< 2 Corinthians 5 >

1 For we know that if our earthly house of [this] tabernacle were dissolved, we have a building of God, an house not made with hands, eternal in the heavens. (aiōnios g166)
Nikech wangʼeyo ni ka kiru mwadakieni okethi, to wan gi ot ma Nyasaye osegeronwa e polo, ma en ot mosiko, ma lwet dhano ok ogero. (aiōnios g166)
2 For in this we groan, earnestly desiring to be clothed upon with our house which is from heaven:
Kapod wan e kiruni to wachur ka wagombo mondo orwakwa gi odwa mar polo
3 If so be that being clothed we shall not be found naked.
nikech ka waserwakore kode, to ok bi yudwa duk.
4 For we that are in [this] tabernacle do groan, being burdened: not for that we would be unclothed, but clothed upon, that mortality might be swallowed up of life.
Nikech kapod wadak e kiruni, to wachur gi pek modiyowa, to mano ok onyiso ni wadwaro weyo ringruok mawan-goni, to wagombo rwakore gi ringruok manyien mar polo, mondo gima ok tho omwony mano matho.
5 Now he that hath wrought us for the selfsame thing [is] God, who also hath given unto us the earnest of the Spirit.
Nyasaye ema oseikonwa chenro machalo kama, kendo osemiyowa Roho kaka singo, masingo gima biro.
6 Therefore [we are] always confident, knowing that, whilst we are at home in the body, we are absent from the Lord:
Kuom mano, wan gi chir pile, kendo wangʼeyo ni ka pod wadak e ringruogni, to wan mabor gi Ruoth.
7 (For we walk by faith, not by sight: )
Wadak kuom yie to ok kuom gik mwaneno.
8 We are confident, [I say], and willing rather to be absent from the body, and to be present with the Lord.
Wawacho ni wan gi chir kendo dwaher moloyo weyo dak e ringruogni mondo wadag kaachiel gi Ruoth.
9 Wherefore we labour, that, whether present or absent, we may be accepted of him.
Omiyo thoro marwa maduongʼ en mondo watim dwarone, bed ni pod wan e ringruogni kata ka wasetho.
10 For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ; that every one may receive the things [done] in [his] body, according to that he hath done, whether [it be] good or bad.
Nikech nyaka wan duto wabi wachungʼ e nyim kom bura mar Kristo, mondo ngʼato ka ngʼato oyud gima owinjore gi gik mane otimo kapod en ringruok kata gin gik mabeyo, kata maricho.
11 Knowing therefore the terror of the Lord, we persuade men; but we are made manifest unto God; and I trust also are made manifest in your consciences.
12 For we commend not ourselves again unto you, but give you occasion to glory on our behalf, that ye may have somewhat to [answer] them which glory in appearance, and not in heart.
Ok watem pwoyorenu, to wamiyou gima unyalo sungorugo kuomwa, mondo uyud gima unyalo dwokogo joma sungore nikech timbegi ma oko mineno, to ok nikech gima ni e chunygi.
13 For whether we be beside ourselves, [it is] to God: or whether we be sober, [it is] for your cause.
Kapo ni mano nyalo miyo wachal joneko, to obedo kamano nikech Nyasaye; to ka pachwa ni kare, to en kamano nikech un.
14 For the love of Christ constraineth us; because we thus judge, that if one died for all, then were all dead:
Nikech hera mar Kristo chunowa mondo watim gik ma watimo, nikech wan gi ratiro ni ngʼato achiel notho ni ji duto; omiyo ji duto notho.
15 And [that] he died for all, that they which live should not henceforth live unto themselves, but unto him which died for them, and rose again.
To notho ni ji duto mondo joma ngima koro kik bed mangima mana ni gin giwegi, to mondo gibed mangima ni Jal ma notho mochako ochier nikech gin.
16 Wherefore henceforth know we no man after the flesh: yea, though we have known Christ after the flesh, yet now henceforth know we [him] no more.
Omiyo chakre sani koro ok wangʼe ngʼato e yo mapiny ngʼeyogo ji. Kata obedo ni kinde moko ne wangʼeyo Kristo e yo makamano, tinde ok watim kamano kendo.
17 Therefore if any man [be] in Christ, [he is] a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.
Emomiyo ka ngʼato ni kuom Kristo to en chwech manyien; gik machon osekadho, neuru, gik manyien osechopo!
18 And all things [are] of God, who hath reconciled us to himself by Jesus Christ, and hath given to us the ministry of reconciliation;
Magi duto oa kuom Nyasaye, mane ogolo sigu mane ni e kindwa kode kotimowa osiepene kuom Kristo, kendo omiyowa tich mar loko wasike osiepene:
19 To wit, that God was in Christ, reconciling the world unto himself, not imputing their trespasses unto them; and hath committed unto us the word of reconciliation.
tiende ni, Nyasaye notimo winjruok gi piny kuom Kristo, ka ok okwano richo ji e wigi. To wan ema osemiyowa wach manyiso ji kaka digibed e winjruok gi Nyasaye.
20 Now then we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God did beseech [you] by us: we pray [you] in Christ’s stead, be ye reconciled to God.
Kuom mano, wan e joote mag Kristo, kendo Nyasaye owuon ema wuoyo kodu kokalo kuomwa. Wakwayou ka wachungʼ kar Kristo, mondo uwinjru kod Nyasaye.
21 For he hath made him [to be] sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him.
Nyasaye noketo Jal mane onge richo obedo richo mondo kuome wabed joma kare mag Nyasaye.
