Exodus 13
1 And the Lord spoke to Moses, saying,
Տէրը խօսեց Մովսէսի հետ եւ ասաց.
2 Sanctify to me every firstborn, first produced, opening every womb among the children of Israel both of man and beast: it is mine.
«Ինձ նուիրաբերի՛ր բոլոր իսրայէլացիների անդրանիկ զաւակներին, ամէն մի նախածին, մարդ թէ անասուն, որովհետեւ իմն է»:
3 And Moses said to the people, Remember this day, in which you came forth out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of bondage, for with a strong hand the Lord brought you forth thence; and leaven shall not be eaten.
Մովսէսն ասաց ժողովրդին. «Յիշեցէ՛ք այս օրը, երբ դուք դուրս եկաք Եգիպտոսից՝ ստրկութեան այս տնից, որովհետեւ Տէրը ձեզ իր հզօր ձեռքով հանեց այստեղից: Թթխմորով հաց չպիտի ուտէք,
4 For on this day you go forth in the month of new [corn].
որովհետեւ դուք այսօր, գարնանային վաղահաս բերքի ամսին էք դուրս գալիս:
5 And it shall come to pass when the Lord your God shall have brought you into the land of the Chananites, and the Chettites, and Amorites, and Evites, and Jebusites, and Gergesites, and Pherezites, which he sware to your fathers to give you, a land flowing with milk and honey, that you shall perform this service in this month.
Երբ քո Տէր Աստուածը քեզ տանի քո հայրերին խոստացած Քանանացիների, Քետացիների, Ամորհացիների, Խեւացիների, Յեբուսացիների, Փերեզացիների ու Գերգեսացիների երկիրը, ուր կաթ ու մեղր է հոսում, ապա հէնց այդ ամսին այս ծիսակատարութիւնը կ՚անես:
6 Six days you shall eat unleavened bread, and on the seventh day is a feast to the Lord.
Եօթը օր բաղարջ հաց կ՚ուտէք, իսկ եօթներորդ օրը Տիրոջ տօնը կը լինի. բաղարջ հաց կ՚ուտէք:
7 Seven days shall you eat unleavened bread; nothing leavened shall be seen with you, neither shall you have leaven in all your borders.
Ձեր տանը թթխմորով հաց չլինի, քո ողջ երկրի սահմաններում թթխմոր չերեւայ:
8 And you shall tell your son in that day, saying, Therefore the Lord dealt thus with me, as I was going out of Egypt.
Այդ օրը քո որդուն կը պատմես՝ ասելով. «Դա կատարւում է ի յիշատակ այն բանի, ինչ արել է ինձ Տէր Աստուածը, երբ դուրս էի գալիս Եգիպտոսից»:
9 And it shall be to you a sign upon your hand and a memorial before your eyes, that the law of the Lord may be in your mouth, for with a strong hand the Lord God brought you out of Egypt.
Ասածս նշան արա՛ ձեռքիդ վրայ, նաեւ նշան՝ ճակատիդ, որ յիշես: Տիրոջ օրէնքները թող քո բերանում լինեն, քանի որ Տիրոջ հզօր ձեռքն է հանել քեզ Եգիպտոսից:
10 And preserve you this law according to the times of the seasons, from year to year.
Այս օրէնքները կը պահպանէք տարէցտարի ձեր կեանքի բոլոր օրերում»:
11 And it shall come to pass when the Lord your God shall bring you into the land of the Chananites, as he sware to your fathers, and shall give it you,
«Երբ քո Տէր Աստուածը քեզ կը տանի Քանանացիների երկիրը, ինչպէս խոստացել է քեզ ու քո հայրերին, եւ այն կը տայ քեզ,
12 that you shall set apart every [offspring] opening the womb, the males to the Lord, every one that opens the womb out of the herds or among your cattle, as many as you shall have: you shall sanctify the males to the Lord.
Տիրոջ համար կ՚առանձնացնես անդրանիկ բոլոր արու ծնունդներին եւ քո արջառների ու ոչխարների առաջնածիններին, որոնք պիտի ծնուեն: Դրանք բոլորը Տիրոջը կը նուիրաբերես:
13 Every [offspring] opening the womb of the ass you shall change for a sheep; and if you will not change it, you shall redeem it: every firstborn of man of your sons shall you redeem.
Առաջնածին էշը կը փոխանակես ոչխարի հետ, իսկ եթէ չուզենաս փոխանակել, ապա դա փրկագին կը տաս: Քո որդիների բոլոր անդրանիկ զաւակներին կը փրկագնես:
14 And if your son should ask you hereafter, saying, What is this? then you shall say to him, With a strong hand the Lord brought us out of Egypt, out of the house of bondage.
Եթէ դրանից յետոյ որդիդ հարցնի քեզ ու ասի, թէ՝ «Ի՞նչ է այս», նրան կ՚ասես, թէ՝ «Տէրը հզօր ձեռքով է հանել մեզ Եգիպտացիների երկրից՝ ստրկութեան տնից:
15 And when Pharao hardened [his heart so as not] to send us away, he killed every firstborn in the land of Egypt, both the firstborn of man and the firstborn of beast; therefore do I sacrifice every [offspring] that opens the womb, the males to the Lord, and every firstborn of my sons I will redeem.
Երբ փարաւոնի սիրտը կարծրացաւ ու մեզ չարձակեց, Տէրը Եգիպտացիների երկրում կոտորեց բոլոր անդրանիկներին՝ մարդկանց անդրանիկ զաւակներից մինչեւ անասունների առաջնածինները: Հէնց դրա համար էլ ես Տիրոջն եմ նուիրաբերում բոլոր առաջնածին արուներին, իսկ իմ որդիներից բոլոր անդրանիկ զաւակն»րին փրկագին կը տամ»:
16 And it shall be for a sign upon your hand, and immovable before your eyes, for with a strong hand the Lord brought you out of Egypt.
Ասածս նշան արա՛ ձեռքիդ վրայ, նաեւ նշան՝ ճակատիդ, որ յիշես, թէ Տէրը ինչպէս է հզօր ձեռքով մեզ հանել Եգիպտոսից»:
17 And when Pharao sent forth the people, God led them not by the way of the land of the Phylistines, because it was near; for God said, Lest at any time the people repent when they see war, and return to Egypt.
Երբ փարաւոնն արձակեց ժողովրդին, Աստուած նրանց կարճ ճանապարհով՝ Փղշտացիների երկրով չառաջնորդեց, որովհետեւ Աստուած մտածեց, թէ ժողովուրդը պատերազմի բռնուելով՝ գուցէ վախենայ ու Եգիպտոս վերադառնայ:
18 And God led the people round by the way to the wilderness, to the Red Sea: and in the fifth generation the children of Israel went up out of the land of Egypt.
Դրա համար Աստուած ժողովրդին շրջանցիկ՝ անապատի ճանապարհով տարաւ դէպի Կարմիր ծով: Իսրայէլացիները Եգիպտացիների երկրից դուրս եկան հինգերորդ սերնդի ժամանակ:
19 And Moses took the bones of Joseph with him, for he had solemnly adjured the children of Israel, saying, God will surely visit you, and you shall carry up my bones hence with you.
Մովսէսն իր հետ տարաւ Յովսէփի ոսկորները, որովհետեւ Յովսէփը, երդուեցնելով Իսրայէլի որդիներին, ասել էր. «Երբ Տէրը ձեզ այցի գայ, իմ ոսկորները կը հանէք այստեղից ու կը տանէք ձեզ հետ»:
20 And the children of Israel departed from Socchoth, and encamped in Othom by the wilderness.
Սոկքոթից դուրս գալով՝ իսրայէլացիները եկան եւ կայք հաստատեցին Ոթոմում՝ անապատի եզրին:
21 And God led them, in the day by a pillar of cloud, to show them the way, and in the night by a pillar of fire.
Աստուած ցերեկը նրանց առաջնորդում էր ամպի սիւնով, որպէսզի ճանապարհ ցոյց տայ նրանց, իսկ գիշերը՝ հրէ սիւնով, որպէսզի գիշեր-ցերեկ նրանք ուղեցոյց ունենան:
22 And the pillar of cloud failed not by day, nor the pillar of fire by night, before all the people.
Ցերեկը ամպի սիւնը, իսկ գիշերը հրէ սիւնը միշտ ամբողջ ժողովրդի աչքի առաջ էր:
