1 Chronicles 3
1 Now these were the sons of David, which were born unto him in Hebron; the firstborn Amnon, of Ahinoam the Jezreelitess; the second Daniel, of Abigail the Carmelitess:

2 The third, Absalom the son of Maachah the daughter of Talmai king of Geshur: the fourth, Adonijah the son of Haggith:
owesithathu, ngu-Abhisalomu indodana kaMahakha indodakazi kaThalimayi inkosi yaseGeshuri; owesine, u-Adonija indodana kaHagithi;
3 The fifth, Shephatiah of Abital: the sixth, Ithream by Eglah his wife.
owesihlanu, uShefathiya indodana ka-Abhithali; owesithupha, u-Ithireyamu amzuza ku-Egila, umkakhe.
4 [These] six were born unto him in Hebron; and there he reigned seven years and six months: and in Jerusalem he reigned thirty and three years.
Abayisithupha laba uDavida wabazalela eHebhroni, lapho abusa khona okweminyaka eyisikhombisa lezinyanga eziyisithupha. UDavida wabusa eJerusalema okweminyaka engamatshumi amathathu lemithathu,
5 And these were born unto him in Jerusalem; Shimea, and Shobab, and Nathan, and Solomon, four, of Bath-shua the daughter of Ammiel:
njalo la yiwo amadodana awazalela khona: uShamuwa, uShobabi, uNathani loSolomoni. Amadodana amane la wawazala loBhathishebha indodakazi ka-Amiyeli.
6 Ibhar also, and Elishama, and Eliphelet,
Njalo kwaba lo-Ibhari, u-Elishama, u-Elifelethi,
7 And Nogah, and Nepheg, and Japhia,
uNoga, uNefegi, uJafiya,
8 And Elishama, and Eliada, and Eliphelet, nine.
u-Elishama, u-Eliyada kanye lo-Elifelethi, beyisificamunwemunye bonke.
9 [These were] all the sons of David, beside the sons of the concubines, and Tamar their sister.
Bonke laba babengamadodana kaDavida, ngaphandle kwamadodana akhe awazala labafazi bakhe beceleni. Udadewabo wamadodana la wayenguThamari.
10 And Solomon’s son [was] Rehoboam, Abia his son, Asa his son, Jehoshaphat his son,
Indodana kaSolomoni kwakunguRehobhowami, indodana yakhe kungu-Abhija, indodana yakhe kungu-Asa, indodana yakhe kunguJehoshafathi,
11 Joram his son, Ahaziah his son, Joash his son,
indodana yakhe kunguJehoramu, indodana yakhe kungu-Ahaziya, indodana yakhe kunguJowashi,
12 Amaziah his son, Azariah his son, Jotham his son,
indodana yakhe kungu-Amaziya, indodana yakhe kungu-Azariya, indodana yakhe kunguJothamu,
13 Ahaz his son, Hezekiah his son, Manasseh his son,
indodana yakhe kungu-Ahazi, indodana yakhe kunguHezekhiya, indodana yakhe kunguManase,
14 Amon his son, Josiah his son.
indodana yakhe kungu-Amoni, indodana yakhe kunguJosiya.
15 And the sons of Josiah [were], the firstborn Johanan, the second Jehoiakim, the third Zedekiah, the fourth Shallum.
Amadodana kaJosiya yila: nguJohanani izibulo, uJehoyakhimi indodana yesibili, uZedekhiya eyesithathu, uShalumi eyesine.
16 And the sons of Jehoiakim: Jeconiah his son, Zedekiah his son.
Abasala behlala esikhundleni sikaJehoyakhimi yilaba: nguJekhoniya indodana yakhe loZedekhiya.
17 And the sons of Jeconiah; Assir, Salathiel his son,
Abosendo lukaJekhoniya owayethunjiwe yilaba: uSheyalithiyeli indodana yakhe,
18 Malchiram also, and Pedaiah, and Shenazar, Jecamiah, Hoshama, and Nedabiah.
uMalikhiramu, loPhedaya, loShenazari, loJekhamiya, loHoshama, kanye loNedabhiya.
19 And the sons of Pedaiah [were], Zerubbabel, and Shimei: and the sons of Zerubbabel; Meshullam, and Hananiah, and Shelomith their sister:
Amadodana kaPhedaya yila: nguZerubhabheli loShimeyi. Amadodana kaZerubhabheli yila: nguMeshulami loHananiya. UShelomithi engudadewabo.
20 And Hashubah, and Ohel, and Berechiah, and Hasadiah, Jushab-hesed, five.
Babekhona njalo abanye abahlanu: uHashubha, u-Oheli, uBherekhiya, uHasadiya, loJushabi-Hesedi.
21 And the sons of Hananiah; Pelatiah, and Jesaiah: the sons of Rephaiah, the sons of Arnan, the sons of Obadiah, the sons of Shechaniah.
Abosendo lukaHananiya yilaba: nguPhelathiya loJeshaya, kanye lamadodana kaRefaya, ka-Anani, ka-Obhadaya kanye lokaShekhaniya.
22 And the sons of Shechaniah; Shemaiah: and the sons of Shemaiah; Hattush, and Igeal, and Bariah, and Neariah, and Shaphat, six.
Abosendo lukaShekhaniya yilaba: nguShemaya lamadodana akhe: uHathushi, lo-Igali, loBhariya, loNeyariya kanye loShafathi, beyisithupha.
23 And the sons of Neariah; Elioenai, and Hezekiah, and Azrikam, three.
Amadodana kaNeyariya yila: ngu-Eliyonayi, loHezekhiya, lo-Azirikhamu, bebathathu.
24 And the sons of Elioenai [were], Hodaiah, and Eliashib, and Pelaiah, and Akkub, and Johanan, and Dalaiah, and Anani, seven.
Amadodana ka-Eliyonayi yila: nguHodaviya, lo-Eliyashibi, loPhelaya, lo-Akhubi, loJohanani, loDelaya kanye lo-Anani, beyisikhombisa.
