Galatians 1
1 Paul, an apostle, (not of men, neither by man, but by Jesus Christ, and God the Father, who raised him from the dead; )
ⲁ̅ⲡⲁⲩⲗⲟⲥ ⳿ⲡⲁⲡⲟⲥⲧⲟⲗⲟⲥ ⳿ⲉⲃⲟⲗ ϧⲉⲛ ⲣⲱⲙⲓ ⲁⲛ ⲟⲩⲇⲉ ⳿ⲉⲃⲟⲗ ϩⲓⲧⲉⲛ ⲣⲱⲙⲓ ⲁⲛ ⲁⲗⲗⲁ ⳿ⲉⲃⲟⲗ ϩⲓⲧⲉⲛ Ⲓⲏ̅ⲥ̅ Ⲡⲭ̅ⲥ̅ ⲛⲉⲙ ⲫϯ ⳿ⲫⲓⲱⲧ ⲫⲁⲓ ⲉⲧⲁϥⲧⲟⲩⲛⲟⲥϥ ⳿ⲉⲃⲟⲗ ϧⲉⲛ ⲛⲏⲉⲑⲙⲱⲟⲩⲧ.
2 And all the brethren which are with me, unto the churches of Galatia:
ⲃ̅ⲛⲉⲙ ⲛⲓ⳿ⲥⲛⲏⲟⲩ ⲧⲏⲣⲟⲩ ⲉⲑⲛⲉⲙⲏⲓ ⳿ⲛⲛⲓⲉⲕ⳿ⲕⲗⲏ ⲥⲓⲁ ⳿ⲛⲧⲉ ⳿ⲧⲅⲁⲗⲁⲧⲓⲁ.
3 Grace be to you and peace from God the Father, and from our Lord Jesus Christ,
ⲅ̅⳿ⲡ⳿ϩⲙⲟⲧ ⲛⲱⲧⲉⲛ ⲛⲉⲙ ⳿ⲧϩⲓⲣⲏⲛⲏ ⳿ⲉⲃⲟⲗ ϩⲓⲧⲉⲛ ⲫϯ ⲡⲉⲛⲓⲱⲧ ⲛⲉⲙ ⲡⲉⲛ⳪ Ⲓⲏ̅ⲥ̅ Ⲡⲭ̅ⲥ̅.
4 Who gave himself for our sins, that he might deliver us from this present evil world, according to the will of God and our Father: (aiōn g165)
ⲇ̅ⲫⲁⲓ ⲉⲧⲁϥⲧⲏⲓϥ ⳿ⲉ⳿ϩⲣⲏⲓ ⳿ⲉϫⲉⲛ ⲛⲉⲛⲛⲟⲃⲓ ϣⲁⲧⲉϥⲛⲁϩⲙⲉⲛ ⳿ⲉⲃⲟⲗ ϧⲉⲛ ⲡⲁⲓⲉⲛⲉϩ ⲉⲧϩⲱⲟⲩ ⲉⲧϣⲟⲡ ⲕⲁⲧⲁ ⲡⲉⲧⲉϩⲛⲁϥ ⳿ⲙⲫϯ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⳿ⲫⲓⲱⲧ. (aiōn g165)
ⲉ̅ⲫⲏⲉⲧⲉ ⲫⲱϥ ⲡⲉ ⲡⲓⲱⲟⲩ ϣⲁ ⲉⲛⲉϩ ⳿ⲛⲧⲉ ⲛⲓⲉⲛⲉϩ ⲁⲙⲏⲛ. (aiōn g165)
6 I marvel that all of you are so soon removed from him that called you into the grace of Christ unto another gospel:
ⲋ̅ϯⲉⲣ⳿ϣⲫⲏⲣⲓ ϫⲉ ⲡⲁⲓⲣⲏϯ ⳿ⲛⲭⲱⲗⲉⲙ ⲥⲉⲟⲩⲱⲧⲉⲃ ⳿ⲙⲙⲱⲧⲉⲛ ⳿ⲉⲃⲟⲗ ⲥⲁⲃⲟⲗ ⳿ⲙⲫⲏⲉⲧⲁϥⲑⲁϩⲉⲙ ⲑⲏⲛⲟⲩ ϧⲉⲛ ⳿ⲡ⳿ϩⲙⲟⲧ ⳿ⲙⲠⲭ̅ⲥ̅ ⳿ⲉⲕⲉⲉⲩⲁⲅⲅⲉⲗⲓⲟⲛ.
7 Which is not another; but there be some that trouble you, and would pervert the gospel of Christ.
ⲍ̅ⲉⲧⲉ ⲕⲉⲟⲩⲁⲓ ⲁⲛ ⲡⲉ ⳿ⲉⲃⲏⲗ ⲁⲣⲏⲟⲩ ϫⲉ ⲟⲩⲟⲛ ϩⲁⲛⲟⲩⲟⲛ ⲉⲩ⳿ϣⲑⲟⲣⲧⲉⲣ ⳿ⲙⲙⲱⲧⲉⲛ ⲉⲩⲟⲩⲱϣ ⳿ⲉⲫⲉⲛϩ ⲡⲓⲉⲩⲁⲅⲅⲉⲗⲓⲟⲛ ⳿ⲛⲧⲉ Ⲡⲭ̅ⲥ̅.
8 But though we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel unto you than that which we have preached unto you, let him be accursed.
ⲏ̅ⲁⲗⲗⲁ ⲕⲁⲛ ⳿ⲁⲛⲟⲛ ⲓⲉ ⲟⲩⲁⲅⲅⲉⲗⲟⲥ ⳿ⲉⲃⲟⲗ ϧⲉⲛ ⳿ⲧⲫⲉ ⳿ⲛⲧⲉϥϩⲓϣⲉⲛⲛⲟⲩϥⲓ ⲛⲱⲧⲉⲛ ⲥⲁⲃⲟⲗ ⳿ⲙⲫⲏⲉⲧⲁⲛϩⲓϣⲉⲛⲛⲟⲩϥⲓ ⳿ⲙⲙⲟϥ ⲛⲱⲧⲉⲛ ⲙⲁⲣⲉϥϣⲱⲡⲓ ⳿ⲛⲟⲩⲁⲛⲁⲑⲉⲙⲁ.
9 As we said before, so say I now again, if any man preach any other gospel unto you than that all of you have received, let him be accursed.
ⲑ̅⳿ⲙ⳿ⲫⲣⲏϯ ⲉⲧⲁⲛⲉⲣϣⲟⲣⲡ ⳿ⲛϫⲟⲥ ⲛⲉⲙ ϯ ⲛⲟⲩ ⲟⲛ ϯϫⲱ ⳿ⲙⲙⲟⲥ ϫⲉ ⲫⲏⲉⲑⲛⲁϩⲓϣⲉⲛⲛⲟⲩϥⲓ ⲛⲱⲧⲉⲛ ⲥⲁⲃⲟⲗ ⳿ⲙⲫⲏⲉⲧⲁⲣⲉⲧⲉⲛϭⲓⲧϥ ⲙⲁⲣⲉϥϣⲱⲡⲓ ⳿ⲛⲟⲩⲁⲛⲁⲑⲉⲙⲁ.
10 For do I now persuade men, or God? or do I seek to please men? for if I yet pleased men, I should not be the servant of Christ.
ⲓ̅ϯⲛⲟⲩ ⲅⲁⲣ ⲁⲓⲑⲱⲧ ⳿ⲙ⳿ⲡϩⲏⲧ ⳿ⲛⲛⲓⲣⲱⲙⲓ ϣⲁⲛ ⲫϯ ϣⲁⲛ ⲁⲓⲕⲱϯ ⳿ⲛⲥⲁ ⲣⲁⲛⲁϥ ⳿ⲛⲣⲱⲙⲓ ⲓⲥϫⲉ ⲛⲁⲓⲣⲁⲛⲁϥ ⳿ⲛⲣⲱⲙⲓ ⲟⲛ ⲓⲉ ⳿ⲁⲛⲟⲕ ⲟⲩⲃⲱⲕ ⲁⲛ ϫⲉ ⳿ⲛⲧⲉ Ⲡⲭ̅ⲥ̅.
11 But I certify you, brethren, that the gospel which was preached of me is not after man.
ⲓ̅ⲁ̅ϯⲧⲁⲙⲟ ⲇⲉ ⳿ⲙⲙⲱⲧⲉⲛ ⲛⲁ⳿ⲥⲛⲏⲟⲩ ⳿ⲉⲡⲓⲉⲩⲁⲅⲅⲉⲗⲓⲟⲛ ⲫⲏⲉⲧⲁⲩϩⲓϣⲉⲛⲛⲟⲩϥⲓ ⳿ⲙⲙⲟϥ ⳿ⲉⲃⲟⲗ ϩⲓⲧⲟⲧ ϫⲉ ⳿ⲛⲟⲩⲕⲁⲧⲁ ⲣⲱⲙⲓ ⲁⲛ ⲡⲉ.
12 For I neither received it of man, neither was I taught it, but by the revelation of Jesus Christ.
ⲓ̅ⲃ̅ⲟⲩⲇⲉ ⲅⲁⲣ ⳿ⲁⲛⲟⲕ ⲉⲧⲁⲓϭⲓⲧϥ ⳿ⲛⲧⲉⲛ ⲣⲱⲙⲓ ⲁⲛ ⲟⲩⲇⲉ ⲛⲉⲧⲁⲩϯ⳿ⲥⲃⲱ ⲛⲏⲓ ⳿ⲉⲣⲟϥ ⲁⲛ ⲁⲗⲗⲁ ⳿ⲉⲃⲟⲗ ϩⲓⲧⲉⲛ ⲟⲩϭⲱⲣⲡ ⳿ⲉⲃⲟⲗ ⳿ⲛⲧⲉ Ⲓⲏ̅ⲥ̅ Ⲡⲭ̅ⲥ̅.
13 For all of you have heard of my conversation in time past in the Jews' religion, how that beyond measure I persecuted the church of God, and wasted it:
ⲓ̅ⲅ̅ⲁⲧⲉⲧⲉⲛⲥⲱⲧⲉⲙ ⲅⲁⲣ ⳿ⲉⲡⲁϫⲓⲛⲙⲟϣⲓ ⳿ⲙⲡⲓⲥⲏⲟⲩ ⳿ⲛ⳿ϩⲣⲏⲓ ϧⲉⲛ ϯⲙⲉⲧⲓⲟⲩⲇⲁⲓ ϫⲉ ⳿ⲛ⳿ϩⲣⲏⲓ ϧⲉⲛ ⲟⲩⲙⲉⲧϩⲟⲩ⳿ⲟ ⲛⲁⲓϭⲟϫⲓ ⳿ⲛⲥⲁ ϯⲉⲕ⳿ⲕⲗⲏ ⲥⲓⲁ ⳿ⲛⲧⲉ ⲫϯ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲛⲁⲓϣⲱϥ ⳿ⲙⲙⲟⲥ.
14 And profited in the Jews' religion above many my equals in mine own nation, being more exceedingly zealous of the traditions of my fathers.
ⲓ̅ⲇ̅ⲛⲁⲓⲉⲣ⳿ⲡⲣⲟⲕⲟⲡⲧⲓⲛ ϧⲉⲛ ϯⲙⲉⲧⲓⲟⲩⲇⲁⲓ ⳿ⲉϩⲟⲧⲉ ⲟⲩⲙⲏϣ ⳿ⲛⲧⲉ ⲧⲁⲙⲁⲓⲏ ϧⲉⲛ ⲡⲁⲅⲉⲛⲟⲥ ⲉⲓⲟⲓ ⳿ⲛⲣⲉϥⲭⲟϩ ⳿ⲛϩⲟⲩ⳿ⲟ ⳿ⲉⲛⲏⲉⲧⲁ ⲛⲁⲓⲟϯ ⲧⲏⲓⲧⲟⲩ ⳿ⲉⲧⲟⲧ.
15 But when it pleased God, who separated me from my mother's womb, and called me by his grace,
ⲓ̅ⲉ̅ϩⲟⲧⲉ ⲇⲉ ⲉⲧⲁϥϯⲙⲁϯ ⳿ⲛϫⲉ ⲫϯ ⲫⲏⲉⲧⲁϥⲫⲟⲣϫⲧ ⳿ⲉⲃⲟⲗ ϧⲉⲛ ⳿ⲑⲛⲉϫⲓ ⳿ⲛⲧⲉ ⲧⲁⲙⲁⲩ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲁϥⲑⲁϩⲙⲉⲧ ϩⲓⲧⲉⲛ ⲡⲉϥ⳿ϩⲙⲟⲧ.
16 To reveal his Son in me, that I might preach him among the heathen; immediately I conferred not with flesh and blood:
ⲓ̅ⲋ̅⳿ⲉϭⲱⲣⲡ ⳿ⲙⲡⲉϥϣⲏⲣⲓ ⳿ⲉⲃⲟⲗ ⳿ⲛϧⲏⲧ ϩⲓⲛⲁ ⳿ⲛⲧⲁϩⲓϣⲉⲛⲛⲟⲩϥⲓ ⳿ⲙⲙⲟϥ ϧⲉⲛ ⲛⲓⲉⲑⲛⲟⲥ ⲥⲁⲧⲟⲧ ⳿ⲙⲡⲓⲟⲩⲁϩⲧ ⳿ⲛⲥⲁ ⲥⲁⲣⲝ ϩⲓ ⳿ⲥⲛⲟϥ.
17 Neither went I up to Jerusalem to them which were apostles before me; but I went into Arabia, and returned again unto Damascus.
ⲓ̅ⲍ̅ⲟⲩⲇⲉ ⳿ⲙⲡⲓϣⲉ ⳿ⲉ⳿ϩⲣⲏⲓ ⳿ⲉ⳿ⲓⲗ̅ⲏ̅ⲙ̅ ϣⲁ ⲛⲓⲁⲡⲟⲥⲧⲟⲗⲟⲥ ⲉⲧϧⲁϫⲱⲓ ⲁⲗⲗⲁ ⲁⲓϣⲉ ⲛⲏⲓ ⳿ⲉ⳿ⲧⲁⲣⲁⲃⲓⲁ ⲡⲁⲗⲓⲛ ⲟⲛ ⲁⲓⲕⲟⲧⲧ ⳿ⲉⲇⲁⲙⲁⲥⲕⲟⲥ.
18 Then after three years I went up to Jerusalem to see Peter, and abode with him fifteen days.
ⲓ̅ⲏ̅ⲓⲧⲁ ⲙⲉⲛⲉⲛⲥⲁ ⲅ̅ ⳿ⲛⲣⲟⲙⲡⲓ ⲁⲓϣⲉ ⲛⲏⲓ ⳿ⲉ⳿ϩⲣⲏⲓ ⳿ⲉ⳿ⲓⲗ̅ⲏ̅ⲙ̅ ⳿ⲉⲛⲁⲩ ⳿ⲉⲕⲏⲫⲁ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲁⲓⲟϩⲓ ϧⲁⲧⲟⲧϥ ⳿ⲙⲓ̅ⲉ̅ ⳿ⲛ⳿ⲉϩⲟⲟⲩ.
19 But other of the apostles saw I none, save James the Lord's brother.
ⲓ̅ⲑ̅ⲕⲉⲟⲩⲁⲓ ⲇⲉ ⳿ⲛⲛⲓⲁⲡⲟⲥⲧⲟⲗⲟⲥ ⳿ⲙⲡⲓⲛⲁⲩ ⳿ⲉⲣⲟϥ ⳿ⲉⲃⲏⲗ ⳿ⲉⲓⲁⲕⲱⲃⲟⲥ ⳿ⲡⲥⲟⲛ ⳿ⲙⲠ⳪.
20 Now the things which I write unto you, behold, before God, I lie not.
ⲕ̅ⲛⲏ ⲇⲉ ⳿ⲉϯ⳿ⲥϧⲁⲓ ⳿ⲙⲙⲱⲟⲩ ⲛⲱⲧⲉⲛ ⲓⲥ ϩⲏⲡⲡⲉ ⳿ⲙⲡⲉ⳿ⲙⲑⲟ ⳿ⲙⲫϯ ϫⲉ ⳿ⲛϯϫⲉⲙⲉⲑⲛⲟⲩϫ ⲁⲛ.
21 Afterwards I came into the regions of Syria and Cilicia;
ⲕ̅ⲁ̅ⲙⲉⲛⲉⲛⲥⲁ ⲛⲁⲓ ⲇⲉ ⲁⲓ⳿ⲓ ⳿ⲉⲛⲓⲥⲁ ⳿ⲛⲧⲉ ϯⲥⲩⲣⲓⲁ ⲛⲉⲙ ϯⲕⲩⲗⲓⲕⲓⲁ.
22 And was unknown by face unto the churches of Judaea which were in Christ:
ⲕ̅ⲃ̅ⲛⲁⲩⲥⲱⲟⲩⲛ ⲇⲉ ⳿ⲙⲙⲟⲓ ⲡⲉ ϧⲉⲛ ⲡⲁϩⲟ ⳿ⲛϫⲉ ⲛⲓⲉⲕ⳿ⲕⲗⲏⲥⲓⲁ ⳿ⲛⲧⲉ ϯⲓⲟⲩⲇⲉ⳿ⲁ ⲛⲏⲉⲧϧⲉⲛ Ⲡⲭ̅ⲥ̅.
23 But they had heard only, That he which persecuted us in times past now preaches the faith which once he destroyed.
ⲕ̅ⲅ̅ⲙⲟⲛⲟⲛ ⲇⲉ ⲛⲉϣⲁⲩⲥⲱⲧⲉⲙ ⲡⲉ ϫⲉ ⲫⲏ ⳿ⲉⲛⲁϥϭⲟϫⲓ ⳿ⲛⲥⲱⲛ ⳿ⲙⲡⲓⲥⲏⲟⲩ ϯⲛⲟⲩ ⳿ϥϩⲓϣⲉⲛⲛⲟⲩϥⲓ ⳿ⲙⲡⲓⲛⲁϩϯ ⲫⲏ ⳿ⲉⲛⲁϥϣⲱϥ ⳿ⲙⲙⲟϥ ⳿ⲙⲙⲟϥ ⳿ⲛⲟⲩⲥⲏⲟⲩ.
24 And they glorified God in me.
ⲕ̅ⲇ̅ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲛⲁⲩϯⲱⲟⲩ ⳿ⲙⲫϯ ⲡⲉ ⳿ⲛ⳿ϧⲣⲏⲓ ⳿ⲛϧⲏⲧ
