Psalms 135
1 Praise ye the LORD. Praise ye the name of the LORD; praise [him], O ye servants of the LORD.
Beni SENYÈ a! Beni non SENYÈ a! Beni Li, O sèvitè a SENYÈ yo,
2 Ye that stand in the house of the LORD, in the courts of the house of our God,
nou menm ki kanpe lakay SENYÈ a, nan lakou lakay SENYÈ nou an!
3 Praise the LORD; for the LORD [is] good: sing praises unto his name; for [it is] pleasant.
Beni SENYÈ a, paske SENYÈ a bon. Chante lwanj a non Li, paske sa bèl.
4 For the LORD hath chosen Jacob unto himself, [and] Israel for his peculiar treasure.
Paske SENYÈ a te chwazi Jacob pou Li menm, Israël pou pwòp posesyon pa Li.
5 For I know that the LORD [is] great, and [that] our Lord [is] above all gods.
Paske mwen konnen ke SENYÈ a gran, e ke SENYÈ nou an pi wo ke tout dye yo.
6 Whatsoever the LORD pleased, [that] did he in heaven, and in earth, in the seas, and all deep places.
Nenpòt sa ke SENYÈ a vle, Li fè l, nan syèl la oswa sou tè a, nan lanmè yo ak nan tout fon yo.
7 He causeth the vapours to ascend from the ends of the earth; he maketh lightnings for the rain; he bringeth the wind out of his treasuries.
Li fè vapè monte soti nan tout pwent tè yo. Ki fè rive loray avèk lapli yo, ki fè van vin parèt sòti nan trezò Li yo.
8 Who smote the firstborn of Egypt, both of man and beast.
Li te frape premye ne Égypte yo, ni lòm, ni bèt.
9 [Who] sent tokens and wonders into the midst of thee, O Egypt, upon Pharaoh, and upon all his servants.
Li te voye sign ak mèvèy nan mitan nou, O Égypte, sou Farawon avèk tout sèvitè Li yo.
10 Who smote great nations, and slew mighty kings;
Li te frape anpil nasyon, e te detwi wa pwisan yo,
11 Sihon king of the Amorites, and Og king of Bashan, and all the kingdoms of Canaan:
Sihon, wa Amoreyen yo, Og, wa Basan ak tout wayòm a Canaan yo.
12 And gave their land [for] an heritage, an heritage unto Israel his people.
Epi Li te bay yo peyi yo kon eritaj, yon eritaj a Israël, pèp Li a.
13 Thy name, O LORD, [endureth] for ever; [and] thy memorial, O LORD, throughout all generations.
Non Ou, O SENYÈ, dire jis pou tout tan, Memwa Ou, O SENYÈ, pou tout jenerasyon yo.
14 For the LORD will judge his people, and he will repent himself concerning his servants.
Paske SENYÈ a va jije pèp Li a, e va gen konpasyon pou sèvitè Li yo.
15 The idols of the heathen [are] silver and gold, the work of men’s hands.
Zidòl a nasyon yo pa anyen sof ke ajan ak lò, zèv a men a lòm.
16 They have mouths, but they speak not; eyes have they, but they see not;
Yo gen bouch, men yo pa pale. Yo gen zye, men yo pa wè.
17 They have ears, but they hear not; neither is there [any] breath in their mouths.
Yo gen zòrèy, men yo pa tande, ni nanpwen souf nan bouch yo.
18 They that make them are like unto them: [so is] every one that trusteth in them.
(Sila) ki fè yo va vin tankou yo. Wi, tout (sila) ki mete konfyans nan yo.
19 Bless the LORD, O house of Israel: bless the LORD, O house of Aaron:
O lakay Israël, beni SENYÈ a! O lakay Aaron, Beni SENYÈ a!
20 Bless the LORD, O house of Levi: ye that fear the LORD, bless the LORD.
O lakay Lévi, beni SENYÈ a! Nou menm ki gen lakrent SENYÈ a, beni SENYÈ a!
21 Blessed be the LORD out of Zion, which dwelleth at Jerusalem. Praise ye the LORD.
Ke SENYÈ a beni soti nan Sion, (Sila) ki abite Jérusalem nan, Beni SENYÈ a!
