< Psalms 88 >

1 O lord God of my salvation, I have cried day and night before you:
MAING Ieowa, Kot ai saunkamaur, i kin likwir nin ran o ni pong mo’mui.

Kom kotin mueid ong, ai kapakap en lelda wong komui. Kom kotin kapaik dong karong omui kan ai likelikwir.
3 For my soul is full of troubles: and my life draws nigh unto the grave. (Sheol h7585)
Pwe ngen i me dir en mamauk, o maur i koren iong mela. (Sheol h7585)
4 I am counted with them that go down into the pit: I am as a man that has no strength:
Ngai kin wadok ong ir me melar, ngai dueta ol amen, me solar angiangi.
5 Free among the dead, like the slain that lie in the grave, whom you remember no more: and they are cut off from your hand.
I wonon nan pung en me melar akan, me wonon nan sousou, me kom solar kotin kupura, pwe re lokidokilar sang nan lim omui.
6 You have laid me in the low pit, in darkness, in the deeps.
Kom kotin kase ia lar nan sousou, wasa rotorot o lol.
7 Your wrath lies hard upon me, and you have afflicted me with all your waves. (Selah)
Omui ongiong kin katoutou ia, o kom kotin idan kin ia di omui iluk kan. (Sela)
8 You have put away mine acquaintance far from me; you have made me an abomination unto them: I am shut up, and I cannot come forth.
Kom kotiki wonger kompoke pa i kan wasa doo, kom kotin wia kin ia la me sued kot ong ir, i salidier o so kak pitila.
9 Mine eye mourns by reason of affliction: LORD, I have called daily upon you, I have stretched out my hands unto you.
Mas ai suede kilar ai luet, nin ran karos i potoan ong komui, Maing Ieowa, o i kapa wong komui pa i kat.
10 Will you show wonders to the dead? shall the dead arise and praise you? (Selah)
Kom pan kotin kasaleda omui manaman ren me melar akan? De me melar akan pan maurada danke komui? (Sela)
11 Shall your loving kindness be declared in the grave? or your faithfulness in destruction?
Re pan kosoia duen omui kalangan nan sousou kan? O wasan mela duen omui melel?
12 Shall your wonders be known in the dark? and your righteousness in the land of forgetfulness?
Omui manaman akan pan sansaleda wasa rotorot, o omui pung nan sap en me re solar kin lamelame?
13 But unto you have I cried, O LORD; and in the morning shall my prayer prevent you.
A i kin potoan likwir ong komui, Maing Ieowa nin mansang, ai kapakap pan lel wong komui.
14 LORD, why cast you off my soul? why hide you your face from me?
Maing Ieowa, da me kom kotin kase ia kila, o da me kom okila ki silang ar mo i?
15 I am afflicted and ready to die from my youth up: while I suffer your terrors I am distracted.
Ngai me luet o saliel sang ni ai pulepul; i kin kamekamki omui kalom, i koren iong solar kaporopor.
16 Your fierce wrath goes over me; your terrors have cut me off.
Omui ongiong kin kadupal ia di, omui kalom kawe ia lar.
17 They came round about me daily like water; they compassed me about together.
Re kapil ia pena dueta pil akan sang ni mansang lel sautik, ir karos kapil ia pena.
18 Lover and friend have you put far from me, and mine acquaintance into darkness.
Kom kotiki wonger kompoke pa i o ai warok kan wasa doo, rotorot eta ai warok.
