Micah 7
1 Woe is me! for I am as when they have gathered the summer fruits, as the grapegleanings of the vintage: [there is] no cluster to eat: my soul desired the firstripe fruit.
हाय म! म ग्रीष्म ऋतुमा बटुलिएको फलझैँ भएको छु, र रस निकालिएको दाखझैँ भएको छु । त्यहाँ खानलाई दाखको झुप्पा छैन, र मेरो प्राणले इच्छा गरेकोजस्तो पहिले नै पाकेको अन्जीर पनि छैन ।
2 The good [man] is perished out of the earth: and [there is] none upright among men: they all lie in wait for blood; they hunt every man his brother with a net.
भुमिबाट विश्वसनीय मानिसहरू बिलिन भएका छन् । सारा मानवजातिमा कोही सोझो मानिस छैन । तिनीहरू सबै रक्तपातको निम्ति पर्खिरहन्छन् । हरेकले आफ्नो दाजुभाइलाई जालले शिकार गर्दछ ।
3 That they may do evil with both hands earnestly, the prince asketh, and the judge [asketh] for a reward; and the great [man], he uttereth his mischievous desire: so they wrap it up.
तिनीहरूका हातहरू हानी गर्नलाई पोक्त छन् । शासकले पैसा माग्दछन्, न्यायकर्ता घूस लिनको निम्ति तयार छन्, र शक्तिशाली मानिसले आफूले प्राप्त गर्न चाहेको कुरा अरूहरूसँग माग्दछ । यसरी तिनीहरू एकसाथ षड्यन्त्र रच्छन् ।
4 The best of them [is] as a brier: the most upright [is sharper] than a thorn hedge: the day of thy watchmen [and] thy visitation cometh; now shall be their perplexity.
तिनीहरूमध्येको उत्कृष्टचाहिँ काँडाझैँ छ, सबैभन्दा सोझोचाहिँ काँडाको झाँगभन्दा पनि खराब छ । तिमीहरूका पहरेदारहरूले पहिले नै बताएको दिन, तिमीहरूको दण्डको दिन यही हो । अब यो तिनीहरूको भ्रमको समय हो ।
5 Trust ye not in a friend, put ye not confidence in a guide: keep the doors of thy mouth from her that lieth in thy bosom.
कुनै पनि छिमेकीमाथि विश्वास नगर्नू । कुनै साथिमाथि भरोसा नगर्नू । तिम्रा अङ्गालोमा बस्ने स्त्रीसँग पनि होसियारसँग बोल्नू ।
6 For the son dishonoureth the father, the daughter riseth up against her mother, the daughter in law against her mother in law; a man’s enemies [are] the men of his own house.
किनभने छोरोले आफ्ना बुबाको अनादर गर्दछ, छोरी आफ्नी आमाको विरुद्धमा उठ्छे, र बुहारी सासूको विरुद्ध । मानिसको शत्रु आफ्नै घरका मानिसहरू हुन् ।
7 Therefore I will look unto the LORD; I will wait for the God of my salvation: my God will hear me.
तर मचाहिँ परमप्रभुतर्फ आँखा लगाउँछु । म मेरो मुक्तिको परमेश्वरको पर्खाइमा छु, मेरा परमेश्वरले मलाई सुन्नुहुन्छ ।
8 Rejoice not against me, O mine enemy: when I fall, I shall arise; when I sit in darkness, the LORD [shall be] a light unto me.
ए मेरो शत्रु, मलाई देखेर रमाहट नगर् । म लडेपछि, फेरि उठ्नेछु । जब म अन्धकारमा बस्दछु, परमप्रभु मेरो निम्ति ज्योति हुनुहुनेछ ।
9 I will bear the indignation of the LORD, because I have sinned against him, until he plead my cause, and execute judgment for me: he will bring me forth to the light, [and] I shall behold his righteousness.
मैले परमप्रभुको विरुद्ध पाप गरेको कारणले, उहाँले मेरो विषयमा वकालत नगर्नुभएसम्म, र मेरो निम्ति इन्साफ नगर्नुभएसम्म मैले उहाँको क्रोध सहनेछु ।
10 Then [she that is] mine enemy shall see [it], and shame shall cover her which said unto me, Where is the LORD thy God? mine eyes shall behold her: now shall she be trodden down as the mire of the streets.
अनि मेरो शत्रुले त्यो देख्नेछ, र “परमप्रभु तेरो परमेश्वर कहाँ छ?” भनेर भन्नेलाई शर्मले ढाक्नेछ । मेरा आँखाले त्यसलाई हेर्नेछन् । सडकहरूका माटोझैँ त्यो कुल्चिनेछे ।
11 [In] the day that thy walls are to be built, [in] that day shall the decree be far removed.
तिमीहरूका पर्खालहरू निर्माण गर्ने दिन आउनेछ । त्यस दिनमा सिमानाहरू टाढा-टाढासम्म विस्तार हुनेछन् ।
12 [In] that day [also] he shall come even to thee from Assyria, and [from] the fortified cities, and from the fortress even to the river, and from sea to sea, and [from] mountain to mountain.
त्यस दिन अश्शूर र मिश्रका शहरहरुबाट, मिश्रदेखि यूफ्रेटिस नदीसम्म, समुद्रदेखि समुद्रसम्म, र पर्वतदेखि पर्वतसम्म मानिसहरू तिमीहरूकहाँ आउनेछन् ।
13 Notwithstanding the land shall be desolate because of them that dwell therein, for the fruit of their doings.
तर भुमि भने त्यसमा बसोबास गर्ने मानिसहरूका कारण, र तिनीहरूका कामका प्रतिफलको कारण उजाड हुनेछ ।
14 Feed thy people with thy rod, the flock of thine heritage, which dwell solitarily [in] the wood, in the midst of Carmel: let them feed [in] Bashan and Gilead, as in the days of old.
आफ्ना मानिसहरू, अर्थात् तपाईंका उत्तराधिकारको बगाललाई आफ्नो छडीले नियन्त्रण गर्नुहोस् । तिनीहरू एक्लै खर्कको बिचमा, र जङ्गलमा बस्छन् । पुराना दिनहरूमा झैँ तिनीहरूलाई बाशान र गिलादमा चर्न दिनुहोस् ।
15 According to the days of thy coming out of the land of Egypt will I shew unto him marvellous [things].
मिश्रको भुमिबाट तिमीहरू बाहिर आएका दिनमा झैँ, म तिनीहरूलाई आश्चर्य कामहरू देखाउनेछु ।
16 The nations shall see and be confounded at all their might: they shall lay [their] hand upon [their] mouth, their ears shall be deaf.
जाति-जातिहरूले यो देख्नेछन् र आफ्ना शक्तिमाथि लज्जित हुनेछन् । तिनीहरूले केही बोल्नेछैनन्, र तिनीहरू बहिरा हुनेछन् ।
17 They shall lick the dust like a serpent, they shall move out of their holes like worms of the earth: they shall be afraid of the LORD our God, and shall fear because of thee.
तिनीहरूले सर्पले झैँ धुलो चाट्नेछन्, माटोमा घस्रने प्राणीझैँ तिनीहरूले गर्नेछन् । तिनीहरू आफ्ना गुफाहरूबाट डरसाथ निस्कनेछन् । परमप्रभु, हाम्रा परमेश्वर, तपाईंकहाँ तिनीहरू डरसाथ आउनेछन्, र तिनीहरू तपाईंको कारण भयभीत हुनेछन् ।
18 Who [is] a God like unto thee, that pardoneth iniquity, and passeth by the transgression of the remnant of his heritage? he retaineth not his anger for ever, because he delighteth [in] mercy.
तपाईंझैँ परमेश्वर को छ, जसले पापलाई मेटाउनुहुन्छ, र आफ्नो उत्तराधिकारका बाँकी रहेकाहरूको अपराध क्षमा गर्नुहुन्छ? उहाँ सदाको निम्ति रिसाउनुहुन्न, किनभने उहाँ आफ्नो करारको विश्वसनीयतामा खुशी हुनुहुन्छ ।
19 He will turn again, he will have compassion upon us; he will subdue our iniquities; and thou wilt cast all their sins into the depths of the sea.
तपाईंले फेरि हामीमाथि दया देखाउनुहुनेछ । तपाईंले हाम्रा अपराधहरूलाई आफ्ना पाऊमुनि कुल्चनुहुनेछ । तपाईंले हाम्रा सबै पापहरूललाई समुद्रको गहिराइमा फ्याँकिदिनुहुनेछ ।
20 Thou wilt perform the truth to Jacob, [and] the mercy to Abraham, which thou hast sworn unto our fathers from the days of old.
प्राचीन दिनहरूमा तपाईंले हाम्रा पुर्खाहरूसँग प्रतिज्ञा गर्नुभएझैँ तपाईंले याकूबलाई सत्यता र अब्राहामलाई करारको विश्वसनीयता दिनुहुनेछ ।
