Jeremiah 14

1 The word of the LORD that came to Jeremiah concerning the dearth.

يەرەمىياغا چۈشكەن، پەرۋەردىگارنىڭ قۇرغاقچىلىقلار توغرۇلۇق سۆزى: ــ

2 Judah mourns, and the gates thereof languish; they are black unto the ground; and the cry of Jerusalem is gone up.

يەھۇدا ماتەم تۇتىدۇ، ئۇنىڭ دەرۋازىلىرى زاۋالغا يۈز تۇتماقتا، خەلق يەرگە چاپلىشىپ قارىلىق تۇتىدۇ؛ يېرۇسالېمدىن نالە-پەرياد كۆتۈرۈلمەكتە.

3 And their nobles have sent their little ones to the waters: they came to the pits, and found no water; they returned with their vessels empty; they were ashamed and confounded, and covered their heads.

مۆتىۋەرلىرى چاپارمەنلىرىنى سۇ ئەكىلىشكە ئەۋەتىدۇ؛ ئۇلار سۇ ئازگاللىرىغا بارىدۇ، لېكىن ھېچ سۇ تاپالمايدۇ؛ ئۇلارنىڭ كۈپلىرى قۇرۇق قايتىپ كېلىدۇ؛ ئۇلار يەرگە قاراپ قالىدۇ، ساراسىمىگە چۈشىدۇ؛ ئۇلار بېشىنى يېپىپ تۆۋەن ساڭگىلىتىدۇ.

4 Because the ground is cracked, for there was no rain in the earth, the plowmen were ashamed, they covered their heads.

ھېچ يامغۇر بولمىغاچقا يەر يۈزى يېرىلىپ كەتتى؛ يەر ھەيدىگۈچىلەر يەرگە قاراپ بېشىنى يېپىپ تۆۋەن ساڭگىلىتىدۇ.

5 Yea, the hind also calved in the field, and forsook it, because there was no grass.

مارال بولسا دالادا بالا قوزىلايدۇ، ئاندىن قوزىسىدىن ۋاز كېچىدۇ؛ چۈنكى ئوت-چۆپ يوق.

6 And the wild asses did stand in the high places, they snuffed up the wind like dragons; their eyes did fail, because there was no grass.

ياۋا ئېشەكلەر ئېگىزلىكلەردە تۇرۇپ چىلبۆرىلەردەك ھاسىراپ كېتىدۇ؛ ئوزۇق ئىزدەپ كۆزلىرى قاراڭغۇلىشىپ كېتىدۇ، چۈنكى ئوزۇق يوق.

7 O LORD, though our iniquities testify against us, do you it for your name's sake: for our backslidings are many; we have sinned against you.

ــ ئى پەرۋەردىگار، قەبىھلىكلىرىمىز بىزنى ئەيىبلەپ گۇۋاھلىق بەرگىنى بىلەن، ئۆزۈڭنىڭ نامىڭ ئۈچۈن بىر ئىشنى قىلغايسەن! چۈنكى بىزنىڭ يولۇڭدىن چىقىپ كېتىشىمىز ئىنتايىن كۆپتۇر؛ بىز سېنىڭ ئالدىڭدا گۇناھ سادىر قىلدۇق.

8 O the hope of Israel, the saviour thereof in time of trouble, why should you be as a stranger in the land, and as a travelling man that turns aside to tarry for a night?

ئى ئىسرائىلنىڭ ئارزۇسى، كۈلپەت چۈشكەندە ئۇلارنىڭ قۇتقۇزغۇچىسى بولغۇچى، سەن نېمىشقا بىزگە زېمىنىمىزدىكى مۇساپىردەك، بىر كېچىلا قونماقچى بولغان بىر يولۇچىدەك بولىسەن؟

9 Why should you be as a man astonished, as a mighty man that cannot save? yet you, O LORD, are in the midst of us, and we are called by your name; leave us not.

نېمىشقا ھېچ ئامالسىز كىشىدەك، ھېچكىمنى قۇتقۇزالمايدىغان بىر پالۋانغا ئوخشاش بولىسەن؟ لېكىن سەن، ئى پەرۋەردىگار، ئارىمىزدا تۇرىسەن، بىز سېنىڭ نامىڭ بىلەن ئاتالغاندۇرمىز؛ بىزدىن ۋاز كېچىپ كەتمە!

10 Thus says the LORD unto this people, Thus have they loved to wander, they have not refrained their feet, therefore the LORD does not accept them; he will now remember their iniquity, and visit their sins.

پەرۋەردىگار مۇشۇ خەلققە مۇنداق دەيدۇ: ــ ئۇلار دەرھەقىقەت [مەندىن] تېزىپ، كېزىشكە ئامراقتۇر؛ ئۇلار قەدەملىرىنى [يامان يولدىن] ھېچ تىزگىنلىمەيدۇ؛ پەرۋەردىگارنىڭ ئۇلاردىن ھېچقانداق خۇرسەنلىكى يوق؛ ئەمدى ھازىر ئۇلارنىڭ قەبىھلىكىنى ئېسىگە كەلتۈرۈپ ئۇلارنىڭ گۇناھلىرىنى جازالايدۇ.

11 Then said the LORD unto me, Pray not for this people for their good.

ئاندىن پەرۋەردىگار ماڭا: ــ بۇ خەلقنىڭ بەخت-بەرىكىتى ئۈچۈن دۇئا قىلما ــ دېدى.

12 When they fast, I will not hear their cry; and when they offer burnt offering and an oblation, I will not accept them: but I will consume them by the sword, and by the famine, and by the pestilence.

ــ ئۇلار روزا تۇتقاندا، پەريادىنى ئاڭلىمايمەن؛ ئۇلار كۆيدۈرمە قۇربانلىقلارنى ئاشلىق ھەدىيەلەر بىلەن سۇنغاندا، مەن ئۇلارنى قوبۇل قىلمايمەن؛ مەن ئۇلارنى قىلىچ، قەھەتچىلىك ۋە ۋابالار ئارقىلىق يوقىتىمەن.

13 Then said I, Ah, Lord GOD! behold, the prophets say unto them, All of you shall not see the sword, neither shall all of you have famine; but I will give you assured peace in this place.

مەن بولسام: ــ ئاھ، رەب پەرۋەردىگار! مانا، پەيغەمبەرلەر ئۇلارغا: «سىلەر قىلىچنى ھېچ كۆرمەيسىلەر، قەھەتچىلىككىمۇ دۇچ كەلمەيسىلەر؛ چۈنكى مەن بۇ يەردە سىلەرنىڭ ئامان-ئېسەنلىكىڭلارغا كاپالەتلىك قىلىمەن» دەيدۇ، ــ دېدىم.

14 Then the LORD said unto me, The prophets prophesy lies in my name: I sent them not, neither have I commanded them, neither spoke unto them: they prophesy unto you a false vision and divination, and a thing of nothing, and the deceit of their heart.

ئەمدى پەرۋەردىگار ماڭا مۇنداق دېدى: ــ پەيغەمبەرلەر مېنىڭ نامىمدا يالغان بېشارەتلەر بېرىدۇ؛ مەن ئۇلارنى ئەۋەتمىگەنمەن، ئۇلارنى بۇيرۇغان ئەمەسمەن، ۋە ئۇلارغا گەپ قىلغىنىم يوق. ئۇلار سىلەرگە ساختا كۆرۈنۈش، پالچىلىق، ئەرزىمەس نەرسىلەر توغرۇلۇق ئۆز كۆڭلىدىكى خام خىياللارنى ئېيتىپ بېشارەت بەرمەكتە.

15 Therefore thus says the LORD concerning the prophets that prophesy in my name, and I sent them not, yet they say, Sword and famine shall not be in this land; By sword and famine shall those prophets be consumed.

شۇڭا پەرۋەردىگار: ــ مېنىڭ نامىمدا بېشارەت بېرىۋاتقان، مەن ئەۋەتمىگەن، يەنى: «قىلىچ ۋە قەھەتچىلىك بۇ زېمىنغا ھېچ كەلمەيدۇ» دەيدىغان پەيغەمبەرلەر توغرۇلۇق: ــ بۇ پەيغەمبەرلەر قىلىچ ۋە قەھەتچىلىك بىلەن يوقىتىلىدۇ؛

16 And the people to whom they prophesy shall be cast out in the streets of Jerusalem because of the famine and the sword; and they shall have none to bury them, them, their wives, nor their sons, nor their daughters: for I will pour their wickedness upon them.

ئۇلار بېشارەت بەرگەن خەلقنىڭ بولسا، قىلىچ ۋە قەھەتچىلىك تۈپەيلىدىن جەسەتلىرى يېرۇسالېم كوچىلىرىغا تاشلىۋېتىلىدۇ؛ ئۇلارنىڭ ئۆزلىرىنى، ئاياللىرىنى، قىز-ئوغۇللىرىنى كۆمگۈدەك ھېچكىم قالمايدۇ؛ مەن ئۇلارنىڭ رەزىللىكىنى ئۆز بېشىغا تۆكىمەن.

17 Therefore you shall say this word unto them; Let mine eyes run down with tears night and day, and let them not cease: for the virgin daughter of my people is broken with a great breach, with a very grievous blow.

سەن ئۇلارغا شۇ سۆزنى ئېيتىسەن: ــ «كۆزلىرىمدىن كېچە-كۈندۈز ياش توختىمىسۇن؛ چۈنكى مېنىڭ پاك قىزىم بولغان خەلقىم يارىسى بۆسۈلگەندەك قاتتىق بىر زەرب يەپ، ئىنتايىن ئېغىر يارىلاندى»، ــ دەيدۇ.

18 If I go forth into the field, then behold the slain with the sword! and if I enter into the city, then behold them that are sick with famine! yea, both the prophet and the priest go about into a land that they know not.

مەن دالاغا چىقسام، مانا قىلىچتىن ئۆلتۈرۈلگەنلەر؛ شەھەرگە كىرسەم، مانا قەھەتچىلىكتىن سولىشىپ كەتكەنلەر! چۈنكى پەيغەمبەر ھەم كاھىن ھەر ئىككىسىلا بىلىمسىز-نادان بولۇپ، ئۇلار زېمىندا ئۆز سودىسى بىلەنلا بولۇپ كەتتى.

19 Have you utterly rejected Judah? has your soul loathed Zion? why have you smitten us, and there is no healing for us? we looked for peace, and there is no good; and for the time of healing, and behold trouble!

سەن يەھۇدادىن نېمىشقا ۋاز كەچتىڭ؟ جېنىڭ زىئوندىن زېرىكتىمۇ؟ سەن نېمىشقا بىزنى شۇنچە داۋالىغۇسىز دەرىجىدە ئۇرغانىدىڭ؟ بىز ئارام-تىنچلىقنى كۈتتۇق، لېكىن ھېچ قۇتلۇق كۈنلەر يوقتۇر؛ شىپالىق بىر ۋاقىتنى كۈتتۇق، لېكىن مانا دەككە-دۈككە ئىچىدىدۇرمىز!

20 We acknowledge, O LORD, our wickedness, and the iniquity of our fathers: for we have sinned against you.

ئى پەرۋەردىگار، رەزىللىكىمىزنى، ئاتا-بوۋىلىرىمىزنىڭ قەبىھلىكىنى تونۇپ ئىقرار قىلىمىز؛ چۈنكى سېنىڭ ئالدىڭدا گۇناھ سادىر قىلدۇق.

21 Do not detest us, for your name's sake, do not disgrace the throne of your glory: remember, break not your covenant with us.

ئۆزۈڭ نامىڭ ئۈچۈن [يېرۇسالېمنى] كۆزۈڭگە ئىلماي قويمىغايسەن؛ شان-شەرەپلىك تەختىڭ بولغان جاينى رەسۋا قىلمىغايسەن؛ ئەھدەڭنى ئېسىڭگە كەلتۈرگەيسەن، ئۇنى بۇزمىغايسەن!

22 Are there any among the vanities of the Gentiles that can cause rain? or can the heavens give showers? are not you he, O LORD our God? therefore we will wait upon you: for you have made all these things.

ئەللەر چوقۇنىدىغان «ئەرزىمەسلەر» ئارىسىدا يامغۇر ياغدۇرغۇچى بارمىدۇ؟ يېغىننى ئاسمانلار ئۆزلىرىلا بېرەمدۇ؟ [بۇلارنى ئەمەلدە كۆرسەتكۈچى] سەن ئەمەسمۇ، ئى پەرۋەردىگار خۇدايىمىز! شۇڭا سېنى تەلپۈنۈپ كۈتىمىز؛ چۈنكى سەنلا بۇلارنى قىلغۇچىدۇرسەن.
