< James 4 >

1 From whence come wars and fightings among you? come they not behind, even of your lusts that war in your members?
It dagotse fa'a kes'onat fayon awuke waake? It atsotse kaariru it meetsi tewunaatsnosha?
2 All of you lust, and have not: all of you kill, and desire to have, and cannot obtain: all of you fight and war, yet all of you have not, because all of you ask not.
Ik keewo daatsosh tewunirute, ernmó daatsatste, asho úd'irute okoorirute eree daatsatste, fayeyirute, koyeyirute. Ik'o it k'onraawotsnowere it geyiru keewo daatsatste.
3 All of you ask, and receive not, because all of you ask amiss, that all of you may consume it upon your lusts.
Ik'o it k'oniyaloru Ik' it k'onts mansh aaniyo daatso itk'azir it k'oniru keewo meets geneeúwats jiitsosh gond asaabiyon Ik'o it k'onirwooshe.
4 All of you adulterers and adulteresses, know all of you not that the friendship of the world is enmity with God? whosoever therefore will be a friend of the world is the enemy of God.
It widetswotso! datsu shuntso Ik'i t'alato b́wottsok'owo danatsteya? Eshe konwor datsunton shune geyiruwo b́tooko Ik'i t'alato b́woshoniye.
5 Do all of you think that the scripture says in vain, The spirit (pneuma) that dwells in us lusts to envy?
Ando S'ayin mas'aafotse «Ik'i okooro, bí no gitsots b́ k'eezts shayiro b́ s'uzsh no wotitwok'oye» bí ettso datsmec'reya?
6 But he gives more grace. Wherefore he says, God resists the proud, but gives grace unto the humble.
B́ wotiyaloru s'ayin mas'fo «Ik'o bog taana etirwotsi k'efituwe, dash took detsirwotsshomó b́ s'aato imetwe» b́ ettsosh Ik' imet s'aato jamoniyere boge.
7 Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.
Mansh Ik'osh keewewere dablosnoweer k'efoore, bíwere itatsere okaan wos'etuwe.
8 Draw nigh to God, and he will draw nigh to you. Cleanse your hands, all of you sinners; and purify your hearts, all of you double minded.
Ik'ok t'inere, bíewere itok t'inetwe, it morretsuwotso! it kishuwotsi s'ayntsuwere, it hakebaka etiruwotso! it nibo s'ayintswere.
9 Be afflicted, and mourn, and weep: let your laughter be turned to mourning, and your joy to heaviness.
Kic'oore, shiyanowere, efere, it miis'o eepo maants, it gene'o shiyano maants wonewe.
10 Humble yourselves in the sight of the Lord, and he shall lift you up.
Doonzo shinatse it tooko dashan deshere, bíwere dambaan itn tuuzitwe.
11 Speak not evil one of another, brethren. He that speaks evil of his brother, and judges his brother, speaks evil of the law, and judges the law: but if you judge the law, you are not a doer of the law, but a judge.
Eshuwotso, it atsatsewo oonek'ayere, ash oonitwo wee ashaats angshituwo neme b́ ooniri, nematse b́ angshiri, nemats n angshiyalomo dab angshtsi nwoti bako nemó s'eentsitk neenaliye.
12 There is one lawgiver, who is able to save and to destroy: who are you that judge another?
Nem imetwonat angshituwo Ik' ikoniye, woriyosho t'afiyoshowere falituwoniye b́ s'uziye, eshe k'osh ashaats angshituwo kene neewo?
13 Go to now, all of you that say, To day or tomorrow we will go into such a city, and continue there a year, and buy and sell, and get gain:
It «Hambets wee yaats hank'o wotts kitots amr manoke worwot iko beetwone, jaahrnwere oorshitwone» etiruwots itatso korde'ere.
14 Whereas all of you know not what shall be on the next day. For what is your life? It is even a vapour, that appears for a little time, and then vanishes away.
Yaats wotituwo danatste, it beyo eebi? ikonoto be'eyar il t'afit daawnok'o itne.
15 For that all of you ought to say, If the Lord will, we shall live, and do this, or that.
Maniyeremó eto iti b́geyituwo «Doonzo bíere nobeetka wotiyal han wee ekeewi k'alituwone» etoniye itsh geyiti.
16 But now all of you rejoice in your boastings: all such rejoicing is evil.
Itmó han it etfk'oon bognona etoone it it'iri, han naari it' jamoniye gonde.
17 Therefore to him that knows to do good, and does it not, to him it is sin.
Eshe sheeng keewo k'alo danfetsr k'alraaw asho k'al b́k'azo morre bíats b́wotiti.
