Psalms 62
1 To the chief Musician, to Jeduthun, A Psalm of David. Truly my soul waiteth upon God: from him [cometh] my salvation.
१दाविदाचे स्तोत्र माझा जीव निशब्द होऊन केवळ देवाची प्रतिक्षा करत आहे; त्याच्यापासून माझे तारण येते.
2 He only [is] my rock and my salvation; [he is] my defence; I shall not be greatly moved.
२तोच केवळ माझा खडक आणि माझे तारण आहे; तो माझा उंच बुरूज आहे; मी कधीही ढळणार नाही.
3 How long will ye imagine mischief against a man? ye shall be slain all of you: as a bowing wall [shall ye be, and as] a tottering fence.
३झुकलेल्या भिंतीसारख्या, कोसळलेल्या कुंपणासारखा झालेल्या, एका मनुष्यास मारण्यासाठी तुम्ही सर्वजण किती काळपर्यंत त्याच्यावर हल्ला करून याल?
4 They only consult to cast [him] down from his excellency: they delight in lies: they bless with their mouth, but they curse inwardly. (Selah)
४त्याच्या उच्च पदापासून त्यास खाली आणण्यासाठी मात्र ते सल्ला घेतात; त्यांना लबाड बोलण्यास आवडते; ते आपल्या मुखाने आशीर्वाद देतात, पण त्यांच्या अंतःकरणातून शाप देतात.
5 My soul, wait thou only upon God; for my expectation [is] from him.
५हे माझ्या जिवा, तू केवळ देवासाठी निशब्द राहून प्रतिक्षा कर; कारण माझी आशा त्याच्यावर लागली आहे.
6 He only [is] my rock and my salvation: [he is] my defence; I shall not be moved.
६तोच केवळ माझा खडक आणि तारण आहे; तो माझा उंच बुरूज आहे; मी ढळणार नाही.
7 In God [is] my salvation and my glory: the rock of my strength, [and] my refuge, [is] in God.
७माझे तारण आणि माझे गौरव देवावर अवलंबून आहे; माझ्या सामर्थ्याचा खडक आणि माझा आश्रय देवच आहे.
8 Trust in him at all times; [ye] people, pour out your heart before him: God [is] a refuge for us. (Selah)
८अहो लोकहो, सर्वदा त्याच्यावर भरवसा ठेवा; त्याच्यापुढे आपले अंतःकरण मोकळे करा; देव आमच्यासाठी आश्रय आहे.
9 Surely men of low degree [are] vanity, [and] men of high degree [are] a lie: to be laid in the balance, they [are] altogether [lighter] than vanity.
९खरोखर नीच माणसे निरर्थक आहेत, आणि उच्च माणसे लबाड आहेत; वजन केले असता हलके भरतील; त्यांना मापले असता ते केवळ मिथ्या आहेत.
10 Trust not in oppression, and become not vain in robbery: if riches increase, set not your heart [upon them].
१०दडपशाहीवर आणि चोरीवर भरवसा ठेवू नका; आणि संपत्तित निरुपयोगी आशा ठेवू नका;
11 God hath spoken once; twice have I heard this; that power [belongeth] unto God.
११देव एकदा बोलला आहे, मी दोनदा ऐकले आहे, सामर्थ्य देवाचे आहे.
12 Also unto thee, O Lord, [belongeth] mercy: for thou renderest to every man according to his work.
१२हे प्रभू, तुझ्या ठायी प्रेमदया आहे. कारण प्रत्येक मनुष्यास त्याने जसे केले आहे त्याप्रमाणे तू प्रतिफळ देतोस.
