Isaiah 51
1 Hearken to me, all of you that follow after righteousness, all of you that seek the LORD: look unto the rock whence all of you are hewn, and to the hole of the pit whence all of you are dug.
௧நீதியைப் பின்பற்றி யெகோவாவை தேடுகிறவர்களாகிய நீங்கள் எனக்குச் செவிகொடுங்கள்; நீங்கள் வெட்டி எடுக்கப்பட்ட கன்மலையையும், நீங்கள் தோண்டி எடுக்கப்பட்ட கிணற்றின் குழியையும் நோக்கிப்பாருங்கள்.
2 Look unto Abraham your father, and unto Sarah that bare you: for I called him alone, and blessed him, and increased him.
௨உன்னுடைய தகப்பனாகிய ஆபிரகாமையும், உங்களைப் பெற்ற சாராளையும் நோக்கிப்பாருங்கள்; அவன் ஒருவனாயிருக்கும்போது நான் அவனை அழைத்து, அவனை ஆசீர்வதித்து, அவனைப் பெருகச்செய்தேன்.
3 For the LORD shall comfort Zion: he will comfort all her waste places; and he will make her wilderness like Eden, and her desert like the garden of the LORD; joy and gladness shall be found therein, thanksgiving, and the voice of melody.
௩யெகோவா சீயோனுக்கு ஆறுதல் செய்வார்; அவர் அதின் பாழான இடங்களையெல்லாம் தேறுதலடையச்செய்து, அதின் வனாந்திரத்தை ஏதேனைப்போலவும், அதின் காலியான இடத்தைக் யெகோவாவின் தோட்டத்தைப்போலவும் ஆக்குவார்; சந்தோஷமும் மகிழ்ச்சியும் துதியும் பாடலின் சத்தமும் அதில் உண்டாயிருக்கும்.
4 Hearken unto me, my people; and give ear unto me, O my nation: for a law shall proceed from me, and I will make my judgment to rest for a light of the people.
௪என் மக்களே, எனக்குச் செவிகொடுங்கள்; என் மக்களே, என் வாக்கைக் கவனியுங்கள்; வேதம் என்னிலிருந்து வெளிப்படும்; என் பிரமாணத்தை மக்களின் வெளிச்சமாக நிறுவுவேன்.
5 My righteousness is near; my salvation is gone forth, and mine arms shall judge the people; the isles shall wait upon me, and on mine arm shall they trust.
௫என் நீதி சமீபமாயிருக்கிறது; என் இரட்சிப்பு வெளிப்படும்; என் புயங்கள் மக்களை நியாயந்தீர்க்கும்; தீவுகள் எனக்குக் காத்திருந்து, என் புயத்தின்மேல் நம்பிக்கையாயிருக்கும்.
6 Lift up your eyes to the heavens, and look upon the earth beneath: for the heavens shall vanish away like smoke, and the earth shall wax old like a garment, and they that dwell therein shall die in like manner: but my salvation shall be for ever, and my righteousness shall not be abolished.
௬உங்கள் கண்களை வானத்திற்கு ஏறெடுங்கள், கீழே இருக்கிற பூமியையும் நோக்கிப்பாருங்கள்; வானம் புகையைப்போல் ஒழிந்துபோகும், பூமி ஆடையைப்போல் பழையதாகும்; அதின் குடிமக்களும் அப்படியே ஒழிந்துபோவார்கள்; என் இரட்சிப்போ என்றென்றைக்கும் இருக்கும்; என் நீதி அற்றுப்போவதில்லை.
7 Hearken unto me, all of you that know righteousness, the people in whose heart is my law; fear all of you not the reproach of men, neither be all of you afraid of their revilings.
௭நீதியை அறிந்தவர்களே, என் வேதத்தை இருதயத்தில் பதித்திருக்கிற மக்களே, எனக்குச் செவிகொடுங்கள்; மனிதர்களின் நிந்தனைக்குப் பயப்படாமலும், அவர்கள் தூஷணங்களால் கலங்காமலும் இருங்கள்.
8 For the moth shall eat them up like a garment, and the worm shall eat them like wool: but my righteousness shall be for ever, and my salvation from generation to generation.
௮பொட்டுப்பூச்சி அவர்களை ஆடையைப்போல் அரித்து, புழு அவர்களை ஆட்டுரோமத்தைப்போல் தின்னும்; என்னுடைய நீதியோ என்றென்றைக்கும் நிலைக்கும், என் இரட்சிப்பு தலைமுறை தலைமுறைதோறும் இருக்கும்.
9 Awake, awake, put on strength, O arm of the LORD; awake, as in the ancient days, in the generations of old. Are you not it that has cut Rahab, and wounded the dragon?
௯எழும்பு, எழும்பு, பெலன்கொள்; யெகோவாவின் புயமே, ஆரம்ப நாட்களிலும் முந்தின தலைமுறைகளிலும் எழும்பினபடி எழும்பு; இராகாபைத் துண்டித்ததும் வலுசர்ப்பத்தை வதைத்ததும் நீதானல்லவோ?
10 Are you not it which has dried the sea, the waters of the great deep; that has made the depths of the sea a way for the ransomed to pass over?
௧0மகா ஆழத்தின் தண்ணீர்களாகிய கடலை வற்றிப்போகச்செய்ததும், மீட்கப்பட்டவர்கள் கடந்துபோகக் கடலின் பள்ளங்களை வழியாக்கினதும் நீதானல்லவோ?
11 Therefore the redeemed of the LORD shall return, and come with singing unto Zion; and everlasting joy shall be upon their head: they shall obtain gladness and joy; and sorrow and mourning shall flee away.
௧௧அப்படியே யெகோவாவால் மீட்கப்பட்டவர்கள் ஆனந்தக்களிப்புடன் பாடி சீயோனுக்குத் திரும்பிவருவார்கள்; நித்திய மகிழ்ச்சி அவர்கள் தலையின்மேல் இருக்கும்; சந்தோஷமும் மகிழ்ச்சியும் அடைவார்கள்; சஞ்சலமும் தவிப்பும் ஓடிப்போகும்.
12 I, even I, am he that comforts you: who are you, that you should be afraid of a man that shall die, and of the son of man which shall be made as grass;
௧௨நான், நானே உங்களுக்கு ஆறுதல் செய்கிறவர்; சாகப்போகிற மனிதனுக்கும், புல்லுக்கொப்பாகிற மனுபுத்திரனுக்கும் பயப்படுகிறதற்கும், வானங்களை விரித்து, பூமியை அஸ்திபாரப்படுத்தி, உன்னை உண்டாக்கின யெகோவாவை மறக்கிறதற்கும் நீ யார்?
13 And forget the LORD your maker, that has stretched forth the heavens, and laid the foundations of the earth; and have feared continually every day because of the fury of the oppressor, as if he were ready to destroy? and where is the fury of the oppressor?
௧௩துன்பம் செய்கிறவன் அழிக்க ஆயத்தமாகிறபோது, நீ அவனுடைய கடுங்கோபத்திற்கு எப்போதும் இடைவிடாமல் பயப்படுகிறதென்ன? துன்பம் செய்கிறவனுடைய கடுங்கோபம் எங்கே?
14 The captive exile hastens that he may be loosed, and that he should not die in the pit, nor that his bread should fail.
௧௪சிறைப்பட்டுப்போனவன் துரிதமாக விடுதலையாவான்; அவன் குழியிலே சாவதுமில்லை, அவனுடைய அப்பம் குறைவுபடுவதுமில்லை.
15 But I am the LORD your God, that divided the sea, whose waves roared: The LORD of hosts is his name.
௧௫உன் தேவனாயிருக்கிற யெகோவா நானே; அலைகள் கொந்தளிக்கத்தக்கதாக கடலைக் குலுக்குகிற சேனைகளின் யெகோவா என்கிற நாமமுள்ளவர்.
16 And I have put my words in your mouth, and I have covered you in the shadow of mine hand, that I may plant the heavens, and lay the foundations of the earth, and say unto Zion, You are my people.
௧௬நான் வானத்தை நிலைப்படுத்தி, பூமியை அஸ்திபாரப்படுத்தி, சீயோனை நோக்கி: நீ என் மக்கள்கூட்டமென்று சொல்வதற்காக, நான் என் வார்த்தையை உன் வாயிலே அருளி, என் கரத்தின் நிழலினால் உன்னை மறைக்கிறேன்.
17 Awake, awake, stand up, O Jerusalem, which have drunk at the hand of the LORD the cup of his fury; you have drunken the dregs of the cup of trembling, and wrung them out.
௧௭எழும்பு, எழும்பு, யெகோவாவுடைய கடுங்கோபத்தின் பாத்திரத்தை அவருடைய கையில் வாங்கிக் குடித்திருக்கிற எருசலேமே, எழுந்துநில், தத்தளிக்கச்செய்யும் பாத்திரத்தின் வண்டல்களை உறிஞ்சிக் குடித்தாய்.
18 There is none to guide her among all the sons whom she has brought forth; neither is there any that takes her by the hand of all the sons that she has brought up.
௧௮அவள் பெற்ற மக்கள் அனைவருக்குள்ளும் அவளை நடத்துவார் ஒருவருமில்லை; அவள் வளர்த்த மகன்கள் எல்லோரிலும் அவளைக் கைகொடுத்து அழைப்பார் ஒருவருமில்லை.
19 These two things are come unto you; who shall be sorry for you? desolation, and destruction, and the famine, and the sword: by whom shall I comfort you?
௧௯இவ்விரண்டும் உனக்குச் சம்பவித்தது; உன்னை ஆறுதல்படுத்துகிறவன் யார்? பாழாகுதலும், அழிவும், பஞ்சமும், பட்டயமும் வந்தன; யாரைக்கொண்டு உன்னை ஆறுதல்படுத்துவேன்?
20 Your sons have fainted, they lie at the head of all the streets, as a wild bull in a net: they are full of the fury of the LORD, the rebuke of your God.
௨0உன் மகன்கள் தளர்ந்து விழுந்தார்கள்; அவர்கள், வலையிலே சிக்கிய கலைமானைப்போல, அனைத்து வீதிகளின் முனையிலும், யெகோவாவுடைய கடுங்கோபத்தினாலும், உன் தேவனுடைய கடிந்துகொள்ளுதலினாலும் நிறைந்தவர்களாய்க் கிடக்கிறார்கள்.
21 Therefore hear now this, you afflicted, and drunken, but not with wine:
௨௧ஆகையால் சிறுமைப்பட்டவளே, மதுபானங்குடிக்காமல் வெறிகொண்டவளே, நீ கேள்.
22 Thus says your Lord the LORD, and your God that pleads the cause of his people, Behold, I have taken out of your hand the cup of trembling, even the dregs of the cup of my fury; you shall no more drink it again:
௨௨கர்த்தராகிய உன் ஆண்டவரும் தம்முடைய மக்களுக்காக வழக்காடப்போகிற உன் தேவனுமானவர் சொல்கிறது என்னவென்றால்: இதோ, தத்தளிப்பின் பாத்திரத்தை உன் கையிலிருந்து நீக்கிப்போடுகிறேன், இனி என் கடுங்கோபத்தினுடைய பாத்திரத்தின் வண்டல்களை நீ குடிப்பதில்லை.
23 But I will put it into the hand of them that afflict you; which have said to your soul, Bow down, that we may go over: and you have laid your body as the ground, and as the street, to them that went over.
௨௩உன்னை நோக்கி: நாங்கள் கடந்துபோகும்படிக்குக் குனியென்று சொல்லி, கடந்துபோகிறவர்களுக்கு நீ உன் முதுகைத் தரையும் வீதியுமாக்கும்படி, உன்னைச் சஞ்சலப்படுத்தினவர்களின் கையில் அதைக் கொடுப்பேன் என்றார்.
