Colossians 3
1 If ye then be risen with Christ, seek those things which are above, where Christ sitteth on the right hand of God.
Khritaw üng nami tho be pängki a ni üng, Pamhnama khet da Khritawa a ngawhnak hnüna ka khankhaw khawhtheme jah ngaih na ua.
2 Set your affection on things above, not on things on the earth.
Khawmdek khawhthem käh ngaih na ua. Khankhaw khawhthem ngaih na ua.
3 For ye are dead, and your life is hid with Christ in God.
Isenitiüng, Khritaw üng nami thi pängkia kyase, nami xünnak cun Khritaw am atänga Pamhnam naw a ning jah cüm pet ni.
4 When Christ, [who is] our life, shall appear, then shall ye also appear with him in glory.
Nami xünnak kcang cun Khritawa kya lü, a ngdang law bea kcün üng nangmi pi ani am atänga ngdang law lü, Khritawa hlüngtainak nami yah hnga khaie.
5 Mortify therefore your members which are upon the earth; fornication, uncleanness, inordinate affection, evil concupiscence, and covetousness, which is idolatry:
Acunakyase, am dawkia hnungla, khyanga khyucei ihawmpüi, ngkeeiksea hüipawmnak, akse pawh hlüa mlungkawe, juktuh mkhäh üng tängki kamvanak tia khawmdek mtisa hlükaw naküta khut biki cun jah mkhyüh ua.
6 For which things’ sake the wrath of God cometh on the children of disobedience:
A mtheh am ngjakiea khana Pamhnama mlungsonak pha law khai.
7 In the which ye also walked some time, when ye lived in them.
Ahlana acun naw a ning jah uka kcün üng, nangmi pi acune am nami mtisa hlü läklamnak üng nami xüngsei khawikie.
8 But now ye also put off all these; anger, wrath, malice, blasphemy, filthy communication out of your mouth.
Atuh üngkhyüh ta mlunga sonak, thüiseinak, am dawki mtisa hlü, püi hnengnak naküte jah mkhyüh u bä. Khyüko kse sumeinak ja a müithang se khaia pyensak naküte cen nami mpyawng üng käh mhluh law u bä.
9 Lie not one to another, seeing that ye have put off the old man with his deeds;
Nami xünsak ngneingnawng kphyüm nami hawih hüt pängkia kyase, nami püi käh mhleimhlak ti ua.
10 And have put on the new [man], which is renewed in knowledge after the image of him that created him:
Xünsak kthai cen suiawi ua. Ning jah mhnüncengki Pamhnam naw amät nami ksing law vaia, a lupla üng täng khaia akthai kthaia ning jah pitpyang läki ni.
11 Where there is neither Greek nor Jew, circumcision nor uncircumcision, Barbarian, Scythian, bond [nor] free: but Christ [is] all, and in all.
Acuna xünsak kthai üng Judah khyang ja Krik khyangmjüa keha, vun mawih ja am mawih, pekce khyangmjü, khyang ksee, mpya ja am mpya ti Khritaw üng halangnak am ve ti. Khritaw cun anaküta kya lü, avan üng Khritaw veki.
12 Put on therefore, as the elect of God, holy and beloved, bowels of mercies, kindness, humbleness of mind, meekness, longsuffering;
Nangmi cun Pamhnama khyange ni. Ning jah mhläkphya na lü a ka vaia a ning jah xü ni. Acunakyase, khyang mpyenmseinak, bäkamnak, mlung mhnemnak, hniphnawinak ja mlung msaünak üng xüngsei ua.
13 Forbearing one another, and forgiving one another, if any man have a quarrel against any: even as Christ forgave you, so also [do] ye.
A püi ngtekkhaihpüiki a ve üng pi, mat ja mat nami püi dunei lü, nami püi mhlätei ua. Bawipa naw nami mkhyenak a ning jah mhläta mäiha nami püi mhlätei u bä.
14 And above all these things [put on] charity, which is the bond of perfectness.
Ahin he naw ni mhläkphyanak ami msap ve. Acun he naw ni anaküt cun kümbekia yümatnak üng ami ngcunsak thei ve.
15 And let the peace of God rule in your hearts, to the which also ye are called in one body; and be ye thankful.
Pumsa mat üng atänga Pamhnam naw a ning jah khünaka dimdeihnak, Khritaw naw a ning jah peta acuna dimdeihnak naw nami mkhyahmtangnak naküt üng lam ning jah msüm se. Jekyainak üng kümcei ua.
16 Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom; teaching and admonishing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your hearts to the Lord.
Khritawa ngthua kümbenak cun nami mlung kyawnga xüngsei bebang se. Themngvainak üng nami püi mcuhmcäi lü mtheimthang ua. Salan ng’äi ja ngmüimkhya lam ng’äie ja ng’äi ngcimcaihe jah mcuk lü Pamhnam mküimto ua.
17 And what soever ye do in word or deed, [do] all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God and the Father by him.
Bawi Jesuh üngkhyüh Pa Pamhnama veia jenak nami mtheha mäiha, nami pawh pyen naküt cun Bawipa Jesuha ngming üng pawh pyen u bä.
18 Wives, submit yourselves unto your own husbands, as it is fit in the Lord.
Nghnumie aw, nami ceiea uknak khamei ua. Acun cun khritjan nghnumia xüngsei ning ni.
19 Husbands, love [your] wives, and be not bitter against them.
Kpamie aw, nami khyue jah mhläkphya na ua. Käh jah ksekha na ua.
20 Children, obey [your] parents in all things: for this is well pleasing unto the Lord.
Hnasene aw, nami nupaa mtheh aläa ngjak vai cun khritjana kyaki khyang naküta mta ni. Acun cun naw Pamhnam jekyaisaki ni.
21 Fathers, provoke not your children [to anger], lest they be discouraged.
Nupae aw, nami canaa mlung so khaia käh pawh ua. Acukba nami pawh üng ta, ami mlung ktha se khai ni.
22 Servants, obey in all things [your] masters according to the flesh; not with eyeservice, as menpleasers; but in singleness of heart, fearing God:
Mpyae aw, anaküt üng nami khawmdek mahpaa mtheh ngja ua. A ning jah hmuh däk üng käh nikia, anghläia a mlung hlüa ve ua. Bawipa kyühxünei lü na mlung kcang üng na mahpa pi msümceia.
23 And what soever ye do, do [it] heartily, as to the Lord, and not unto men;
Ai nami bi üngpi, nami mlung kcang üng khüi ua. Khyanga phäh na khüiki am ni, Bawipaa khut na biki ni.
24 Knowing that of the Lord ye shall receive the reward of the inheritance: for ye serve the Lord Christ.
Bawipa naw a khyangea phäh a tak am ning jah khyeng khai ti ksing ua. Nami Mahpa kcang Khritawa phäh nami khüikiea kyaki.
25 But he that doeth wrong shall receive for the wrong which he hath done: and there is no respect of persons.
Akse pawhkia khyang naküt naw ami pawha kba khamei be yah khaie. Isenitiüng, Pamhnam cun naw khyang naküt angteha jah mtaiki.
