Chronicles I 12
1 And these [are] they that came to Sikelag, when he yet kept himself close because of Saul the son of Kis; and these [were] among the mighty, aiding [him] in war,
౧కీషు కొడుకైన సౌలుకు భయపడి దావీదు ఇంకా దాగి ఉన్నప్పుడు, సౌలు బంధువులైన బెన్యామీనీయుల్లో పరాక్రమవంతులు కొంతమంది దావీదుకు యుద్ధంలో సాయం చెయ్యడానికి అతని దగ్గరికి సిక్లగుకు వచ్చారు.
2 and [using] the bow with the right hand and with the left, and slingers with stones, and [shooters] with bows. Of the brethren of Saul of Benjamin,
౨వీళ్ళు బాణాలు ధరించి, కుడి ఎడమ చేతులతో, వడిసెలతో రాళ్లు రువ్వడంలో, బాణాలు వేయడంలో సామర్ధ్యం ఉన్నవాళ్ళు.
3 the chief [was] Achiezer, and Joas son of Asma the Gabathite, and Joel and Jophalet, sons of Asmoth, and Berchia, and Jeul of Anathoth,
౩వాళ్లెవరంటే, గిబియావాడు షెమాయా కొడుకులైన అహీయెజెరు, ఇతడు అధిపతి. ఇతని తరువాతి వాడు యోవాషు, అజ్మావెతు కొడుకులైన యెజీయేలు, పెలెటు, బెరాకా, అనెతోతీయుడైన యెహూ,
4 and Samaias the Gabaonite a mighty man among the thirty, and over the thirty; [and] Jeremia, and Jeziel, and Joanan, and Jozabath of Gadarathiim,
౪ముప్ఫైమందిలో పరాక్రమశాలి, ముప్ఫైమందికి పెద్ద ఇష్మయా అనే గిబియోనీయుడు, యిర్మీయా, యహజీయేలు, యోహానాను, గెదేరాతీయుడైన యోజాబాదు,
5 Azai and Arimuth, and Baalia, and Samaraia, and Saphatias of Charaephiel,
౫ఎలూజై, యెరీమోతు, బెయల్యా, షెమర్యా, హరీపీయుడైన షెఫటయా,
6 Helcana, and Jesuni, and Ozriel, and Jozara, and Sobocam, and the Corites,
౬కోరహీయులు ఎల్కానా, యెష్షీయా, అజరేలు, యోహెజెరు, యాషాబాము,
7 and Jelia and Zabadia, sons of Iroam, and the [men] of Gedor.
౭గెదోరు ఊరివాడు యెరోహాము కొడుకులు యోహేలా, జెబద్యా అనేవాళ్ళు.
8 And from Gad these separated themselves to David from the wilderness, strong mighty men of war, bearing shields and spears, and their faces [were as] the face of a lion, and they were nimble as roes upon the mountains in speed.
౮ఇంకా, గాదీయుల్లో పరాక్రమవంతులు కొంతమంది అరణ్యంలో దాగి ఉన్న దావీదు దగ్గర చేరారు. వీళ్ళు డాలు, ఈటె తో యుద్ధం చేయడంలో ప్రవీణులు. వీళ్ళు సింహం ముఖంలాంటి ముఖం ఉన్నవాళ్ళు. కొండల్లో ఉండే జింకలంత వేగంగా పరుగెత్త గలిగిన వాళ్ళు.
9 Aza the chief, Abdia the second, Eliab the third,
౯వాళ్లెవరంటే, మొదటివాడు ఏజెరు, రెండోవాడు ఓబద్యా, మూడోవాడు ఏలీయాబు,
10 Masmana the fourth, Jeremias the fifth,
౧౦నాల్గోవాడు మిష్మన్నా, ఐదోవాడు యిర్మీయా,
11 Jethi the sixth, Eliab the seventh,
౧౧ఆరోవాడు అత్తయి, ఏడోవాడు ఎలీయేలు,
12 Joanan the eighth, Eleazer the ninth,
౧౨ఎనిమిదోవాడు యోహానాను, తొమ్మిదోవాడు ఎల్జాబాదు,
13 Jeremia the tenth, Melchabanai the eleventh.
౧౩పదోవాడు యిర్మీయా, పదకొండోవాడు మక్బన్నయి.
14 These [were] chiefs of the army of the sons of Gad, the least one commander of a hundred, and the greatest one of a thousand.
౧౪గాదీయులైన వీళ్ళు సైన్యానికి అధిపతులుగా ఉన్నారు. వాళ్ళల్లో అతి అల్పుడైనవాడు, వందమందికి అధిపతి, అత్యధికుడైనవాడు వెయ్యిమందికి అధిపతి,
15 These [are] the [men] that crossed over Jordan in the first month, and it had overflowed all its banks; and they drove out all the inhabitants of the valleys, from the east to the west.
౧౫యొర్దాను గట్టుల మీదుగా పొర్లి పారే మొదటి నెలలో, దాన్ని దాటి వెళ్లి తూర్పు లోయల్లో, పడమటి లోయల్లో ఉన్నవాళ్ళందర్నీ తరిమివేసిన వాళ్ళు వీళ్ళే.
16 And there came [some] of the sons of Benjamin and Juda to the assistance of David.
౧౬ఇంకా బెన్యామీనీయుల్లో కొంతమంది, యూదావాళ్ళల్లో కొంతమంది, దావీదు దాగి ఉన్న స్థలానికి వచ్చారు.
17 And David went out to meet them, and said to them, If you are come peaceably to me, let my heart be at peace with you: but if [you are come] to betray me to my enemies unfaithfully, the God of your fathers look upon it, and reprove it.
౧౭దావీదు బయల్దేరి వాళ్లకు ఎదురు వెళ్లి వాళ్లతో “మీరు సమాధానంతో నాకు సాయం చెయ్యడానికి నా దగ్గరికి వచ్చి ఉంటే, నా హృదయం మీతో కలుస్తుంది. అలా కాకుండా నావల్ల మీకు అపకారమేమీ కలుగలేదని తెలిసినా, నన్ను శత్రువుల చేతికి అప్పగించాలని మీరు వచ్చి ఉంటే, మన పూర్వీకుల దేవుడు దీన్ని చూసి మిమ్మల్ని గద్దించు గాక” అన్నాడు.
18 And the Spirit came upon Amasai, a captain of the thirty, and he said, Go, David, son of Jesse, you and your people, peace, peace be to you, and peace to your helpers, for your God has helped you. And David received them, and made them captains of the forces.
౧౮అప్పుడు ముప్ఫైమందికి అధిపతైన అమాశై ఆత్మవశంలో ఉండి “దావీదూ, మేము నీవాళ్ళం, యెష్షయి కొడుకా, మేము నీ పక్షాన ఉన్నాం. నీకు సమాధానం కలుగుగాక, సమాధానం కలుగుగాక, నీ సహకారులకు కూడా సమాధానం కలుగుగాక, నీ దేవుడే నీకు సహాయం చేస్తున్నాడు” అని పలికినప్పుడు, దావీదు వాళ్ళను చేర్చుకుని వాళ్ళను తన దండుకు అధిపతులుగా చేశాడు.
19 And [some] came to David from Manasse, when the Philistines came against Saul to war: and he helped them not, because the captains of the Philistines took counsel, saying, With the heads of those men will he return to his master Saul.
౧౯మనష్షేవాళ్ళు కూడా కొంతమంది వచ్చి దావీదు పక్షాన చేరారు. దావీదు ఫిలిష్తీయులతో కలిసి సౌలుమీద యుద్ధం చెయ్యడానికి వెళ్ళినప్పుడు, వాళ్ళు వచ్చి దావీదుతో కలిశారు. కాని, వాళ్ళు దావీదుతో కలిసి ఫిలిష్తీయులకు సాయం చెయ్యలేదు. ఎందుకంటే దావీదు తన యజమాని అయిన సౌలు పక్షాన చేరిపోయి, వాళ్లకు ప్రాణహాని చేస్తాడని తమలో తాము చర్చించి, ఫిలిష్తీయుల అధికారులు దావీదును పంపివేశారు.
20 When David was going to Sikelag, there came to him of Manasse, Edna and Jozabath, and Rodiel, and Michael, and Josabaith, and Elimuth, and Semathi: [these] are the captains of thousands of Manasse.
౨౦అప్పుడు అతడు సిక్లగుకు తిరిగి వెళ్తూ ఉన్నప్పుడు మనష్షే వారు అద్నా యోజాబాదు, యెదీయవేలు, మిఖాయేలు, యోజాబాదు, ఎలీహు, జిల్లెతై అనే వేలమందిమీద అధిపతులు దావీదు పక్షాన చేరారు.
21 And they fought on the side of David against a troop, for they [were] all men of might; and they were commanders in the army, [because] of [their] might.
౨౧వాళ్ళందరూ పరాక్రమశాలులూ, సైన్యాధిపతులు. ఆ తిరుగులాడే దండులను హతం చెయ్యడానికి వాళ్ళు దావీదుకు సాయం చేశారు.
22 For daily men came to David, [till they amounted] to a great force, as the force of God.
౨౨దావీదు సైన్యం దేవుని సైన్యంలా మహా సైన్యంగా అవుతూ, ప్రతిరోజూ అతనికి సాయం చేసేవాళ్ళు అతని దగ్గరికి వచ్చి చేరుతూ ఉన్నారు.
23 And these [are] the names of the commanders of the army, who came to David to Chebron, to turn the kingdom of Saul to him according to the word of the Lord.
౨౩యెహోవా నోటి మాట ప్రకారం సౌలు రాజ్యాన్ని దావీదు వైపుకు తిప్పాలన్న ప్రయత్నంలో యుద్ధానికి ఆయుధాలు ధరించి అతని దగ్గరికి హెబ్రోనుకు వచ్చిన అధిపతుల లెక్క ఇలా ఉంది.
24 The sons of Juda, bearing shields and spears, six thousand and eight hundred mighty in war.
౨౪యూదా వాళ్ళల్లో డాలు, ఈటె పట్టుకుని యుద్ధానికి సిద్ధపడిన వాళ్ళు ఆరువేల ఎనిమిది వందలమంది.
25 Of the sons of Symeon mighty for battle, seven thousand and a hundred.
౨౫షిమ్యోనీయుల్లో యుద్ధానికి తగిన శూరులు ఏడువేల వందమంది.
26 Of the sons of Levi, four thousand and six hundred.
౨౬లేవీయుల్లో అలాంటివాళ్ళు నాలుగువేల ఆరువందలమంది.
27 And Joadas the chief [of the family] of Aaron, and with him three thousand and seven hundred.
౨౭అహరోను సంతతి వాళ్లకు అధిపతి యెహోయాదా. అతనితోపాటు ఉన్నవాళ్ళు మూడువేల ఏడు వందలమంది.
28 And Sadoc, a young [man] mighty in strength, and [there were] twenty-two leaders of his father's house.
౨౮పరాక్రమవంతుడైన సాదోకు అనే యువకునితో పాటు అతని తండ్రి యింటి వాళ్ళైన అధిపతులు ఇరవై ఇద్దరు.
29 And of the sons of Benjamin, the brethren of Saul, three thousand: and still the greater part of them kept the guard of the house of Saul.
౨౯సౌలు సంబంధులైన బెన్యామీనీయులు మూడు వేలమంది. అప్పటి వరకూ వాళ్ళల్లో చాలామంది సౌలు ఇంటిని కాపాడుతూ ఉన్నవాళ్ళు.
30 And of the sons of Ephraim, twenty thousand and eight hundred mighty men, famous in the houses of their fathers.
౩౦తమ పూర్వీకుల యింటివాళ్ళల్లో పేరుపొందిన పరాక్రమశాలులు ఎఫ్రాయిమీయుల్లో ఇరవైవేల ఎనిమిదివందల మంది.
31 And of the half-tribe of Manasse, eighteen thousand, even [those] who were named by name, to make David king.
౩౧మనష్షే అర్థ గోత్రం వారిలో దావీదును రాజుగా చెయ్యడానికి వచ్చిన వాళ్ళు పద్దెనిమిది వేల మంది.
32 And of the sons of Issachar having wisdom with regard to the times, knowing what Israel should do, two hundred; and all their brethren with them.
౩౨ఇశ్శాఖారీయుల్లో సమయోచిత జ్ఞానం ఉండి, ఇశ్రాయేలీయులు ఏం చెయ్యాలో అది తెలిసిన అధిపతులు రెండువందల మంది. వీళ్ళ సంబంధులందరూ వీళ్ళ ఆజ్ఞకు బద్ధులై ఉన్నారు.
33 And of Zabulon they that went out to battle, with all weapons of war, [were] fifty thousand to help David, not weak-handed.
౩౩జెబూలూనీయుల్లో అన్నిరకాల యుద్ధ ఆయుధాలు ధరించి యుద్ధానికి వెళ్ళగలిగిన వాళ్ళు, యుద్ధ నైపుణ్యం కలిగిన వాళ్ళు, దావీదు పట్ల నమ్మకంగా స్వామిభక్తి కలిగి యుద్ధం చెయ్య గలవాళ్ళు యాభై వేల మంది.
34 And of Nephthali a thousand captains, and with them [men] with shields and spears, thirty-seven thousand.
౩౪నఫ్తాలీయుల్లో వెయ్యిమంది అధిపతులూ, వాళ్లతోపాటు డాలు, ఈటె పట్టుకొన్నవాళ్ళు ముప్ఫై ఏడువేలమంది.
35 And of the Danites [men] ready for war twenty-eight thousand and eight hundred.
౩౫దానీయుల్లో యుద్ధానికి సిద్ధంగా ఉన్నవాళ్ళు ఇరవై ఎనిమిదివేల ఆరువందలమంది.
36 And of Aser, they that went out to give aid in war, forty thousand.
౩౬ఆషేరీయుల్లో యుద్ధ ప్రావీణ్యం కలిగి, యుద్ధానికి సిద్ధంగా ఉన్నవాళ్ళు నలభై వేలమంది.
37 And from the country beyond Jordan, from Ruben, and the Gadites, and from the half-tribe of Manasse, a hundred and twenty thousand, with all weapons of war.
౩౭ఇంకా యొర్దాను నది అవతల ఉండే రూబేనీయుల్లో గాదీయుల్లో మనష్షేవాళ్ళల్లో సగం మంది, అన్ని రకాల ఆయుధాలు ధరించిన యుద్ధశూరులైన ఈ యోధులందరూ హృదయంలో దావీదును ఇశ్రాయేలు మీద రాజుగా నియమించాలన్న కోరిక కలిగి ఉండి ఆయుధాలు ధరించి హెబ్రోనుకు వచ్చారు.
38 All these [were] men of war, setting [the army] in battle array, with a peaceful mind [towards him], and they came to Chebron to make David king over all Israel: and the rest of Israel [were of] one mind to make David king.
౩౮ఇశ్రాయేలులో మిగిలిన వాళ్ళందరూ ఏక మనస్సుతో దావీదును రాజుగా చేసుకోవాలని కోరుకున్నారు.
39 And they were there three days eating and drinking, for their brethren [had] made preparations.
౩౯వాళ్ళ సహోదరులు వాళ్ళ కోసం భోజనపదార్ధాలు సిద్ధం చేసినప్పుడు, వాళ్ళు దావీదుతో కలిసి అక్కడ మూడు రోజులుండి అన్నపానాలు పుచ్చుకుంటూ ఉన్నారు.
40 And their neighbors, as far as Issachar and Zabulon and Nephthali, brought to them upon camels, and asses, and mules, and upon calves, food, meal, cakes of figs, raisins, wine, and oil, calves and sheep abundantly: for [there was] joy in Israel.
౪౦ఇశ్రాయేలీయులకు సంతోషం కలిగింది. ఇశ్శాఖారు, జెబూలూను, నఫ్తాలి పొలిమేరల వరకూ వారి సంబంధులు గాడిదల మీద, ఒంటెల మీద, కంచర గాడిదల మీద, ఎద్దుల మీద ఆహారం, పిండి వంటలు, అంజూర పళ్ళ ముద్దలు, ఎండిన ద్రాక్షపళ్ళ గెలలు, ద్రాక్షామధురసం, నూనె, గొర్రెలు, పశువులు, విస్తారంగా తీసుకొచ్చారు.
