James 1
1 James, a servant of God and of the Lord Jesus Christ, to the twelve tribes which are scattered abroad, greeting.
आँऊ याकूब जो परमेशर और प्रभु यीशु मसीह रा दास ए ये चिट्ठी तिना बारा गोत्रा खे लिखूँआ जो दुनिया रे ओरे-पोरे ऊई की रओए, मेरी तरफा ते नमस्कार।
2 My brethren, count it all joy when ye fall into divers temptations;
ओ प्यारे साथी विश्वासियो! जेबे तुसे कई प्रकारा री परीक्षा रे पड़ो, तो इजी खे पूरी खुशिया री गल्ल समजो,
3 Knowing [this], that the trying of your faith worketh patience.
कऊँकि तुसे जाणो ईए कि जेबे तुसा रे विश्वासो री परख ओई तो तुसे परमेशरो पाँदे परोसा राखी की सब्रो साथे ओर बी परेशानिया रा सामणा करोए।
4 But let patience have [her] perfect work, that ye may be perfect and entire, wanting nothing.
पर सब्रो खे आपणा पूरा काम करने देओ ताकि तुसे पूरे और सिद्ध ऊई जाओ और तुसा रे केसी बी अच्छे चाल-चलणो री कमी नि ओ।
5 If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all [men] liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him.
पर जे तुसा बीचा ते केसी खे बी दमाको री कमी ओ, तो परमेशरो ते माँगो, जो बिना ल़वामे ते सबी खे उदारता ते खुशीया साथे देओआ; और परमेशर सबी खे देओआ।
6 But let him ask in faith, nothing wavering. For he that wavereth is like a wave of the sea driven with the wind and tossed.
पूरे विश्वासो साथे माँगो कि परमेशरो तेसखे देणा और कुछ शक नि करो, कऊँकि शक करने वाल़ा समुद्रो री छालिया जेड़ा ए, जो अवा साथे हड़ोईया और उछल़ोईया।
7 For let not that man think that he shall receive any thing of the Lord.
एड़ा मांणू ये नि समजो कि माखे प्रभुए ते कुछ मिलणा,
8 A double minded man [is] unstable in all his ways.
से मांणू आपणा फैंसला नि लई सकदा और आपणी सारी गल्ला रे पोल़ा-पाल़ा ए।
9 Let the brother of low degree rejoice in that he is exalted:
विश्वासी पाई जो गरीब ए तेसखे खुश ऊणा चाईयो कि परमेशरो ते तेसखे इज्जत मिलणी।
10 But the rich, in that he is made low: because as the flower of the grass he shall pass away.
और अमीर आपणी नीच दशा पाँदे खुश ओ, कऊँकि तेसरा पैसा काओ रे फूलो जेड़ा जांदा रणा।
11 For the sun is no sooner risen with a burning heat, but it withereth the grass, and the flower thereof falleth, and the grace of the fashion of it perisheth: so also shall the rich man fade away in his ways.
सूरज निकल़दे ई कड़ाके री तूप पड़ोई और काओ खे सकोई देओई और तिजी रा फूल चढ़ी जाओआ और तिजी री शोभा जांदी रओई, ईंयां ई अमीर आदमी बी आपणी जिन्दगिया रे कामा रे पाअग-दौड़ करदे ऊए तूड़ा रे मिली जाणे।
12 Blessed [is] the man that endureth temptation: for when he is tried, he shall receive the crown of life, which the Lord hath promised to them that love him.
धन्य ए से मांणू, जो परीक्षा रे टिके रा रओआ, कऊँकि तेस परीक्षा रे पास ऊई की अनन्त जिन्दगिया रा मुकट पाणा, जेतेरा वादा परमेशरे आपणे प्यार करने वाल़ेया साथे करी राखेया।
13 Let no man say when he is tempted, I am tempted of God: for God cannot be tempted with evil, neither tempteth he any man:
जेबे केसी री परीक्षा ओ, तो से ये नि बोलो, “मेरी परीक्षा परमेशरो री तरफा ते ओई।” कऊँकि ना तो बुरी गल्ला रे परमेशरो री परीक्षा ऊई सकोई और ना ई से केसी री परीक्षा आपू करोआ।
14 But every man is tempted, when he is drawn away of his own lust, and enticed.
पर हर मांणू आपणी ई इच्छा रे खिंजी की और फसी की परीक्षा रे पड़ोआ।
15 Then when lust hath conceived, it bringeth forth sin: and sin, when it is finished, bringeth forth death.
तेबे इच्छा गर्भवती ऊई की पापो खे जमाओई और जेबे पाप बड़ी जाओआ तो मौता खे पैदा करोआ।
16 Do not err, my beloved brethren.
ओ प्यारे साथी विश्वासियो! तोखा नि खाओ।
17 Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and cometh down from the Father of lights, with whom is no variableness, neither shadow of turning.
कऊँकि हर एक अच्छा बरदान और हर एक खरा दान स्वर्गो तेईए और जोतिया रे पिते री तरफा ते मिलोआ। परमेशर सदा एक जेड़ा रओआ और ना ई टवांवे जेड़ा बदलोआ।
18 Of his own will begat he us with the word of truth, that we should be a kind of firstfruits of his creatures.
तिने आपणी ई इच्छा ते आसा खे सच्चो रे वचनो रे जरिए नया जीवन दित्तेया ताकि आसे तेसरे बणाए रे प्राणिया बीचा ते पईले फल़ो जेड़े ओऊँ।
19 Wherefore, my beloved brethren, let every man be swift to hear, slow to speak, slow to wrath:
ओ प्यारे साथी विश्वासियो! ये गल्ल तुसे जाणी लो; हर एक मांणू सुणने खे आगे, बोलणे रे धीरज वाल़ा और रोषो रे सब्रखोर ओ।
20 For the wrath of man worketh not the righteousness of God.
कऊँकि जेबे कोई मांणू गुस्सा करोआ तो से तर्मो री जिन्दगी नि बिताई सकदा जेड़ा परमेशर चाओआ।
21 Wherefore lay apart all filthiness and superfluity of naughtiness, and receive with meekness the engrafted word, which is able to save your souls.
इजी री खातर मनो रा सारा मईल और सारी दुश्मणदारिया खे दूर करी की परमेशरो रे वचनो खे नरमाईया रे अपणाओ, जो दिलो रे राखी राखेया और जो तुसा रे प्राणो खे बचाई सकोआ।
22 But be ye doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving your own selves.
परमेशरो रे वचनो पाँदे चलणे वाल़े बणो, बस सुणने वाल़े ई नि, जो आपणे आपू खे तोखा देओए।
23 For if any be a hearer of the word, and not a doer, he is like unto a man beholding his natural face in a glass:
कऊँकि जो कोई वचनो खे सुणने वाल़ा ओ और तिजी पाँदे चलणे वाल़ा नि ओ, तो से तेस मांणूए जेड़ा ए जो आपणी असली शक्ल शीशे रे देखोआ।
24 For he beholdeth himself, and goeth his way, and straightway forgetteth what manner of man he was.
कऊँकि से आपणे आपू खे देखी कि चली जाओआ और फटाफट पूली जाओआ कि आऊँ केड़ा था?
25 But whoso looketh into the perfect law of liberty, and continueth [therein], he being not a forgetful hearer, but a doer of the work, this man shall be blessed in his deed.
पर से आदमी जो त्यानो साथे परमेशरो रा सिद्ध उपदेश जो लोका खे पापो ते छुड़ाई देओआ, तिजी रा त्यानो साथे मनन करोआ और तिजी खे मानोआ और पुलदा नि जो तिने सुणी राखेया, एड़े लोका परमेशरो री तरफा ते आपणे कामा रे आशीष पाणी।
26 If any man among you seem to be religious, and bridleth not his tongue, but deceiveth his own heart, this man’s religion [is] vain.
जे कोई आपणे आपू खे भग्त समजो और आपणी जीबा पाँदे लगाम नि लगाओ, पर आपणे दिलो खे तोखा देओ, तो तेसरी भग्ति बेकार ए।
27 Pure religion and undefiled before God and the Father is this, To visit the fatherless and widows in their affliction, [and] to keep himself unspotted from the world.
म्हारे परमेशर पिते रे नेड़े शुद्ध और साफ निष्कलंक भग्ति ये कि अनाथ और बिदुआ रे क्ल़ेशो रे तिना री खबर-सम्बाल़ लओ और आपू खे दुनिया रे बुरे कामा ते बचाई की राखो।
