Psalms 103
1 [A Psalm] of David. Bless the LORD, O my soul: and all that is within me, [bless] his holy name.
Nitamsifu Yahwe maisha yangu yote, na vyote vilivyomo ndani yangu, nitalisifu jina lake takatifu.
2 Bless the LORD, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits:
Maishani mwangu mwote nitamsifu Yahwe, na kukumbuka matendo yake yote mazuri.
3 Who forgiveth all thine iniquities; who healeth all thy diseases;
Yeye husamehe dhambi zako zote; huponya magonjwa yako yote.
4 Who redeemeth thy life from destruction; who crowneth thee with lovingkindness and tender mercies;
Huukomboa uhai wako dhidi ya uharubifu; hukuvika taji kwa uaminifu wa agano lake na hutenda kwa rehema.
5 Who satisfieth thy mouth with good [things; so that] thy youth is renewed like the eagle’s.
Huyatosheleza maisha yako kwa mambo mema ili kwamba ujana wako ufanywe upya kama tai.
6 The LORD executeth righteousness and judgment for all that are oppressed.
Yahwe hutenda yaliyo haki naye hutenda hukumu ya haki kwa ajili ya wote walio onewa.
7 He made known his ways unto Moses, his acts unto the children of Israel.
Alimjulisha Musa njia zake, matendo yake kwa uzao wa Israeli.
8 The LORD [is] merciful and gracious, slow to anger, and plenteous in mercy.
Yahwe ni wa huruma na neema; ni mvumilivu; ana agano kuu la uaminifu.
9 He will not always chide: neither will he keep [his anger] for ever.
Hataadhibu siku zote; hakasiriki siku zote.
10 He hath not dealt with us after our sins; nor rewarded us according to our iniquities.
Hatushughulikii sisi kama dhambi zetu zinavyostahili au kutulipa kulingana na uhitaji wa dhambi zetu.
11 For as the heaven is high above the earth, [so] great is his mercy toward them that fear him.
Kama mbingu zilivyo juu zaidi ya nchi, ndivyo ulivyo ukuu wa uaminifu wa agano lake kwao wale wanaomcha yeye.
12 As far as the east is from the west, [so] far hath he removed our transgressions from us.
Kama vile mashariki ilivyo mbali na magharibi, hivi ndivyo ameondoa hatia zetu za dhambi zetu mbali nasi.
13 Like as a father pitieth [his] children, [so] the LORD pitieth them that fear him.
Kama vile baba alivyo na huruma kwa watoto wake, ndivyo Yahwe alivyo na huruma kwao wamchao.
14 For he knoweth our frame; he remembereth that we [are] dust.
Maana anajua tulivyo umbwa; anajua kuwa tu mavumbi.
15 [As for] man, his days [are] as grass: as a flower of the field, so he flourisheth.
Kama ilivyo kwa mwanadamu, siku zake ni kama majani; hustawi kama ua katika shamba.
16 For the wind passeth over it, and it is gone; and the place thereof shall know it no more.
Upepo hulipiga, nalo hutoweka, na hakuna hata mmoja awezaye kuelezea mahali lilipokua.
17 But the mercy of the LORD [is] from everlasting to everlasting upon them that fear him, and his righteousness unto children’s children;
Lakini agano la uaminifu wa Yahwe uko kwa wale wamchao yeye milele hata milele. Haki yake ni endelevu kwa uzao wao.
18 To such as keep his covenant, and to those that remember his commandments to do them.
Wanashika agano lake na kukumbuka kutii maagizo yake.
19 The LORD hath prepared his throne in the heavens; and his kingdom ruleth over all.
Yahwe ameweka kiti chake cha enzi mbinguni, na ufalme wake watawala juu ya kila mtu.
20 Bless the LORD, ye his angels, that excel in strength, that do his commandments, hearkening unto the voice of his word.
Msifuni Yahwe, enyi malaika zake, ninyi hodari wenye nguvu na mtendao neno lake, na kutii sauti ya neno lake.
21 Bless ye the LORD, all [ye] his hosts; [ye] ministers of his, that do his pleasure.
Msifuni Yahwe, enyi jeshi la malaika wote, ninyi ni watumishi mfanyao mapenzi yake.
22 Bless the LORD, all his works in all places of his dominion: bless the LORD, O my soul.
Msifuni Yahwe, viumbe wake wote, mahali popote atawalapo. Nitamsifu Yahwe maisha yangu yote.
