Revelation 2
1 Unto the angel of the church of Ephesus write; These things saith he that holdeth the seven stars in his right hand, who walketh in the midst of the seven golden candlesticks;
௧எபேசு சபையின் தூதனுக்கு நீ எழுதவேண்டியது என்னவென்றால்: ஏழு நட்சத்திரங்களைத் தம்முடைய வலது கையில் ஏந்திக்கொண்டு, ஏழு பொன் குத்துவிளக்குகளின் நடுவிலே உலாவிக்கொண்டிருக்கிறவர் சொல்லுகிறதாவது;
2 I know thy works, and thy labour, and thy patience, and how thou canst not bear them which are evil: and thou hast tried them which say they are apostles, and are not, and hast found them liars:
௨நீ செய்தவைகளையும், உன் கடினஉழைப்பையும், உன் பொறுமையையும், நீ பொல்லாதவர்களைச் சகித்துக்கொள்ளமுடியாமல் இருக்கிறதையும், அப்போஸ்தலர்களாக இல்லாதவர்கள் தங்களை அப்போஸ்தலர்கள் என்று சொல்லுகிறதை நீ சோதித்துப்பார்த்து அவர்கள் பொய்யர்கள் என்பதைக் கண்டுபிடித்ததையும்;
3 And hast borne, and hast patience, and for my name’s sake hast laboured, and hast not fainted.
௩நீ சகித்துக்கொண்டு இருக்கிறதையும், பொறுமையாக இருக்கிறதையும், என் நாமத்திற்காக ஓய்வு இல்லாமல் பிரயாசப்பட்டதையும் அறிந்திருக்கிறேன்.
4 Nevertheless I have [somewhat] against thee, because thou hast left thy first love.
௪ஆனாலும், நீ ஆரம்பத்திலே வைத்திருந்த அன்பைவிட்டுவிட்டாய் என்று உன்மேல் எனக்குக் குறை உண்டு.
5 Remember therefore from whence thou art fallen, and repent, and do the first works; or else I will come unto thee quickly, and will remove thy candlestick out of his place, except thou repent.
௫எனவே, நீ எந்த நிலைமையில் இருந்து விழுந்தாய் என்பதை நினைத்து, மனம்திரும்பி, ஆதியில் செய்த செய்கைகளைச் செய்; இல்லாவிட்டால் நான் சீக்கிரமாக உன்னிடம் வந்து, நீ மனம்திரும்பவில்லை என்றால், உன் விளக்குத்தண்டை அதனிடத்திலிருந்து நீக்கிவிடுவேன்.
6 But this thou hast, that thou hatest the deeds of the Nicolaitans, which I also hate.
௬நான் வெறுக்கிற நிக்கொலாய் மதத்தைச் சேர்ந்தவர்களின் செய்கைகளை நீயும் வெறுக்கிறாய், இது உன்னிடத்தில் உண்டு.
7 He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches; To him that overcometh will I give to eat of the tree of life, which is in the midst of the paradise of God.
௭ஆவியானவர் சபைகளுக்குச் சொல்லுகிறதைக் காதுள்ளவன் கேட்கவேண்டும்; ஜெயம் பெறுகிறவன் எவனோ அவனுக்கு தேவனுடைய பரதீசின் நடுவில் இருக்கிற ஜீவமரத்தின் கனியை உண்ணக்கொடுப்பேன் என்று எழுது.
8 And unto the angel of the church in Smyrna write; These things saith the first and the last, which was dead, and is alive;
௮சிமிர்னா சபையின் தூதனுக்கு நீ எழுதவேண்டியது என்னவென்றால்: முந்தினவரும் பிந்தினவரும், மரித்தோரிலிருந்து உயிரோடு எழுந்தவருமானவர் சொல்லுகிறதாவது;
9 I know thy works, and tribulation, and poverty, (but thou art rich) and [I know] the blasphemy of them which say they are Jews, and are not, but [are] the synagogue of Satan.
௯உன் செய்கைகளையும், உன் உபத்திரவத்தையும், நீ ஐசுவரியம் உள்ளவனாக இருந்தும் உனக்கு இருக்கிற தரித்திரத்தையும், தங்களை யூதர்கள் என்று சொல்லியும் யூதர்களாக இல்லாமல் சாத்தானுடைய கூட்டமாக இருக்கிறவர்கள் செய்யும் அவதூறுகளையும் அறிந்திருக்கிறேன்.
10 Fear none of those things which thou shalt suffer: behold, the devil shall cast [some] of you into prison, that ye may be tried; and ye shall have tribulation ten days: be thou faithful unto death, and I will give thee a crown of life.
௧0நீ படப்போகிற பாடுகளைப்பற்றிப் பயப்படாதே; இதோ, நீங்கள் சோதிக்கப்படுவதற்காகப் பிசாசு உங்களில் சிலரைக் காவலில் போடுவான்; பத்துநாட்கள் உபத்திரவப்படுவீர்கள். ஆனாலும் நீ மரிக்கும்வரை உண்மையாக இரு, அப்பொழுது ஜீவகிரீடத்தை உனக்குத் தருவேன்.
11 He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches; He that overcometh shall not be hurt of the second death.
௧௧ஆவியானவர் சபைகளுக்குச் சொல்லுகிறதைக் காதுள்ளவன் கேட்கவேண்டும்; ஜெயம் பெறுகிறவன் இரண்டாம் மரணத்தினால் சேதப்படுவதில்லை என்று எழுது.
12 And to the angel of the church in Pergamos write; These things saith he which hath the sharp sword with two edges;
௧௨பெர்கமு சபையின் தூதனுக்கு நீ எழுதவேண்டியது என்னவென்றால்: இரண்டு பக்கமும் கூர்மையான வாளை வைத்திருப்பவர் சொல்லுகிறதாவது;
13 I know thy works, and where thou dwellest, [even] where Satan’s seat [is]: and thou holdest fast my name, and hast not denied my faith, even in those days wherein Antipas [was] my faithful martyr, who was slain among you, where Satan dwelleth.
௧௩உன் செய்கைகளையும், சாத்தானுடைய சிங்காசனம் இருக்கிற இடத்தில் நீ குடியிருக்கிறதையும், நீ என் நாமத்தை உறுதியாகப் பிடித்துக் கொண்டிருக்கிறதையும், சாத்தான் குடியிருக்கிற இடத்திலே உங்களுக்குள்ளே எனக்கு உண்மையுள்ள சாட்சியான அந்திப்பா என்பவன் கொல்லப்பட்ட நாட்களிலும் என்மேல் நீ வைத்த உன் விசுவாசத்தை, நீ மறுதலிக்காமல் இருந்ததையும் அறிந்திருக்கிறேன்.
14 But I have a few things against thee, because thou hast there them that hold the doctrine of Balaam, who taught Balac to cast a stumblingblock before the children of Israel, to eat things sacrificed unto idols, and to commit fornication.
௧௪ஆனாலும், சில காரியங்களைக்குறித்து உன்மேல் எனக்குக் குறை உண்டு; இஸ்ரவேல் மக்கள் விக்கிரகங்களுக்குப் படைத்தவைகளை சாப்பிடுவதற்கும் வேசித்தனம் பண்ணுவதற்கும் சாதகமான இடறலை அவர்களுக்கு முன்பாகப் போடும்படி பாலாக் என்பவனுக்குப் போதனைசெய்த பிலேயாமுடைய போதனையைக் கடைபிடிக்கிறவர்கள் உன்னிடம் உண்டு.
15 So hast thou also them that hold the doctrine of the Nicolaitans, which thing I hate.
௧௫அப்படியே நிக்கொலாய் மதத்தினருடைய போதனையைக் கடைபிடிக்கிறவர்களும் உன்னிடம் உண்டு; அதை நான் வெறுக்கிறேன்.
16 Repent; or else I will come unto thee quickly, and will fight against them with the sword of my mouth.
௧௬நீ மனம்திரும்பு, இல்லாவிட்டால் நான் சீக்கிரமாக உன்னிடம் வந்து, என் வாயின் வாளினால் அவர்களோடு யுத்தம்பண்ணுவேன்.
17 He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches; To him that overcometh will I give to eat of the hidden manna, and will give him a white stone, and in the stone a new name written, which no man knoweth saving he that receiveth [it.]
௧௭ஆவியானவர் சபைகளுக்குச் சொல்லுகிறதைக் காதுள்ளவன் கேட்கவேண்டும்; ஜெயம் பெறுகிறவனுக்கு நான் மறைவான மன்னாவை உண்ணக்கொடுத்து, பெற்றுக்கொள்கிறவனைத்தவிர வேறொருவனுக்கும் தெரியாத புதிய நாமம் எழுதப்பட்ட வெண்மையானக் கல்லைக் கொடுப்பேன் என்று எழுது.
18 And unto the angel of the church in Thyatira write; These things saith the Son of God, who hath his eyes like unto a flame of fire, and his feet [are] like fine brass;
௧௮தியத்தீரா சபையின் தூதனுக்கு நீ எழுதவேண்டியது என்னவென்றால்: அக்கினிஜூவாலை போன்ற கண்களும், பிரகாசமான வெண்கலம்போன்ற பாதங்களும் உள்ள தேவகுமாரன் சொல்லுகிறதாவது;
19 I know thy works, and charity, and service, and faith, and thy patience, and thy works; and the last [to be] more than the first.
௧௯உன் செய்கைகளையும், உன் அன்பையும், உன் ஊழியத்தையும், உன் விசுவாசத்தையும், உன் பொறுமையையும், நீ முன்பு செய்த செயல்களைவிட பின்பு செய்த செயல்கள் அதிகமாக இருக்கிறதையும் அறிந்திருக்கிறேன்.
20 Notwithstanding I have a few things against thee, because thou sufferest that woman Jezebel, which calleth herself a prophetess, to teach and to seduce my servants to commit fornication, and to eat things sacrificed unto idols.
௨0ஆனாலும், உன்மேல் எனக்குக் குறை உண்டு; என்னவென்றால், தன்னைத் தீர்க்கதரிசி என்று சொல்லுகிற யேசபேல் என்னும் பெண், என்னுடைய ஊழியக்காரர்கள் வேசித்தனம்பண்ணவும் விக்கிரகங்களுக்குப் படைத்தவைகளைச் சாப்பிடவும் அவர்களுக்குப் போதித்து, அவர்களை ஏமாற்ற, நீ அவளுக்கு இடம் கொடுக்கிறாய்.
21 And I gave her space to repent of her fornication; and she repented not.
௨௧அவள் மனம்திரும்புவதற்காக அவளுக்கு வாய்ப்புக்கொடுத்தேன்; தன் வேசித்தன வழியைவிட்டு மனம்திரும்ப அவளுக்கு விருப்பம் இல்லை.
22 Behold, I will cast her into a bed, and them that commit adultery with her into great tribulation, except they repent of their deeds.
௨௨இதோ, நான் அவளைக் கட்டில்கிடையாக்கி, அவளோடு விபசாரம் செய்தவர்கள் தங்களுடைய செய்கைகளைவிட்டு மனம்திரும்பவில்லை என்றால், அவர்களையும் அதிக உபத்திரவத்திலே தள்ளி,
23 And I will kill her children with death; and all the churches shall know that I am he which searcheth the reins and hearts: and I will give unto every one of you according to your works.
௨௩அவளுடைய பிள்ளைகளையும் கொல்லுவேன்; அப்பொழுது நானே, சிந்தனைகளையும், இருதயங்களையும் ஆராய்கிறவர் என்று எல்லா சபைகளும் அறிந்துகொள்ளும்; உங்கள் ஒவ்வொருவனுக்கும் உங்களுடைய செய்கைகளுக்குத் தகுந்தபடியே பலன் கொடுப்பேன்.
24 But unto you I say, and unto the rest in Thyatira, as many as have not this doctrine, and which have not known the depths of Satan, as they speak; I will put upon you none other burden.
௨௪தியத்தீராவிலே இந்தப் போதகத்தைப் பின்பற்றாமலும், சாத்தானுடைய ஆழமான இரகசியங்கள் என்று சொல்லப்படுகிற அந்தத் தந்திரங்களை அறிந்துகொள்ளாமலும் இருக்கிற மற்றவர்களாகிய உங்களுக்கு நான் சொல்லுகிறதாவது; உங்கள்மேல் எந்தவொரு பாரத்தையும் சுமத்தமாட்டேன்.
25 But that which ye have [already] hold fast till I come.
௨௫நான் வரும்வரைக்கும் என்னை விசுவாசித்து என்னைப் பற்றிக்கொண்டிருங்கள்.
26 And he that overcometh, and keepeth my works unto the end, to him will I give power over the nations:
௨௬ஜெயம்பெற்று கடைசிவரைக்கும் நான் செய்த காரியங்களைச் செய்கிறவன் எவனோ அவனுக்கு நான் என் பிதாவிடம் இருந்து அதிகாரம் பெற்றதுபோல, தேசங்களின் மக்கள்மேல் அதிகாரம் கொடுப்பேன்.
27 And he shall rule them with a rod of iron; as the vessels of a potter shall they be broken to shivers: even as I received of my Father.
௨௭அவன் இரும்புக்கோலால் அவர்களை ஆளுவான்; அவர்கள் மண்பாண்டங்களைப்போல நொறுக்கப்படுவார்கள்.
28 And I will give him the morning star.
௨௮விடியற்கால நட்சத்திரத்தையும் அவனுக்குக் கொடுப்பேன்.
29 He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches.
௨௯ஆவியானவர் சபைகளுக்குச் சொல்லுகிறதைக் காதுள்ளவன் கேட்கவேண்டும் என்று எழுது.
