< 1 Peter 5 >

1 The elders which are among you I exhort, who am also an elder, and a witness of the sufferings of Christ, and also a partaker of the glory that shall be revealed:
Bagbagaak dagiti panglakayenyo, Siak, maysa a panglakayen a padayo ken maysa a saksi iti panagsagsagaba ni Cristo, ken maysa met a makipagpaset iti dayag a maiparangarangto.
2 Feed the flock of God which is among you, taking the oversight [thereof], not by constraint, but willingly; not for filthy lucre, but of a ready mind;
Bagbagaankayo ngarud a panglakayen, aywananyo dagiti arban ti Dios nga adda kadakayo. Kitaenyo ida, saan a gapu ta kasapulan nga aramidenyo, ngem gapu ta isu ti tarigagayyo mayannurot iti pagayatan ti Dios. Kitaenyo ida, saan a para iti kinaagum iti kuarta, ngem sipapalubos.
3 Neither as being lords over [God’s] heritage, but being ensamples to the flock.
Saankayo nga agtignay a kas apo kadagiti tattao nga adda iti panangaywanyo, ngem agbalinkayo koma a pagulidanan kadagiti arban.
4 And when the chief Shepherd shall appear, ye shall receive a crown of glory that fadeth not away.
Inton maiparangarang ti Katan-okan a Pastor, awatenyonto iti saan nga agkupkupas a nadayag a korona.
5 Likewise, ye younger, submit yourselves unto the elder. Yea, all [of you] be subject one to another, and be clothed with humility: for God resisteth the proud, and giveth grace to the humble.
Kasta met, dakayo nga agtutubo a lallaki, agpaituraykayo kadagiti natataengan ngem kadakayo. Aminkayo, kawesanyo dagiti bagbagiyo iti kinapakumbaba ken agserbikayo iti tunggal maysa, ta busoren ti Dios ti natangsit, ngem paraburanna dagiti napakumbaba.
6 Humble yourselves therefore under the mighty hand of God, that he may exalt you in due time:
Ipakumbabayo ngarud dagiti bagbagiyo iti mannakabalin nga ima ti Dios tapno itag-aynakayonto inton dumteng iti maitutop a tiempo.
7 Casting all your care upon him; for he careth for you.
Ikamangyo amin a pakariribukanyo kenkuana, gapu ta maseknan isuna kadakayo.
8 Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour:
Agparbengkayo, agsiputkayo. Ti kalabanyo, ti diablo, ket kasla agngerngernger a leon a magmagna iti aglawlaw, nga agsapsapul iti alun-onenna.
9 Whom resist stedfast in the faith, knowing that the same afflictions are accomplished in your brethren that are in the world.
Agtakderkayo a maibusor kenkuana. Papigsaenyo ti pammatiyo. Ammoyo nga uray dagiti kakabsatyo nga adda ditoy lubong ket agib-ibtur iti isu met laeng a panagsagsagaba.
10 But the God of all grace, who hath called us unto his eternal glory by Christ Jesus, after that ye have suffered a while, make you perfect, stablish, strengthen, settle [you]. (aiōnios g166)
Kalpasan nga agsagabakayo iti apagbiit, ti Dios iti amin a parabur, a nangayab kadakayo iti agnanayon a gloriana kenni Cristo, ket palaingennakayonto, patibkerennakayonto, ken papigsaennakayonto. (aiōnios g166)
11 To him [be] glory and dominion for ever and ever. Amen. (aiōn g165)
Maited koma kenkuana ti panagturay iti agnanayon ken awan patinggana. Amen. (aiōn g165)
12 By Silvanus, a faithful brother unto you, as I suppose, I have written briefly, exhorting, and testifying that this is the true grace of God wherein ye stand.
Ibilangko ni Silvano a kas napudno a kabsat, ken nagsuratak kadakayo iti ababa babaen kenkuana. Bagbagaankayo ken paneknekak kadakayo a ti insuratko ket isu ti pudno a parabur ti Dios. Agtakderkayo iti daytoy.
13 The [church that is] at Babylon, elected together with [you], saluteth you; and [so doth] Marcus my son.
Isuna nga adda idiay Babilonia, a napili a kas kadakayo, kablaawandakayo, ken ni Marcos, nga anakko, kablaawannakayo.
14 Greet ye one another with a kiss of charity. Peace [be] with you all that are in Christ Jesus. Amen.
Agkikinnablaawkayo a buyogen iti agek ni ayat. Kapia koma kadakayo amin nga adda ken Cristo.
