Psalms 25
1 [A Psalm] of David. Unto thee, O LORD, do I lift up my soul.
१दाविदाचे स्तोत्र. हे परमेश्वरा, मी आपला जीव तुझ्याकडे उंचावतो.
2 O my God, I trust in thee: let me not be ashamed, let not mine enemies triumph over me.
२माझ्या देवा, तुझ्यात माझा विश्वास आहे. मला निराश होऊ देऊ नको, माझे शत्रू माझ्यावर हर्ष न करोत.
3 Yea, let none that wait on thee be ashamed: let them be ashamed which transgress without cause.
३तुझ्या विश्वासणाऱ्याची कधी निराशा होत नाही. परंतु जे कारण नसताना विश्वासघात करतात, ते लाजवले जातील.
4 Shew me thy ways, O LORD; teach me thy paths.
४हे परमेश्वरा तुझे मार्ग मला कळव, मला तुझे मार्ग शिकव.
5 Lead me in thy truth, and teach me: for thou [art] the God of my salvation; on thee do I wait all the day.
५तू आपल्या सत्यात मला मार्ग दाखव आणि मला शिकव. कारण तू माझा तारणारा देव आहेस मी रोज तुझी वाट पाहतो.
6 Remember, O LORD, thy tender mercies and thy lovingkindnesses; for they [have been] ever of old.
६हे परमेश्वरा, तुझ्या दयाळू कृत्यांची आणि प्रेमदयेची आठवण कर.
7 Remember not the sins of my youth, nor my transgressions: according to thy mercy remember thou me for thy goodness’ sake, O LORD.
७हे परमेश्वरा, माझे तरुणपणाचे पाप आणि माझा बंडखोरपणा आठवू नको. तू आपल्या प्रेमदयेला अनुसरून आपल्या चांगुलपणामुळे माझी आठवण कर.
8 Good and upright [is] the LORD: therefore will he teach sinners in the way.
८परमेश्वर चांगला आणि प्रामाणिक आहे. यास्तव तो पाप्यांस मार्ग शिकवतो.
9 The meek will he guide in judgment: and the meek will he teach his way.
९तो नम्र जणांस न्यायाने मार्गदर्शन करतो. आणि दीनांना आपला मार्ग शिकवीतो.
10 All the paths of the LORD [are] mercy and truth unto such as keep his covenant and his testimonies.
१०जे त्याचे करार आणि वचने पाळतात त्यांच्यासाठी परमेश्वराचे मार्ग प्रेमदया व विश्वासयोग्य आहेत.
11 For thy name’s sake, O LORD, pardon mine iniquity; for it [is] great.
११परमेश्वरा, तुझ्या नामास्तव, माझ्या अपराधांची क्षमा कर, कारण ते खूप आहेत.
12 What man [is] he that feareth the LORD? him shall he teach in the way [that] he shall choose.
१२परमेश्वराचे भय धरतो असा मनुष्य कोण आहे? प्रभू त्यास सूचना देईल, की त्याने कोणते मार्ग निवडावे.
13 His soul shall dwell at ease; and his seed shall inherit the earth.
१३त्याचे जीवन चांगुलपणात जाईल, आणि त्याची संतान भूमीचे वतन पावतील.
14 The secret of the LORD [is] with them that fear him; and he will shew them his covenant.
१४परमेश्वराचे सत्य त्याचे अनुकरण करणाऱ्यांबरोबर असते. आणि तो त्याचे करार कळवतो.
15 Mine eyes [are] ever toward the LORD; for he shall pluck my feet out of the net.
१५मी नेहमी परमेश्वराकडे आपली दृष्टी लावतो. कारण तो माझे पाय जाळ्यातून मुक्त करतो.
16 Turn thee unto me, and have mercy upon me; for I [am] desolate and afflicted.
१६परमेश्वरा माझ्याकडे फिर आणि माझ्यावर दया कर. कारण मी एकटा आणि पीडलेला आहे.
17 The troubles of my heart are enlarged: [O] bring thou me out of my distresses.
१७माझ्या हृदयाचा त्रास वाढला आहे, संकटातून मला तू काढ.
18 Look upon mine affliction and my pain; and forgive all my sins.
१८परमेश्वरा, माझे दु: ख आणि कष्ट बघ, माझ्या सर्व पापांची क्षमा कर.
19 Consider mine enemies; for they are many; and they hate me with cruel hatred.
१९माझ्या सर्व शत्रूंकडे पाहा, कारण ते पुष्कळ आहेत. ते माझा कठोरपणे तिरस्कार करतात.
20 O keep my soul, and deliver me: let me not be ashamed; for I put my trust in thee.
२०देवा, माझे रक्षण कर आणि मला वाचव. माझा तुझ्यावर विश्वास आहे, तेव्हा माझी निराशा करू नकोस.
21 Let integrity and uprightness preserve me; for I wait on thee.
२१तुझा प्रामाणिकपणा आणि सरळपणा माझे रक्षण करोत. कारण माझा तुझ्यावर विश्वास आहे.
22 Redeem Israel, O God, out of all his troubles.
२२देवा, इस्राएलाच्या लोकांस त्यांच्या सर्व त्रासांपासून सोडव.
