Isaiah 50
1 Thus saith the LORD, Where [is] the bill of your mother’s divorcement, whom I have put away? or which of my creditors [is it] to whom I have sold you? Behold, for your iniquities have ye sold yourselves, and for your transgressions is your mother put away.
౧యెహోవా ఇలా సెలవిస్తున్నాడు. “నేను మీ తల్లిని విడిచిపెట్టి ఇచ్చిన విడాకుల పత్రం ఏదీ? నా అప్పులవాళ్ళలో మిమ్మల్ని ఎవరికి అమ్మివేశాను? కేవలం మీ దోషాలను బట్టే మీరు అమ్ముడుపోయారు. మీ తిరుగుబాటును బట్టే మీ తల్లికి విడాకులు ఇవ్వడం జరిగింది.
2 Wherefore, when I came, [was there] no man? when I called, [was there] none to answer? Is my hand shortened at all, that it cannot redeem? or have I no power to deliver? behold, at my rebuke I dry up the sea, I make the rivers a wilderness: their fish stinketh, because [there is] no water, and dieth for thirst.
౨నేను వచ్చినప్పుడు అక్కడ ఎవరూ లేరు, ఎందుకు? నేను పిలిచినప్పుడు ఎవరూ జవాబు చెప్పలేదెందుకు? నా చెయ్యి మిమ్మల్ని విమోచించలేనంత కురచగా అయి పోయిందా? విడిపించడానికి నాకు శక్తి లేదా? నా గద్దింపుతో సముద్రాన్ని ఎండిపోయేలా చేస్తాను. నదులను ఎడారిగా చేస్తాను. నీళ్లు లేకపోవడం చేత వాటిలోని చేపలు చచ్చిపోయి కంపుకొడతాయి.
3 I clothe the heavens with blackness, and I make sackcloth their covering.
౩ఆకాశాన్ని చీకటి కమ్మేలా చేస్తాను. దాన్ని గోనెపట్టతో కప్పుతాను.”
4 The Lord GOD hath given me the tongue of the learned, that I should know how to speak a word in season to [him that is] weary: he wakeneth morning by morning, he wakeneth mine ear to hear as the learned.
౪అలసినవాణ్ణి నా మాటలతో ఆదరించే జ్ఞానం నాకు కలిగేలా శిష్యునికి ఉండాల్సిన నాలుక యెహోవా నాకిచ్చాడు. శిష్యునిలాగా నేను వినడానికి ఆయన ప్రతి ఉదయాన నన్ను మేల్కొలుపుతాడు.
5 The Lord GOD hath opened mine ear, and I was not rebellious, neither turned away back.
౫ప్రభువైన యెహోవా నా చెవికి వినే బుద్ధి పుట్టించాడు కాబట్టి నేను ఆయన మీద తిరుగుబాటు చేయలేదు, వినకుండా దూరం జరగలేదు.
6 I gave my back to the smiters, and my cheeks to them that plucked off the hair: I hid not my face from shame and spitting.
౬నన్ను కొట్టే వారికి నా వీపును, వెంట్రుకలు పెరికే వారికి నా చెంపలను అప్పగించాను. ఉమ్మి వేసేవారికి, అవమానించే వారికి నా ముఖం దాచుకోలేదు.
7 For the Lord GOD will help me; therefore shall I not be confounded: therefore have I set my face like a flint, and I know that I shall not be ashamed.
౭ప్రభువైన యెహోవా నాకు సాయం చేస్తాడు కాబట్టి నేనేమీ సిగ్గుపడలేదు. నాకు సిగ్గు కలగదని తెలుసు కాబట్టి నా ముఖాన్ని చెకుముకి రాయిలాగా చేసుకున్నాను.
8 [He is] near that justifieth me; who will contend with me? let us stand together: who [is] mine adversary? let him come near to me.
౮నన్ను నీతిమంతునిగా ఎంచే దేవుడు నాకు సమీపంగా ఉన్నాడు. నన్ను వ్యతిరేకించే వాడెవడు? మనం కలిసి వాదించుకుందాం. నా ప్రతివాది ఎవడు? అతణ్ణి నా దగ్గరికి రానివ్వండి.
9 Behold, the Lord GOD will help me; who [is] he [that] shall condemn me? lo, they all shall wax old as a garment; the moth shall eat them up.
౯ప్రభువైన యెహోవా నాకు సహాయం చేస్తాడు. నా మీద ఎవరు నేరం మోపుతారు? వారంతా బట్టలాగా పాతబడిపోతారు. వారిని చిమ్మెట తినివేస్తుంది.
10 Who [is] among you that feareth the LORD, that obeyeth the voice of his servant, that walketh [in] darkness, and hath no light? let him trust in the name of the LORD, and stay upon his God.
౧౦మీలో యెహోవాకు భయపడి ఆయన సేవకుని మాట వినే వాడెవడు? వెలుగు లేకుండా చీకటిలో నడిచేవాడు యెహోవా నామాన్ని ఆశ్రయించి ఆయన్ని నమ్ముకోవాలి.
11 Behold, all ye that kindle a fire, that compass [yourselves] about with sparks: walk in the light of your fire, and in the sparks [that] ye have kindled. This shall ye have of mine hand; ye shall lie down in sorrow.
౧౧ఇదిగో, నిప్పులు వెలిగించి మీ చుట్టూ మంటలను పెట్టుకొనే వారంతా మీ అగ్ని వెలుగులో, మీరు వెలిగించిన మంటల్లో నడవండి. ఇది మీకు నా చేతినుండే కలుగుతున్నది. మీరు వేదనతో పండుకుంటారు.
