1 Corinthians 5

1 It is reported commonly [that there is] fornication among you, and such fornication as is not so much as named among the Gentiles, that one should have his father’s wife.

2 And ye are puffed up, and have not rather mourned, that he that hath done this deed might be taken away from among you.

3 For I verily, as absent in body, but present in spirit, have judged already, as though I were present, [concerning] him that hath so done this deed,

Banghangziam cile keima sia ka pumpi tatak note kung ah om ngawl ahihang, ka thaa sia note kung ah om nginge hi, note kung ah ka om bangma in hi mawna a vawt te keima in thu ka khen hi.

4 In the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, when ye are gathered together, and my spirit, with the power of our Lord Jesus Christ,

I Topa Jesus Christ min taw, ka tha taw na ki kaikhop uh ciang in, i Topa Jesus Christ i vangletna taw,

5 To deliver such an one unto Satan for the destruction of the flesh, that the spirit may be saved in the day of the Lord Jesus.

Tua pa i thaa sia Topa Jesus ni ciang in ngupna a nga thei natu in, a pumpi sia Satan i siatsuana ah ap tavun.

6 Your glorying [is] not good. Know ye not that a little leaven leaveneth the whole lump?

Na ki suantakna uh pha ngawl hi. Tol tawmno in anluum buppi khangsak hi, ci thu he ngawl nu ziam?

7 Purge out therefore the old leaven, that ye may be a new lump, as ye are unleavened. For even Christ our passover is sacrificed for us:

Tua ahikom tol saw ngawl na hi uh bangma in anluum thak na hi thei natu uh in, tol lui sia vawk vun. Banghangziam cile Christ sia eite i paisanpoai atu in biakpiakna a hihi:

8 Therefore let us keep the feast, not with old leaven, neither with the leaven of malice and wickedness; but with the unleavened [bread] of sincerity and truth.

Tua ahikom tol lui taw hi ngawl, deisakna phangawl le ngitlona tol taw zong hi ngawl; ahihang tol saw ngawl anluum ci ciang citakna le thutak taw poai khaam tawng.

9 I wrote unto you in an epistle not to company with fornicators:

Paktat mawna a vawt te taw kipawl ngawl tu in note tung ah lai kong thak zo hi:

10 Yet not altogether with the fornicators of this world, or with the covetous, or extortioners, or with idolaters; for then must ye needs go out of the world.

Ahihang hi leitung paktatna a vawt te, a duhop te, ngual neisa a sut te, milim bia te theampo ki pawlpui ngawl tu a ci ka hi bua hi; banghangziam cile tabang hi thong le leitung pan in na pusua uh kul tu hi.

11 But now I have written unto you not to keep company, if any man that is called a brother be a fornicator, or covetous, or an idolater, or a railer, or a drunkard, or an extortioner; with such an one no not to eat.

Ahihang tu in suapui pa a kici mi khatpo sia paktatna, duhopna, milim biakna, ngual nomu, zukham le ngual neisa sut te taw an ne khawm ngawl tu le, pawlpui ngawl tu in lai kong thak zo hi.

12 For what have I to do to judge them also that are without? do not ye judge them that are within?

Banghangziam cile a puasang mite zong thukhen tu in kei taw bang kisai ziam? note in a sungsang mite thukhensak hi ngawl nu ziam?

13 But them that are without God judgeth. Therefore put away from among yourselves that wicked person.

Ahihang a puasang mite sia Pathian in thukhen hi. Tua ahikom tua mi ngilo pa sia note sung pan in hawlkhia vun.
