Kings III 16

1 And the word of the Lord came by the hand of Ju son of Anani to Baasa, [saying],

၁ထာဝရဘုရား ၏ နှုတ်ကပတ် တော်သည် ဗာရှာ ကို အကြောင်းပြု၍၊ ဟာနန် ၏သား ယေဟု သို့ ရောက် လာသည် ကား၊

2 Forasmuch as I lifted you up from the earth, and made you ruler over my people Israel; and you have walked in the way of Jeroboam, and have caused my people Israel to sin, to provoke me with their vanities;

၂သင့် ကို မြေမှုန့် ထဲက ငါကြွ ၍ ၊ ငါ ၏လူ ဣသရေလ အမျိုးကို အုပ်စိုး စေခြင်းငှါချီးမြှောက် သော်လည်း ၊ သင်သည် ယေရောဗောင် ၏လမ်း သို့ လိုက် လျက် ၊ ဣသရေလ အမျိုးသည် ပြစ်မှား ၍၊ ငါ့ အမျက် ကို နှိုးဆော်စေခြင်းငှါ ပြုသောကြောင့်၊

3 Behold, I raise up [enemies] after Baasa, and after his house; and I will make your house as the house of Jeroboam son of Nabat.

၃သင်၏အမျိုးအနွယ် သားစဉ်မြေးဆက်တို့ကို ငါ ပယ်ရှား ၍၊ သင် ၏အမျိုး ကို နေဗတ် ၏သား ယေရောဗောင် ၏ အမျိုး ကဲ့သို့ ငါဖြစ် စေမည်။

4 Him that dies of Baasa in the city the dogs shall devour, and him that dies of his in the field the birds of the sky shall devour.

၄ဗာရှာ ၏ အမျိုးသားသည် မြို့ ထဲမှာ သေ လျှင်၊ အသေ ကောင်ကို ခွေး စား လိမ့်မည်။ မြို့ပြင် မှာ သေလျှင် မိုဃ်း ကောင်းကင်ငှက် စား လိမ့်မည်ဟုမိန့် တော်မူ၏။

5 Now the rest of the history of Baasa, and all that he did, and his mighty acts, behold, are not these written in the book of the chronicles of the kings of Israel?

၅ဗာရှာ ပြုမူ သော အမှုအရာ ကြွင်း သမျှတို့နှင့် သူ၏တန်ခိုး ကြီးခြင်းအရာသည် ဣသရေလ ရာဇဝင် ၌ ရေးထား လျက်ရှိ၏။

6 And Baasa slept with his fathers, and they bury him in Thersa; and Ela his son reigns in his stead.

၆ဗာရှာ သည် ဘိုးဘေး တို့နှင့် အိပ်ပျော် ၍ တိရဇ မြို့၌ သင်္ဂြိုဟ် ခြင်းကိုခံ လေ၏။ သား တော်ဧလာ သည် ခမည်းတော် အရာ ၌ နန်း ထိုင်၏။

7 And the Lord spoke by Ju the son of Anani against Baasa, and against his house, [even] all the evil which he wrought before the Lord to provoke him to anger by the works of his hands, in being like the house of Jeroboam; and because he struck him.

၇ဗာရှာသည် ယေရောဗောင် အမျိုး နှင့်တူ ၍ ထိုအမျိုးကို လုပ်ကြံ သော အပြစ်၊ မိမိ ပြုမူ သောအားဖြင့် ၊ ထာဝရဘုရား ၏အမျက် တော်ကို နှိုးဆော်၍၊ ရှေ့ တော်၌ ပြစ်မှား သမျှ သော အပြစ် ကြောင့် ထာဝရဘုရား ၏ နှုတ်ကပတ် တော်သည် ဗာရှာ ကိုအကြောင်းပြု၍၊ ဟာနန် ၏ သား ယေဟု အားဖြင့် ရောက် လာသည်နှင့်အညီ၊

8 And Ela son of Baasa reigned over Israel two years in Thersa.

၈ယုဒ ရှင်ဘုရင် အာသ နန်းစံနှစ် ဆယ်ခြောက် နှစ် တွင် ၊ ဗာရှာ သား ဧလာ သည် တိရဇ မြို့၌ နေ၍ ဣသရေလ နိုင်ငံကို နှစ် နှစ်စိုးစံ သည်ရှိသော်၊

9 And Zambri, captain of half his cavalry, conspired against him, while he was in Thersa, drinking himself drunk in the house of Osa the steward at Thersa.

၉ရထား စီးသူရဲတဝက် ကိုအုပ် သောသူ၊ မိမိ ကျွန် ဇိမရိ သည်သင်းဖွဲ့ ၍ ၊ ဧလာသည် တိရဇ မြို့တွင် နန်း တော်အုပ်အာဇ ၏ အိမ် ၌ယစ်မူး အောင် သောက် လျက်နေစဉ် အခါ၊

10 And Zambri went in and struck him and killed him, and reigned in his stead.

၁၀ဇိမရိ သည်ဝင် ၍ ယုဒ ရှင်ဘုရင် အာသ နန်းစံနှစ် ဆယ်ခုနစ် နှစ် တွင် ၊ ဧလာကို သေ စေခြင်းငှါလုပ်ကြံ ၍ နန်း ထိုင်လေ၏။

11 And it came to pass when he reigned, when he sat upon his throne,

၁၁နန်း ထိုင်စက ၊ ဗာရှာ အမျိုးသား အပေါင်း တို့ကိုသတ် ၏။ ဗာရှာနှင့် ပေါက်ဘော် တော်သော ယောက်ျား၊ အဆွေ ဖွဲ့သော ယောက်ျားတယောက်ကိုမျှမ ချန် မထား။

12 that he struck all the house of Baasa, according to the word which the Lord spoke against the house of Baasa, and to Ju the prophet,

၁၂ထာဝရဘုရား သည် ဗာရှာ ကို အကြောင်းပြု၍ ပရောဖက် ယေဟု အားဖြင့် မိန့် တော်မူသော စကား တော် နှင့်အညီ ၊ ဇိမရိ သည် ဗာရှာ အမျိုးသား အပေါင်း တို့ကို ဖျက်ဆီး ၏။

13 for all the sins of Baasa and Ela his son, as he led Israel astray to sin, to provoke the Lord God of Israel with their vanities.

၁၃အကြောင်းမူကား၊ ဗာရှာ နှင့် သား ဧလာ တို့သည် ကိုယ်တိုင်ပြစ်မှား သော အပြစ်နှင့် ဣသရေလ အမျိုးကိုလည်း ပြစ်မှား စေသော အပြစ် အားဖြင့်၎င်း၊ မိစ္ဆာ ဒိဌိအားဖြင့် ၎င်း၊ ဣသရေလ အမျိုး၏ ဘုရားသခင် ထာဝရဘုရား ၏ အမျက် တော်ကို နှိုးဆော်သော အကြောင်း တည်း။

14 And the rest of the deeds of Ela which he did, behold, are not these written in the book of the chronicles of the kings of Israel?

၁၄ဧလာ ပြုမူ သော အမှုအရာ ကြွင်း သမျှ တို့သည် ဣသရေလ ရာဇဝင် ၌ ရေးထား လျက် ရှိ၏။

15 And Zambri reigned in Thersa seven days: and the army of Israel [was] encamped against Gabathon of the Philistines.

၁၅ယုဒ ရှင်ဘုရင် အာသ နန်းစံနှစ် ဆယ်ခုနစ် နှစ် တွင် ၊ ဇိမရိ သည် တိရဇ မြို့၌ ခုနစ် ရက် စိုးစံ ၏။

16 And the people heard in the army, saying, Zambri has conspired and struck the king: and the people of Israel made Ambri the captain of the host king in that day in the camp over Israel.

၁၆ထိုသို့ ဇိမရိ သည် သင်းဖွဲ့ ၍ ရှင် ဘုရင်ကိုသတ် သည်ဟု ဖိလိတ္တိ ပြည်ဂိဗေသုန် မြို့ရှေ့ မှာ တပ်ချ သော သူအပေါင်းတို့သည် သိတင်းကြား လျှင် ၊ ထို နေ့ခြင်းတွင် ဗိုလ်ချုပ် မင်းဩမရိ ကို ဣသရေလ ရှင် ဘုရင်အရာ၌ တပ် ထဲမှာ ချီးမြှောက်ကြ၏။

17 And Ambri went up, and all Israel with him, out of Gabathon; and they besieged Thersa.

၁၇ဩမရိ သည် ဣသရေလ အမျိုးသားအပေါင်း တို့ နှင့်တကွ ဂိဗေသုန် မြို့မှ ထွက် ၍ ၊ တိရဇ မြို့ကို ဝိုင်းထား ကြ၏။

18 And it came to pass when Zambri saw that his city was taken, that he goes into the inner chamber of the house of the king, and burnt the king's house over him, and died.

၁၈မြို့ ကိုတိုက် ၍ ရမည်ဟုဇိမရိ သည် သိ သောအခါ ၊ နန်း တော်ထဲသို့ ဝင် ၍ မိမိ အပေါ် မှာ နန်း တော်ကို မီး ရှို့ သဖြင့် ကိုယ်တိုင်သေ လေ၏။

19 Because of his sins which he committed, doing that which was evil in the sight of the Lord, so as to walk in the way of Jeroboam the son of Nabat, and in his sins wherein he caused Israel to sin.

၁၉အကြောင်းမူကား၊ ယေရောဗောင် လိုက် သောလမ်း ၊ ဣသရေလ အမျိုးကို ပြစ်မှား စေသော လမ်းသို့ လိုက်၍ ထာဝရဘုရား ရှေ့ တော်၌ ဒုစရိုက် ကို ပြု သော အကြောင်းတည်း။

20 And the rest of the history of Zambri, and his conspiracies wherein he conspired, behold, are not these written in the book of the chronicles of the kings of Israel?

၂၀ဇိမရိ ပြုမူသောအမှုအရာ ကြွင်း သမျှတို့နှင့် ပုန်ကန် ခြင်းအရာသည် ဣသရေလ ရာဇဝင် ၌ ရေးထား လျက် ရှိ၏။

21 Then the people of Israel divides; half the people goes after Thamni the son of Gonath to make him king; and half the people goes after Ambri.

၂၁ထိုအခါ ပြည်သား တို့သည် ကွဲပြား ၍၊ အချို့ တို့သည် ဂိနတ် ၏သား တိဗနိ ကို ရှင် ဘုရင်အရာ၌ ချီးမြှောက်ခြင်းငှါ သူ့နောက် သို့ လိုက်ကြ၏။ အချို့ တို့သည် ဩမရိ နောက် သို့လိုက်ကြ၏။

22 The people that followed Ambri overpowered the people that followed Thamni son of Gonath; and Thamni died and Joram his brother at that time, and Ambri reigned after Thamni.

၂၂ဩမရိ နောက် သို့လိုက်သော သူ တို့ သည် ဂိနတ် ၏ သား တိဗနိ နောက် သို့ လိုက်သော သူ တို့ကို နိုင် သဖြင့် ၊ တိဗနိ သေ ၍ ဩမရိ သည် နန်း ထိုင်လေ၏။

23 In the thirty-first year of king Asa, Ambri begins to reign over Israel twelve years: he reigns six years in Thersa.

၂၃ယုဒ ရှင်ဘုရင် အာသ နန်းစံသုံး ဆယ်တ နှစ် တွင် ၊ ဩမရိ သည် နန်း ထိုင်၍ ဣသရေလ နိုင်ငံကို တဆယ် နှစ် နှစ် စိုးစံ၏။ တိရဇ မြို့၌ ခြောက် နှစ် စိုးစံ ပြီးမှ၊

24 And Ambri bought the mount Semeron of Semer the lord of the mountain for two talents of silver; and he built [upon] the mountain, and they called the name of the mountain [on] which he built, after the name of Semer the lord of the mount, Semeron.

၂၄ရှမာရိ တောင် ကို တောင်ရှင်ရှမေရ ၌ ငွေ အခွက် နှစ်ဆယ်နှင့် ဝယ် ၍ တောင် ပေါ် မှာ မြို့ကိုတည် ၏။ ထိုမြို့ ကို တောင် ရှင် ရှမေရ အမည် ကို အစွဲပြုသဖြင့်၊ ရှမာရိ မြို့ ဟူ၍သမုတ် လေ၏။

25 And Ambri did that which was evil in the sight of the Lord, and wrought wickedly beyond all that were before him.

၂၅ဩမရိ သည် ထာဝရဘုရား ရှေ့ တော်၌ ဒုစရိုက် ကို ပြု သဖြင့် ၊ မိမိ ရှေ့ မှာ ဖြစ်ဘူးသော သူအပေါင်း ထက် သာ၍ဆိုးညစ် ၏။

26 And he walked in all the way of Jeroboam the son of Nabat, and in his sins wherewith he caused Israel to sin, to provoke the Lord God of Israel by their vanities.

၂၆နေဗတ် ၏သား ယေရောဗောင် လိုက် သောလမ်း ၊ ဣသရေလ အမျိုးသည် မိစ္ဆာ ဒိဌိအားဖြင့် မိမိတို့ဘုရားသခင် ထာဝရဘုရား ၏အမျက် တော်ကို နှိုးဆော်၍၊ ပြစ်မှား စေသော ဒုစရိုက် အပြစ်လမ်းသို့ လိုက်လေ၏။

27 And the rest of the acts of Ambri, and all that he did, and all his might, behold, [are] not these things written in the book of the chronicles of the kings of Israel?

၂၇ဩမရိ ပြုမူ သော အမှုအရာ ကြွင်း သမျှတို့နှင့် တန်ခိုး ကြီးခြင်းအရာသည် ဣသရေလ ရာဇဝင် ၌ ရေးထား လျက် ရှိ၏။

28 And Ambri slept with his fathers, and is buried in Samaria; and Achaab his son reigns in his stead.

၂၈ဩမရိ သည် ဘိုးဘေး တို့နှင့် အိပ်ပျော် ၍ ၊ ရှမာရိ မြို့၌ သင်္ဂြိုဟ် ခြင်းကိုခံ လေ၏။ သား တော်အာဟပ် သည် ခမည်းတော် အရာ ၌နန်း ထိုင်၏။

29 In the second year of Josaphat king of Juda, Achaab son of Ambri reigned over Israel in Samaria twenty-two years.

၂၉ယုဒ ရှင်ဘုရင် အာသ နန်းစံသုံး ဆယ်ရှစ် နှစ် တွင် ၊ ဩမရိ သား အာဟပ် သည်ရှမာရိ မြို့၌ ဣသရေလ မင်းပြု ၍၊ ဣသရေလ နိုင်ငံကို နှစ် ဆယ်နှစ် နှစ် စိုးစံ ၏။

30 And Achaab did that which was evil in the sight of the Lord, and did more wickedly than all that were before him.

၃၀ဩမရိ သား အာဟပ် သည် မိမိ ရှေ့ မှာ ဖြစ်ဘူးသောသူအပေါင်း တို့ထက် ထာဝရဘုရား ရှေ့ တော်၌သာ၍ ဒုစရိုက် ကိုပြု ၏။

31 And it was not enough for him to walk in the sins of Jeroboam the son of Nabat, but he took as wife, Jezabel the daughter of Jethebaal king of the Sidonians; and he went and served Baal, and worshipped him.

၃၁နေဗတ် ၏သား ယေရောဗောင် ပြုသောဒုစရိုက် အပြစ်လမ်းသို့သာလိုက် လျှင် ၊ သာမညအပြစ်ရောက်မည် ဟု ထင်မှတ်လျက်၊ ဇိဒုန် မင်းကြီး ဧသဗာလ သမီး ယေဇဗေလ နှင့်စုံဘက် ၍ ၊ ဗာလ ဘုရားကို ဝတ်ပြု ကိုးကွယ် ၏။

32 And he set up an altar to Baal, in the house of his abominations, which he built in Samaria.

၃၂ရှမာရိ မြို့တွင် ဗာလ ဘုရား၏ ဗိမာန် ၌ ဗာလ ဘုရားအဘို့ ယဇ် ပလ္လင်ကိုတည် ၏။

33 And Achaab made a grove; and Achaab did yet more abominably, to provoke the Lord God of Israel, and [to sin against] his own life so that he should be destroyed: he did evil above all the kings of Israel that were before him.

၃၃အာရှရ ပင်ကိုလည်းပြုစု ၍ ၊ မိမိ ရှေ့ မှာ ဖြစ် ဘူးသော ဣသရေလ ရှင် ဘုရင်အပေါင်း တို့ထက် ဣသရေလ အမျိုး၏ဘုရားသခင် ထာဝရဘုရား ၏အမျက် တော်ကို နှိုးဆော်ခြင်းငှါ သာ၍ ပြု ၏။

34 And in his days Achiel the Baethelite built Jericho: he laid the foundation of it in Abiron his firstborn, and he set up the doors of it in Segub his younger son, according to the word of the Lord which he spoke by Joshua the son of Naue.

၃၄အာဟပ်လက်ထက် ၌ ဗေသလ မြို့သားဟိဧလ သည် ယေရိခေါ မြို့ကို တည် ၏။ ထာဝရဘုရား သည် နုန် ၏သား ယောရှု အားဖြင့် မိန့် တော်မူသော စကား နှင့်အညီ ၊ သားဦး အဘိရံ လက်ထက်၌ မြို့ရိုးအမြစ်ကိုတည် ၍ ၊ သားထွေး စေဂုပ် လက်ထက်၌ မြို့တံခါး တို့ကို ထောင် ၏။
