< Job 31 >

1 I made a covenant with mine eyes; why then should I think upon a maid?
Hanki nagrama navuma kezani'afima mago huvempa kema hu'noana, mago mofa'ma negesuna havi antahintahia e'orisnue hu'na huvempa hu'noe.
2 For what portion of God [is there] from above? and [what] inheritance of the Almighty from on high?
E'inahu havi avu'ava'zama hanugeno'a, manisgama hu'nea Hankavenentake Anumzamo'a ana havi avu'ava zanirera havi mizana namigahie.
3 [Is] not destruction to the wicked? and a strange [punishment] to the workers of iniquity?
Havizama hu'za refkoma hu so'ema nosaza vahera Anumzamo'a knaza nezamino, kumi'ma haza vahetera hazenkeza atregeno ne-e.
4 Doth not he see my ways, and count all my steps?
Ana nehuno maka zama hua zampina Anumzamo'a avua anteno nenageno, nagama rerakaure'na vuana nenage.
5 If I have walked with vanity, or if my foot hath hasted to deceit;
Nagra mago vahera havigea hu'na revataga nosu'na, havige zantera nagia re'na ovu'noe.
6 Let me be weighed in an even balance, that God may know mine integrity.
Atrenkeno Anumzamo'a navu'navazania erinteno, fatgoma huno refko'ma nehia sigerire negeno refko huno nageno. Na'ankure nagrama fatgo navu'nava zama nehuana Agrake keno antahino hu'ne.
7 If my step hath turned out of the way, and mine heart walked after mine eyes, and if any blot hath cleaved to mine hands;
Hagi Anumzamofo kama atre'na hazama negre'na, navumo kea zante'ma havi antahintahima hu'na kumi'ma hu'nesnua kumiro, mago'a kumi'enema hu'nesnuana,
8 [Then] let me sow, and let another eat; yea, let my offspring be rooted out.

9 If mine heart have been deceived by a woman, or [if] I have laid wait at my neighbour’s door;
Hagi mago a'ma nege'na havi antahintahima eri'nesnuano, tvaonire'ma nemanisnia ne'mofo a'ma nege'na kenunuma hu'nesanuana,
10 [Then] let my wife grind unto another, and let others bow down upon her.

11 For this [is] an heinous crime; yea, it [is] an iniquity [to be punished by] the judges.
Hagi nagra mago vemofo a'enema hazenkema hu'nesanuana, nagra'a tusi nagaze eri nami'noanki'na, ana kumi'ma hu'nesua zantera mizama'a nagra'a erigahue.
12 For it [is] a fire [that] consumeth to destruction, and would root out all mine increase.
E'i ana kumi'mo'a, mago tevegna hu'neankino, tevava huno nevuno, teve kumapi vugahie. Ana hu'neankino ana maka'zama ante'noa zana, tevemo te fanene hugahie.
13 If I did despise the cause of my manservant or of my maidservant, when they contended with me;
Hagi ko'ma nagri eri'za venenemozane a'nemo'zanema, knazamima eri'za neazage'nama, knazazamima e'orinesnuana,
14 What then shall I do when God riseth up? and when he visiteth, what shall I answer him?
inankna hu'na Anumzamofo avurera nagra keagafina otigahue? Inankna hunka eri'za vaheka'a kegava hu'nane huno Anumzamo'ma nagenokama hanige'na, na'ane hu'na kenona huntegahue?
15 Did not he that made me in the womb make him? and did not one fashion us in the womb?
Na'ankure Anumzamo'a Agrake nagri'ene eri'za vahe'ni'anena, antatimofo arimpafina tro hurante'ne.
16 If I have withheld the poor from [their] desire, or have caused the eyes of the widow to fail;
Hagi zamunte omane vahe'mo'zama mago'a zanku'ma kema nehazage'na, i'ora osu'na amne nezami'na, kento a'nanemo'zama zamazama hanuegu'ma nagrite'ma zamavuma nentazage'na amne zamaza nehu'na,
17 Or have eaten my morsel myself alone, and the fatherless hath not eaten thereof;
nagragukera ontahi'noanki megusa mofavreramina, ne'zana refko hu'na zami'noe.
18 (For from my youth he was brought up with me, as [with] a father, and I have guided her from my mother’s womb; )
Nagra osi'ma mani'noregati'ma eno meninte'ma e'neana, megusa mofavre nagara nafa zamigna hu'na kegava hunezmante'na, kento a'nane nagara zamaza hu'na e'noe.
19 If I have seen any perish for want of clothing, or any poor without covering;
Hagi nonkumazmima omne vahe'ma kukenagu'ma atupa'ma nehazage'na, kukena nezami'na, mago'a zanku'ma atupa'ma nehaza vahera kukenane nakreku'enena zami'noe.
20 If his loins have not blessed me, and [if] he were [not] warmed with the fleece of my sheep;
Ana nehu'na zamazeri amuhoma hanigu sipisipi azokateti'ma trohu'naza nakre kura zamuge'za antani'za amuhogu'ma nehu'za musema nehu'za, nagrira husga hunante'naze.
21 If I have lifted up my hand against the fatherless, when I saw my help in the gate:
Hagi keaga refkohu ne'mo'a, nagri kaziga antegahie nehu'na, nagra keagafina oti'na megusa mofavre naga'ma keagama huzmantesnuana,
22 [Then] let mine arm fall from my shoulder blade, and mine arm be broken from the bone.
nazamo'a nazo'nafinti rutasagi huramigahie.
23 For destruction [from] God [was] a terror to me, and by reason of his highness I could not endure.
Na'ankure nagrama koro'ma nehuana, Anumzamo'a knazana atreni'geno eme nazeri haviza hugahie hu'na nentahue. Hagi Anumzamo'ma hankaveareti'ma nazeri havizama nehaniana, nagrira amuhazani'a omane'ne.
24 If I have made gold my hope, or have said to the fine gold, [Thou art] my confidence;
Hagi nagra zagofina amuha zani'a nonte'na, golimo'a naza hugahie hu'na namentintia nosue.
25 If I rejoiced because my wealth [was] great, and because mine hand had gotten much;
Nagra'a nazapinti'ma erifore hu'na ante'noa zago fenokura navufga erisga nosu'na,
26 If I beheld the sun when it shined, or the moon walking [in] brightness;
monare'ma me'neno nerea zagere'ene ikamo'ma knare zantfama huno remsama nehige'na monora huonte'na,
27 And my heart hath been secretly enticed, or my mouth hath kissed my hand:
e'i ana zantera mago narimpa hu'na monora hunonte'na, nzantetira zanahe'na antakora osu'noe.
28 This also [were] an iniquity [to be punished by] the judge: for I should have denied the God [that is] above.
Hanki nagrama anama hu'nesanuana kumi hu'noankino, kema refko'ma hunantesnia nemo'a knaza namigahie. Na'ankure onagamu monafinkama nemania Anumzamofontera havige hu'na eri fraki'nogu anara hugahie.
29 If I rejoiced at the destruction of him that hated me, or lifted up myself when evil found him:
Hagi ha' vahe'nimo'zama knazampima mani'nazage'na nezamage'na, nagra musena nehu'na zamagizana ore'noe.
30 Neither have I suffered my mouth to sin by wishing a curse to his soul.
Ana nehu'na magore hu'na zamazeri haviza hu nanekea hu'na kumira nosu'na, havizama hunante'nazarera nona osu'noe.
31 If the men of my tabernacle said not, Oh that we had of his flesh! we cannot be satisfied.
Hagi nagri nompima nemaniza eri'za vahe'nimo'za hu'za, maka eri'za vahe'a ne'zana nezamino magore huno zamatrege'za amnea novaza ne' mani'ne hu'za nagrikura nehaze.
32 The stranger did not lodge in the street: [but] I opened my doors to the traveller.
Nagra ozamageno'a vahe'ma nonire'ma azage'na magore hu'na zamatroge'za megira omase'nazanki, kahana anagi hagaro nehu'na, zamavare nompi antoge'za maka zupa mase'naze.
33 If I covered my transgressions as Adam, by hiding mine iniquity in my bosom:
Mago'a vahe'mo'zama nehazaza hu'na kumi'ni'a nagu'afina eri frakinaku hu'noanagi, anara osu'noe.
34 Did I fear a great multitude, or did the contempt of families terrify me, that I kept silence, [and] went not out of the door?
Hagi rama'a vahe'mo'zama nenage'za, kiza zokago kema hunenantesage'za, naga'nimo'zama eme nasami'zankura korera hu'na nompina omani'noe.
35 Oh that one would hear me! behold, my desire [is, that] the Almighty would answer me, and [that] mine adversary had written a book.
Hagi nagra nagesama antahuana, nagrama nehuankema mago vahe'mo'ma agesama anteno antahiresina knare hisine. Nagra nazanko avona ama antoanki atre'nenkeno Hankavenentake Anumzamo negeno kenona hunanteno. Hagi mago vahe'mo'ma nagri'ma keagama hunantenaku'ma hanuno'a avompi krenteno.
36 Surely I would take it upon my shoulder, [and] bind it [as] a crown to me.
Anama hanige'na muse nehu'na ana avona nazo'nare erigofi'na vano nehu'na, kini fetori'ma hiaza hu'na nasenire antanigahue.
37 I would declare unto him the number of my steps; as a prince would I go near unto him.
Ana nehu'na kini vahe'mofo mofavremo'ma hiaza hu'na, Anumzamofo avuga uoti'na nagra'ama maka navu'nava zama hu'nesanuana ome eri ama hu'na asamigahue.
38 If my land cry against me, or that the furrows likewise thereof complain;
Hagi mopa'nimo'ma haviza hu'nane huno'ma keagama hunantenigeno, hoza tinkamo'a tusi zavi'netenigeno,
39 If I have eaten the fruits thereof without money, or have caused the owners thereof to lose their life:
mago vahe'mofo hozafinti ne'za musufa sege, ana hozamofo nefa ahe frige'ma hu'nesanuana,
40 Let thistles grow instead of wheat, and cockle instead of barley. The words of Job are ended.
anama eri nafa'ama hu'nesanua mopafina witimo'a ohesianki ave've trazamoke hageno marenerisanigeno, amne tra'zamo balimofo nona erino hageno marerigahie. Ama ana nanekema huvagareteno'a, Jopua kea osu'ne.
