Psalms 142

1 I cried unto the LORD with my voice; with my voice unto the LORD did I make my supplication.

১দায়ূদের মস্কীল, গুহার মধ্যে তাঁর থাকার দিনের; প্রার্থনা। আমি নিজের স্বরে সদাপ্রভুুর কাছে কাঁদি, নিজের স্বরে সদাপ্রভুুর কাছে বিনতি করি।

2 I poured out my complaint before him; I showed before him my trouble.

২আমি তাঁর কাছে আমার বেদনার কথা বলি, আমি তাঁকে আমার কষ্টের কথা বলি।

3 When my spirit was overwhelmed within me, then you knew my path. In the way wherein I walked have they privately laid a snare for me.

৩যখন আমার আত্মা আমার মধ্যে দুর্বল হয়, তখন তুমি আমার পথ জান৷ যে পথে আমি যাই, তারা আমার জন্য গোপনে ফাঁদ পেতেছে।

4 I looked on my right hand, and beheld, but there was no man that would know me: refuge failed me; no man cared for my soul.

৪আমি ডানদিকে তাকাই এবং দেখি যে আমাকে যত্ন নেওয়ার কেউ নেই, আমার অব্যাহতি নেই; কেও আমার জীবনের পরোয়া করে না।

5 I cried unto you, O LORD: I said, You are my refuge and my portion in the land of the living.

৫আমি তোমার কাছে কাঁদলাম, সদাপ্রভুু; আমি বললাম, তুমি আমার আশ্রয়, তুমি জীবিত লোকদের দেশে আমার অংশ।

6 Attend unto my cry; for I am brought very low: deliver me from my persecutors; for they are stronger than I.

৬আমার কান্না শোনো, কারণ আমি অত্যন্ত দুর্বল হয়েছি; আমার তাড়নাকারীদের থেকে আমাকে উদ্ধার কর; কারণ তারা আমার থেকে শক্তিশালী।

7 Bring my soul out of prison, that I may praise your name: the righteous shall compass me about; for you shall deal bountifully with me.

৭কারাগার থেকে আমার প্রাণ উদ্ধার কর, যাতে আমি তোমার নামের ধন্যবাদ দিতে পারি; ধার্ম্মিকেরা আমার চারপাশে থাকবে কারণ তুমি আমার মঙ্গল করবে।
