Psalms 15

1 Lord, who shall abide in your tabernacle? who shall dwell in your holy hill?

Senhor, quem habitará no teu tabernaculo? quem morará no teu sancto monte?

2 He that walks uprightly, and works righteousness, and speaks the truth in his heart.

Aquelle que anda sinceramente, e obra a justiça, e falla a verdade do seu coração.

3 He that backbites not with his tongue, nor does evil to his neighbour, nor takes up a reproach against his neighbour.

Aquelle que não murmura com a sua lingua, nem faz mal ao seu proximo, nem acceita nenhum opprobrio contra o seu proximo.

4 In whose eyes a vile person is contemned; but he honors them that fear the LORD. He that swears to his own hurt, and changes not.

Em cujos olhos o reprobo é desprezado; mas honra aos que temem ao Senhor. Aquelle que jura com damno seu, e comtudo não muda.

5 He that puts not out his money to interest, nor takes reward against the innocent. He that does these things shall never be moved.

Aquelle que não dá o seu dinheiro á usura. nem recebe peitas contra o innocente: quem faz isto nunca será abalado.
