, and the cherub has brought you out of the midst of the stones of fire.

౧౬అయితే నీ వ్యాపారం ఎక్కువ కావడం వలన నువ్వు దౌర్జన్యంతో నిండిపోయి, పాపం చేశావు. కాబట్టి కావలిగా ఉన్న కెరూబూ, దేవుని పర్వతం మీద నిప్పుకణికల్లాంటి రాళ్లమధ్య నువ్వుండకుండా నేను నిన్ను తోలివేసి, నిర్మూలం చేశాను.

17 Your heart has been lifted up because of your beauty; your knowledge has been corrupted with your beauty: because of the multitude of your sins I have cast you to the ground, I have caused you to be put to open shame before kings.

౧౭నీ సౌందర్యాన్ని చూసుకుని గర్వించావు. నీ వైభవాన్ని చూసుకుని నీ తెలివి పాడు చేసుకున్నావు. అందుకే నేను నిన్ను భూమి మీద పడేశాను. రాజులు నిన్ను చూసేలా వాళ్ళ ఎదుట నిన్నుంచాను.

18 Because of the multitude of your sins and the iniquities of your merchandise, I have profaned your sacred things; and I will bring fire out of the midst of you, this shall devour you; and I will make you [to be] ashes upon your land before all that see you.

౧౮నీ విస్తార పాపాలను బట్టి, నీ అన్యాయ వ్యాపారాన్ని బట్టి, నీ పవిత్ర స్థలాలను నువ్వు అపవిత్రం చేశావు. కాబట్టి నీలోనుంచి అగ్ని వచ్చేలా చేశాను. అది నిన్ను కాల్చివేస్తుంది. నిన్ను చూస్తున్నవాళ్ళందరి ఎదుట నిన్ను బూడిదగా చేస్తాను.

19 And all that know you among the nations shall groan over you: you are gone to destruction, and you shall not exist any more.

౧౯ప్రజల్లో నిన్ను ఎరిగిన వారంతా నిన్ను బట్టి వణికిపోతారు. నిర్ఘాంతపోతారు. నువ్విక ఉండవు.”

20 And the word of the Lord came to me, saying,

౨౦యెహోవా నాకీ విషయం తెలియచేశాడు.

21 Son of man, set your face against Sidon, and prophesy against it,

౨౧“నరపుత్రుడా, నీ ముఖాన్ని సీదోను పట్టణం వైపు తిప్పి దాన్ని గురించి ప్రవచించు.

22 and say, Thus says the Lord; Behold, I am against you, O Sidon; and I will be glorified in you; and you shall know that I am the Lord, when I have wrought judgments in you, and I will be sanctified in you.

౨౨యెహోవా ప్రభువు చెప్పేదేమిటంటే, సీదోను, నేను నీకు విరోధిని. నీ మధ్య నాకు ఘనత వస్తుంది. నేను నీ మధ్య తీర్పు తీరుస్తూ ఉన్నపుడు నేను యెహోవానని నీ ప్రజలు తెలుసుకుంటారు. నన్ను నేను పవిత్రునిగా మీ మధ్య కనుపరచుకుంటాను.

23 Blood and death [shall be] in your streets; and [men] wounded with swords shall fall in you and on every side of you; and they shall know that I am the Lord.

౨౩నేను ఘోరమైన అంటురోగాన్ని మీ మధ్య పంపిస్తాను. మీ వీధుల్లో రక్తపాతం జరుగుతుంది. అన్ని వైపుల నుంచి నీ మీద కత్తి దూస్తారు. అప్పుడు నేనే యెహోవానని మీరు తెలుసుకుంటారు.

24 And there shall no more be in the house of Israel a thorn of bitterness and a pricking briar proceeding from them that are round about them, who dishonored them; and they shall know that I am the Lord.

౨౪ఇశ్రాయేలీయుల చుట్టూ గుచ్చుకునే ముళ్ళ కంపల్లాగా నొప్పి కలిగించే గచ్చతీగల్లాగా వారిని తృణీకరించిన ప్రజలు ఇంక ఎవరూ ఉండరు. అప్పుడు నేనే యెహోవా ప్రభువునని వాళ్ళు తెలుసుకుంటారు.”

25 Thus says the Lord God; I will also gather Israel from the nations, among whom they have been scattered, and I will be sanctified among them, and before the peoples and nations: and they shall dwell upon their land, which I gave to my servant Jacob.

౨౫యెహోవా ప్రభువు చెప్పేదేమిటంటే “ప్రజల్లో చెదిరిపోయిన ఇశ్రాయేలీయులను నేను దగ్గర చేర్చి, ప్రజల ఎదుట నన్ను నేను పరిశుద్ధ పరచుకుంటాను. అప్పుడు నా సేవకుడు యాకోబుకు నేనిచ్చిన తమ దేశంలో వాళ్ళు నివసిస్తారు.

26 Yes, they shall dwell upon it safely, and they shall build houses, and plant vineyards, and dwell securely, when I shall execute judgment on all that have dishonored them, [even] on those [that are] round about them; and they shall know that I am the Lord their God, and the God of their fathers.

౨౬వాళ్ళు అందులో భయం లేకుండా నివసించి ఇళ్ళు కట్టుకుని ద్రాక్షతోటలు నాటుకుంటారు. వారి చుట్టూ ఉండి వాళ్ళను తృణీకరించే వారందరికీ నేను శిక్ష విధించిన తరువాత వాళ్ళు భయం లేకుండా నివసించేటప్పుడు నేను తమ యెహోవా దేవుడినని వాళ్ళు తెలుసుకుంటారు.”
