Psalms 57
1 To the chief Musician, Al-taschith, Michtam of David, when he fled from Saul in the cave. Be merciful unto me, O God, be merciful unto me: for my soul trusteth in thee: yea, in the shadow of thy wings will I make my refuge, until [these] calamities be overpast.
௧தாவீது அளித்த பாடல்களில் ஒன்று. எனக்கு இரங்கும், தேவனே, எனக்கு இரங்கும்; உம்மை என்னுடைய ஆத்துமா சார்ந்துகொள்கிறது; பிரச்சனைகள் கடந்துபோகும்வரை உமது சிறகுகளின் நிழலிலே வந்து அடைவேன்.
2 I will cry unto God most high; unto God that performeth [all things] for me.
௨எனக்காக யாவையும் செய்து முடிக்கப்போகிற தேவனாகிய உன்னதமான தேவனை நோக்கிக் கூப்பிடுவேன்.
3 He shall send from heaven, and save me [from] the reproach of him that would swallow me up. (Selah) God shall send forth his mercy and his truth.
௩என்னை விழுங்கப்பார்க்கிறவன் என்னை சபிக்கும்போது, அவர் பரலோகத்திலிருந்து ஒத்தாசை அனுப்பி, என்னைக் காப்பாற்றுவார்: (சேலா) தேவன் தமது கிருபையையும் தமது சத்தியத்தையும் அனுப்புவார்.
4 My soul [is] among lions: [and] I lie [even among] them that are set on fire, [even] the sons of men, whose teeth [are] spears and arrows, and their tongue a sharp sword.
௪என்னுடைய ஆத்துமா சிங்கங்களின் நடுவில் இருக்கிறது; தீயை இறைக்கிற மனிதர்களுக்குள்ளே கிடக்கிறேன்; அவர்கள் பற்கள் ஈட்டிகளும் அம்புகளும், அவர்கள் நாவு கூர்மையான வாளாக இருக்கிறது.
5 Be thou exalted, O God, above the heavens; [let] thy glory [be] above all the earth.
௫தேவனே, வானங்களுக்கு மேலாக உயர்ந்தருளும்; உமது மகிமை பூமியனைத்தின்மேலும் உயர்ந்திருப்பதாக.
6 They have prepared a net for my steps; my soul is bowed down: they have digged a pit before me, into the midst whereof they are fallen [themselves]. (Selah)
௬என்னுடைய கால்களுக்குக் கண்ணியை வைத்திருக்கிறார்கள்; என்னுடைய ஆத்துமா தவிக்கிறது; எனக்கு முன்பாகக் குழியை வெட்டி, அதின் நடுவிலே விழுந்தார்கள் (சேலா)
7 My heart is fixed, O God, my heart is fixed: I will sing and give praise.
௭என்னுடைய இருதயம் ஆயத்தமாக இருக்கிறது, தேவனே, என்னுடைய இருதயம் ஆயத்தமாக இருக்கிறது; நான் பாடிப் புகழுவேன்.
8 Awake up, my glory; awake, psaltery and harp: I [myself] will awake early.
௮என்னுடைய மனமே, விழி; வீணையே, சுரமண்டலமே, விழியுங்கள்; அதிகாலையில் விழித்துக்கொள்வேன்.
9 I will praise thee, O Lord, among the people: I will sing unto thee among the nations.
௯ஆண்டவரே, மக்களுக்குள்ளே உம்மைத் துதிப்பேன்; தேசங்களுக்குள்ளே உம்மைப் புகழ்ந்து பாடுவேன்.
10 For thy mercy [is] great unto the heavens, and thy truth unto the clouds.
௧0உமது கிருபை வானம்வரையும், உமது சத்தியம் மேகமண்டலங்கள்வரையும் எட்டுகிறது.
11 Be thou exalted, O God, above the heavens: [let] thy glory [be] above all the earth.
௧௧தேவனே, வானங்களுக்கு மேலாக உயர்ந்தருளும்; உமது மகிமை பூமியனைத்தின்மேலும் உயர்ந்திருப்பதாக.
