James 2
1 My brethren, have not the faith of our Lord Jesus Christ, [the Lord] of glory, with respect of persons.
୧ହେ ଆଇଁୟାଃ ହାଗା ମିଶିକ, ଆବୁଆଃ ମାନାରାଙ୍ଗ୍ ପ୍ରାଭୁ ୟୀଶୁ ଖ୍ରୀଷ୍ଟ୍ତାଃରେ ବିଶ୍ୱାସ୍କାଦ୍ ହରାତେ, ଆପେ ହଡ଼କଆଃ ମେଦ୍ମୁହାଁଡ଼୍ ନେଲ୍କେଦ୍ତେ ଆଲପେ ସୁସାର୍କଆ ।
2 For if there come unto your assembly a man with a gold ring, in goodly apparel, and there come in also a poor man in vile raiment;
୨ହବାସାକାଅଆଃ, ଆପେୟାଃ ସାମାଜ୍ ଅଡ଼ାଃତେ ଜେତାଏ ମିହୁଡ଼୍ ସୋନାରେୟାଃ ମୁଦାମ୍ ଆଡଃ ଗନଙ୍ଗ୍ଆଁନ୍ ଲିଜାଃ ତୁସିଙ୍ଗ୍କେଦ୍ତେ ହିଜୁଃରେ ଆଡଃ ଏଟାଃ ମିହୁଡ଼୍ ହୁମୁ ଲିଜାଃ ଆଡଃ ଚେଚାଃ ଲିଜାଃ ତୁସିଙ୍ଗ୍କେଦ୍ତେ ହିଜୁଃ ଇମ୍ତା,
3 And ye have respect to him that weareth the gay clothing, and say unto him, Sit thou here in a good place; and say to the poor, Stand thou there, or sit here under my footstool:
୩ଆପେ ଗନଙ୍ଗ୍ଆଁନ୍ ଲିଜାଃ ତୁସିଙ୍ଗ୍ୟାଁକାନ୍ ହଡ଼କେ ପୁରାଃଗି ମାଇନ୍କେଦ୍ତେ “ନେତାଃ ଦେଲା ନେ ବୁଗିନ୍ ଠାୟାଦ୍ରେ ଦୁବ୍ମେଁ ମେନ୍ତେପେ କାଜିୟା,” ମେନ୍ଦ ମିଆଁଦ୍ ଗାରିବ୍ ହଡ଼କେ, “ଜୁ ଏନ୍ତାଃରେ ତିଙ୍ଗୁନ୍ମେଁ, ଚାଏ ଏନ୍ ଅତେ ଲାତାର୍ରେ ଦୁବ୍ମେଁ” ମେନ୍ତେପେ କାଜିୟା,
4 Are ye not then partial in yourselves, and are become judges of evil thoughts?
୪ଏନ୍ରେଦ ଆପେ ଆପେୟାଃ ଥାଲାରେ ମାରାଙ୍ଗ୍ ହୁଡିଙ୍ଗ୍ରେୟାଃ ଭେଦ୍ଭାବ୍ ରିକାଏତାନାପେ ଆଡଃ ଏତ୍କାନ୍ ଉଡ଼ୁଃତାନ୍ଲଃ ମେଦ୍ମୁହାଁଡ଼୍ ନେଲ୍କେଦ୍ତେପେ ବିଚାର୍ତାନା ।
5 Hearken, my beloved brethren, Hath not God chosen the poor of this world rich in faith, and heirs of the kingdom which he hath promised to them that love him?
୫ହେ ଆଇଁୟାଃ ଦୁଲାଡ଼୍ ହାଗା ମିଶିକ ଆୟୁମେପେ, ପାର୍ମେଶ୍ୱାର୍ ଚିନାଃ ନେ ଅତେଦିଶୁମ୍ରେନ୍ ନାରାଦୁରା ହଡ଼କକେ ବିଶ୍ୱାସ୍ରେୟାଃ ଖୁର୍ଜିରେ କିସାଁଣଃ ନାଗେନ୍ତେ ଆଡଃ ଆଇଃକ୍କେ ଦୁଲାଡ଼ିତାନ୍ ହଡ଼କକେ ଅକ ରାଇଜ୍ ଏମାକ ନାଗେନ୍ତେ ବାନାର୍ସାଏ ଏମାକାଦ୍କଆ, ଏନାରେୟାଃ ଆକ୍ତେୟାର୍ ନାମେ ନାଗେନ୍ତେ କାଏଚି ସାଲାକାଦ୍କଆ?
6 But ye have despised the poor. Do not rich men oppress you, and draw you before the judgment seats?
୬ମେନ୍ଦ, ଆପେ ଗାରିବ୍ ହଡ଼କକେ କାପେ ମାଇନ୍କତାନା । ଅକନ୍ ହଡ଼କ ଆପେକେ ସିଗିଦ୍ପେତାନାକ ଆଡଃ କାଚାଇରିତେ ଥାଇଜ୍ ଇଦିପେତାନାକ, ଇନ୍କୁ ଅକଏ ତାନ୍କୁ? ଇନ୍କୁଗି ଏନ୍ କିସାଁଣ୍ ହଡ଼କ ତାନ୍କୁ ।
7 Do not they blaspheme that worthy name by the which ye are called?
୭ଅକ ୟୀଶୁ ଖ୍ରୀଷ୍ଟ୍ଆଃ ନୁତୁମ୍ ଆପେକେ ଏମାକାନା, ଇନ୍କୁ ଏନ୍ ବୁଗିନ୍ ନୁତୁମ୍ରେୟାଃ ଏତ୍କାନ୍ କାଜିକ କାଜିୟାଃ ।
8 If ye fulfil the royal law according to the scripture, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself, ye do well:
୮“ଆମାଃ ହପର୍ଜାପାଃ ନିଃକେ ଆମାଃ ଲେକାଗି ଦୁଲାଡ଼ିମେ,” ଧାରାମ୍ପୁଥିରେ ଅଲାକାନ୍ ପାର୍ମେଶ୍ୱାର୍ଆଃ ରାଇଜ୍ରାଃ ନେ ଆନ୍ଚୁକେପେ ମାନାତିଙ୍ଗ୍ତାନ୍ ରେଦ, ଆପେ ଠାଉକାନ୍ କାମିପେ କାମିତାନା ।
9 But if ye have respect to persons, ye commit sin, and are convinced of the law as transgressors.
୯ମେନ୍ଦ ଆପେ ହଡ଼ରାଃ ଏୟରଃତୁସିଙ୍ଗ୍ଅଁଃ ନେଲ୍କେଦ୍ତେ ହଡ଼କକେପେ ମାଇନ୍କ ତାନ୍ରେଦ, ଆପେ ପାପ୍ କାମିତାନାପେ ଆଡଃ ଆନ୍ଚୁ ଲେକାତେ ଆପେ ମିହୁଡ଼୍ ଆନ୍ଚୁକେ କା ମାନାତିଙ୍ଗ୍ତାନ୍ ହଡ଼ ଲେକାନ୍କ ତାନ୍ପେ ।
10 For whosoever shall keep the whole law, and yet offend in one [point], he is guilty of all.
୧୦ଜେତାଏ ସବେନ୍ ଆନ୍ଚୁକେ ମାନାତିଙ୍ଗ୍ ତାନାଏ, ମେନ୍ଦ ମିଆଁଦ୍ ଆନ୍ଚୁ ଏସ୍କାର୍ କାଏ ମାନାତିଙ୍ଗ୍ ତାନା, ଇନିଃ ସବେନ୍ ଆନ୍ଚୁକେ କା ମାନାତିଙ୍ଗ୍ତାନ୍ନିଃ ତାନିଃ ।
11 For he that said, Do not commit adultery, said also, Do not kill. Now if thou commit no adultery, yet if thou kill, thou art become a transgressor of the law.
୧୧ଚିୟାଃଚି, ପାର୍ମେଶ୍ୱାର୍ କାଜିକାଦାଏ, “ଆପାଙ୍ଗିର୍ କାମି ଆଲମାଃ,” ଏନ୍ ପାର୍ମେଶ୍ୱାର୍ଗି ଆଡଃମିଆଁଦ୍ କାଜିକାଦାଏ, “ହଡ଼ ଗଗଏଃ ଆଲମାଃ ।” ଏନାତେ, ଆମ୍ କାମ୍ ଆପାଙ୍ଗିର୍ ତାନ୍ରେୟଗି, ହଡ଼ ଗଗଏଃ ତାନ୍ରେଦମ୍, ଆମ୍ ମିହୁଡ଼୍ ଆନ୍ଚୁ କା ମାନାତିଙ୍ଗ୍ନିଃ ତାନ୍ମେ ।
12 So speak ye, and so do, as they that shall be judged by the law of liberty.
୧୨ରାଡ଼ାଅଃରେୟାଃ କାମି ଏମ୍ ଦାଡ଼ିତାନ୍ ମୁଶାରାଃ ଆନ୍ଚୁ ହରାତେ ଆମାଃ ବିଚାର୍ ହବାଅଃଆ, ଏନା ଆମାଃ ଜାଗାର୍ତେ ଆଡଃ କାମିତେ ଉଦୁବେମେ ।
13 For he shall have judgment without mercy, that hath shewed no mercy; and mercy rejoiceth against judgment.
୧୩ଚିୟାଃଚି ଜେତାଏ ଏଟାଃନିଃକେ କାଏ ଦାୟାଇୟା, ପାର୍ମେଶ୍ୱାର୍ ଇନିଃକେ କାଏ ଦାୟାଇୟା, ମେନ୍ଦ ଅକନ୍କ ଏଟାଃକକେ ଦାୟାକାଦ୍କଆକ, ଇନ୍କୁକେ ପାର୍ମେଶ୍ୱାର୍ ବିଚାର୍ ନେଡାରେ ଦାୟାକଆ ।
14 What [doth it] profit, my brethren, though a man say he hath faith, and have not works? can faith save him?
୧୪ହେ ହାଗା ମିଶିକ, ଜେତାଏ ଆଇଁୟାଃ ବିଶ୍ୱାସ୍ ମେନାଃ ମେନ୍ତେ କାଜିତାନା, ମେନ୍ଦ କାମିରେ କାଏ ଉଦୁବେତାନ୍ ରେଦ, ଇନିୟାଃ କାଜିରେ ଜେତାନ୍ ଲାଭ୍ ବାନଃଆ । ଚିନାଃ ଏନ୍ ଲେକାନ୍ ବିଶ୍ୱାସ୍ ଜେତାଏକେ ବାଞ୍ଚାଅ ଦାଡ଼ିୟାଃଏଚି?
15 If a brother or sister be naked, and destitute of daily food,
୧୫ମେନ୍ଦ ଜେତାଏ ହାଗା ଚାଏ ମିଶିଆଃ ଲିଜାଃ ଆଡଃ ଜଜମାଃ ବାନଃରେଦ,
16 And one of you say unto them, Depart in peace, be [ye] warmed and filled; notwithstanding ye give them not those things which are needful to the body; what [doth it] profit?
୧୬ଆଡଃ ଆପେ ଇନିୟାଃ ଲାଗାତିଙ୍ଗ୍ତେୟାଃକେ କା ଏମ୍କେଦ୍ତେ କାଜିୟାପେ, “ପାର୍ମେଶ୍ୱାର୍ ଆମ୍କେ ଆଶିଷ୍ମେକା, ଜମ୍ ନୁଁକେଦ୍ତେ ଜୀଉସୁକୁରେ ତାଇନ୍ମେଁ ।”
17 Even so faith, if it hath not works, is dead, being alone.
୧୭ବିଶ୍ୱାସ୍ହଗି ଠିକ୍ । ଏନ୍ଲେକାଗି ବେଗାର୍ କାମିତେ ବିଶ୍ୱାସ୍ ଗଜାକାନା ।
18 Yea, a man may say, Thou hast faith, and I have works: shew me thy faith without thy works, and I will shew thee my faith by my works.
୧୮ମେନ୍ଦ ଜେତାଏ କାଜି ଦାଡ଼ିୟାଏ, “ମିହୁଡ଼୍ରାଃ ବିଶ୍ୱାସ୍ ମେନାଃ, ଏଟାଃ ମିହୁଡ଼୍ରାଃ କାମି ମେନାଃ ।” ମେନ୍ଦ ଆଇଙ୍ଗ୍ କାଜିୟାଇଙ୍ଗ୍, “କାମି ବେଗାର୍ ଆପେୟାଃ ବିଶ୍ୱାସ୍ ଆଇଙ୍ଗ୍କେ ଉଦୁବାଇଙ୍ଗ୍ପେ ଆଡଃ ଆଇଙ୍ଗ୍ କାମି ହରାତେ ଆପେକେ ଆଇଁୟାଃ ବିଶ୍ୱାସ୍ ଉଦୁବାପେୟାଇଙ୍ଗ୍ ।”
19 Thou believest that there is one God; thou doest well: the devils also believe, and tremble.
୧୯ପାର୍ମେଶ୍ୱାର୍ ମିହୁଡ଼୍ଗିୟାଏ ଏନା ଆପେ ବିଶ୍ୱାସ୍ତାନାପେ ବୁଗିନ୍ କାଜିତାନାଃ । ବଙ୍ଗାକହଗି ବିଶ୍ୱାସ୍କେଦ୍ତେ ବରତେ ଥାର୍ଥାରାୱାଃକ ।
20 But wilt thou know, O vain man, that faith without works is dead?
୨୦ହେ ଡଣ୍ଡକ, କାମି ବେଗାର୍ ବିଶ୍ୱାସ୍ ସାମାତାନାଃ, ନେଆଁ ଚିନାଃ କାପେ ସାରିତାନା?
21 Was not Abraham our father justified by works, when he had offered Isaac his son upon the altar?
୨୧ଆବୁଆଃ ପୁର୍ଖା ହାଡ଼ାମ୍ ଆବ୍ରାହାମ୍, ପାର୍ମେଶ୍ୱାର୍ଆଃ ନେପେଲ୍ରେ ଚିଲ୍କା ଧାର୍ମାନ୍ ହବାୟାନାଏ? ଇନିଃ ଆୟାଃ ହନ୍ ଇସାକ୍କେ ବେଦି ଚେତାନ୍ରେ ଦାଣେଁ ରାକାବ୍କିୟାଏ ଇମ୍ତାଙ୍ଗ୍ ଆୟାଃ କାମି ହରାତେ ଧାର୍ମାନ୍ ମେନ୍ତେ କାଜିୟାନା ।
22 Seest thou how faith wrought with his works, and by works was faith made perfect?
୨୨ଆପେ ଚିନାଃ କାପେ ଆଟ୍କାର୍ଉରୁମ୍ ଦାଡ଼ିତାନା? ଆବ୍ରାହାମ୍ଆଃ ବିଶ୍ୱାସ୍, କାମିତେ ଉଦୁବ୍ୟାନା, କାମି ହରାତେ ଇନିୟାଃ ବିଶ୍ୱାସ୍ ପକ୍ତାୟାନା ।
23 And the scripture was fulfilled which saith, Abraham believed God, and it was imputed unto him for righteousness: and he was called the Friend of God.
୨୩ନେଆଁ ହରାତେ ଧାରାମ୍ପୁଥିରେୟାଃ କାଜି ପୁରାୟାନା: “ଆବ୍ରାହାମ୍ ପାର୍ମେଶ୍ୱାର୍କେ ବିଶ୍ୱାସ୍କିୟା ଆଡଃ ଇନିୟାଃ ବିଶ୍ୱାସ୍ ହରାତେ ପାର୍ମେଶ୍ୱାର୍ଆଃ ନେପେଲ୍ରେ ଇନିଃ ଧାର୍ମାନ୍ ମେନ୍ତେ ଲେକାୟାନା ।” ଆଡଃ ଆବ୍ରାହାମ୍ ପାର୍ମେଶ୍ୱାର୍ଆଃ ଗାତି ମେନ୍ତେ କାଜିୟାନା ।
24 Ye see then how that by works a man is justified, and not by faith only.
୨୪ଏନାତେ, ଆପେ ଆଟ୍କାର୍ଉରୁମ୍ ଦାଡ଼ିୟାପେ ଯେ, ହଡ଼ହନ୍ ବିଶ୍ୱାସ୍ ହରାତେ ଏସ୍କାର୍ କା ମେନ୍ଦ କାମି ହରାତେ ଧାର୍ମାନ୍ ମେନ୍ତେ କାଜିୟଃଆ ।
25 Likewise also was not Rahab the harlot justified by works, when she had received the messengers, and had sent [them] out another way?
୨୫ଏନ୍ଲେକାଗି ହଡ଼୍ମରେୟାଃ ଏତ୍କାନ୍ କାମିରେ ତାଇନ୍ତାନ୍ କୁଡ଼ି ରାହାବ୍ ହଗି ଆୟାଃ ବୁଗିନ୍ କାମି ହରାତେ ଧାର୍ମାନ୍ ମେନ୍ତେ କାଜିୟାନା । ଇସ୍ରାଏଲ୍ରେନ୍ ଅକନ୍ ହଡ଼କକେ ଉକୁକେଦ୍ତେ କୁଲାକାନ୍ ତାଇକେନା, ଇନ୍କୁକେ ଇନିଃ ଉକୁଃ ନାଗେନ୍ତେ ଆଡଃ ଏଟାଃ ହରାରେ ସେନଃ ନାଙ୍ଗ୍ ଦେଙ୍ଗାକାଦ୍କ ତାଇକେନାଏ, ଏନା ପାର୍ମେଶ୍ୱାର୍ଆଃ ଆୟାର୍ରେ ଠାଉକାନ୍ କାମି ତାଇକେନା ।
26 For as the body without the spirit is dead, so faith without works is dead also.
୨୬ଏନାତେ, ଆତ୍ମା ବେଗାର୍ ହଡ଼୍ମ ଜେ'ଲେକା ଗଜାକାନା, ଏନ୍ଲେକାଗି କାମି ବେଗାର୍ ବିଶ୍ୱାସ୍ହଗି ଗଜାକାନା ।
