Acts 2
1 And when the day of Pentecost was fully come, they were all with one accord in one place.
၁ပင်တေကုတ္တေ ပွဲနေ့ ရောက် သောအခါ ထိုသူအပေါင်း တို့သည် တစ်ညီတစ်ညွတ် တည်းစည်းဝေး ၍နေ ကြ၏
2 And suddenly there came a sound from heaven as of a rushing mighty wind, and it filled all the house where they were sitting.
၂ထိုအခါ လေ ပြင်း မုန်တိုင်းကဲ့သို့သော အသံ သည်တခဏခြင်း တွင် ကောင်းကင် မှ လာ၍၊ ထိုသူ တို့ နေ ထိုင်သောအိမ် ကိုဖြည့် လေ၏။
3 And there appeared unto them cloven tongues like as of fire, and it sat upon each of them.
၃ထိုခဏခြင်းတွင်ကွဲပြား သော လျှာ တို့သည်မီး လျှာကဲ့သို့ ထင်ရှား ၍ ၊ ထိုသူ အသီးသီး တို့အပေါ် ၌တည်နေကြ၏။
4 And they were all filled with the Holy Ghost, and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance.
၄ထိုသူအပေါင်း တို့သည်လည်း သန့်ရှင်း သောဝိညာဉ် တော်နှင့်ပြည့် ၍၊ ဝိညာဉ် တော်သည်ဟောပြော သော အခွင့်ကို ပေး တော်မူသည်အတိုင်း အမျိုးမျိုး သောဘာသာ စကားအားဖြင့်ဟောပြော ကြ၏။
5 And there were dwelling at Jerusalem Jews, devout men, out of every nation under heaven.
၅ထို ကာလအခါ၊ ကောင်းကင် အောက် တွင်ရှိ လေသမျှသောလူမျိုး ထဲက ဘုရားကိုရိုသေ သော ယုဒ လူတို့ သည် ယေရုရှလင် မြို့၌ တည်း နေကြသတည်း။
6 Now when this was noised abroad, the multitude came together, and were confounded, because that every man heard them speak in his own language.
၆ထို အသံ ကိုကြားရသောအခါ၊ လူများ တို့သည်စုဝေး လာကြလျှင်၊ အသီးသီး အခြားခြားသော မိမိ တို့ ဘာသာ စကားဖြင့် တမန်တော် တို့ဟောပြော သည်ကိုကြား ရ၍ မှိုင်တွေ လျက်ရှိနေကြ၏။
7 And they were all amazed and marvelled, saying one to another, Behold, are not all these which speak Galilæans?
၇ထိုလူအပေါင်းတို့သည် အံ့ဩ မိန်းမော တွေဝေလျက်ရှိ၍၊ ယခု ဟောပြော သောသူအပေါင်း တို့သည် ဂါလိလဲ လူဖြစ် ကြသည် မ ဟုတ်လော။
8 And how hear we every man in our own tongue, wherein we were born?
၈သို့ဟုတ်လျှင်ငါ တို့သည် အသီးသီး မွေးဘွား ရာဌာန၏ ဘာသာ စကားများကို ကြား ရသည်ကား အဘယ်သို့ နည်း။
9 Parthians, and Medes, and Elamites, and the dwellers in Mesopotamia, and in Judæa, and Cappadocia, in Pontus, and Asia,
၉ပါသိ ပြည်မှစ၍ မေဒိ ပြည်၊ ဧလံ ပြည်၊ မေသောပေါဘာမိ ပြည်၊ ယုဒ ပြည်၊ ကပ္ပဒေါကိ ပြည်၊ ပုန္တု ပြည်၊ အာရှိ ပြည်၊
10 Phrygia, and Pamphylia, in Egypt, and in the parts of Libya about Cyrene, and strangers of Rome, Jews and proselytes,
၁၀ဖြူဂိ ပြည်၊ ပမ်ဖုလိ ပြည်၊ အဲဂုတ္တု ပြည်၌နေသောသူ၊ ကုရေနေ မြို့နှင့်စပ်သော လိဗု ကျေးလက် ၌ နေသော သူ၊ ရောမ မြို့မှလာသောဧည့်သည် များ၊ ယုဒ လူဖြစ်စေ ၊ ဘာသာဝင် ဖြစ်စေ၊
11 Cretes and Arabians, we do hear them speak in our tongues the wonderful works of God.
၁၁ကရေတေ ပြည်သား၊ အာရပ် ပြည်သား၊ အသီးအသီးဖြစ်ကြသောငါတို့အားဤသူ များသည် ဘုရားသခင် ၏ အံ့ဘွယ် သောအမှုတို့ကို ငါ တို့အမျိုးဘာသာ စကားဖြင့် ဟောပြော ကြသည်ကိုကြား ရပါသည်တကားဟု အချင်းချင်းပြောဆို ကြ၏။
12 And they were all amazed, and were in doubt, saying one to another, What meaneth this?
၁၂ထိုလူအပေါင်း တို့သည် မိန်းမော တွေးတော သောစိတ်ရှိသည်နှင့် ၊ ဤအမှုအရာသည်အဘယ်သို့ သော အမှုအရာဖြစ် သနည်းဟု တစ် ယောက်ကိုတစ်ယောက်ပြောဆို ကြ၏။
13 Others mocking said, These men are full of new wine.
၁၃လူအချို့ တို့က၊ ဤသူတို့ သည်ချိုသောစပျစ်ရည် နှင့် ပြည့်ဝ သည်ဟု ကဲ့ရဲ့ ပြောဆို ကြ၏။
14 But Peter, standing up with the eleven, lifted up his voice, and said unto them, Ye men of Judæa, and all [ye] that dwell at Jerusalem, be this known unto you, and hearken to my words:
၁၄ထိုအခါတကျိပ် တပါးသော တမန်တော်တို့နှင့်တကွ ပေတရု သည်ထ လျက် ၊ ထိုသူ တို့ကို ကျယ်သော အသံ နှင့်ဟောပြော သည်ကား၊ ယေရုရှလင် မြို့သား တို့နှင့် ယုဒ လူ အပေါင်း တို့၊ သင် တို့သည် ဤ အရာကို သိမှတ် ၍ ငါ့ စကား ကိုစေ့စေ့နာခံ ကြလော့။
15 For these are not drunken, as ye suppose, seeing it is [but] the third hour of the day.
၁၅ယခုအချိန်ကားနံနက် တချက်တီး အချိန် သာရှိသည် ဖြစ်၍ ၊ သင် တို့ထင် သည်အတိုင်း ဤသူ တို့သည် ယစ်မူး ကြသည်မ ဟုတ်။
16 But this is that which was spoken by the prophet Joel;
၁၆ဤ အရာကားပရောဖက် ယောလ ဟော ဘူးသောအရာ ဖြစ် သတည်း။
17 And it shall come to pass in the last days, saith God, I will pour out of my Spirit upon all flesh: and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, and your young men shall see visions, and your old men shall dream dreams:
၁၇ဟောဘူးအချက်ကား၊ နောင် ကာလ ၌ လူမျိုး တကာ တို့အပေါ်သို့ ငါ ၏ဝိညာဉ် တော်ကိုငါသွန်းလောင်း မည်။ သင် တို့၏သား သမီး တို့သည် ပရောဖက် ဉာဏ်နှင့် ဟောပြောရကြလိမ့်မည်။ အသက် ငယ်သောသူ တို့သည် ဗျာဒိတ် ရူပါရုံတို့ကို မြင် ရကြလိမ့်မည်။ အသက်ကြီး သောသူ တို့သည်လည်း နိမိတ်အိပ်မက် တို့ကိုမြင်မက် ရ ကြလိမ့်မည်။
18 And on my servants and on my handmaidens I will pour out in those days of my Spirit; and they shall prophesy:
၁၈ထိုကာလ ၌ လည်း ငါ ၏အမှုကိုဆောင်ရွက်သောယောက်ျားမိန်းမ တို့အပေါ်သို့ ငါ ၏ဝိညာဉ် တော်ကို ငါ သွန်းလောင်း ၍၊ သူတို့သည် ပရောဖက် ဥာဏ်နှင့် ဟောပြောရကြလိမ့်မည်။
19 And I will shew wonders in heaven above, and signs in the earth beneath; blood, and fire, and vapour of smoke:
၁၉အထက် မိုးကောင်းကင် ၌ အံ့ဘွယ် သောအရာတို့ကို၎င်း ၊ အောက် အရပ်မြေကြီး ပေါ်၌ သွေး ၊ မီးလျှံ ၊ မီးခိုး တည်းဟူသောပုပ္ပ နိမိတ်တို့ကို၎င်း ငါပြ မည်။
20 The sun shall be turned into darkness, and the moon into blood, before that great and notable day of the Lord come:
၂၀ထာဝရ ဘုရား၏ ထူးမြတ် သောနေ့ ကြီး မတိုင်မှီ ၊ နေ သည်မှောင်မိုက် အတိဖြစ်လိမ့်မည်။ လ သည်လည်း သွေး ဖြစ်လိမ့်မည်။
21 And it shall come to pass, [that] whosoever shall call on the name of the Lord shall be saved.
၂၁ထိုအခါထာဝရ ဘုရားကို ပဌနာ ပြုသောသူ ရှိသမျှ တို့သည် ကယ်တင် တော်မူခြင်းသို့ရောက်ရကြ လတံ့ဟု ဘုရား ဗျာဒိတ် တော်ရှိ၏။
22 Ye men of Israel, hear these words; Jesus of Nazareth, a man approved of God among you by miracles and wonders and signs, which God did by him in the midst of you, as ye yourselves also know:
၂၂ဣသရေလ လူ တို့၊ ငါ့စကား ကိုနားထောင် ကြလော့။ သင်တို့သိ ကြသည့်အတိုင်း နာဇရက် မြို့သားယေရှု သည် ထူးဆန်းသောတန်ခိုး ၊ နိမိတ် လက္ခဏာ၊ အံ့ဘွယ် သောအမှုတို့ကို သင် တို့တွင် ပြု ရသော အခွင့်နှင့် ဘုရားသခင် ပေးတော်မူသောသက်သေ ကို ရသောသူ ဖြစ်၍၊
23 Him, being delivered by the determinate counsel and foreknowledge of God, ye have taken, and by wicked hands have crucified and slain:
၂၃ဘုရားသခင် ပြဌာန်း တော်မူသော အလို တော်အားဖြင့်၎င်း ၊ အနာဂတံသဉာဏ် တော်အားဖြင့် ၎င်း၊ အပ်နှံ ခြင်းကိုခံသော ထို ယေရှုကို သင်တို့သည် ဘမ်းဆီး၍ မတရား သော သူတို့လက် ဖြင့် လက်ဝါးကပ်တိုင်၌ ရိုက် ၍ ကွပ်မျက် ကြပြီ။
24 Whom God hath raised up, having loosed the pains of death: because it was not possible that he should be holden of it.
၂၄ထိုသူ ကို သေ ခြင်းဝေဒနာသည် အစဉ်ချည်နှောင် ချုပ်ကိုင်၍မ ဖြစ် နိုင်သည်နှင့်၊ ထိုဝေဒနာ ကို ဘုရားသခင် သည် ချွတ်ပယ် ၍ထမြောက် စေတော်မူပြီ။
25 For David speaketh concerning him, I foresaw the Lord always before my face, for he is on my right hand, that I should not be moved:
၂၅ထိုသူ ကိုအကြောင်းပြုလျက် ဒါဝိဒ် မင်းက၊ ငါ သည်ထာဝရဘုရား ကို အစဉ်မပြတ် မျက်မှောက် ပြု၏။ အကြောင်းမူကား ငါ့ လက်ျာ ဘက်၌ တည်ရှိ တော်မူသည်ဖြစ်၍ငါသည်လှုပ်ရှား ခြင်းမ ရှိရ။
26 Therefore did my heart rejoice, and my tongue was glad; moreover also my flesh shall rest in hope:
၂၆ထိုကြောင့် ငါ့ စိတ် နှလုံးသည် သာယာ ခြင်း၊ ငါ့ ဝိညာဉ် သည်လည်း ရွှင်လန်း ခြင်းရှိ၏။ ထိုမှတပါး ငါ့ အသား သည် မြော်လင့် လျက် ကျိန်းဝပ် လိမ့်မည်။
27 Because thou wilt not leave my soul in hell, neither wilt thou suffer thine Holy One to see corruption. (Hadēs g86)
၂၇အကြောင်းမူကား ၊ ကိုယ်တော်သည်အကျွန်ုပ် ၏ဝိညာဉ် ကို မရဏာ နိုင်ငံ၌ ပစ် ထားတော်မ မူ။ ကိုယ်တော် ၏သန့်ရှင်း သောသူ အားလည်း ပုပ်စပ် ခြင်းကိုရှိ စေတော်မ မူဘဲလျက်၊ အသက် ရှင်ခြင်းလမ်း ကို ပြညွှန် တော်မူလိမ့်မည်။ (Hadēs g86)
28 Thou hast made known to me the ways of life; thou shalt make me full of joy with thy countenance.
၂၈မျက်နှာ တော်ကို ဖူးမြင်ရသောအားဖြင့်ဝမ်းမြောက် သောစိတ်နှင့် အကျွန်ုပ် ကိုပြည့်စုံ စေတော်မူလိမ့်မည်ဟုဒါဝိဒ်ဆို သတည်း။
29 Men [and] brethren, let me freely speak unto you of the patriarch David, that he is both dead and buried, and his sepulchre is with us unto this day.
၂၉ညီအစ်ကို တို့၊ အမျိုး၏အဘ ဖြစ်သော ဒါဝိဒ် ၏အကြောင်း ကို ငါသည် သင် တို့အား အတည့်အလင်း ပြော ပါရစေ ။ ထို ဒါဝိဒ်သည် သေ ၍ သင်္ဂြိုဟ် သောတွင်း သည် ယခု တိုင်အောင် ငါ တို့၌ ရှိ ၏။
30 Therefore being a prophet, and knowing that God had sworn with an oath to him, that of the fruit of his loins, according to the flesh, he would raise up Christ to sit on his throne;
၃၀ထို သူသည် မိမိ အမျိုးအနွယ်ထဲက လူဇာတိ အားဖြင့် ခရစ်တော် ကို ဘုရားသခင် ထမြောက်စေ၍ မိမိ ပလ္လင် ပေါ်မှာ တင် တော်မူမည်အကြောင်း ဓိဋ္ဌာန် ကျိန်ဆို တော်မူသည်ကို ပရောဖက် ဥာဏ်အားဖြင့်သိ ၍၊
31 He seeing this before spake of the resurrection of Christ, that his soul was not left in hell, neither his flesh did see corruption. (Hadēs g86)
၃၁ခရစ်တော် ၏ထမြောက် ခြင်းအကြောင်း ကိုရည်မှတ် လျက်၊ ထိုခရစ်တော်၏စိတ်ဝိညာဉ်ကို မရဏာ နိုင်ငံ၌ ပစ် ထားတော်မ မူ။ အသား သည်လည်း ပုပ်စပ် ခြင်းသို့မ ရောက် ဟု အနာဂတံသဥာဏ်နှင့် ဟော လေ၏။ (Hadēs g86)
32 This Jesus hath God raised up, whereof we all are witnesses.
၃၂ထို ယေရှု ကို ဘုရားသခင် ထမြောက် စေတော်မူသည်ကို ငါ တို့ရှိသမျှ သည် သက်သေခံ ဖြစ် ကြ၏။
33 Therefore being by the right hand of God exalted, and having received of the Father the promise of the Holy Ghost, he hath shed forth this, which ye now see and hear.
၃၃ထိုသို့ ဘုရားသခင် သည် လက်ျာ လက်တော်နှင့် ချီးမြှောက် တော်မူသဖြင့်၊ ထိုသခင်သည် ဂတိ တော်နှင့် ယှဉ်သောသန့်ရှင်း သောဝိညာဉ် တော်ကို ခမည်းတော် ထံ၌ ခံ ပြီဖြစ်၍သင် တို့သိမြင် ကြား ရသောအရာကို သွန်းလောင်း တော်မူ၏။
34 For David is not ascended into the heavens: but he saith himself, The LORD said unto my Lord, Sit thou on my right hand,
၃၄ဒါဝိဒ် သည် ကောင်းကင် သို့ မ တက် သေး၊
35 Until I make thy foes thy footstool.
၃၅သို့ရာတွင် ထာဝရ ဘုရားက၊ သင် ၏ရန်သူ တို့ကို သင် ၏ ခြေ တင်ရာငါမ ချ မထားမှီတိုင်အောင်ငါ့ လက်ျာ ဘက်၌ ထိုင် နေလော့ဟု ငါ့ သခင် အားမိန့် တော်မူသည်ဟု ဒါဝိဒ် စကားရှိ၏။
36 Therefore let all the house of Israel know assuredly, that God hath made that same Jesus, whom ye have crucified, both Lord and Christ.
၃၆ထို့ကြောင့် သင် တို့သည်လက်ဝါးကပ်တိုင် မှာ ကွပ်မျက်သောယေရှု ကိုဘုရားသခင် သည် ခရစ်တော် ၌ ၎င်း ၊ အစိုးရသောအရှင် အရာ၌၎င်း ခန့်ထား တော်မူသည်အကြောင်း ကို ဣသရေလ အမျိုးသား အပေါင်း တို့ အတပ် အမှန် သိမှတ် ကြလော့ဟု ပေတရုဟောလေ၏။
37 Now when they heard [this], they were pricked in their heart, and said unto Peter and to the rest of the apostles, Men [and] brethren, what shall we do?
၃၇ထိုသူတို့သည်ကြား ရလျှင် စိတ် နှလုံးပူပန် ခြင်းရှိ၍၊ ညီအစ်ကို တို့၊ အဘယ်သို့ ပြု ရပါမည်နည်းဟု ပေတရု မှစ၍ အခြား သောတမန်တော် တို့အား မေးမြန်း ကြ၏။
38 Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.
၃၈ပေတရု ကလည်း ၊ သင် တို့၏အပြစ် ကိုလွတ် စေခြင်းငှာ နောင်တရ ၍ တစ်ယောက်မျှမကြွင်း၊ ယေရှု ခရစ် ၏ နာမ ၌ ဗတ္တိဇံ ကိုခံကြလော့။ သို့ပြုလျှင် သန့်ရှင်း သောဝိညာဉ် တော်တည်းဟူသောဆုကျေးဇူး တော်ကို ခံရ ကြလိမ့်မည်။
39 For the promise is unto you, and to your children, and to all that are afar off, [even] as many as the Lord our God shall call.
၃၉အကြောင်းမူကား ၊ ဂတိ တော်သည် သင် တို့နှင့်၎င်း ၊ သင် တို့၏သားသမီး တို့နှင့် ၎င်း၊ ဝေး သော သူ တို့တွင် ငါ တို့၏ဘုရားသခင် ထာဝရ ဘုရား ခေါ် တော်မူသမျှ သောသူတို့နှင့်၎င်း ဆိုင်သည်ဟု ဟော ၏။
40 And with many other words did he testify and exhort, saying, Save yourselves from this untoward generation.
၄၀ထိုမှတစ်ပါးသဘော မဖြောင့်သော ဤ အမျိုး မှ ကယ်တင် ခြင်းသို့ ရောက်ကြလော့ဟူ၍အထူးထူး အပြားပြားသောစကား နှင့် သက်သေခံ ၍ တိုက်တွန်း သွေးဆောင် လေ၏။
41 Then they that gladly received his word were baptized: and the same day there were added [unto them] about three thousand souls.
၄၁ထိုစကား ကို အသင့်နှလုံး သွင်းမိသော သူ တို့သည် ဗတ္တိဇံ ကိုခံ၍ ၊ ထို နေ့ ၌ အရေအတွက်အားဖြင့်သုံးထောင် မျှလောက် သော သူ တို့သည်ဝင် ကြ၏။
42 And they continued stedfastly in the apostles’ doctrine and fellowship, and in breaking of bread, and in prayers.
၄၂ထိုသူများသည် တမန်တော် တို့၏ ဆုံးမ ဩဝါဒကိုခံခြင်း၊ အပေါင်း အသင်းဖွဲ့ခြင်း၊ မုန့် ကိုဖဲ့ ခြင်း၊ ပဌာနာ ပြုခြင်းတို့ကို အမြဲဆောင်ရွက် ၍နေကြ၏။
43 And fear came upon every soul: and many wonders and signs were done by the apostles.
၄၃လူ အပေါင်း တို့သည်ကြောက်လန့် ခြင်းရှိသည်ဖြစ် ၍ တမန်တော် တို့သည် များစွာ သောနိမိတ် လက္ခဏာ၊ အံ့ဘွယ် သောအမှုတို့ကို ပြု ကြ၏။
44 And all that believed were together, and had all things common;
၄၄ယုံကြည် သော သူ အပေါင်း တို့သည် တစုတဝေး တည်းနေ ကြသဖြင့်၊ မိမိတို့၌ရှိသမျှ ကိုဆက်ဆံ ၍ သုံးဆောင်ကြ၏။
45 And sold their possessions and goods, and parted them to all [men], as every man had need.
၄၅မိမိတို့ဥစ္စာ ပစ္စည်း များကိုရောင်း ပြီးလျှင်၊ လူများ ဆင်းရဲ သည်အတိုင်း အသီးအသီး တို့အား ဝေငှ ခြင်းကို ပြု ကြ၏။
46 And they, continuing daily with one accord in the temple, and breaking bread from house to house, did eat their meat with gladness and singleness of heart,
၄၆ထိုသူတို့သည်လည်း ဗိမာန် တော်၌ နေ့တိုင်း အစဉ်တစ် ညီတစ်ညွတ်တည်းနေ ၍ ၊ ကိုယ်အိမ် ၌ မုန့် ကိုဖဲ့ လျက် ကြည်ဖြူ ရွှင်လန်း ဝမ်းမြောက်သောစိတ် နှင့် အစာ အာဟာရကိုသုံးဆောင် ကြ၏။
47 Praising God, and having favour with all the people. And the Lord added to the church daily such as should be saved.
၄၇ဘုရားသခင် ကိုလည်း ချီးမွမ်း ၍ လူ အပေါင်း တို့ရှေ့ မှာ မျက်နှာ ပွင့်လန်းခြင်း အခွင့်ကိုရ ကြ၏။ ကယ်တင် ခြင်းသို့ ရောက်သောသူ တို့ကိုလည်း နေ့စဉ်မပြတ်သခင် ဘုရားသည် သင်းဝင်စေတော်မူ၏။
