Joshua 13

1 Now Joshua was old and stricken in years; and the LORD said unto him, You are old and stricken in years, and there remains yet very much land to be possessed.

౧యెహోషువ వయసు మళ్ళిన వృద్ధుడు అయ్యాడు. యెహోవా అతనితో ఇలా చెప్పాడు. “నీవు బాగా వృద్ధుడివయ్యావు. స్వాధీనం చేసుకోడానికి ఇంకా అతి విస్తారమైన దేశం మిగిలి ఉంది.

2 This is the land that yet remains: all the borders of the Philistines, and all Geshuri,

౨ఆ ప్రాంతాలేవంటే, ఫిలిష్తీయుల ప్రదేశాలన్నీ గెషూరీయుల దేశమంతా ఐగుప్తుకు తూర్పున ఉన్న షీహోరు నుండి

3 From Sihor, which is before Egypt, even unto the borders of Ekron northward, which is counted to the Canaanite: five lords of the Philistines; the Gazathites, and the Ashdothites, the Eshkalonites, the Gittites, and the Ekronites; also the Avites:

౩కనానీయులవైన ఉత్తర దిక్కున ఎక్రోనీయుల సరిహద్దు వరకూ, ఫిలిష్తీయుల ఐదుగురు సర్దారులకు సంబంధించిన గాజీయుల, అష్డోదీయుల, అష్కెలోనీయుల, గాతీయుల, ఎక్రోనీయుల దేశాలూ

4 From the south, all the land of the Canaanites, and Mearah that is beside the Sidonians unto Aphek, to the borders of the Amorites:

౪దక్షిణ దిక్కున ఆవీయుల దేశమూ కనానీయుల దేశమంతా సీదోనీయుల మేరా నుండి ఆఫెకు వరకూ ఉన్న అమోరీయుల సరిహద్దు వరకూ

5 And the land of the Giblites, and all Lebanon, toward the sunrising, from Baalgad under mount Hermon unto the entering into Hamath.

౫గిబ్లీయుల దేశమూ హెర్మోను కొండ దిగువన ఉన్న బయల్గాదు నుండి హమాతుకు పోయే మార్గం వరకూ లెబానోను ప్రదేశమంతా లెబానోను నుండి మిశ్రేపొత్మాయిము వరకూ దేశం ఇంకా మిగిలి ఉంది.

6 All the inhabitants of the hill country from Lebanon unto Misrephothmaim, and all the Sidonians, them will I drive out from before the children of Israel: only divide you it by lot unto the Israelites for an inheritance, as I have commanded you.

౬సీదోను ప్రజలతో సహా పర్వత ప్రాంతం ప్రజలందరినీ నేను ఇశ్రాయేలీయుల ముందు నుండి వెళ్లగొడతాను. కాబట్టి నేను ఆజ్ఞాపించిన విధంగా నీవు ఇశ్రాయేలీయులకు దాన్ని స్వాస్థ్యంగా పంచిపెట్టాలి.

7 Now therefore divide this land for an inheritance unto the nine tribes, and the half tribe of Manasseh,

౭తొమ్మిది గోత్రాలకు, మనష్షే అర్థ గోత్రానికి ఈ దేశాన్ని స్వాస్థ్యంగా పంచిపెట్టు.”

8 With whom the Reubenites and the Gadites have received their inheritance, which Moses gave them, beyond Jordan eastward, even as Moses the servant of the LORD gave them;

౮యెహోవా సేవకుడు మోషే వారికిచ్చిన విధంగా రూబేనీయులూ గాదీయులూ తూర్పుదిక్కున, అంటే యొర్దాను అవతల స్వాస్థ్యం పొందారు.

9 From Aroer, that is upon the bank of the river Arnon, and the city that is in the midst of the river, and all the plain of Medeba unto Dibon;

౯అదేమంటే, అర్నోను ఏటిలోయ దగ్గర ఉన్న అరోయేరు మొదలు ఆ లోయమధ్య ఉన్న పట్టణం నుండి దీబోను వరకూ మేదెబా మైదానమంతా, అమ్మోనీయుల సరిహద్దు వరకూ

10 And all the cities of Sihon king of the Amorites, which reigned in Heshbon, unto the border of the children of Ammon;

౧౦హెష్బోనులో పాలిస్తున్న అమోరీయుల రాజైన సీహోనుకు చెందిన సమస్త పట్టణాలు,

11 And Gilead, and the border of the Geshurites and Maachathites, and all mount Hermon, and all Bashan unto Salcah;

౧౧గిలాదూ గెషూరీయుల, మాయకాతీయుల దేశమూ హెర్మోను మన్యమంతా సల్కావరకూ బాషాను దేశమంతా

12 All the kingdom of Og in Bashan, which reigned in Ashtaroth and in Edrei, who remained of the remnant of the giants: for these did Moses strike, and cast them out.

౧౨రెఫాయీయుల్లో మిగిలి ఉన్నవారిలో అష్తారోతులో ఎద్రెయీలో పరిపాలిస్తున్న ఓగు రాజ్యమంతా మిగిలి ఉంది. మోషే ఆ రాజులను జయించి వారి దేశాన్ని పట్టుకున్నాడు.

13 Nevertheless the children of Israel expelled not the Geshurites, nor the Maachathites: but the Geshurites and the Maachathites dwell among the Israelites until this day.

౧౩కానీ ఇశ్రాయేలీయులు గెషూరీయుల దేశాన్ని గానీ మాయకాతీయుల దేశాన్ని గానీ పట్టుకోలేదు కాబట్టి గెషూరీయులు మాయకాతీయులు ఇప్పటి వరకూ ఇశ్రాయేలీయుల మధ్యలో నివసిస్తున్నారు.

14 Only unto the tribes of Levi he gave none inheritance; the sacrifices of the LORD God of Israel made by fire are their inheritance, as he said unto them.

౧౪లేవి గోత్రానికే అతడు స్వాస్థ్యం ఇవ్వలేదు. ఇశ్రాయేలీయుల దేవుడు యెహోవా మోషేతో చెప్పినట్టు “ప్రజలు ఆయనకు అర్పించే దహన బలులే” వారికి స్వాస్థ్యం.

15 And Moses gave unto the tribe of the children of Reuben inheritance according to their families.

౧౫వారి వంశాలను బట్టి మోషే రూబేనీయులకు స్వాస్థ్యమిచ్చాడు.

16 And their coast was from Aroer, that is on the bank of the river Arnon, and the city that is in the midst of the river, and all the plain by Medeba;

౧౬వారి సరిహద్దు ఏదంటే, అర్నోను నది లోయ పక్కన ఉన్న అరోయేరు మొదలు ఆ లోయలోని పట్టణం నుండి మేదెబా దగ్గర మైదానమంతా.

17 Heshbon, and all her cities that are in the plain; Dibon, and Bamothbaal, and Bethbaalmeon,

౧౭ఇది గాక రూబేను గోత్రికులు హెష్బోను, దాని మైదానంలోని పట్టణాలన్నీ, దీబోను, బామోత్బయలు, బేత్బయల్మెయోను,

18 And Jahaza, and Kedemoth, and Mephaath,

౧౮యాహసు, కెదేమోతు, మేఫాతు,

19 And Kirjathaim, and Sibmah, and Zarethshahar in the mount of the valley,

౧౯కిర్యతాయిము, సిబ్మాలోయ లోని కొండ మీది శెరెత్షహరు ప్రాంతాలు దక్కించుకున్నారు.

20 And Bethpeor, and Ashdothpisgah, and Bethjeshimoth,

౨౦అంతేకాక, బేత్పయోరు, పిస్గా కొండచరియలు, బెత్యేషీమోతు,

21 And all the cities of the plain, and all the kingdom of Sihon king of the Amorites, which reigned in Heshbon, whom Moses stroke with the princes of Midian, Evi, and Rekem, and Zur, and Hur, and Reba, which were dukes of Sihon, dwelling in the country.

౨౧మైదానంలోని పట్టణాలు అన్నీ, ఇంకా ఎవీరేకెము, సూరు, హోరు, రేబ, అనే మిద్యాను రాజుల దేశాన్నీ అమోరీయుల రాజైన సీహోను రాజ్యమంతటినీ వారికి మోషే స్వాస్థ్యంగా ఇచ్చాడు. ఇవి హెష్బోనులో పరిపాలించే సీహోను అధికారం కింద ఉన్న ప్రాంతాలు. ఇతన్నిమోషే ఓడించాడు.

22 Balaam also the son of Beor, the fortune teller, did the children of Israel slay with the sword among them that were slain by them.

౨౨ఇశ్రాయేలీయులు బెయోరు కుమారుడు, సోదెగాడు అయిన బిలామును తాము చంపిన తక్కిన వారితో పాటు ఖడ్గంతో చంపారు.

23 And the border of the children of Reuben was Jordan, and the border thereof. This was the inheritance of the children of Reuben after their families, the cities and the villages thereof.

౨౩యొర్దాను ప్రదేశమంతా రూబేనీయులకు సరిహద్దు. అదీ, దానిలోని పట్టణాలూ, గ్రామాలూ రూబేనీయుల వంశాల ప్రకారం వారికి కలిగిన స్వాస్థ్యం.

24 And Moses gave inheritance unto the tribe of Gad, even unto the children of Gad according to their families.

౨౪మోషే గాదు గోత్రానికి, అంటే గాదీయులకు వారి వంశాల ప్రకారం స్వాస్థ్యమిచ్చాడు.

25 And their coast was Jazer, and all the cities of Gilead, and half the land of the children of Ammon, unto Aroer that is before Rabbah;

౨౫వారి సరిహద్దు యాజెరు, గిలాదు పట్టణాలన్నీ, రబ్బాకు ఎదురుగా ఉన్న అరోయేరు వరకూ అమ్మోనీయుల దేశంలో సగభాగం.

26 And from Heshbon unto Ramathmizpeh, and Betonim; and from Mahanaim unto the border of Debir;

౨౬హెష్బోను మొదలు రామత్మిజ్బెతు బెతోనిము వరకూ, మహనయీము మొదలు దెబీరు సరిహద్దు వరకూ.

27 And in the valley, Betharam, and Bethnimrah, and Succoth, and Zaphon, the rest of the kingdom of Sihon king of Heshbon, Jordan and his border, even unto the edge of the sea of Chinnereth on the other side Jordan eastward.

౨౭లోయలో బేతారాము బేత్నిమ్రా, సుక్కోతు, సాపోను, అంటే హెష్బోను రాజైన సీహోను రాజ్యశేషం, తూర్పు దిక్కున యొర్దాను అవతల కిన్నెరెతు సముద్రతీరం వరకూ ఉన్న యొర్దాను ప్రదేశం.

28 This is the inheritance of the children of Gad after their families, the cities, and their villages.

౨౮ఇవీ, వారి వంశాల ప్రకారం గాదీయులకు స్వాస్థ్యమైన పట్టణాలు, గ్రామాలు.

29 And Moses gave inheritance unto the half tribe of Manasseh: and this was the possession of the half tribe of the children of Manasseh by their families.

౨౯మోషే మనష్షే అర్థగోత్రానికి స్వాస్థ్యమిచ్చాడు. అది వారి వంశాల ప్రకారం మనష్షీయుల అర్థగోత్రానికి స్వాస్థ్యం.

30 And their coast was from Mahanaim, all Bashan, all the kingdom of Og king of Bashan, and all the towns of Jair, which are in Bashan, threescore cities:

౩౦వారి సరిహద్దు మహనయీము మొదలు బాషాను అంతా, బాషాను రాజైన ఓగు రాజ్యమంతా, బాషానులోని యాయీరు పురాలు అయిన అరవై పట్టణాలు,

31 And half Gilead, and Ashtaroth, and Edrei, cities of the kingdom of Og in Bashan, were pertaining unto the children of Machir the son of Manasseh, even to the one half of the children of Machir by their families.

౩౧గిలాదులో సగం, అష్తారోతు, ఎద్రెయి అనే బాషానులోని ఓగు రాజ్య పట్టణాలు. ఇవన్నీ మనష్షే కుమారుడు మాకీరు, అనగా మాకీరీయుల్లో సగం మందికి వారి వంశాల ప్రకారం కలిగాయి.

32 These are the countries which Moses did distribute for inheritance in the plains of Moab, on the other side Jordan, by Jericho, eastward.

౩౨ఇవీ, యెరికో దగ్గర తూర్పు దిక్కున యొర్దాను అవతల ఉన్న మోయాబు మైదానంలో మోషే పంచి పెట్టిన స్వాస్థ్యాలు.

33 But unto the tribe of Levi Moses gave not any inheritance: the LORD God of Israel was their inheritance, as he said unto them.

౩౩లేవీ గోత్రానికి మోషే స్వాస్థ్యం పంచిపెట్ట లేదు, ఎందుకంటే ఇశ్రాయేలీయుల దేవుడైన యెహోవా వారితో చెప్పినట్టుగా ఆయనే వారికి స్వాస్థ్యం.
