Mark 7
1 Then came together unto him the Pharisees, and certain of the scribes, which came from Jerusalem.
Então os fariseus e alguns dos escribas se reuniram a ele, tendo vindo de Jerusalém.
2 And when they saw some of his disciples eat bread with defiled, that is to say, with unwashed, hands, they found fault.
Agora, quando viram alguns de seus discípulos comendo pão com as mãos sujas, isto é, não lavadas, eles encontraram a culpa.
3 For the Pharisees, and all the Jews, except they wash their hands often, eat not, holding the tradition of the elders.
(Pois os fariseus e todos os judeus não comem a menos que lavem as mãos e os antebraços, agarrando-se à tradição dos mais velhos.
4 And when they come from the market, except they wash, they eat not. And many other things there be, which they have received to hold, as the washing of cups, and pots, brazen vessels, and of tables.
Eles não comem quando vêm do mercado a menos que se banhem, e há muitas outras coisas que receberam para segurar: lavagens de copos, cântaros, vasos de bronze, e sofás).
5 Then the Pharisees and scribes asked him, Why walk not your disciples according to the tradition of the elders, but eat bread with unwashed hands?
Os fariseus e os escribas lhe perguntaram: “Por que seus discípulos não caminham de acordo com a tradição dos mais velhos, mas comem seu pão com as mãos não lavadas”?
6 He answered and said unto them, Well has Isaiah prophesied of you hypocrites, as it is written, This people honors me with their lips, but their heart is far from me.
Ele lhes respondeu: “Bem profetizou Isaías sobre vocês, hipócritas, como está escrito, Este povo me honra com seus lábios”, mas o coração deles está longe de mim.
7 Nevertheless in vain do they worship me, teaching for doctrines the commandments of men.
Eles me adoram em vão, ensinando como doutrinas os mandamentos dos homens”.
8 For laying aside the commandment of God, all of you hold the tradition of men, as the washing of pots and cups: and many other such like things all of you do.
“Para você pôr de lado o mandamento de Deus, e agarrar-se firmemente à tradição dos homens - a lavagem de jarros e copos, e você faz muitas outras coisas assim”.
9 And he said unto them, Full well all of you reject the commandment of God, that all of you may keep your own tradition.
Ele disse a eles: “Rejeitam plenamente o mandamento de Deus, para que possam manter sua tradição.
10 For Moses said, Honour your father and your mother; and, Whoso curses father or mother, let him die the death:
Pois Moisés disse: “Honrai vosso pai e vossa mãe; “e, “Aquele que fala mal do pai ou da mãe, que seja condenado à morte”.
11 But all of you say, If a man shall say to his father or mother, It is Corban, that is to say, a gift, by whatsoever you might be profited by me; he shall be free.
Mas você diz: 'Se um homem diz a seu pai ou a sua mãe: “Qualquer lucro que você possa ter recebido de mim é Corban'”, ou seja, dado a Deus,
12 And all of you suffer him no more to do ought for his father or his mother;
“então você não mais permite que ele faça nada por seu pai ou sua mãe,
13 Making the word (logos) of God of no effect through your tradition, which all of you have delivered: and many such like things do all of you.
anulando a palavra de Deus por sua tradição que você transmitiu”. Você faz muitas coisas como esta”.
14 And when he had called all the people unto him, he said unto them, Hearken unto me every one of you, and understand:
Ele chamou toda a multidão para si e disse a eles: “Ouçam-me, todos vocês, e compreendam”.
15 There is nothing from without a man, that entering into him can defile him: but the things which come out of him, those are they that defile the man.
Não há nada de fora do homem que o possa contaminar; mas as coisas que saem do homem são as que o contaminam.
16 If any man have ears to hear, let him hear.
Se alguém tem ouvidos para ouvir, que o ouça”!
17 And when he was entered into the house from the people, his disciples asked him concerning the parable.
Quando ele entrou em uma casa longe da multidão, seus discípulos lhe perguntaram sobre a parábola.
18 And he says unto them, Are all of you so without understanding also? Do all of you not perceive, that whatsoever thing from without enters into the man, it cannot defile him;
Ele lhes disse: “Vocês também estão sem entender? Não percebem que o que entra no homem de fora não o pode contaminar,
19 Because it enters not into his heart, but into the belly, and goes out into the draught, purging all meats?
porque não entra no seu coração, mas no seu estômago, depois na latrina, tornando todos os alimentos limpos”?
20 And he said, That which comes out of the man, that defiles the man.
Ele disse: “O que procede do homem, que o contamina”.
21 For from within, out of the heart of men, proceed evil thoughts, adulteries, fornications, murders,
Pois de dentro, do coração dos homens, procedem os maus pensamentos, adultérios, pecados sexuais, assassinatos, furtos,
22 Thefts, covetousness, wickedness, deceit, lasciviousness, an evil eye, blasphemy, pride, foolishness:
cobiças, maldades, enganos, desejos luxuriosos, mau olhado, blasfêmia, orgulho e tolice.
23 All these evil things come from within, and defile the man.
Todas essas coisas más vêm de dentro e contaminam o homem”.
24 And from thence he arose, and went into the borders of Tyre and Sidon, and entered into an house, and would have no man know it: but he could not be hid.
De lá ele se levantou e partiu para as fronteiras de Tyre e Sidon. Ele entrou em uma casa e não queria que ninguém o soubesse, mas não podia escapar de um aviso.
25 For a certain woman, whose young daughter had an unclean spirit, (pneuma) heard of him, and came and fell at his feet:
Para uma mulher cuja filhinha tinha um espírito impuro, tendo ouvido falar dele, veio e caiu a seus pés.
26 The woman was a Greek, a Syrophenician by nation; and she besought him that he would cast forth the devil out of her daughter.
Agora a mulher era uma grega, uma sírio-fenícia por raça. Ela implorou-lhe que ele expulsasse o demônio de sua filha.
27 But Jesus said unto her, Let the children first be filled: for it is not meet to take the children's bread, and to cast it unto the dogs.
Mas Jesus disse a ela: “Que as crianças se encham primeiro, pois não é apropriado pegar o pão das crianças e jogá-lo aos cães”.
28 And she answered and said unto him, Yes, Lord: yet the dogs under the table eat of the children's crumbs.
Mas ela lhe respondeu: “Sim, Senhor”. Mas até mesmo os cães debaixo da mesa comem as migalhas das crianças”.
29 And he said unto her, For this saying (logos) go your way; the devil is gone out of your daughter.
Ele disse a ela: “Por este ditado, siga seu caminho”. O demônio saiu de sua filha”.
30 And when she was come to her house, she found the devil gone out, and her daughter laid upon the bed.
Ela foi para sua casa e descobriu que a criança tinha sido deitada na cama, com o demônio fora.
31 And again, departing from the coasts of Tyre and Sidon, he came unto the sea of Galilee, through the midst of the coasts of Decapolis.
Novamente ele partiu das fronteiras de Tyre e Sidon, e chegou ao mar da Galiléia pelo meio da região da Decápolis.
32 And they bring unto him one that was deaf, and had an barrier in his speech; and they plead to him to put his hand upon him.
Eles lhe trouxeram um surdo e que tinha um impedimento em seu discurso. Imploraram-lhe que colocasse sua mão sobre ele.
33 And he took him aside from the multitude, and put his fingers into his ears, and he spit, and touched his tongue;
Ele o afastou da multidão em particular e colocou seus dedos em seus ouvidos; e cuspiu e tocou sua língua.
34 And looking up to heaven, he sighed, and says unto him, Ephphatha, that is, Be opened.
Olhando para o céu, ele suspirou, e disse-lhe: “Ephatha!” ou seja, “Seja aberto”!
35 And immediately his ears were opened, and the string of his tongue was loosed, and he spoke plain.
Imediatamente seus ouvidos foram abertos, e o impedimento de sua língua foi solto, e ele falou claramente.
36 And he charged them that they should tell no man: but the more he charged them, so much the more a great deal they published it;
Ele lhes ordenou que não dissessem a ninguém, mas quanto mais ele os comandava, tanto mais amplamente eles o proclamavam.
37 And were beyond measure astonished, saying, He has done all things well: he makes both the deaf to hear, and the dumb to speak.
Eles ficaram surpresos além das medidas, dizendo: “Ele fez todas as coisas bem. Ele faz até os surdos ouvirem e os mudos falarem”!
