John 13
1 Now before the feast of the passover, when Jesus knew that his hour was come that he should depart out of this world unto the Father, having loved his own which were in the world, he loved them unto the end.
၁ပသခါ ပွဲ မခံမှီ ၌ ယေရှု သည် ဤ လောက မှ ခမည်းတော် ထံသို့ ပြောင်း ရသောအချိန် ရောက် သည်ကို သိ တော်မူသည်ဖြစ်၍၊ ဤလောက ၌ ရှိသောမိမိ လူ တို့ကိုချစ် တော်မူသောကြောင့်အဆုံး တိုင်အောင် ချစ် တော်မူ၏။
2 And supper being ended, the devil having now put into the heart of Judas Iscariot, Simon’s [son], to betray him;
၂ကိုယ်တော် ကို အပ်နှံ မည်အကြောင်း မာရ်နတ် သည် ရှိမုန် ၏သားယုဒ ရှကာရုတ် ၏ စိတ် နှလုံး၌ အကြံ ပေးသွင်း နှင့် သတည်း။ ထိုအခါ ညစာ ကိုစား ကြစဉ်၊
3 Jesus knowing that the Father had given all things into his hands, and that he was come from God, and went to God;
၃ခမည်းတော် သည် အလုံးစုံ တို့ကို သူ ၏လက် သို့ အပ်ပေး တော်မူသည်ကို၎င်း ၊ သူ သည်ဘုရားသခင့် ထံ တော်မှ ထွက်လာ သည်ကို၎င်း ၊ ဘုရားသခင့် ထံတော်သို့ ကြွသွား မည်ကို၎င်း ယေရှုသည်သိ တော်မူသည်နှင့်၊
4 He riseth from supper, and laid aside his garments; and took a towel, and girded himself.
၄စားပွဲ မှ ထ ၍ ဝတ်လုံ တော်ကိုချွတ် ပြီးလျှင်၊ ပဝါ ကိုယူ ၍ ခါးကိုစည်း တော်မူ၏။
5 After that he poureth water into a bason, and began to wash the disciples’ feet, and to wipe [them] with the towel wherewith he was girded.
၅ထိုနောက်မှ ရေ ကိုအင်တုံ ၌ လောင်း ၍ တပည့် တော်တို့၏ခြေ ကိုဆေး ပြီးမှခါး၌စည်း ထားသောပုဝါ နှင့် သုတ် တော်မူ၏။
6 Then cometh he to Simon Peter: and Peter saith unto him, Lord, dost thou wash my feet?
၆ရှိမုန် ပေတရု ဆီသို့ ရောက် တော်မူသောအခါ ထိုတပည့်တော်က၊ သခင် ၊ ကိုယ်တော် သည် အကျွန်ုပ် ၏ ခြေ ကိုဆေး တော်မူမည်လောဟု မေးလျှောက် ၏။
7 Jesus answered and said unto him, What I do thou knowest not now; but thou shalt know hereafter.
၇ယေရှု ကလည်း၊ သင် သည် ငါ ပြု သောအမှုကို ယခု နား မ လည်သေး။ နောက်မှ သိ လိမ့်မည် ဟု မိန့် တော်မူ၏။
8 Peter saith unto him, Thou shalt never wash my feet. Jesus answered him, If I wash thee not, thou hast no part with me. (aiōn g165)
၈ပေတရု ကလည်း၊ ကိုယ်တော် သည်အကျွန်ုပ် ၏ခြေ ကိုအလျှင်း ဆေး တော်မ မူရဟု လျှောက် ၏။ ယေရှု ကလည်း၊ သင့် ကို ငါမ ဆေး ရလျှင် အသင်သည် ငါ နှင့် မ ဆက်ဆံ ရ ဟု မိန့် တော်မူ၏။ (aiōn g165)
9 Simon Peter saith unto him, Lord, not my feet only, but also [my] hands and [my] head.
၉ရှိမုန် ပေတရု ကလည်း၊ အကျွန်ုပ် ၏ခြေ ကိုသာ မ ဆေးပါနှင့်။ လက် ကို၎င်း ၊ ဦးခေါင်း ကို၎င်း ဆေးတော်မူပါဟု လျှေက် ပြန်၏။
10 Jesus saith to him, He that is washed needeth not save to wash [his] feet, but is clean every whit: and ye are clean, but not all.
၁၀ယေရှု ကလည်း၊ ရေချိုး ပြီးသောသူ မည်သည်ကား၊ ခြေ ဆေး ခြင်းမှတစ်ပါး ဆေးရသောအကြောင်း မ ရှိ ၊ တစ်ကိုယ်လုံး စင်ကြယ် ၏။ သင် တို့သည် စင်ကြယ် သော်လည်း အချို့မ စင်ကြယ် ဟု မိန့် တော်မူ၏။
11 For he knew who should betray him; therefore said he, Ye are not all clean.
၁၁ကိုယ်တော် ကို အပ်နှံ မည့်သူ ကို သိ တော်မူသောကြောင့် ၊ သင်တို့တွင် အချို့မ စင်ကြယ် ဟု မိန့် တော်မူသတည်း။
12 So after he had washed their feet, and had taken his garments, and was set down again, he said unto them, Know ye what I have done to you?
၁၂ထိုသို့ သူ တို့၏ ခြေ ကိုဆေး တော်မူပြီးမှတစ်ဖန် ဝတ်လုံ ကိုဝတ် ၍ လျောင်း တော်မူလျက် ၊ သင် တို့၌ ငါပြု ခဲ့သောအမှုကို နားလည် ကြသလော။
13 Ye call me Master and Lord: and ye say well; for [so] I am.
၁၃သင် တို့သည် ငါ့ ကိုအရှင် ဘုရားဟူ၍၎င်း ၊ သခင် ဟူ၍၎င်းခေါ် တတ်ကြ၏။ ထိုစကားသည်လည်း ဟုတ်မှန်သောစကား ဖြစ်၏။ အကြောင်းမူကား ၊ သင်တို့ကိုခေါ်ကြသည့်အတိုင်း ငါ မှန်၏။
14 If I then, [your] Lord and Master, have washed your feet; ye also ought to wash one another’s feet.
၁၄ငါ သည် သခင် ဖြစ်လျက်၊ အရှင် ဘုရားလည်း ဖြစ်လျက်နှင့် သင် တို့၏ခြေ ကိုဆေး လျှင် သင် တို့သည် အချင်းချင်း တို့၏ခြေ ကို ဆေး ရ ကြမည်။
15 For I have given you an example, that ye should do as I have done to you.
၁၅ငါ သည်သင် တို့၌ပြု သကဲ့သို့ သင် တို့သည်ပြုစု စေခြင်းငှာ ပုံ သက်သေကို ပြ ခဲ့ပြီ။
16 Verily, verily, I say unto you, The servant is not greater than his lord; neither he that is sent greater than he that sent him.
၁၆ငါအမှန်အကန် ဆို သည်ကား၊ ကျွန် သည် သခင် ထက်သာ၍ ကြီးမြတ်သည်မ ဟုတ် တမန် သည်လည်း စေလွှတ် သောသူ ထက်သာ၍ ကြီးမြတ်သည်မ ဟုတ်။
17 If ye know these things, happy are ye if ye do them.
၁၇ဤအရာ များကို သင် တို့သိ ၍ သိသည်အတိုင်းကျင့် လျှင် မင်္ဂလာ ရှိကြ၏။
18 I speak not of you all: I know whom I have chosen: but that the scripture may be fulfilled, He that eateth bread with me hath lifted up his heel against me.
၁၈သင် တို့ရှိသမျှ ကို ငါရည်မှတ် ၍ပြော သည်မ ဟုတ်။ ငါ ရွေးကောက် သောသူ တို့ကို ငါသိ ၏။ ကျမ်းစာ ချက် ပြည့်စုံ စေမည်အကြောင်း ငါ နှင့်အတူစား သောသူ သည် ငါ့ ကိုခြေ နှင့်ကျောက် သတည်း။
19 Now I tell you before it come, that, when it is come to pass, ye may believe that I am [he].
၁၉ထိုအမှုအရာ ရောက်သောအခါ ငါ သည် ဤမည်သောသူဖြစ် သည်ကို သင်တို့သည် ယုံကြည် စေခြင်းငှာ ၊ မ ရောက် မှီ ယခုပင် သင် တို့အားငါပြော နှင့်ပြီ။
20 Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that receiveth whomsoever I send receiveth me; and he that receiveth me receiveth him that sent me.
၂၀ငါအမှန်အကန် ဆို သည်ကား၊ ငါစေလွှတ် သောသူ ကိုလက်ခံ သောသူ သည် ငါ့ ကိုလက်ခံ ၏။ ငါ့ ကို လက်ခံ သောသူ သည်ငါ့ ကိုစေလွှတ် တော်မူသောသူ ကိုလက်ခံ သည် ဟု မိန့် တော်မူ၏။
21 When Jesus had thus said, he was troubled in spirit, and testified, and said, Verily, verily, I say unto you, that one of you shall betray me.
၂၁ထိုသို့ ယေရှု သည်မိန့် တော်မူပြီးမှ စိတ် နှလုံးတော်ပူပန် ခြင်းရှိ၏။ ငါအမှန်အကန် ဆို သည်ကား၊ သင် တို့ တွင် တစ်စုံတစ်ယောက် သောသူသည် ငါ့ ကိုအပ်နှံ လိမ့်မည် ဟု သက်သေခံ လျက် မိန့် တော်မူ၏။
22 Then the disciples looked one on another, doubting of whom he spake.
၂၂အဘယ်သူ ကိုရည်ဆောင်၍ မိန့် တော်မူသည်ကိုတပည့် တော်တို့သည် တွေးတော ခြင်းရှိသဖြင့်၊ အချင်းချင်း တစ်ယောက်ကိုတစ်ယောက် ကြည့်ရှု ကြ၏။
23 Now there was leaning on Jesus’ bosom one of his disciples, whom Jesus loved.
၂၃ယေရှု ချစ် တော်မူသောတပည့် တော်သည် ရင်ခွင် တော်နားမှာ လျောင်း သဖြင့်၊
24 Simon Peter therefore beckoned to him, that he should ask who it should be of whom he spake.
၂၄အဘယ်သူ ကိုရည်ဆောင်၍ မိန့် တော်မူသနည်းဟု မေး စေခြင်းငှာ၊ ရှိမုန် ပေတရု သည် ထိုတပည့် တော် ကို အမှတ်ပေး ၏။
25 He then lying on Jesus’ breast saith unto him, Lord, who is it?
၂၅ထိုတပည့်တော်သည် ယေရှု ၏ရင် တော်ကိုမှီ ၍ လျောင်းနေလျက် သခင် ၊ အဘယ်သူ နည်းဟု လျှောက် ၏။
26 Jesus answered, He it is, to whom I shall give a sop, when I have dipped [it]. And when he had dipped the sop, he gave [it] to Judas Iscariot, [the son] of Simon.
၂၆ယေရှု ကလည်း၊ ဤမုန့်တလုပ် စာကို ငါ နှစ် ၍ ပေး သော သူဖြစ် ၏ ဟု မိန့် တော်မူပြီးလျှင်၊ မုန့်တ လုပ်စာကို နှစ် ပြီးမှရှိမုန် ၏သားယုဒ ရှကာရုတ် အား ပေး တော်မူ၏။
27 And after the sop Satan entered into him. Then said Jesus unto him, That thou doest, do quickly.
၂၇ထိုသူ သည် မုန့်တ လုပ်စာကိုခံပြီးမှ ၊ စာတန် သည် သူ့အထဲ သို့ဝင် လေ၏။ ယေရှု ကလည်း၊ သင်ပြု ရသောအမှု ကို အလျင်အမြန် ပြု လော့ဟု ထိုသူ အားမိန့် တော်မူ၏။
28 Now no man at the table knew for what intent he spake this unto him.
၂၈အဘယ်ကြောင့် ထိုသို့မိန့် တော်မူသည်ကို စားပွဲ ၌လျောင်းသောသူ တို့တွင် အဘယ်သူ မျှမသိ ။
29 For some [of them] thought, because Judas had the bag, that Jesus had said unto him, Buy [those things] that we have need of against the feast; or, that he should give something to the poor.
၂၉အချို့ တို့က၊ ယုဒ ရှကာရုတ်သည် ငွေအိတ် ကိုဆောင် ကြသောကြောင့် ၊ ဤပွဲ ၌ ငါ တို့သုံး စရာအဘို့ကို ဝယ် လော့ဟူ၍၎င်း၊ သို့မဟုတ် ဆင်းရဲ သောသူ တို့အား တစုံတစ်ခု ကိုပေး လော့ဟူ၍၎င်း။ ယေရှု မိန့် တော်မူသည်ဟု ထင်မှတ် ကြ၏။
30 He then having received the sop went immediately out: and it was night.
၃၀ယုဒ ရှကာရုတ်သည် မုန့်တ လုပ်စာကိုခံ ပြီးမှချက်ခြင်း ထွက်သွား ၏။ ထို အချိန်ကားည အချိန်ဖြစ်၏။
31 Therefore, when he was gone out, Jesus said, Now is the Son of man glorified, and God is glorified in him.
၃၁ထိုသူသွား သည်နောက်၊ ယေရှု က၊ ယခု တွင်လူ သား သည် ဘုန်း ထင်ရှားခြင်းရှိသည်ဖြစ်၍ ၊ ဘုရားသခင် သည်လည်း လူသားအားဖြင့် ဘုန်း တော်ထင်ရှားခြင်းရှိ၏။
32 If God be glorified in him, God shall also glorify him in himself, and shall straightway glorify him.
၃၂ဘုရားသခင် သည် လူသားအားဖြင့် ဘုန်း တော်ထင်ရှားခြင်းရှိလျှင် ၊ ဘုရားသခင် သည် ကိုယ်တော် တိုင်အားဖြင့် သူ ၏ဘုန်း ကို ထင်ရှားစေတော်မူလိမ့်မည်။
33 Little children, yet a little while I am with you. Ye shall seek me: and as I said unto the Jews, Whither I go, ye cannot come; so now I say to you.
၃၃ချစ်သား တို့ ငါ သည်သင် တို့နှင့်အတူ ခဏ သာနေရ၏။ သင်တို့သည် ငါ့ ကိုရှာ ကြလိမ့်မည်။ ငါ သွား ရာ အရပ် သို့ သင် တို့မ ရောက် နိုင် ကြဟု ယုဒ တို့အား ငါပြော သကဲ့သို့ ယခု သင် တို့အား ငါပြော ၏။
34 A new commandment I give unto you, That ye love one another; as I have loved you, that ye also love one another.
၃၄သင် တို့သည် အချင်းချင်း တစ်ယောက်ကိုတစ်ယောက် ချစ် ကြလော့။ ငါသည်သင် တို့ကို ချစ် သည်နည်းတူ အချင်းချင်း ချစ် ကြလော့ဟု ပညတ် သစ် ကို ငါပေး ၏။
35 By this shall all [men] know that ye are my disciples, if ye have love one to another.
၃၅သင် တို့သည် အချင်းချင်း ချစ် ကြလျှင် ၊ လူအပေါင်း တို့သည် ထို မေတ္တာကိုထောက်၍ သင်တို့သည် ငါ ၏ တပည့် ဖြစ် သည်ကို သိ ကြလိမ့်မည် ဟု မိန့်တော်မူ၏။
36 Simon Peter said unto him, Lord, whither goest thou? Jesus answered him, Whither I go, thou canst not follow me now; but thou shalt follow me afterwards.
၃၆ရှိမုန် ပေတရု က၊ သခင် ၊ ကိုယ်တော်သည် အဘယ် အရပ်သို့ ကြွ တော်မူမည်နည်းဟု မေးလျှောက် လျှင်၊ ယေရှု က၊ ငါသွား ရာအရပ် သို့ သင်သည်ယခု မ လိုက် နိုင် ။ နောက်မှ လိုက် ရလိမ့်မည် ဟု မိန့် တော်မူ၏။
37 Peter said unto him, Lord, why cannot I follow thee now? I will lay down my life for thy sake.
၃၇ပေတရု ကလည်း၊ သခင် ၊ အကျွန်ုပ်သည် ကိုယ်တော် နှင့်အတူအဘယ်ကြောင့် ယခု မ လိုက် နိုင် သနည်း။ ကိုယ်တော် အဘို့ အကျွန်ုပ် ၏အသက် ကို စွန့် ပါမည်ဟုလျှောက် လျှင်၊
38 Jesus answered him, Wilt thou lay down thy life for my sake? Verily, verily, I say unto thee, The cock shall not crow, till thou hast denied me thrice.
၃၈ယေရှု က၊ ငါ့ အဘို့ သင့် အသက် ကိုစွန့် မည်လော။ ငါအမှန်အကန် ဆို သည်ကား၊ ကြက် မ တွန် မှီ သင်သည် သုံး ကြိမ်မြောက်အောင် ငါ့ ကိုငြင်းပယ် လိမ့်မည် ဟု မိန့် တော်မူ၏။
