< Ezekiel 7 >
1 Moreover the word of the LORD came unto me, saying,
Ọ̀rọ̀ Olúwa tọ̀ mí wá:
2 Also, you son of man, thus says the Lord GOD unto the land of Israel; An end, the end has come upon the four corners of the land.
“Ọmọ ènìyàn, báyìí ni Olúwa Olódùmarè wí sí ilé Israẹli: “‘Òpin! Òpin ti dé sí igun mẹ́rẹ̀ẹ̀rin ilẹ̀ náà!
3 Now is the end come upon you, and I will send mine anger upon you, and will judge you according to your ways, and will recompense upon you all of your abominations.
Òpin tí dé sí ọ báyìí, èmi yóò sì tú ìbínú mi jáde sí ọ, èmi yóò dájọ́ rẹ gẹ́gẹ́ bí ìwà rẹ, èmi yóò sì san án fún ọ gẹ́gẹ́ bí gbogbo ìwà ìríra rẹ.
4 And mine eye shall not spare you, neither will I have pity: but I will recompense your ways upon you, and your abominations shall be in the midst of you: and all of you shall know that I am the LORD.
Ojú mi kò ní i dá ọ sì, bẹ́ẹ̀ ni èmi kì yóò ṣàánú; ṣùgbọ́n èmi yóò san án fún ọ gẹ́gẹ́ bí ọ̀nà rẹ àti gbogbo ìwà ìríra tó wà láàrín rẹ. Nígbà náà ní ẹ̀yin yóò mọ̀ pé èmi ni Olúwa.’
5 Thus says the Lord GOD; An evil, an only evil, behold, has come.
“Èyí ni Olúwa Olódùmarè wí: “‘Ibi! Ibi kan ṣoṣo. Kíyèsi, ó bọ̀ ní orí rẹ!
6 An end has come, the end has come: it watches for you; behold, it has come.
Òpin ti dé! Òpin ti dé! Ó ti dìde lòdì sí ọ. Kíyèsi, ó ti dé!
7 The morning has come unto you, O you that dwell in the land: the time has come, the day of trouble is near, and not the sounding again of the mountains.
Ìparun ti dé sórí rẹ, ìwọ tó ń gbé ní ilẹ̀ náà. Àkókò náà dé! Ọjọ́ wàhálà ti súnmọ́ etílé! Kì í ṣe ọjọ́ ariwo ayọ̀ lórí òkè.
8 Now will I shortly pour out my fury upon you, and accomplish mine anger upon you: and I will judge you according to your ways, and will recompense you for all of your abominations.
Mo ṣetán láti tú ìbínú gbígbóná mi lé ọ lórí àti láti lo ìbínú mi lórí rẹ gẹ́gẹ́ bí gbogbo ọ̀nà rẹ, èmi yóò sì dá ọ lẹ́jọ́ gẹ́gẹ́ bí ọ̀nà rẹ àti gẹ́gẹ́ bí ìwà ìríra rẹ ni èmi yóò sì san án fún ọ.
9 And mine eye shall not spare, neither will I have pity: I will recompense you according to your ways and your abominations that are in the midst of you; and all of you shall know that I am the LORD that strikes.
Ojú mi kò ní i dá ọ sí, Èmi kò sì ní wò ọ́ pẹ̀lú àánú; èmi yóò san án fún ọ gẹ́gẹ́ bí ọ̀nà rẹ àti fún gbogbo ìwà ìríra tí wà láàrín rẹ. “‘Nígbà náà ní ẹ o mọ̀ pé Èmi Olúwa lo kọlù yín.
10 Behold the day, behold, it has come: the morning is gone forth; the rod has blossomed, pride has budded.
“‘Ọjọ́ náà dé! Kíyèsi ó ti dé! Ìparun ti bú jáde, ọ̀pá ti tanná, ìgbéraga ti rúdí!
11 Violence has risen up into a rod of wickedness: none of them shall remain, nor of their multitude, nor of any of their's: neither shall there be wailing for them.
Ìwà ipá ti di ọ̀pá ìwà búburú; ọ̀pá láti jẹ ẹni búburú ní ìyà. Kò sí nínú wọn tí yóò ṣẹ́kù, tàbí nínú ọ̀pọ̀lọpọ̀ wọn, kò sí nínú ọrọ̀ wọn, kò sí ohun tí ó ní iye.
12 The time has come, the day draws near: let not the buyer rejoice, nor the seller mourn: for wrath is upon all the multitude thereof.
Àkókò náà dé! Ọjọ́ náà ti dé! Kí òǹrajà má ṣe yọ̀, bẹ́ẹ̀ ni ki òǹtajà má ṣe ṣọ̀fọ̀; nítorí, ìbínú gbígbóná wà lórí gbogbo ènìyàn.
13 For the seller shall not return to that which is sold, although they were yet alive: for the vision is concerning the whole multitude thereof, which shall not return; neither shall any strengthen himself in the iniquity of his life.
Nítorí pé òǹtajà kì yóò rí gbà padà dúkìá èyí tó tà níwọ̀n ìgbà ti àwọn méjèèjì bá wà láààyè. Nítorí ìran tó kan gbogbo ènìyàn yìí kò ní yí padà. Nítorí ẹ̀ṣẹ̀ wọn, kò sí ọ̀kan nínú wọn tí yóò gba ara rẹ̀ là.
14 They have blown the trumpet, even to make all ready; but none goes to the battle: for my wrath is upon all the multitude thereof.
“‘Wọ́n ti fọn ìpè ogun, tí wọ́n sì pèsè ohun gbogbo sílẹ̀, ṣùgbọ́n kò sí ẹni tí yóò lọ ojú ogun, nítorí ìbínú gbígbóná mi ti wà lórí gbogbo ènìyàn.
15 The sword is without, and the pestilence and the famine within: he that is in the field shall die with the sword; and he that is in the city, famine and pestilence shall devour him.
Idà wà ní ìta, àjàkálẹ̀-ààrùn àti ìyàn wà nílé, idà yóò pa ẹni tó bá wà ní orílẹ̀-èdè, àjàkálẹ̀-ààrùn àti ìyàn yóò pa ẹni tó bá wà ní ìlú.
16 But they that escape of them shall escape, and shall be on the mountains like doves of the valleys, all of them mourning, every one for his iniquity.
Gbogbo àwọn tí ó bọ́ nínú wọn yóò sálà, wọn yóò sì wà lórí òkè. Bí i àdàbà inú àfonífojì, gbogbo wọn yóò máa ṣọ̀fọ̀, olúkúlùkù nítorí àìṣedéédéé rẹ̀.
17 All hands shall be feeble, and all knees shall be weak as water.
Gbogbo ọwọ́ yóò rọ, gbogbo orúnkún yóò di aláìlágbára bí omi.
18 They shall also gird themselves with sackcloth, and horror shall cover them; and shame shall be upon all faces, and baldness upon all their heads.
Wọn yóò wọ aṣọ ọ̀fọ̀, ẹ̀rù yóò sì bò wọ́n mọ́lẹ̀, ìtìjú yóò mù wọn, wọn yóò sì fá irun wọn.
19 They shall cast their silver in the streets, and their gold shall be removed: their silver and their gold shall not be able to deliver them in the day of the wrath of the LORD: they shall not satisfy their souls, neither fill their bowels: because it is the stumbling block of their iniquity.
“‘Wọn yóò dà fàdákà wọn sí ojú pópó, wúrà wọn yóò sì dàbí èérí fàdákà àti wúrà wọn kò ní le gbà wọ́n ní ọjọ́ ìbínú gbígbóná Olúwa. Wọn kò ní le jẹun tẹ́ ra wọn lọ́rùn tàbí kí wọn kún ikùn wọn pẹ̀lú oúnjẹ nítorí pé ó ti di ohun ìkọ̀sẹ̀ fún wọn.
20 As for the beauty of his ornament, he set it in majesty: but they made the images of their abominations and of their detestable things therein: therefore have I set it far from them.
Wọ́n ń ṣe ìgbéraga pẹ̀lú ohun ọ̀ṣọ́ wọn tí ó lẹ́wà, wọn sì ti fi ṣe òrìṣà, wọn sì tún ya àwòrán ìríra wọn níbẹ̀. Nítorí náà, èmi yóò sọ àwọn nǹkan wọ̀nyí di aláìmọ́ fún wọn.
21 And I will give it into the hands of the strangers for a prey, and to the wicked of the earth for a spoil; and they shall pollute it.
Èmi yóò sì fi àwọn nǹkan wọ̀nyí ṣe ìjẹ fún àjèjì àti ìkógun fún àwọn ènìyàn búburú ayé, wọn yóò sì sọ ọ́ di aláìmọ́.
22 My face will I turn also from them, and they shall pollute my secret place: for the robbers shall enter into it, and defile it.
Èmi yóò gbójú mi kúrò lára wọn, àwọn ọlọ́ṣà yóò sì sọ ibi ìṣúra mi di aláìmọ́; àwọn ọlọ́ṣà yóò wọ inú rẹ̀, wọn yóò sì bà á jẹ́.
23 Make a chain: for the land is full of bloody crimes, and the city is full of violence.
“‘Rọ ẹ̀wọ̀n irin! Nítorí pé ilẹ̀ náà kún fún ẹ̀ṣẹ̀ ìtàjẹ̀ sílẹ̀, ìlú náà sí kún fún ìwà ipá.
24 Wherefore I will bring the worst of the heathen, and they shall possess their houses: I will also make the pomp of the strong to cease; and their holy places shall be defiled.
Èmi yóò mú kí orílẹ̀-èdè ti ó búburú jùlọ láti jogún ilé wọn. Èmi yóò sì fi òpin sí ìgbéraga àwọn alágbára, ibi mímọ́ wọn yóò sì di bíbàjẹ́.
25 Destruction comes; and they shall seek peace, and there shall be none.
Nígbà tí ìpayà bá dé, wọn yóò wá àlàáfíà, lórí asán.
26 Mischief shall come upon mischief, and rumour shall be upon rumour; then shall they seek a vision of the prophet; but the law shall perish from the priest, and counsel from the ancients.
Wàhálà lórí wàhálà yóò dé, ìdágìrì lórí ìdágìrì. Nígbà náà ni wọn yóò wá ìran lọ́dọ̀ wòlíì, ṣùgbọ́n ẹ̀kọ́ òfin yóò parun lọ́dọ̀ àlùfáà, bẹ́ẹ̀ ni ìmọ̀ràn yóò ṣègbé lọ́dọ̀ àwọn àgbàgbà.
27 The king shall mourn, and the prince shall be clothed with desolation, and the hands of the people of the land shall be troubled: I will do unto them after their way, and according to their deserts will I judge them; and they shall know that I am the LORD.
Ọba yóò ṣọ̀fọ̀, ọmọ-aládé yóò wà láìní ìrètí, ọwọ́ àwọn ènìyàn ilẹ̀ náà yóò wárìrì. Èmi yóò ṣe é fún wọn gẹ́gẹ́ bí ìṣe wọn, èmi yóò ṣe ìdájọ́ wọn gẹ́gẹ́ bí ìgbékalẹ̀ wọn. Nígbà náà ni wọn yóò mọ̀ pé èmi ní Olúwa.’”
