Psalms 88
1 A Song [or] Psalm for the sons of Korah, to the chief Musician upon Mahalath Leannoth, Maschil of Heman the Ezrahite. O LORD God of my salvation, I have cried day [and] night before thee:
可拉後裔的詩歌，就是以斯拉人希幔的訓誨詩，交與伶長。調用麻哈拉利暗俄。 耶和華－拯救我的上帝啊， 我晝夜在你面前呼籲。
2 Let my prayer come before thee: incline thine ear unto my cry;
願我的禱告達到你面前； 求你側耳聽我的呼求！
因為我心裏滿了患難； 我的性命臨近陰間。 (Sheol h7585)
4 I am counted with them that go down into the pit: I am as a man [that hath] no strength:
我算和下坑的人同列， 如同無力的人一樣。
5 Free among the dead, like the slain that lie in the grave, whom thou rememberest no more: and they are cut off from thy hand.
我被丟在死人中， 好像被殺的人躺在墳墓裏。 他們是你不再記念的， 與你隔絕了。
6 Thou hast laid me in the lowest pit, in darkness, in the deeps.
你把我放在極深的坑裏， 在黑暗地方，在深處。
7 Thy wrath lieth hard upon me, and thou hast afflicted [me] with all thy waves. (Selah)
你的忿怒重壓我身； 你用一切的波浪困住我。 (細拉)
8 Thou hast put away mine acquaintance far from me; thou hast made me an abomination unto them: [I am] shut up, and I cannot come forth.
你把我所認識的隔在遠處， 使我為他們所憎惡； 我被拘困，不得出來。
9 Mine eye mourneth by reason of affliction: LORD, I have called daily upon thee, I have stretched out my hands unto thee.
我的眼睛因困苦而乾癟。 耶和華啊，我天天求告你，向你舉手。
10 Wilt thou shew wonders to the dead? shall the dead arise [and] praise thee? (Selah)
你豈要行奇事給死人看嗎？ 難道陰魂還能起來稱讚你嗎？ (細拉)
11 Shall thy lovingkindness be declared in the grave? [or] thy faithfulness in destruction?
豈能在墳墓裏述說你的慈愛嗎？ 豈能在滅亡中述說你的信實嗎？
12 Shall thy wonders be known in the dark? and thy righteousness in the land of forgetfulness?
你的奇事豈能在幽暗裏被知道嗎？ 你的公義豈能在忘記之地被知道嗎？
13 But unto thee have I cried, O LORD; and in the morning shall my prayer prevent thee.
耶和華啊，我呼求你； 我早晨的禱告要達到你面前。
14 LORD, why castest thou off my soul? [why] hidest thou thy face from me?
耶和華啊，你為何丟棄我？ 為何掩面不顧我？
15 I [am] afflicted and ready to die from [my] youth up: [while] I suffer thy terrors I am distracted.
我自幼受苦，幾乎死亡； 我受你的驚恐，甚至慌張。
16 Thy fierce wrath goeth over me; thy terrors have cut me off.
你的烈怒漫過我身； 你的驚嚇把我剪除。
17 They came round about me daily like water; they compassed me about together.
這些終日如水環繞我， 一齊都來圍困我。
18 Lover and friend hast thou put far from me, [and] mine acquaintance into darkness.
你把我的良朋密友隔在遠處， 使我所認識的人進入黑暗裏。
