Isaiah 52
1 Awake, awake; put on your strength, O Zion; put on your beautiful garments, O Jerusalem, the holy city: for henceforth there shall no more come into you the uncircumcised and the unclean.
സീയോനേ, ഉണരുക, ഉണരുക, നിന്റെ ബലം ധരിച്ചുകൊൾക; വിശുദ്ധനഗരമായ യെരൂശലേമേ, നിന്റെ അലങ്കാരവസ്ത്രം ധരിച്ചുകൊൾക; ഇനിമേലാൽ അഗ്രചർമ്മിയും അശുദ്ധനും നിന്നിലേക്കു വരികയില്ല.
2 Shake yourself from the dust; arise, and sit down, O Jerusalem: loose yourself from the bands of your neck, O captive daughter of Zion.
പൊടി കുടഞ്ഞുകളക; യെരൂശലേമേ, എഴുന്നേറ്റു ഇരിക്ക; ബദ്ധയായ സീയോൻ പുത്രീ, നിന്റെ കഴുത്തിലെ ബന്ധനങ്ങളെ അഴിച്ചുകളക.
3 For thus says the LORD, All of you have sold yourselves for nothing; and all of you shall be redeemed without money.
യഹോവ ഇപ്രകാരം അരുളിച്ചെയ്യുന്നു: വിലവാങ്ങാതെ നിങ്ങളെ വിറ്റുകളഞ്ഞു; വിലകൊടുക്കാതെ നിങ്ങളെ വീണ്ടുകൊള്ളും.
4 For thus says the Lord GOD, My people went down in old times into Egypt to sojourn there; and the Assyrian oppressed them without cause.
യഹോവയായ കർത്താവു ഇപ്രകാരം അരുളിച്ചെയ്യുന്നു: എന്റെ ജനം പണ്ടു പരദേശവാസം ചെയ്‌വാൻ മിസ്രയീമിലേക്കു ഇറങ്ങിച്ചെന്നു; അശ്ശൂരും അവരെ വെറുതെ പീഡിപ്പിച്ചു.
5 Now therefore, what have I here, says the LORD, that my people is taken away for nothing? they that rule over them make them to wail, says the LORD; and my name continually every day is blasphemed.
ഇപ്പോഴോ എന്റെ ജനത്തെ വെറുതെ പിടിച്ചു കൊണ്ടുപോയിരിക്കകൊണ്ടു ഞാൻ ഇവിടെ എന്തു ചെയ്യേണ്ടു എന്നു യഹോവ അരുളിച്ചെയ്യുന്നു; അവരുടെ അധിപതിമാർ മുറയിടുന്നു; എന്റെ നാമം ഇടവിടാതെ എല്ലായ്പോഴും ദുഷിക്കപ്പെടുന്നു എന്നും യഹോവ അരുളിച്ചെയ്യുന്നു.
6 Therefore my people shall know my name: therefore they shall know in that day that I am he that does speak: behold, it is I.
അതുകൊണ്ടു എന്റെ ജനം എന്റെ നാമത്തെ അറിയും; അതുകൊണ്ടു ഞാൻ, ഞാൻ തന്നെയാകുന്നു പ്രസ്താവിക്കുന്നവൻ എന്നു അവർ അന്നു അറിയും.
7 How beautiful upon the mountains are the feet of him that brings good tidings, that publishes peace; that brings good tidings of good, that publishes salvation; that says unto Zion, Your God reigns!
സമാധാനത്തെ ഘോഷിച്ചു നന്മയെ സുവിശേഷിക്കയും രക്ഷയെ പ്രസിദ്ധമാക്കുകയും സീയോനോടു: നിന്റെ ദൈവം വാഴുന്നു എന്നു പറകയും ചെയ്യുന്ന സുവാർത്താദൂതന്റെ കാൽ പർവ്വതങ്ങളിന്മേൽ എത്ര മനോഹരം!
8 Your watchmen shall lift up the voice; with the voice together shall they sing: for they shall see eye to eye, when the LORD shall bring again Zion.
നിന്റെ കാവല്ക്കാരുടെ ശബ്ദം കേട്ടുവോ? അവർ ശബ്ദം ഉയർത്തി ഒരുപോലെ ഉല്ലസിച്ചു ഘോഷിക്കുന്നു; യഹോവ സീയോനിലേക്കു മടങ്ങിവരുമ്പോൾ അവർ അഭിമുഖമായി കാണും.
9 Break forth into joy, sing together, all of you waste places of Jerusalem: for the LORD has comforted his people, he has redeemed Jerusalem.
യെരൂശലേമിന്റെ ശൂന്യപ്രദേശങ്ങളേ, പൊട്ടി ആർത്തുകൊൾവിൻ; യഹോവ തന്റെ ജനത്തെ ആശ്വസിപ്പിച്ചു, യെരൂശലേമിനെ വീണ്ടെടുത്തിരിക്കുന്നുവല്ലോ.
10 The LORD has made bare his holy arm in the eyes of all the nations; and all the ends of the earth shall see the salvation of our God.
സകല ജാതികളും കാൺകെ യഹോവ തന്റെ വിശുദ്ധഭുജത്തെ നഗ്നമാക്കിയിരിക്കുന്നു; ഭൂമിയുടെ അറ്റങ്ങളൊക്കെയും നമ്മുടെ ദൈവത്തിന്റെ രക്ഷയെ കാണും.
11 Depart all of you, depart all of you, go all of you out from thence, touch no unclean thing; go all of you out of the midst of her; be all of you clean, that bear the vessels of the LORD.
വിട്ടു പോരുവിൻ; വിട്ടുപോരുവിൻ; അവിടെ നിന്നു പുറപ്പെട്ടുപോരുവിൻ; അശുദ്ധമായതൊന്നും തൊടരുതു; അതിന്റെ നടുവിൽ നിന്നു പുറപ്പെട്ടുപോരുവിൻ; യഹോവയുടെ ഉപകരണങ്ങളെ ചുമക്കുന്നവരേ, നിങ്ങളെത്തന്നേ നിർമ്മലീകരിപ്പിൻ.
12 For all of you shall not go out with haste, nor go by flight: for the LORD will go before you; and the God of Israel will be your rear guard.
നിങ്ങൾ ബദ്ധപ്പാടോടെ പോകയില്ല, ഓടിപ്പോകയുമില്ല; യഹോവ നിങ്ങൾക്കു മുമ്പായി നടക്കും; യിസ്രായേലിന്റെ ദൈവം നിങ്ങൾക്കു പിമ്പട ആയിരിക്കും.
13 Behold, my servant shall deal prudently, he shall be exalted and extolled, and be very high.
എന്റെ ദാസൻ കൃതാർത്ഥനാകും; അവൻ ഉയർന്നുപൊങ്ങി അത്യന്തം ഉന്നതനായിരിക്കും.
14 As many were astonished at you; his visage was so ruined more than any man, and his form more than the sons of men:
അവന്റെ രൂപം കണ്ടാൽ ആളല്ല എന്നും അവന്റെ ആകൃതി കണ്ടാൽ മനുഷ്യനല്ല എന്നും തോന്നുമാറു വിരൂപമായിരിക്കകൊണ്ടു പലരും നിന്നെ കണ്ടു സ്തംഭിച്ചുപോയതു പോലെ,
15 So shall he sprinkle many nations; the kings shall shut their mouths at him: for that which had not been told them shall they see; and that which they had not heard shall they consider.
അവൻ പല ജാതികളെയും കുതിച്ചുചാടുമാറാക്കും; രാജാക്കന്മാർ അവനെ കണ്ടു വായ്പൊത്തി നില്ക്കും; അവർ ഒരിക്കലും അറിഞ്ഞിട്ടില്ലാത്തതു കാണുകയും ഒരിക്കലും കേട്ടിട്ടില്ലാത്തതു ഗ്രഹിക്കയും ചെയ്യും.
