< Colossians 1 >

1 Paul, an apostle of Jesus Christ by the will of God, and Timotheus [our] brother,

2 To the saints and faithful brethren in Christ which are at Colosse: Grace [be] unto you, and peace, from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ.
pora Colossae nogor te thaka biswasi khan aru Khrista te biswasi bhai khan logot likhi ase. Apuni khan logote anugrah aru Baba Isor aru Probhu Jisu Khrista laga shanti thaki bole dibo.
3 We give thanks to God and the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, praying always for you,
Amikhan Isor ke dhanyavad di ase, Probhu Jisu Khrista laga Baba Isor, aru amikhan hodai apuni khan nimite prathana kori ase.
4 Since we heard of your faith in Christ Jesus, and of the love [which ye have] to all the saints,
Apuni khan Jisu Khrista te biswas kora amikhan huni loise aru Tai nimite alag rakhikena thaka manu khan nimite apuni khan laga morom thaka sob jani loise.
5 For the hope which is laid up for you in heaven, whereof ye heard before in the word of the truth of the gospel;
Apuni logote etu morom ase kelemane sorgote apuni nimite asha rakhi kene ase,
6 Which is come unto you, as [it is] in all the world; and bringeth forth fruit, as [it doth] also in you, since the day ye heard [of it], and knew the grace of God in truth:
kun to apuni khan logote ahise. Etu susamachar pora bisi phul ulaikene prithibi te aru bhi dangor hoi thaka nisena, apuni khan majote bhi etu kotha kaam kori ase, juntu din pora apuni khan hunise aru Isor laga anugrah laga kotha hosa te sikhise.
7 As ye also learned of Epaphras our dear fellowservant, who is for you a faithful minister of Christ;
Etu susamachar kotha apuni khan Epaphras pora sikhi bole parise, morom laga noukar, amikhan laga bodli te Khrista laga biswasi noukar.
8 Who also declared unto us your love in the Spirit.
Epaphras pora apuni khan Atma te morom thaka to amikhan ke janibole dise.
9 For this cause we also, since the day we heard [it], do not cease to pray for you, and to desire that ye might be filled with the knowledge of his will in all wisdom and spiritual understanding;
Etu morom thaka nimite, jitia pora etu hunise amikhan apuni khan nimite prathana kori bole rukhanai. Apuni khan ke Tai laga gyaan pora atma laga kotha khan bujhi bole paribole nimite mangi thakise.
10 That ye might walk worthy of the Lord unto all pleasing, being fruitful in every good work, and increasing in the knowledge of God;
Amikhan prathana kori ase apuni khan Probhu ke khushi kori kene bhal rasta te berai kene jabo aru sob kaam mon dikene kori thakibo. Amikhan prathana kori ase apuni khan sob phol ulabo aru Isor laga gyaan te aru bhi bisi dangor hoi thakibo.
11 Strengthened with all might, according to his glorious power, unto all patience and longsuffering with joyfulness;
Amikhan prathana kore apuni khan sob kaam khan kori bole nimite takot pabo Tai laga mohima aru takot pora aru sob kaam te nomro aru khushi pora cholai kene loijabo.
12 Giving thanks unto the Father, which hath made us meet to be partakers of the inheritance of the saints in light:
Amikhan prathana kori ase apuni khan Baba Isor ke dhanyavad dibo, kun pora apnikhan ke puhor laga pobitro manu hoi kene Tai laga rajyote thaki bole nimite jaga dise.
13 Who hath delivered us from the power of darkness, and hath translated [us] into the kingdom of his dear Son:
Isor he amikhan ke andhera laga rajyo pora bachai loise Tai sob pora morom kora chokra laga rajyote ani loise,
14 In whom we have redemption through his blood, [even] the forgiveness of sins:
aru Tai pora he udhar pai, aru sob paap pora maph kori diye.
15 Who is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of every creature:
Khrista to nadikha Isor laga protima ase, shristi majote prothom jonom luwa to ase.
16 For by him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether [they be] thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by him, and for him:
Tai pora he sob jinis khan ke bonaise, sorgote aru prithibi te thaka, dikha aru nadikha jinis khan. Singhason aru rajyo cholawta aru sorkar khan aru adhikari khan, sob to Tai pora he bonaise aru Tai nimite he bonaise.
17 And he is before all things, and by him all things consist.
Tai nijor sob jinis age te ase, aru Tai logote he sob jinis eke logote dhori kene ase.
18 And he is the head of the body, the church: who is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead; that in all [things] he might have the preeminence.
Khrista he gaw te matha ase, girja laga matha ase. Tai he shuru ase aru mora pora prothom jonom huwa ase, etu nimite Tai he sob jinis te age jagate ase.
19 For it pleased [the Father] that in him should all fulness dwell;
Kelemane Tai logote Isor laga itcha bhorta thaka to Isor khushi paise,
20 And, having made peace through the blood of his cross, by him to reconcile all things unto himself; by him, [I say], whether [they be] things in earth, or things in heaven.
aru Putro te Tai nijor logote sob jinis ke milai loise. Tai Cross te bahai diya khun pora Isor shanti bonai dise. Tai dwara, Isor pora sob milai dise, etu prithibi aru sorgote thaka sob jinis ke.
21 And you, that were sometime alienated and enemies in [your] mind by wicked works, yet now hath he reconciled
Ekta homoi te, apuni bhi Isor usorte alag manu thakise aru bhabona aru biya kaam pora Tai laga dushman thakise.
22 In the body of his flesh through death, to present you holy and unblameable and unreproveable in his sight:
Kintu etiya Tai nijor gaw te mora nimite apuni logote milai loise. Tai apnikhan ke Isor usorte pobitro aru sapha pora dibole nimite korise,
23 If ye continue in the faith grounded and settled, and [be] not moved away from the hope of the gospel, which ye have heard, [and] which was preached to every creature which is under heaven; whereof I Paul am made a minister;
etu karone apuni biswas te thik choli kene, ki susamachar laga asha apnikhan pora hunise ta te nahili kene thik pora khara koribi. Etu susamachar ke sorgo nichete thaka sob manu logot prochar kori ase. Etu susamachar nimite moi, Paul, ekjon noukar hoi jaise.
24 Who now rejoice in my sufferings for you, and fill up that which is behind of the afflictions of Christ in my flesh for his body’s sake, which is the church:
Etiya moi apuni khan karone dukh kori thaka nimite khushi pai ase, aru moi laga gaw mangso te ki komti ase aru Khrista pora dukh pa nisena etu Tai laga gaw nimite kori ase, kun to girja ase.
25 Whereof I am made a minister, according to the dispensation of God which is given to me for you, to fulfil the word of God;
Moi etu girja laga ekjon noukar ase, Isor pora moike etu jimedari apuni khan uporte diya nisena, Isor laga kotha to pura kori bole nimite.
26 [Even] the mystery which hath been hid from ages and from generations, but now is made manifest to his saints: (aiōn g165)
Etu asurit kotha khan poila homoi pora manu khan nimite lukai kene rakhise. Kintu etiya kun Taike biswas kore taikhan ke dikhai dise. (aiōn g165)
27 To whom God would make known what [is] the riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles; which is Christ in you, the hope of glory:
Isor pora Tai laga sob mohima laga dhun juntu laga hosa lukai kene thakise, etiya to etu Porjati manu khan ke jonai dibole mon ase. Etu ase Khrista, jun apuni khan logote ase, mohima laga asha.
28 Whom we preach, warning every man, and teaching every man in all wisdom; that we may present every man perfect in Christ Jesus:
Etu Tai ase kun nimite amikhan prochar kori ase. Amikhan sob manu ke koi ase, aru amikhan sob manu ke gyaan pora sikhai di ase, etu pora sob manu khan ke Khrista laga usorte pura kori kene loi anibole paribo.
29 Whereunto I also labour, striving according to his working, which worketh in me mightily.
Etu nimite moi kaam kori ase aru Tai laga takot loi kene thaki ase juntu takot moi logote kaam kori ase.
