Jeremiah 13
1 Thus says the LORD unto me, Go and get you a linen girdle, and put it upon your loins, and put it not in water.
১যিহোৱাই মোক এইদৰে ক’লে, “তুমি গৈ শণ সূতাৰে বোৱা কাপোৰৰ এগছ টঙালি কিনি তোমাৰ কঁকালত বান্ধা, তাক প্রথমে পানীত নিতিয়াবা।”
2 So I got a girdle according to the word of the LORD, and put it on my loins.
২সেয়ে মই যিহোৱাৰ বাক্য অনুসাৰে এগছ টঙালি কিনি মোৰ কঁকালত বান্ধি ল’লোঁ।
3 And the word of the LORD came unto me the second time, saying,
৩তেতিয়া দ্ধিতীয়বাৰ যিহোৱাৰ বাক্য মোৰ ওচৰলৈ আহিল আৰু ক’লে,
4 Take the girdle that you have got, which is upon your loins, and arise, go to Euphrates, and hide it there in a hole of the rock.
৪বোলে, “তুমি যি টঙালি কিনিলা, আৰু তোমাৰ কঁকালত আছে, তাক লোৱা, আৰু উঠি ফৰাতলৈ যাত্রা কৰা আৰু শিলৰ ফাটত তাক লুকুৱাই ৰাখা।”
5 So I went, and hid it by Euphrates, as the LORD commanded me.
৫এইদৰে মই যিহোৱাৰ আজ্ঞা অনুসাৰে গৈ ফৰাতৰ কাষত তাক লুকুৱাই ৰাখিলোঁ।
6 And it came to pass after many days, that the LORD said unto me, Arise, go to Euphrates, and take the girdle from thence, which I commanded you to hide there.
৬বহু দিনৰ পাছত যিহোৱাই মোক ক’লে, “তুমি উঠি ফৰাতলৈ যোৱা। মই তাত লুকুৱাই ৰাখিবলৈ তোমাক আজ্ঞা দিয়া টঙালিগছ তাৰ পৰা আনাগৈ।”
7 Then I went to Euphrates, and dug, and took the girdle from the place where I had hid it: and, behold, the girdle was ruined, it was profitable for nothing.
৭তেতিয়া মই ফৰাতলৈ গৈ, মই লুকুৱাই থোৱা ঠাইৰ পৰা টঙালিগছ খানি উলিয়ালোঁ। কিন্তু চোৱা! সেই টঙালিগছ নষ্ট হ’ল; কোনো কাৰ্যৰ যোগ্য নাছিল।
8 Then the word of the LORD came unto me, saying,
৮তেতিয়া যিহোৱাৰ বাক্য মোৰ ওচৰলৈ পুনৰ আহিল, বোলে,
9 Thus says the LORD, After this manner will I ruin the pride of Judah, and the great pride of Jerusalem.
৯“যিহোৱাই কৈছে: ‘এনেদৰেই মই যিহূদাৰ অহংকাৰ আৰু যিৰূচালেমৰ মহা অহংকাৰ নষ্ট কৰিম।
10 This evil people, which refuse to hear my words, which walk in the imagination of their heart, and walk after other gods, to serve them, and to worship them, shall even be as this girdle, which is good for nothing.
১০এই যি দুচৰিত্ৰৰ লোকসকলে মোৰ কথা শুনিবলৈ অমান্তি হৈ নিজ হৃদয়ৰ কঠিনতা অনুসাৰে চলে, আৰু ইতৰ দেৱতাবোৰক সেৱাপূজা আৰু সেইবোৰৰ আগত প্রণিপাত কৰিবৰ অৰ্থে সেইবোৰৰ পাছত যায়, তেওঁলোক কোনো কাৰ্যৰ যোগ্য নোহোৱা এই টঙালি গছৰ নিচিনা হব।
11 For as the girdle cleaves to the loins of a man, so have I caused to cleave unto me the whole house of Israel and the whole house of Judah, says the LORD; that they might be unto me for a people, and for a name, and for a praise, and for a glory: but they would not hear.
১১কিয়নো যিহোৱাই কৈছে, মানুহৰ কঁকালত যেনেকৈ টঙালি লাগি থাকে, তেনেকৈ মই গোটেই ইস্ৰায়েল বংশক আৰু গোটেই যিহূদা বংশক মোৰ প্ৰজা, আৰু মোৰ কীৰ্ত্তি, প্ৰশংসা, আৰু ভুষণস্বৰূপ কৰিবৰ অৰ্থে নিজতে লগাই ৰাখিছিলোঁ; কিন্তু তেওঁলোকে মোৰ কথা নুশুনিলে।’
12 Therefore you shall speak unto them this word; Thus says the LORD God of Israel, Every bottle shall be filled with wine: and they shall say unto you, Do we not certainly know that every bottle shall be filled with wine?
১২এই হেতুকে তুমি তেওঁলোকক এই কথা ক’বই লাগিব: যে, “ইস্ৰায়েলৰ ঈশ্বৰ যিহোৱাই এইদৰে কৈছে: “আটাইবোৰ মোট দ্ৰাক্ষাৰসেৰে পূৰ কৰা যাব।” তেওঁলোকে তোমাক ক’ব, ‘প্ৰত্যেক মোট যে দ্ৰাক্ষাৰসেৰে পূৰ কৰা যাব, তাক জানো আমি ভালকৈ নাজানো?’
13 Then shall you say unto them, Thus says the LORD, Behold, I will fill all the inhabitants of this land, even the kings that sit upon David's throne, and the priests, and the prophets, and all the inhabitants of Jerusalem, with drunkenness.
১৩তেতিয়া তুমি তেওঁলোকক ক’বা, ‘যিহোৱাই এই কথা কৈছে: চোৱা, মই এই দেশ-নিবাসী আটাইকে, এনে কি, দায়ুদৰ সিংহাসনত বহোঁতা ৰজাসকলক, পুৰোহিতসকলক, ভাববাদীসকলক, আৰু যিৰূচালেম নিবাসী সকলোকে দ্ৰাক্ষাৰসেৰে পূৰ কৰি মতোৱাল কৰিম।
14 And I will dash them one against another, even the fathers and the sons together, says the LORD: I will not pity, nor spare, nor have mercy, but destroy them.
১৪মই পৰস্পৰক, এনে কি, বাপেক-পুতেকহঁতক লগ লগাই খুন্দিয়া-খুন্দি কৰোৱাম; যিহোৱাৰ এইয়েই ঘোষণা যে - মই যে তেওঁলোকক নষ্ট নকৰিবৰ মনেৰে তেওঁলোকক মৰম, দয়া, কি অনুগ্ৰহ কৰিম, এনে নহ’ব।
15 Hear all of you, and give ear; be not proud: for the LORD has spoken.
১৫তোমালোকে শুনা, কাণ দিয়া, অহংকাৰ নকৰিবা, কিয়নো যিহোৱাই কথা কৈছে।
16 Give glory to the LORD your God, before he cause darkness, and before your feet stumble upon the dark mountains, and, while all of you look for light, he turn it into the shadow of death, and make it gross darkness.
১৬তোমালোকৰ ঈশ্বৰ যিহোৱাই অন্ধকাৰ নৌ আনোতেই, অন্ধকাৰময় পৰ্ব্বতত তোমাৰ ভৰি উজুটি নৌ খাওঁতেই, আৰু তোমালোকে পোহৰলৈ বাট চোৱাত তেওঁ তাক মৃত্যুচ্ছায়াত পৰিবৰ্ত্তন নৌ কৰোঁতেই, আৰু তাক ঘোৰ অন্ধকাৰ নৌ কৰোঁতেই তেওঁক গৌৰৱাম্বিত কৰা।
17 But if all of you will not hear it, my soul shall weep in secret places for your pride; and mine eye shall weep sore, and run down with tears, because the LORD's flock is carried away captive.
১৭কিন্তু তোমালোকে যদি তাক নুশুনা, তোমালোকৰ গৰ্ব্বৰ কাৰণে মোৰ মনে নিৰলে ক্ৰন্দন কৰিব। আৰু যিহোৱাৰ জাকক বন্দী কৰি নিয়াৰ বাবে মোৰ চকুৰ পৰা বহু অশ্রু ওলাব, আৰু পানীৰে ধাৰ বব।
18 Say unto the king and to the queen, Humble yourselves, sit down: for your principalities shall come down, even the crown of your glory.
১৮তুমি ৰজা আৰু ৰাজমাক কোৱা, “নিজকে নম্র কৰা আৰু তোমালোক চাপৰত বহা, কিয়নো তোমালোকৰ শিৰোভুষণ, এনে কি, সুন্দৰ মুকুট খহি পৰিল।
19 The cities of the south shall be shut up, and none shall open them: Judah shall be carried away captive all of it, it shall be wholly carried away captive.
১৯দক্ষিণ অঞ্চলৰ নগৰবোৰ বন্ধ হ’ল, সেইবোৰ মেলি দিওঁতা কোনো নাই; গোটেই যিহূদাক দেশান্তৰলৈ নিয়া হ’ল, তাৰ সকলো লোককে নিয়া হ’ল।
20 Lift up your eyes, and behold them that come from the north: where is the flock that was given you, your beautiful flock?
২০তোমালোকে উত্তৰ দিশৰ পৰা অহা এই লোকসকলক চোৱা। তোমাক দিয়া সেই মেৰৰ জাকটি, তোমাৰ সুন্দৰ জাকটি ক’ত?
21 What will you say when he shall punish you? for you have taught them to be captains, and as chief over you: shall not sorrows take you, as a woman in travail?
২১তুমি নিজে নিজৰ বিপক্ষে তোমাৰ বন্ধুসকলক শিক্ষা দিয়াত, যেতিয়া তেওঁ তোমাৰ ওপৰত সেই বন্ধুসকলক মূৰব্বী পাতিব? তেতিয়া তুমি কি কবা? প্ৰসৱকাৰিণীৰ বেদনাৰ দৰে বেদনাই তোমাক নধৰিব নে?
22 And if you say in your heart, Wherefore come these things upon me? For the greatness of your iniquity are your skirts discovered, and your heels made bare.
২২তেতিয়া হয়তো তুমি মনতে ক’বা, যে, “মোৰ এনে দশা কিয় ঘটিল?” তেন্তে শুনা, তোমাৰ অপৰাধ অধিক হোৱাত তোমাৰ বস্ত্ৰৰ আঁচল ওপৰলৈ তোলা হ’ল, আৰু তোমাক বলাৎকাৰ কৰা হ’ল।
23 Can the Ethiopian change his skin, or the leopard his spots? then may all of you also do good, that are accustomed to do evil.
২৩কুচীয়া লোকে জানো নিজৰ ছাল, বা নাহৰফুটুকী বাঘে জানো নিজ গাৰ ফুটুকা-ফুটুকীবোৰ, সলনি কৰিব পাৰে? যদি পাৰে, তেন্তে কুকৰ্মত অভ্যাস থকা যি তোমালোক, তোমালোকেও সৎকৰ্ম কৰা সম্ভৱ।
24 Therefore will I scatter them as the stubble that passes away by the wind of the wilderness.
২৪এই হেতুকে মই অৰণ্যৰ বতাহত উৰি যোৱা খেৰৰ নিচিনাকৈ তেওঁলোকক উৰুৱাই দিম।
25 This is your lot, the portion of your measures from me, says the LORD; because you have forgotten me, and trusted in falsehood.
২৫যিহোৱাই কৈছে, এয়ে তোমাৰ নিৰূপিত ভাগ, মই তোমাক জুখি দিয়া অংশ; কিয়নো তুমি মোক পাহৰিলা, আৰু মিছাত বিশ্বাস কৰিলা।
26 Therefore will I discover your skirts upon your face, that your shame may appear.
২৬সেই কাৰণে মইয়ো তুমি পিন্ধা কাপোৰৰ আঁচল মুখৰ ওপৰলৈকে দাঙিম; আৰু তোমাৰ লাজৰ ঠাই দেখা যাব।
27 I have seen your adulteries, and your neighings, the lewdness of your whoredom, and your abominations on the hills in the fields. Woe unto you, O Jerusalem! will you not be made clean? when shall it once be?
২৭চহৰৰ বাহিৰৰ পৰ্ব্বতত মই তোমাৰ ঘিণলগীয়া কাম, এনে কি, তোমাৰ ব্যভিচাৰকৰ্ম, তোমাৰ ঢেকঢেকনি, আৰু বেশ্যাবৃত্তিৰ কুকৰ্ম দেখিলোঁ, হে যিৰূচালেম তুমি সন্তাপৰ পাত্ৰী! তুমি শুচি হবলৈ ইচ্ছা নকৰা। তুমি এনে অৱস্থাত আৰু কিমান কাল থাকিবা?
