Joshua 5
1 And it came to pass, when all the kings of the Amorites, which were on the side of Jordan westward, and all the kings of the Canaanites, which were by the sea, heard that the LORD had dried up the waters of Jordan from before the children of Israel, until we were passed over, that their heart melted, neither was there spirit in them any more, because of the children of Israel.
Кынд ау аузит тоць ымпэраций аморицилор де ла апусул Йорданулуй ши тоць ымпэраций канааницилор де лынгэ маре кэ Домнул секасе апеле Йорданулуй ынаинтя копиилор луй Исраел пынэ ам трекут, ли с-а тэят инима ши ау рэмас ынгрозиць ынаинтя копиилор луй Исраел.
2 At that time the LORD said unto Joshua, Make you sharp knives, and circumcise again the children of Israel the second time.
Ын время ачея, Домнул а зис луй Иосуа: „Фэ-ць ниште куците де пятрэ ши тае ымпрежур пе копиий луй Исраел, а доуа оарэ.”
3 And Joshua made him sharp knives, and circumcised the children of Israel at the hill of the foreskins.
Иосуа шь-а фэкут ниште куците де пятрэ ши а тэят ымпрежур пе копиий луй Исраел пе дялул Аралот.
4 And this is the cause why Joshua did circumcise: All the people that came out of Egypt, that were males, even all the men of war, died in the wilderness by the way, after they came out of Egypt.
Ятэ причина пентру каре й-а тэят Иосуа ымпрежур. Тот попорул ешит дин Еӂипт, бэрбаций, тоць оамений де луптэ мурисерэ ын пустиу, пе друм, дупэ еширя лор дин Еӂипт.
5 Now all the people that came out were circumcised: but all the people that were born in the wilderness by the way as they came forth out of Egypt, them they had not circumcised.
Тот попорул ачела ешит дин Еӂипт ера тэят ымпрежур, дар тот попорул нэскут ын пустиу, пе друм, дупэ еширя дин Еӂипт, ну фусесе тэят ымпрежур.
6 For the children of Israel walked forty years in the wilderness, till all the people that were men of war, which came out of Egypt, were consumed, because they obeyed not the voice of the LORD: unto whom the LORD swore that he would not show them the land, which the LORD swore unto their fathers that he would give us, a land that flows with milk and honey.
Кэч копиий луй Исраел умбласерэ патрузечь де ань прин пустиу пынэ ла нимичиря ынтрегулуй ням де оамень де рэзбой каре ешисерэ дин Еӂипт ши каре ну аскултасерэ де гласул Домнулуй. Домнул ле-а журат кэ ну-й ва лэса сэ вадэ цара пе каре журасе пэринцилор лор кэ ле-о ва да, царэ ын каре курӂе лапте ши мьере.
7 And their children, whom he raised up in their position, them Joshua circumcised: for they were uncircumcised, because they had not circumcised them by the way.
Ын локул лор а ридикат пе копиий лор; ши Иосуа й-а тэят ымпрежур, кэч ерау нетэяць ымпрежур, пентру кэ ну-й тэясерэ ымпрежур пе друм.
8 And it came to pass, when they had done circumcising all the people, that they abode in their places in the camp, till they were whole.
Дупэ че а испрэвит де тэят ымпрежур пе тот попорул, ау рэмас пе лок ын табэрэ пынэ ла виндекаре.
9 And the LORD said unto Joshua, This day have I rolled away the reproach of Egypt from off you. Wherefore the name of the place is called Gilgal unto this day.
Домнул а зис луй Иосуа: „Астэзь, ам ридикат окара Еӂиптулуй де дясупра воастрэ.” Ши локулуй ачелуя й-ау пус нумеле Гилгал пынэ ын зиуа де азь.
10 And the children of Israel encamped in Gilgal, and kept the passover on the fourteenth day of the month at even in the plains of Jericho.
Копиий луй Исраел ау тэбэрыт ла Гилгал ши ау прэзнуит Паштеле ын а пайспрезечя зи а луний, спре сярэ, ын кымпия Иерихонулуй.
11 And they did eat of the old corn of the land on the next day after the passover, unleavened cakes, and parched corn in the very same day.
А доуа зи де Паште ау мынкат дин грыул цэрий, азиме ши боабе прэжите; кяр ын зиуа ачея ау мынкат.
12 And the manna ceased on the next day after they had eaten of the old corn of the land; neither had the children of Israel manna any more; but they did eat of the fruit of the land of Canaan that year.
Мана а ынчетат а доуа зи де Паште, кынд ау мынкат дин грыул цэрий. Копиий луй Исраел н-ау май авут манэ, чи ау мынкат дин роаделе цэрий Канаанулуй ын анул ачела.
13 And it came to pass, when Joshua was by Jericho, that he lifted up his eyes and looked, and, behold, there stood a man opposite to him with his sword drawn in his hand: and Joshua went unto him, and said unto him, Are you for us, or for our adversaries?
Пе кынд Иосуа ера лынгэ Иерихон, а ридикат окий ши с-а уйтат. Ши ятэ кэ ун ом стэтя ын пичоаре ынаинтя луй, ку сабия скоасэ дин тякэ ын мынэ. Иосуа с-а дус спре ел ши й-а зис: „Ешть динтре ай ноштри сау динтре врэжмаший ноштри?”
14 And he said, Nay; but as captain of the host of the LORD am I now come. And Joshua fell on his face to the earth, and did worship, and said unto him, What says my Lord unto his servant?
Ел а рэспунс: „Ну, чи Еу сунт Кэпетения оштирий Домнулуй ши акум ам венит.” Иосуа с-а арункат ку фаца ла пэмынт, с-а ынкинат ши Й-а зис: „Че спуне Домнул меу робулуй Сэу?”
15 And the captain of the LORD's host said unto Joshua, Loose your shoe from off your foot; for the place whereon you stand is holy. And Joshua did so.
Ши Кэпетения оштирий Домнулуй а зис луй Иосуа: „Скоате-ць ынкэлцэминтя дин пичоаре, кэч локул пе каре стай есте сфынт.” Ши Иосуа а фэкут аша.
