Job 29
1 Moreover Job continued his parable, and said,
১পাছত ইয়োবে আকৌ কথা উত্থাপন কৰিলে আৰু ক’লে,
2 Oh that I were as [in] months past, as [in] the days [when] God preserved me;
২অস, আগৰ মাহ কেইটাত, যি কালত মোৰ ওপৰত ঈশ্বৰে দৃষ্টি ৰাখিছিল,
3 When his candle shined upon my head, [and when] by his light I walked [through] darkness;
৩যি কালত মোৰ মূৰৰ ওপৰত তেওঁৰ প্ৰদীপ জ্বলি আছিল, আৰু মই তেওঁৰ পোহৰৰ বলত অন্ধকাৰৰ মাজতো ফুৰিছিলোঁ, সেই কালত মই যেনেকৈ আছিলোঁ,
4 As I was in the days of my youth, when the secret of God [was] upon my tabernacle;
৪যি কালত ঈশ্বৰৰ বন্ধুতাই মোৰ তম্বু ৰাখিছিল,
5 When the Almighty [was] yet with me, [when] my children [were] about me;
৫সেই কালত সৰ্ব্বশক্তিমান জনা মোৰ লগত থাকিছিল, আৰু মোৰ পো-জীবিলাক মোৰ চাৰিওফালে আছিল,
6 When I washed my steps with butter, and the rock poured me out rivers of oil;
৬যি কালত মই গাখীৰৰ ওপৰতহে খোজ কাঢ়িছিলোঁ, আৰু শিলে মোন নিমিত্তে তেলৰ সোঁত বোৱাইছিল; মোৰ সেই পূৰ্ণ যৌৱনৰ কালত মই যেনেকৈ আছিলোঁ, তেনেকৈ এতিয়াও মই থকা হলে, কেনে ভাল আছিল!
7 When I went out to the gate through the city, [when] I prepared my seat in the street!
৭যেতিয়া মই নগৰলৈ গৈ ৰাজদুৱাৰত উপস্থিত হৈছিলোঁ, চকত মোৰ আসন যুগুত কৰিছিলোঁ,
8 The young men saw me, and hid themselves: and the aged arose, [and] stood up.
৮তেতিয়া ডেকাসকলে মোক দেখি লুকাইছিল, আৰু বৃদ্ধসকল উঠি থিয় হৈছিল;
9 The princes refrained talking, and laid [their] hand on their mouth.
৯প্ৰধান লোকসকলে কথা কবলৈ এৰি, নিজ নিজ মোখত হাত দিছিল;
10 The nobles held their peace, and their tongue cleaved to the roof of their mouth.
১০ডাঙৰীয়াবিলাকে তালুত জিভা লগাই মনে মনে আছিল।
11 When the ear heard [me], then it blessed me; and when the eye saw [me], it gave witness to me:
১১কিয়নো লোকে কাণেৰে শুনি মোক ধন্য বুলিছিল, আৰু চকুৰে দেখি মোৰ পক্ষে সাক্ষ্য দিছিল।
12 Because I delivered the poor that cried, and the fatherless, and [him that had] none to help him.
১২কাৰণ কাতৰোক্তি কৰা দৰিদ্ৰক মই উদ্ধাৰ কৰিছিলোঁ, আৰু সহায় নথকা পিতৃহীনক মই ৰক্ষা কৰিছিলোঁ।
13 The blessing of him that was ready to perish came upon me: and I caused the widow’s heart to sing for joy.
১৩বিনষ্ট হবলগীয়া মানুহৰ আশীৰ্ব্বাদ মোৰ ওপৰত পৰিছিল; মই বাঁৰী তিৰোতাৰ মন উল্লাসিত কৰিছিলোঁ।
14 I put on righteousness, and it clothed me: my judgment [was] as a robe and a diadem.
১৪মই ধাৰ্মিকতাক পিদ্ধিছিলোঁ, আৰু ধাৰ্মিকতাই মোক পিন্ধিছিল, আৰু মোৰ ন্যায়পৰায়ণতা গুণ মোৰ দমা চোলা আৰু পাগুৰিস্বৰূপ আছিল।
15 I was eyes to the blind, and feet [was] I to the lame.
১৫মই অন্ধৰ চকু আছিলোঁ; আৰু খোৰাৰ ভৰি আছিলোঁ।
16 I [was] a father to the poor: and the cause [which] I knew not I searched out.
১৬মই দৰিদ্ৰবিলাকৰ পিতৃ আছিলোঁ। আৰু মই চিনি নোপোৱা মানুহৰো বিচাৰ লৈছিলোঁ।
17 And I brake the jaws of the wicked, and plucked the spoil out of his teeth.
১৭মই দুৰাচাৰী লোকৰ জামু দাঁত ভাঙিছিলোঁ, আৰু তাৰ চিকাৰ তাৰ দাঁতৰ মাজৰ পৰা উলিয়াইছিলো।
18 Then I said, I shall die in my nest, and I shall multiply [my] days as the sand.
১৮তেতিয়া মই ভাবিছিলোঁ যে, মই নিজ বাঁহত মৰিম, মোৰ দিন বালিৰ দৰে অসংখ্য হব;
19 My root [was] spread out by the waters, and the dew lay all night upon my branch.
১৯আৰু পানী সোমাবলৈ মোৰ শিপা মুকলি হৈ থাকিব, আৰু নিয়ৰ মোৰ ডালত ওৰে ৰাতি পৰি লাগি থাকিব;
20 My glory [was] fresh in me, and my bow was renewed in my hand.
২০মোৰ নাম-মৰ্য্যদাও মোত সতেজ হৈ থকিব, আৰু মোৰ ধনু মোৰ হাতত সদায় নতুনে থাকিব।
21 Unto me [men] gave ear, and waited, and kept silence at my counsel.
২১লোকবিলাকে মোলৈ কাণ পাতি বাট চাইছিল, আৰু পৰামৰ্শ শুনিবলৈ নিমাত হৈ থাকিছিল।
22 After my words they spake not again; and my speech dropped upon them.
২২মোৰ কথাৰ শেষত সিবিলাকৰ কোনেও উত্তৰ নকৰিছিল; মোৰ বাক্য সিবিলাকৰ ওপৰত নিয়ৰৰ দৰে পৰিছিল।
23 And they waited for me as for the rain; and they opened their mouth wide [as] for the latter rain.
২৩বৰষুণলৈ অপেক্ষা কৰাৰ দৰে সিবিলাকে মোলৈকো অপেক্ষা কৰিছিল, আৰু শেষতীয়া বৰষুণলৈ মুখ মেলাৰ দৰে সিবিলাকে মুখ মেলিছিল।
24 [If] I laughed on them, they believed [it] not; and the light of my countenance they cast not down.
২৪সিবিলাক নিৰাশ হলে মই সিবিলাকলৈ মিচিকিয়াই হাঁহিছিলোঁ, আৰু সিবিলোকে মোৰ মুখৰ দীপ্তি নোগুচালে।
25 I chose out their way, and sat chief, and dwelt as a king in the army, as one [that] comforteth the mourners.
২৫মই সিবিলাকৰ নিমিত্তে পথ মনোনীত কৰি প্ৰধান হৈ বহিছিলো, আৰু সৈন্যদলৰ মাজত ৰজাৰ দৰে থাকিছিলোঁ, আৰু শোকাতুৰৰ মাজত শান্ত্বনাকাৰীৰ দৰে আছিলোঁ।
