Psalms 84
1 How lovely are your tabernacles, O LORD of hosts!
| لِإِمَامِ ٱلْمُغَنِّينَ عَلَى «ٱلْجَتِّيَّةِ». لِبَنِي قُورَحَ. مَزْمُورٌ مَا أَحْلَى مَسَاكِنَكَ يَارَبَّ ٱلْجُنُودِ! | ١ |
2 My soul longs, yea, even faints for the courts of the LORD: my heart and my flesh cries out for the living God.
| تَشْتَاقُ بَلْ تَتُوقُ نَفْسِي إِلَى دِيَارِ ٱلرَّبِّ. قَلْبِي وَلَحْمِي يَهْتِفَانِ بِٱلْإِلَهِ ٱلْحَيِّ. | ٢ |
3 Yea, the sparrow has found an house, and the swallow a nest for herself, where she may lay her young, even your altars, O LORD of hosts, my King, and my God.
| ٱلْعُصْفُورُ أَيْضًا وَجَدَ بَيْتًا، وَٱلسُّنُونَةُ عُشًّا لِنَفْسِهَا حَيْثُ تَضَعُ أَفْرَاخَهَا، مَذَابِحَكَ يَارَبَّ ٱلْجُنُودِ، مَلِكِي وَإِلَهِي. | ٣ |
4 Blessed are they that dwell in your house: they will be still praising you. (Selah)
| طُوبَى لِلسَّاكِنِينَ فِي بَيْتِكَ، أَبَدًا يُسَبِّحُونَكَ. سِلَاهْ. | ٤ |
5 Blessed is the man whose strength is in you; in whose heart are the ways of them.
| طُوبَى لِأُنَاسٍ عِزُّهُمْ بِكَ. طُرُقُ بَيْتِكَ فِي قُلُوبِهِمْ. | ٥ |
6 Who passing through the valley of Baca make it a well; the rain also fills the pools.
| عَابِرِينَ فِي وَادِي ٱلْبُكَاءِ، يُصَيِّرُونَهُ يَنْبُوعًا. أَيْضًا بِبَرَكَاتٍ يُغَطُّونَ مُورَةَ. | ٦ |
7 They go from strength to strength, every one of them in Zion appears before God.
| يَذْهَبُونَ مِنْ قُوَّةٍ إِلَى قُوَّةٍ. يُرَوْنَ قُدَّامَ ٱللهِ فِي صِهْيَوْنَ. | ٧ |
8 O LORD God of hosts, hear my prayer: give ear, O God of Jacob. (Selah)
| يَارَبُّ إِلَهَ ٱلْجُنُودِ، ٱسْمَعْ صَلَاتِي، وَٱصْغَ يَا إِلَهَ يَعْقُوبَ. سِلَاهْ. | ٨ |
9 Behold, O God our shield, and look upon the face of your anointed.
| يَا مِجَنَّنَا ٱنْظُرْ يَا ٱللهُ، وَٱلْتَفِتْ إِلَى وَجْهِ مَسِيحِكَ. | ٩ |
10 For a day in your courts is better than a thousand. I had rather be a doorkeeper in the house of my God, than to dwell in the tents of wickedness.
| لِأَنَّ يَوْمًا وَاحِدًا فِي دِيَارِكَ خَيْرٌ مِنْ أَلْفٍ. ٱخْتَرْتُ ٱلْوُقُوفَ عَلَى ٱلْعَتَبَةِ فِي بَيْتِ إِلَهِي عَلَى ٱلسَّكَنِ فِي خِيَامِ ٱلْأَشْرَارِ. | ١٠ |
11 For the LORD God is a sun and shield: the LORD will give grace and glory: no good thing will he withhold from them that walk uprightly.
| لِأَنَّ ٱلرَّبَّ ٱللهَ، شَمْسٌ وَمِجَنٌّ. ٱلرَّبُّ يُعْطِي رَحْمَةً وَمَجْدًا. لَا يَمْنَعُ خَيْرًا عَنِ ٱلسَّالِكِينَ بِٱلْكَمَالِ. | ١١ |
12 O LORD of hosts, blessed is the man that trusts in you.
| يَارَبَّ ٱلْجُنُودِ، طُوبَى لِلْإِنْسَانِ ٱلْمُتَّكِلِ عَلَيْكَ. | ١٢ |
