Ephesians 1
1 Paul, an apostle of Jesus Christ by the will of God, to the saints which are at Ephesus, and to the faithful in Christ Jesus:
Paulo, unu ndi ntumwa ya Yesu Kristo kwe lyenda lya Nyamuanga, kubhanu bhauhye ku lwa Nyamuanga bhanu bhali Efeso na bhanu bhali bhalengelesi mu Kristo Yesu.
2 Grace [be] to you, and peace, from God our Father, and [from] the Lord Jesus Christ.
Echigongo chibhe kwimwe no mulembe gunu ogusoka ku Nyamuanga Lata weswe na Ratabhugenyi Yesu Kristo.
3 Blessed [be] the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who hath blessed us with all spiritual blessings in heavenly [places] in Christ:
Nyamuanga na Rata wa Ratabhugenyi weswe Yesu Kristo ayanibhwe likusyo. Niwe omwene achiyanile amabhando go mwoyo, mulubhaju lwa mulwile munda ya Kristo.
4 According as he hath chosen us in him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before him in love:
Chichali kumogwa echalo, Nyamuanga achisolele bhanu eswe chikilisishe Kristo. Achisolele eswe koleleki chibhe bhalengelesi bhanu chitali ne solo imbele yae.
5 Having predestinated us unto the adoption of children by Jesus Christ to himself, according to the good pleasure of his will,
Mukwenda kwa Nyamuanga achisolele kubhwambilo kwo kuchigega kuti bhana bhae ku njila ya Kristo. Akolele kutyo kwainsonga akondelewe okukola chinu endaga.
6 To the praise of the glory of his grace, wherein he hath made us accepted in the beloved.
Echisokanati Nyamuanga kakuibhwa ku chigongo cha likushyo lyae. Chinu nicho achiyanile bhusa ku njila yo mwendwa wae.
7 In whom we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of his grace;
Kulwokubha ku mwendwa wae, chili no kuchungulwa ku lwa insagama yae, okwiswalililwa ebhibhibhi. Chinalyo linu kulwainsonga yo bhunibhi bhwe chigongo chae.
8 Wherein he hath abounded toward us in all wisdom and prudence;
Akolelele echigongo chinu chibhe chamfu kulwa ingulu yeswe kulwobhwengeso no kusombokelwa.
9 Having made known unto us the mystery of his will, according to his good pleasure which he hath purposed in himself:
Nyamuanga akolele imenyekane kwiswe echimali chinu chaliga chiselekele ombwisombolo, okusokana no bhukalaliye bhunu bhwabhonekene munda ya Kristo.
10 That in the dispensation of the fulness of times he might gather together in one all things in Christ, both which are in heaven, and which are on earth; [even] in him:
Omwanya gunu akatungu keile ko bhisombolo bhwae, Nyamuanga kabhita amwi bhuli chinu cha mulwile ne cha ingulu ye chalo munda ya Kristo.
11 In whom also we have obtained an inheritance, being predestinated according to the purpose of him who worketh all things after the counsel of his own will:
Okulabhila ku Kristo chaliga chisolelwe omwanya guchali. Jinu jasokene kuunu kakola ebhinu bhyona kwe lyenda lyae.
12 That we should be to the praise of his glory, who first trusted in Christ.
Nyamuanga akolele kutyo koleleki chibheo kwa likusho lyae. Chabhee bha kwamba okubha nobhuigi munda ya Kristo.
13 In whom ye also [trusted], after that ye heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation: in whom also after that ye believed, ye were sealed with that holy Spirit of promise,
Jabhee ku njila ya Kristo ati mwonguhye ligambo lye chimali, emisango jo bhwana jo kuchungulwa kwemwe ku njila ya Kristo. Jaliga jili kumwene ona ati mwekilisishe no kutulwako olunyamo no Mwoyo Mwelu unu aliga alagilwe.
14 Which is the earnest of our inheritance until the redemption of the purchased possession, unto the praise of his glory.
Omwoyo nigwo gulio okukinga okulya omwandu anu gulibhonekanila. Inu yaliga ili okwikuya kwa likusho lyae.
15 Wherefore I also, after I heard of your faith in the Lord Jesus, and love unto all the saints,
Ku lwa insonga inu, okwambila omwanya gunu nonguhye ingulu ye likilisha lyemwe munda ya Latabhugenyi Yesu na ingulu ye lyenda lyemwe kubhanu bhona bhauhye ingulu yae.
16 Cease not to give thanks for you, making mention of you in my prayers;
Nchali kusiga okumusima Nyamuanga ingulu yemwe no kubhaika mwi sabha lyani.
17 That the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give unto you the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of him:
Enisabha ati Nyamuanga wa Latabhugenyi weswe Yesu Kristo, lata walikusho, kabhayana omwoyo gwo bhwengeso, obhusululilo bhwo bhwenge bwae.
18 The eyes of your understanding being enlightened; that ye may know what is the hope of his calling, and what the riches of the glory of his inheritance in the saints,
Enisabha ati ameso gemwe agamumwoyo gabhone obhwelu kwimwe okumenya niki obhuyali bhwo kubhilikilwa kwemwe. Enisabha ati mumenye obhunibhi bhwa likusho lyo mwandu gwae agati ya bhanu bhauhye ingulu yae.
19 And what [is] the exceeding greatness of his power to us-ward who believe, according to the working of his mighty power,
Enisabha ati mumenye obhukulu bhunu obhukila amanaga gae munda yeswe bhanu chikilisishe. Obhukulu bhunu obhusokana no kukola emilimu kwa managa gae.
20 Which he wrought in Christ, when he raised him from the dead, and set [him] at his own right hand in the heavenly [places],
Ganu ni managa ganu kakolaga munda ya Kristo omwanya gunu Nyamuanga amusuluye okusoka mubhafu no kumwinyanja mukubhoko kwe bhulyo mulubhaju lwa mulwile.
21 Far above all principality, and power, and might, and dominion, and every name that is named, not only in this world, but also in that which is to come: (aiōn g165)
Amwiyanjishe Kristo ingulu kula no bhutangasha, obhuinga, amanaga, likusho, na bhuli esina linu elyaikwa. Amwinyanjishe Yesu talilati kwo mwanya gunu nawe no mwanya gunu gulija ona. (aiōn g165)
22 And hath put all [things] under his feet, and gave him [to be] the head over all [things] to the church,
Nyamuanga abhigonyishe ebhinu bhyona emwalo ya magulu ga Kristo. Amukolele omwene kubha mutwe ingulu ye bhinu bhyona mwi kanisa.
23 Which is his body, the fulness of him that filleth all in all.
Likanisa ati nigwo omubhili gwae, obhukumiye bhwae unu kejusha ebhinu bhyona ku njila jona.
