Mark 8
1 In those days the multitude being very great, and having nothing to eat, Jesus called his disciples [unto him], and saith unto them,
୧ସେବେଲେ ଆରି ତରେକ୍ ବେସି ଲକ୍ମନ୍ ମିସ୍ଲାଇ, ଆରି ସେମନର୍ ଲଗେ କାଇବା ପିଇବାକେ କାଇଟା ନ ରଇଲାଜେ ଜିସୁ ସିସ୍ମନ୍କେ ଲଗେଡାକି କଇଲା,
2 I have compassion on the multitude, because they have now been with me three days, and have nothing to eat:
୨“ଏ ଲକ୍ମନ୍କେ ଦେକି ମକେ ଦୁକ୍ ଲାଗ୍ଲାନି, କାଇକେବଇଲେ ଏମନ୍ ତିନ୍ଦିନ୍ ଅଇଲାନି ମର୍ ସଙ୍ଗ୍ ଆଚତ୍ ଆରି ଏମନର୍ ଲଗେ କାଇବାକେ କାଇଟା ମିସା ନାଇ ।
3 And if I send them away fasting to their own houses, they will faint by the way: for divers of them came from far.
୩ତେବେ ମୁଇ ସେମନ୍କେ ନ କୁଆଇତେ ଗରେ ପାଟାଇଲେ, ବାଟେ ସେମନର୍ ଚେତା ଆଜିଜାଇସି, ସେମନର୍ ବିତ୍ରେ କେତେକ୍ ଲକ୍ ଦୁରେଅନି ଆସି ଆଚତ୍ ।”
4 And his disciples answered him, From whence can a man satisfy these [men] with bread here in the wilderness?
୪ସିସ୍ମନ୍ ତାକେ କଇଲାଇ, “ଇତି ଏ ଚିମ୍ରା ଜାଗାଇ ଲକ୍ ନ ରଇବାଟାନେ କନ୍ତିଅନି ରୁଟି ଆନି ଏମନ୍କେ ପେଟ୍ ପୁରାଇବାର୍?”
5 And he asked them, How many loaves have ye? And they said, Seven.
୫ଜିସୁ ସେମନ୍କେ ପାଚାର୍ଲା, “ତମର୍ଲଗେ କେତେଟା ରୁଟିଆଚେ?” ସେମନ୍ କଇଲାଇ, “ସାତ୍ଟା ।”
6 And he commanded the people to sit down on the ground: and he took the seven loaves, and gave thanks, and brake, and gave to his disciples to set before [them]; and they did set [them] before the people.
୬ତେଇ ଜିସୁ ସେ ସବୁ ଲକ୍ମନ୍କେ ବୁଏଁ ବସ୍ବାକେ କଇଲା, ଆରି ସେ ସାତ୍ଟା ରୁଟି ଦାରିକରି ପର୍ମେସର୍କେ ଦନିଅବାଦ୍ ଦେଇ ସେଟା ସବୁ ବାଙ୍ଗାଇକରି ବାଟାକରିଦେବାକେ ତାର୍ ସିସ୍ମନ୍କେ ଦେଲା । ଆରି ସେମନ୍ ଲକ୍ମନ୍କେ ସେଟା ବାଟାକଲାଇ ।
7 And they had a few small fishes: and he blessed, and commanded to set them also before [them].
୭ସେମନର୍ ଲଗେ ଜଡେକ୍ ପାରା କେତେଟା ସାନ୍ ମାଚ୍ ରଇଲା, ସେଟା ମିସା ସେ ପର୍ମେସର୍କେ ଦନିଅବାଦ୍ ଦେଇ ବାଟାକର୍ବାକେ କଇଲା ।
8 So they did eat, and were filled: and they took up of the broken [meat] that was left seven baskets.
୮ତେଇ ସେମନ୍ ସବୁ ଲକ୍ ପେଟ୍ପୁର୍ତେ କାଇଲାଇ ଆରି ଅଗଲ୍ଲାଟା ସାତ୍ଡାଲା ବେଟ୍ଲାଇ ।
9 And they that had eaten were about four thousand: and he sent them away.
୯ତେଇ ଚାରିଅଜାର୍ ଲକ୍ମନ୍ ରଇଲାଇ ।
10 And straightway he entered into a ship with his disciples, and came into the parts of Dalmanutha.
୧୦ତାର୍ପଚେ ଜିସୁ ଲକ୍ମନ୍କେ ପାଟାଇ ଦେଲା ଆରି ନିଜର୍ ସିସ୍ମନର୍ ସଙ୍ଗ୍ ଡଙ୍ଗାଇ ଚଗି ଦଲ୍ମନୁତା ନାଉଁର୍ ଗଟେକ୍ ଜାଗାଇ ଆଇଲା ।
11 And the Pharisees came forth, and began to question with him, seeking of him a sign from heaven, tempting him.
୧୧ପଚେ ପାରୁସିମନ୍ ବାରଇ ଆସି ଜିସୁର୍ ସଙ୍ଗ୍ ଦଦାପେଲା ଅଇବାର୍ ଦାର୍ଲାଇ । ତାକେ ପରିକା କର୍ବାକେ ପାନ୍ଦେ ପାକାଉଁ ବଲି ମନ୍କରି, ସେ ଜେ ପର୍ମେସର୍ଟାନେଅନି ଆସିଆଚେ, ଏଟା ଦେକାଇବାକେ ଆକାସେଅନି ଗଟେକ୍ କାବାଅଇଜିବା ଚିନ୍ ଦେକାଆ ବଲି କଇଲାଇ ।
12 And he sighed deeply in his spirit, and saith, Why doth this generation seek after a sign? verily I say unto you, There shall no sign be given unto this generation.
୧୨ଜିସୁ ଗଟେକ୍ ଡେଙ୍ଗ୍ପୁଣ୍ଡା ପୁଣ୍ଡିକରି କଇଲା, “ଏବର୍ ଲକ୍ମନ୍ କାଇକେ କାବା ଅଇବା ଚିନ୍ ମାଙ୍ଗ୍ଲାଇନି? ମୁଇ ତମ୍କେ ସତ୍ କଇଲିନି, ଆଜିକାଲିର୍ ଏ ଲକ୍ମନ୍କେ କାବା ଅଇବା କାଇ ଚିନ୍ ମିସା ଦେକାଇ ନଏଁ ।”
13 And he left them, and entering into the ship again departed to the other side.
୧୩ତାର୍ପଚେ ଜିସୁ ଆରି ତାର୍ ସିସ୍ମନ୍ ସେମନ୍କେ ତେଇ ଚାଡି ଡଙ୍ଗାଇ ଚଗି ଆରି ତରେକ୍ ଗାଡ୍ ସେପାଟେ ଗାଲା ।
14 Now [the disciples] had forgotten to take bread, neither had they in the ship with them more than one loaf.
୧୪ଜିସୁର୍ ସିସ୍ମନ୍ ଡଙ୍ଗାଇ ଗାଲାବେଲେ କାଇବାକେ ରୁଟି ନେବାକେ ପାସ୍ରିଜାଇରଇଲାଇ । ସେମନର୍ଟାନେ ଏକାଇ ଗଟେକ୍ ସେ ରୁଟି ରଇଲା ।
15 And he charged them, saying, Take heed, beware of the leaven of the Pharisees, and [of] the leaven of Herod.
୧୫ଜିସୁ ସେମନ୍କେ ଜାଗ୍ରତ୍ କରାଇ କଇଲା, “ପାରୁସିମନର୍ ଆରି ଏରଦର୍କମିର୍ ଅନି ତରିକ୍ନା ଅଇ ରୁଆ ।”
16 And they reasoned among themselves, saying, [It is] because we have no bread.
୧୬ଏଟା ସୁନି ସିସ୍ମନ୍ ନିଜର୍ ନିଜର୍ ବିତ୍ରେ କାତାବାର୍ତା ଅଇକରି କଇଲାଇ, “ଆମର୍ଲଗେ କାଇବାକେ ରୁଟିନାଇ ବଲି ସେ ଏନ୍ତାରି କଇଲାଇନି ।”
17 And when Jesus knew [it], he saith unto them, Why reason ye, because ye have no bread? perceive ye not yet, neither understand? have ye your heart yet hardened?
୧୭ସେମନ୍ କାଇ ବିସଇନେଇ କାତାବାର୍ତା ଅଇଲାଇନି ବଲି ଜିସୁ ଜାନିକରି ସେମନ୍କେ କଇଲା, “ତମର୍ ଲଗେ ଜେତ୍କି ଦର୍କାର୍ ଆଚେ, ସେତ୍କି ରୁଟିନାଇ ବଲିକରି ତମେ କାଇକେ କାତାବାର୍ତା ଅଇଲାସ୍ନି? ଏବେଜାକ ତମେ କାଇ ଦେକାସ୍ ନାଇ କି ବୁଜାସ୍ନାଇ? ତମର୍ ମନ୍ କାଇ ଆଁଟ୍ ଅଇଗାଲା ଆଚେ କି?
18 Having eyes, see ye not? and having ears, hear ye not? and do ye not remember?
୧୮ଆଁକି ରଉ ରଉ ଦେକାସ୍ ନାଇ? ଆରି, କାନ୍ ରଉ ରଉ ସୁନାସ୍ ନାଇ? ଆମର୍ଟାନେ ଜେଡେବେଲେ କାଇବାକେ ଉନା ରଇଲା, ସେ ବେଲେ ମୁଇ କାଇଟା କରିରଇଲି? ସେ ବିସଇ ତମେ ଏତାଆସ୍ ନାଇକି?
19 When I brake the five loaves among five thousand, how many baskets full of fragments took ye up? They say unto him, Twelve.
୧୯ମୁଇ ଜେଡେବେଲେ ପାଁଚ୍ ଅଜାର୍ ଲକର୍ ବିତ୍ରେ ପାଁଚ୍ଟା ରୁଟିବାଙ୍ଗାଇ ରଇଲି, ସେଡ୍କି ବେଲେ ତମେମନ୍ ସବୁ କେତେକ୍ ଡାଲା ବାଙ୍ଗ୍ଲା କଣ୍ଡ୍ ବେଟି ନେଇ ରଇଲାସ୍, ସେଟାକାଇ ତମର୍ ମନେ ନାଇ?” ସେମନ୍ ତାକେ କଇଲାଇ, “ବାର ଡାଲା ।”
20 And when the seven among four thousand, how many baskets full of fragments took ye up? And they said, Seven.
୨୦“ଆରି, ସେ ଚାରି ଅଜାର୍ ଲକର୍ ବିତ୍ରେ ମୁଇଁ ଜେଡେବେଲ୍ ସାତଟା ରୁଟି ବାଙ୍ଗାଇ ରଇଲି, ସେଡ୍କିବେଲେ ତମେମନ୍ ସବୁ କେତେକ୍ ଡାଲା ବାଙ୍ଗ୍ଲା କଣ୍ଡ୍ ଟୁଲିଆଇ ରଇଲାସ୍?” ସେମନ୍ କଇଲାଇ “ସାତ୍ ଡାଲା ।”
21 And he said unto them, How is it that ye do not understand?
୨୧ଆରି ଜିସୁ ସେମନ୍କେ ପାଚାର୍ଲା, “ମୁଇ କାଇଟା କଇଲିନି, ତମେ କେନ୍ତି ବୁଜାସ୍ ନାଇ?”
22 And he cometh to Bethsaida; and they bring a blind man unto him, and besought him to touch him.
୨୨ପଚେ ସେମନ୍ ବେତସାଇଦାଇ ଉଟି ଆଇଲାଇ, ଆରି ତେଇ କେତେକ୍ ଲକ୍ମନ୍ ଗଟେକ୍ କାଣାଲକ୍କେ ଜିସୁର୍ ଲଗେ ଆନିକରି ତାକେ ଚିଇକରି ନିକ କର୍ବାକେ କଇଲାଇ ।
23 And he took the blind man by the hand, and led him out of the town; and when he had spit on his eyes, and put his hands upon him, he asked him if he saw ought.
୨୩ଜିସୁ ତାକେ ଆତେଦାରି ଗାଉଁ ବାଇରେ ଡାକିନେଲା, ଆରି ତୁକିକରି ତାର୍ ଲାଲ୍ ସେ କାଣାର୍ ଆଁକିତେଇ ଲାଗାଇଲା । ତାର୍ମୁଣ୍ଡେ ଆତ୍ ସଙ୍ଗଇକରି “ତୁଇ ଅଲପ୍ ମିସା ଦେକି ପାର୍ଲୁସ୍ନି କି?” ବଲି ପାଚାର୍ଲା ।
24 And he looked up, and said, I see men as trees, walking.
୨୪ସେ ଚାରିବେଡ୍ତି ଦେକିକରି କଇଲା, “ମୁଇ ଲକ୍ମନ୍ ଇଣ୍ଡ୍ବାଟା ଦେକିପାର୍ଲିନି, ମାତର୍ ସେମନ୍ ଗଚ୍ପାରା ଡିସ୍ଲାଇନି” ବଲିକରି କଇଲା ।
25 After that he put [his] hands again upon his eyes, and made him look up: and he was restored, and saw every man clearly.
୨୫ଜିସୁ ଆରିତରେକ୍ ସେ କାଣାଲକର୍ ଆଁକିତେଇ ଆତ୍ସଙ୍ଗ୍ ଚିଇଲା । ସେଦାପ୍ରେ ଅନି ତାର୍ ଆଁକି ନିମାନ୍ ଅଇଗାଲା ଆରି ପୁରାପୁରୁନ୍ ନିମାନ୍ ଦେକିପାର୍ଲା ।
26 And he sent him away to his house, saying, Neither go into the town, nor tell [it] to any in the town.
୨୬ଆରି ଜିସୁ ତାକେ କଇଲା, “ଏବେ ତୁଇ ଗାଏଁ ନ ଜାଆ, ମାତର୍ ତର୍ ନିଜର୍ ଗରେ ଉଟିଜା” ବଲିକରି ପାଟାଇଦେଲା ।
27 And Jesus went out, and his disciples, into the towns of Cæsarea Philippi: and by the way he asked his disciples, saying unto them, Whom do men say that I am?
୨୭ତାର୍ପଚେ ଜିସୁ ଆରି ତାର୍ ସିସ୍ମନ୍ କାଇସେରିଆ ପିଲିପ୍ ନାଉଁର୍ ଗଡ୍ଲଗେ ରଇବା ଚାରିବେଡ୍ତିର୍ ଗାଉଁ ମନ୍କେ ଗାଲାଇ । ବାଟେ ଜିସୁ ତାର୍ ସିସ୍ମନ୍କେ ପାଚାର୍ଲା, “ଲକ୍ମନ୍ ମକେ କେ ବଲିକରି ବାବ୍ଲାଇନି?”
28 And they answered, John the Baptist: but some [say], Elias; and others, One of the prophets.
୨୮ସେମନ୍ ତାକେ କଇଲାଇ, “କେତେ ଲକ୍ମନ୍ ତମ୍କେ ଡୁବନ୍ ଦେଉ ଜଅନ୍ ବଲିକରି କଇଲାଇନି, ଆରି ଅଦେକ୍ ଲକ୍ମନ୍ ତମ୍କେ ଆଗର୍ ଏଲିୟ ବଲି କଇଲାଇନି ଆରି କେତେଲକ୍ ତମ୍କେ ପର୍ମେସରର୍ଟାନେଅନି ଆଦେସ୍ ପାଇ ଆସି, କାତାଅଇବା ବବିସତ୍ବକ୍ତା ମନର୍ଟାନେଅନି ଗଟେକ୍ଲକ୍ ବଲି କଇଲାଇନି ।”
29 And he saith unto them, But whom say ye that I am? And Peter answereth and saith unto him, Thou art the Christ.
୨୯ଆରି ତମେ ମକେ କେ ବଲିକରି ବାବ୍ଲାସ୍ନି? ବଲି ଜିସୁ ସେମନ୍କେ ପାଚାର୍ଲା । ପିତର୍ କଇଲା, “ତୁଇ ପର୍ମେସର୍ ପାଟାଇରଇବା ଉଦାର୍କାରିଆ କିରିସ୍ଟ” ବଲି କଇଲା ।
30 And he charged them that they should tell no man of him.
୩୦ତେଇ ଜିସୁ ସେମନ୍କେ ଡାଟ୍ସଙ୍ଗ୍ ଜାଗ୍ରତା କରାଇ କଇଲା, “ମୁଇ କେ ବଲି କାକେ ନ କୁଆ ।”
31 And he began to teach them, that the Son of man must suffer many things, and be rejected of the elders, and [of] the chief priests, and scribes, and be killed, and after three days rise again.
୩୧ତାର୍ପଚେ ଜିସୁ, ପର୍ମେସର୍ ଅନି ଆଇଲା ନର୍ପିଲାକେ କାଇ କାଇଟା ଅଇସି ବଲି ତାର୍ ସିସ୍ମନ୍କେ ସିକାଇଦେବାର୍ ଦାର୍ଲା । ସେ କଇଲା, “ପର୍ମେସରର୍ଟାନେଅନି ଆଇଲା ନର୍ପିଲା ମୁଇ ବେସି ଦୁକ୍ କସ୍ଟ ପାଇବାର୍ ଆଚେ । ମୁକିଅ ନେତାମନ୍, ମୁକିଅ ପୁଜାରିମନ୍, ଆରି ନିୟମ୍ ସିକାଇଦେବା ଲକ୍ମନ୍ ମକେ ନ ନାମତ୍ । ସେମନ୍ ମକେ ମରାଇବାଇ ଆରି ତିନ୍ଦିନ୍ ଗାଲାପଚେ ମୁଇ ଆରି ତରେକ୍ ମଲାତେଇଅନି ଜିବନ୍ ଅଇ ଉଟ୍ବି ।”
32 And he spake that saying openly. And Peter took him, and began to rebuke him.
୩୨ଏ ସବୁ ବିସଇର୍ କାତା ଜିସୁ ତାର୍ ସିସ୍ମନ୍କେ କାଇଟାମିସା ନ ଲୁଚାଇକରି କୁଲାକୁଲି ବାବେ କଇଦେଲା । ସେ ବେଲା ପିତର୍ ଜିସୁକେ ଅଁତ୍ରେ ଡାକିନେଇକରି କଇଲା, “ତମେ କଇବା କାତା ସବୁ ସେନ୍ତି ନ ଅ ।”
33 But when he had turned about and looked on his disciples, he rebuked Peter, saying, Get thee behind me, Satan: for thou savourest not the things that be of God, but the things that be of men.
୩୩ଜିସୁ ପିଟିବାଟେ ପାସ୍ଲି ତାର୍ ସିସ୍ମନ୍କେ ଦେକ୍ଲା ଆରି ପିତର୍କେ କଇଲାଇ, “ତୁଇ ଏ କାତା ସଇତାନେଅନି କଇଲୁସ୍ନି, ତୁଇ ମର୍ଟାନେଅନି ଉଟି ଜା । ତୁଇ ପର୍ମେସର୍ ପାରା ଚିନ୍ତା ନ କରି ଲକ୍ମନର୍ ପାରା ଚିନ୍ତା କଲୁସ୍ନି ।” ବଲି କଇଲାଇ ।
34 And when he had called the people [unto him] with his disciples also, he said unto them, Whosoever will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow me.
୩୪ତାର୍ପଚେ ଜିସୁ ସିସ୍ମନ୍କେ ଆରି ଲକ୍ମନ୍କେ ତାର୍ଲଗେ ଡାକିକରି କଇଲାଇ “କେ ମର୍ ସିସ୍ ଅଇବାକେ ମନ୍ କଲାନି ବଇଲେ, ସେ ତାର୍ ନିଜର୍ ମନ୍ କଲାଟା ଚାଡିଦେଇକରି କୁର୍ସତେଇ ମର୍ବା ଲକ୍ମନ୍ ପାଇବା ଦୁକ୍ କସ୍ଟ ପାରା ଦୁକ୍ କସ୍ଟ ପାଇବାକେ, ତିଆର୍ ଅଇକରି ମର୍ସଙ୍ଗ୍ ଆଇବାର୍ ଆଚେ ।
35 For whosoever will save his life shall lose it; but whosoever shall lose his life for my sake and the gospel’s, the same shall save it.
୩୫ମାତର୍ କେ ନିଜର୍ ଜିବନ୍ ରକିଆ କର୍ବାକେ ମନ୍ କର୍ସି, ସେ ସେଟା ଆରାଇସି, ମାତର୍ ଜେ ମର୍ ଲାଗି ଆରି ସୁବ୍କବର୍ ଜାନାଇବାକେ ତାର୍ ଜିବନ ଆରାଇସି ବଇଲେ, ସେ ତାର୍ ଜିବନ୍ ରକିଆ କର୍ସି ।
36 For what shall it profit a man, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul?
୩୬ଜଦି ଗଟେକ୍ ଲକ୍ ଦୁନିଆର୍ ସବୁ ଜିନିସ୍ ପାଇକରି, ନିଜର୍ ଜିବନ୍ ଆରାଇସି, ସେଟା ତାର୍ପାଇ କାଇ ଲାବ୍ ନାଇ ।
37 Or what shall a man give in exchange for his soul?
୩୭ଆରି ତାର୍ ଆତ୍ମାର୍ ବାଦୁଲେ କାଇଟା ଦେଲେ ମିସା ସମାନ୍ ନ ଅଏ ।
38 Whosoever therefore shall be ashamed of me and of my words in this adulterous and sinful generation; of him also shall the Son of man be ashamed, when he cometh in the glory of his Father with the holy angels.
୩୮ପର୍ମେସର୍କେ ଚାଡିକରି ରଇବା ଏ କାରାପ୍ ଦୁନିଆଇ, ଲକ୍ମନ୍ ଜଦି ମର୍ ଲାଗି ଆରି ମର୍ କାତାର୍ ଲାଗି ଲାଜ୍ ଅଇବାଇ, ପର୍ମେସରର୍ ଟାନେଅନି ଆଇଲା ନର୍ପିଲା ମୁଇ ମିସା ମର୍ ବାବାର୍ ବେସି ଉଜଲ୍ ଆରି ଡାକ୍ପୁଟା ସଙ୍ଗ୍ ଆରି ସରଗର୍ ସୁକଲ୍ ଦୁତ୍ମନର୍ ସଙ୍ଗ୍ ଆଇଲାବେଲେ, ସେମନ୍କେ ମର୍ଲକ୍ମନ୍ ବଲି କଇବାକେ ମୁଇ ମିସା ଲାଜ୍ ଅଇବି ।”
