Revelation 10
1 And I saw another mighty angel come down from heaven, clothed with a cloud: and a rainbow [was] upon his head, and his face [was] as it were the sun, and his feet as pillars of fire:
Kꞌa te riꞌ xinwil jun ángel ri sibꞌalaj kꞌo uchuqꞌabꞌ, upetik pa ri kaj tajin kaqaj loq cho ri uwachulew chꞌuqtal rumal ri sutzꞌ. Kꞌo jun xokaqꞌabꞌ pa ujolom, ri upalaj kajunumataj rukꞌ ri qꞌij. Ri raqan jer kꞌo raqan ja ri kajinin rukꞌ qꞌaqꞌ.
2 And he had in his hand a little book open: and he set his right foot upon the sea, and [his] left [foot] on the earth,
Ri ángel rukꞌaꞌm jun laj wuj jaqalik. Ri ángel are xtakꞌiꞌk, xuya ri uwiqiqꞌabꞌ raqan puꞌwiꞌ ri plo, are kꞌu ri umox raqan xutakꞌabꞌa puꞌwiꞌ ri ulew.
3 And cried with a loud voice, as [when] a lion roareth: and when he had cried, seven thunders uttered their voices.
Ri ángel xuraqaqej uchiꞌ rukꞌ chuqꞌabꞌ, jetaq kubꞌan jun koj, are xuraq uchiꞌ xetataj wuqubꞌ kaqulja ri xkiraq kichiꞌ.
4 And when the seven thunders had uttered their voices, I was about to write: and I heard a voice from heaven saying unto me, Seal up those things which the seven thunders uttered, and write them not.
Are xtataj ri kichꞌabꞌal ri kaqulja, are xwaj in xintzꞌibꞌaj ri xkibꞌij, kꞌa te kinta jun chꞌabꞌal ri xpe pa ri kaj xubꞌij chwe: Man katzꞌibꞌaj taj ri xkibꞌij ri wuqubꞌ kaqulja, xane chayaka paꞌwanimaꞌ, man kabꞌij ta chi che jun chik.
5 And the angel which I saw stand upon the sea and upon the earth lifted up his hand to heaven,
Ri ángel ri takꞌal puꞌwiꞌ ri plo xuqujeꞌ pa ri ulew, xuyak ri uwiqiqꞌabꞌ chikaj.
6 And sware by him that liveth for ever and ever, who created heaven, and the things that therein are, and the earth, and the things that therein are, and the sea, and the things which are therein, that there should be time no longer: (aiōn g165)
Kꞌa te riꞌ xubꞌij pa ri ubꞌiꞌ ri kꞌaslik chibꞌe qꞌij saq, ri xtikow ri kaj rachiꞌl ri jastaq ri e kꞌo choch, ri ulew xuqujeꞌ ri jastaq ri e kꞌo choch, ri plo xuqujeꞌ ri jastaq ri kꞌo chupam, xubꞌij: Xkꞌis ri qꞌotaj. (aiōn g165)
7 But in the days of the voice of the seventh angel, when he shall begin to sound, the mystery of God should be finished, as he hath declared to his servants the prophets.
Pa ri qꞌij are kachꞌaw na ri wuqubꞌ ángel, are kuchꞌawisaj na ri suꞌ, kakꞌulmataj na ri rajawam loqꞌ ukꞌuꞌx ri Dios ri awatal loq ubꞌixik, are waꞌ ri xkitzijoj loq ri e patanil taq rech ri Dios ojer rachiꞌl ri e qꞌalajisal tzij.
8 And the voice which I heard from heaven spake unto me again, and said, Go [and] take the little book which is open in the hand of the angel which standeth upon the sea and upon the earth.
Ri chꞌabꞌal ri xinta kan nabꞌe, xinuchꞌabꞌej chik junmul xubꞌij chwe: Chatqebꞌ rukꞌ le ángel le takꞌal puꞌwiꞌ le ulew xuqujeꞌ puꞌwiꞌ le plo, chakꞌama le kꞌin laj wuj le kꞌo pa uqꞌabꞌ.
9 And I went unto the angel, and said unto him, Give me the little book. And he said unto me, Take [it], and eat it up; and it shall make thy belly bitter, but it shall be in thy mouth sweet as honey.
Ri in xinqebꞌ rukꞌ ri ángel, xinta che chi kuya ri wuj chwe, ri ángel xubꞌij chwe: Riꞌ chatijaꞌ. Sibꞌalaj kꞌi waꞌ kanaꞌo are kaya paꞌchiꞌ are kꞌu we xqaj bꞌik chapam sibꞌalaj kꞌa laꞌ kanoꞌwik.
10 And I took the little book out of the angel’s hand, and ate it up; and it was in my mouth sweet as honey: and as soon as I had eaten it, my belly was bitter.
Xenkꞌama ri kꞌin laj wuj pa ri uqꞌabꞌ ri ángel, kꞌa te riꞌ xintijo. Are xinya pa nuchiꞌ, sibꞌalaj kiꞌ xinnaꞌo jetaq ri kabꞌ. Are kꞌut xtijtaj wumal sibꞌalaj kꞌa are xqaj bꞌik chinupam.
11 And he said unto me, Thou must prophesy again before many peoples, and nations, and tongues, and kings.
Kꞌa te riꞌ xubꞌij chwe: Kattzalij chi na chuqꞌalajisaxik ri kakꞌulmataj na kukꞌ kꞌi nitzꞌ xuqujeꞌ nim taq tinimit, ri jaljoj kekaꞌyik, ri jaljoj kechꞌawik, xuqujeꞌ chike ri e taqanelabꞌ.
