Micah 7
1 Woe is me! for I am as when they have gathered the summer fruits, as the gleaning of grapes of the vintage: there is no cluster to eat: my soul desired the first-fruits fruit.
എനിക്കു അയ്യോ കഷ്ടം; പഴം പറിച്ച ശേഷമെന്നപോലെയും മുന്തിരിപ്പഴം പറിച്ചശേഷം കാലാ പെറുക്കുന്നതുപോലെയും ഞാൻ ആയല്ലോ! തിന്മാൻ ഒരു മുന്തിരിക്കുലയും ഇല്ല; ഞാൻ കൊതിക്കുന്ന അത്തിയുടെ തലപ്പഴവുമില്ല.
2 The good man is perished out of the earth: and there is none upright among men: they all lie in wait for blood; they hunt every man his brother with a net.
ഭക്തിമാൻ ഭൂമിയിൽനിന്നു നശിച്ചുപോയി, മനുഷ്യരുടെ ഇടയിൽ നേരുള്ളവൻ ആരുമില്ല; അവരൊക്കെയും രക്തത്തിന്നായി പതിയിരിക്കുന്നു; ഓരോരുത്തൻ താന്താന്റെ സഹോദരനെ വല വെച്ചു പിടിപ്പാൻ നോക്കുന്നു.
3 That they may do evil with both hands earnestly, the prince asks, and the judge asks for a reward; and the great man, he utters his mischievous desire: so they wrap it up.
ജാഗ്രതയോടെ ദോഷം പ്രവൎത്തിക്കേണ്ടതിന്നു അവരുടെ കൈ അതിലേക്കു നീണ്ടിരിക്കുന്നു; പ്രഭു പ്രതിഫലം ചോദിക്കുന്നു; ന്യായാധിപതി പ്രതിഫലം വാങ്ങി ന്യായം വിധിക്കുന്നു; മഹാൻ തന്റെ മനസ്സിലെ ദുരാഗ്രഹം പ്രസ്താവിക്കുന്നു; ഇങ്ങനെ അവർ പിരിമുറുക്കുന്നു.
4 The best of them is as a brier: the most upright is sharper than a thorn hedge: the day of your watchmen and your visitation comes; now shall be their perplexity.
അവരിൽ ഉത്തമൻ മുൾപടൎപ്പുപോലെ; നേരുള്ളവൻ മുൾവേലിയെക്കാൾ വല്ലാത്തവൻ തന്നേ; നിന്റെ ദർശകന്മാർ പറഞ്ഞ ദിവസം, നിന്റെ സന്ദൎശനദിവസം തന്നേ, വരുന്നു; ഇപ്പോൾ അവരുടെ പരിഭ്രമം വന്നുഭവിക്കും.
5 Trust all of you not in a friend, put all of you not confidence in a guide: keep the doors of your mouth from her that lies in your bosom.
കൂട്ടുകാരനെ വിശ്വസിക്കരുതു; സ്നേഹിതനിൽ ആശ്രയിക്കരുതു; നിന്റെ മാൎവ്വിടത്തു ശയിക്കുന്നവളോടു പറയാതവണ്ണം നിന്റെ വായുടെ കതകു കാത്തുകൊൾക.
6 For the son dishonours the father, the daughter rises up against her mother, the daughter in law against her mother in law; a man's enemies are the men of his own house.
മകൻ അപ്പനെ നിന്ദിക്കുന്നു; മകൾ അമ്മയോടും മരുമകൾ അമ്മാവിയമ്മയോടും എതിൎത്തുനില്ക്കുന്നു; മനുഷ്യന്റെ ശത്രുക്കൾ അവന്റെ വീട്ടുകാർ തന്നേ.
7 Therefore I will look unto the LORD; I will wait for the God of my salvation: my God will hear me.
ഞാനോ യഹോവയിങ്കലേക്കു നോക്കും; എന്റെ രക്ഷയുടെ ദൈവത്തിന്നായി കാത്തിരിക്കും; എന്റെ ദൈവം എന്റെ പ്രാൎത്ഥന കേൾക്കും.
8 Rejoice not against me, O mine enemy: when I fall, I shall arise; when I sit in darkness, the LORD shall be a light unto me.
എന്റെ ശത്രുവായവളേ, എന്നെച്ചൊല്ലി സന്തോഷിക്കരുതു; വീണു എങ്കിലും ഞാൻ വീണ്ടും എഴുന്നേല്ക്കും; ഞാൻ ഇരുട്ടത്തു ഇരുന്നാലും യഹോവ എനിക്കു വെളിച്ചമായിരിക്കുന്നു.
9 I will bear the indignation of the LORD, because I have sinned against him, until he plead my cause, and execute judgment for me: he will bring me forth to the light, and I shall behold his righteousness.
യഹോവ എന്റെ വ്യവഹാരം നടത്തി എനിക്കു ന്യായം പാലിച്ചുതരുവോളം ഞാൻ അവന്റെ ക്രോധം വഹിക്കും; ഞാൻ അവനോടു പാപം ചെയ്തുവല്ലോ; അവൻ എന്നെ വെളിച്ചത്തിലേക്കു പുറപ്പെടുവിക്കയും ഞാൻ അവന്റെ നീതി കണ്ടു സന്തോഷിക്കയും ചെയ്യും.
10 Then she that is mine enemy shall see it, and shame shall cover her which said unto me, Where is the LORD your God? mine eyes shall behold her: now shall she be trodden down as the mire of the streets.
എന്റെ ശത്രു അതു കാണും; നിന്റെ ദൈവമായ യഹോവ എവിടെ എന്നു എന്നോടു പറഞ്ഞവളെ ലജ്ജ മൂടും; എന്റെ കണ്ണു അവളെ കണ്ടു രസിക്കും; അന്നു അവളെ വീഥികളിലെ ചെളിപോലെ ചവിട്ടിക്കളയും.
11 In the day that your walls are to be built, in that day shall the decree be far removed.
നിന്റെ മതിലുകൾ പണിവാനുള്ള നാൾ വരുന്നു: അന്നാളിൽ നിന്റെ അതിർ അകന്നുപോകും.
12 In that day also he shall come even to you from Assyria, and from the fortified cities, and from the fortress even to the river, and from sea to sea, and from mountain to mountain.
അന്നാളിൽ അശ്ശൂരിൽനിന്നും മിസ്രയീംപട്ടണങ്ങളിൽനിന്നും മിസ്രയീം മുതൽ നദിവരെയും സമുദ്രംമുതൽ സമുദ്രംവരെയും പൎവ്വതംമുതൽ പൎവ്വതംവരെയും അവർ നിന്റെ അടുക്കൽ വരും.
13 Notwithstanding the land shall be desolate because of them that dwell therein, for the fruit of their doings.
എന്നാൽ ഭൂമി നിവാസികൾനിമിത്തവും അവരുടെ പ്രവൃത്തികളുടെ ഫലം ഹേതുവായും ശൂന്യമായ്തീരും.
14 Feed your people with your rod, the flock of your heritage, which dwell solitarily in the wood, in the midst of Carmel: let them feed in Bashan and Gilead, as in the days of old.
കൎമ്മേലിന്റെ മദ്ധ്യേ കാട്ടിൽ തനിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നതും നിന്റെ അവകാശവുമായി നിന്റെ ജനമായ ആട്ടിൻ കൂട്ടത്തെ നിന്റെ കോൽകൊണ്ടു മേയിക്കേണമേ; പുരാതനകാലത്തു എന്നപോലെ അവർ ബാശാനിലും ഗിലെയാദിലും മേഞ്ഞുകൊണ്ടിരിക്കട്ടെ.
15 According to the days of your coming out of the land of Egypt will I show unto him marvellous things.
നീ മിസ്രയീംദേശത്തുനിന്നു പുറപ്പെട്ട കാലത്തെന്നപോലെ ഞാൻ അവനെ അത്ഭുതങ്ങൾ കാണിക്കും.
16 The nations shall see and be confounded at all their might: they shall lay their hand upon their mouth, their ears shall be deaf.
ജാതികൾ കണ്ടിട്ടു തങ്ങളുടെ സകലവീൎയ്യത്തിലും ലജ്ജിക്കും; അവർ വായ് മേൽ കൈ വെക്കയും ചെകിടരായ്തീരുകയും ചെയ്യും.
17 They shall lick the dust like a serpent, they shall move out of their holes like worms of the earth: they shall be afraid of the LORD our God, and shall fear because of you.
അവർ പാമ്പുപോലെ പൊടിനക്കും; നിലത്തെ ഇഴജാതിപോലെ തങ്ങളുടെ ഗുഹകളിൽനിന്നു വിറെച്ചുംകൊണ്ടു വരും; അവർ പേടിച്ചുംകൊണ്ടു നമ്മുടെ ദൈവമായ യഹോവയുടെ അടുക്കൽ വരികയും നിന്നെ ഭയപ്പെടുകയും ചെയ്യും.
18 Who is a God like unto you, that pardons iniquity, and passes by the transgression of the remnant of his heritage? he retains not his anger for ever, because he delights in mercy.
അകൃത്യം ക്ഷമിക്കയും തന്റെ അവകാശത്തിൽ ശേഷിപ്പുള്ളവരോടു അതിക്രമം മോചിക്കയും ചെയ്യുന്ന നിന്നോടു സമനായ ദൈവം ആരുള്ളു? അവൻ എന്നേക്കും കോപം വെച്ചുകൊള്ളുന്നില്ല; ദയയിലല്ലോ അവന്നു പ്രസാദമുള്ളതു.
19 He will return, he will have compassion upon us; he will subdue our iniquities; and you will cast all their sins into the depths of the sea.
അവൻ നമ്മോടു വീണ്ടും കരുണ കാണിക്കും നമ്മുടെ അകൃത്യങ്ങളെ ചവിട്ടിക്കളയും; അവരുടെ പാപങ്ങളെ ഒക്കെയും നീ സമുദ്രത്തിന്റെ ആഴത്തിൽ ഇട്ടുകളയും.
20 You will perform the truth to Jacob, and the mercy to Abraham, which you have sworn unto our fathers from the days of old.
പുരാതനകാലംമുതൽ നീ ഞങ്ങളുടെ പിതാക്കന്മാരോടു സത്യം ചെയ്തിരിക്കുന്ന നിന്റെ വിശ്വസ്തത നീ യാക്കോബിനോടും നിന്റെ ദയ അബ്രാഹാമിനോടും കാണിക്കും.
