Colossians 2
1 For I would that all of you knew what great conflict I have for you, and for them at Laodicea, and for as many as have not seen my face in the flesh;
Nigana mmanyai chanihenga lihengu chakukangamala ndava yinu, ndava ya vandu va Laodikea na ndava ya vandu voha vevangakonganeka na nene.
2 That their hearts might be comforted, being knit together in (agape) love, and unto all riches of the full assurance of understanding, to the acknowledgement of the mystery of God, and of the Father, and of Christ;
Nikita chenichi muni kwa kuvakangamalisa mitima kangi kuletwa pamonga muuganu muni mumemeswa mota za kumanya uchakaka. Muni muhotola kumanya mambu gegafiyiki na Chapanga, mambu ago ndi Kilisitu mwene.
3 In whom are hid all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge.
Mugati yaki mwene vifiyiki vindu vyamahele na luhala na umanya wa Chapanga.
4 And this I say, lest any man should beguile you with enticing words.
Hinu, nikuvajovela, mkoto kuyidikila kukongwa na mundu yoyoha kwa malovi ga udese hati ngati ga kuchenjela.
5 For though I be absent in the flesh, yet am I with you in the (pneuma) spirit, rejoicing and beholding your order, and the steadfastness of your faith in Christ.
Muni, pamonga na nene kuvya patali na nyenye kwa higa, nambu nivili pamonga na nyenye mumtima, ukuvaholalela neju, na niheka kulola mambu ginu chegihamba bwina na kuyima musadika yinu kwa Kilisitu.
6 As all of you have therefore received Christ Jesus the Lord, so walk all of you in him:
Muni nyenye mumyidikili Yesu Kilisitu mweavili Bambu, muyendelela kutama mukuwungana nayu.
7 Rooted and built up in him, and established in the faith, as all of you have been taught, abounding therein with thanksgiving.
Muyendelela kumsadika ngati kusopa mikiga mugati yaki na kuujenga wumi waki na kuvya kuyima mukukangamala musadika ngati chamwawuliwi. Mvya vandu vakusengusa.
8 Beware lest any man spoil you through philosophy and vain deceit, after the tradition of men, after the rudiments of the world, and not after Christ.
Mlola, hinu, mundu akotoka kuvayagisa kwa kuvakonga muluhala lwa chimundu wewihuma mumawuliwu ga vandu vevapewili na vagogo vavi na mizuka yeyilongosa pamulima, na lepi Kilisitu mwene!
9 For in him dwells all the fullness of the Godhead bodily.
Muni, mugati ya Kilisitu umundu waki, uvi utimilifu woha wa Chapanga,
10 And all of you are complete in him, which is the head of all principality and power:
na nyenye mpewili wumi weudandasiki mukuwungana Kilisitu. Mwene avi na uhotola panani ya mizuka yoha na vakulu voha.
11 In whom also all of you are circumcised with the circumcision made without hands, in putting off the body of the sins of the flesh by the circumcision of Christ:
Mukuwungana na Kilisitu nyenye mwadumwili jandu, nambu lepi yeyikitiwa na vandu, ndi yeyikitiwa na Kilisitu mwene. Na yeniyo ndi lihengu la kuvagombola vandu kuhuma mnogo wavi uhakau wewavelikwi nawu mukumbudila Chapanga.
12 Buried with him in baptism, wherein also all of you are risen with him through the faith of the operation of God, who has raised him from the dead.
Muni pemwabatizwi mwazikiwi pamonga na Kilisitu na mukubatiziwa kwenuko mweayukiswi kwa kusadika makakala ga Chapanga gegamuyukisi Kilisitu.
13 And you, being dead in your sins and the uncircumcision of your flesh, has he quickened together with him, having forgiven you all trespasses;
Lukumbi lumonga mwavili ngati vandu mwemwafwili ndava ya kumbudila Chapanga, na kubela kudumuliwa jandu muhiga zinu, ndava ya mnogo winu uhakau wemwavelekiwi nawu wavili wakona kuwusiwa. Nambu hinu Chapanga avapelili nyenye wumi pamonga na Kilisitu. Chapanga atilekekekisi kumbudila chapanga kwoha.
14 Blotting out the handwriting of ordinances that was against us, which was contrary to us, and took it out of the way, nailing it to his cross;
Awusili kutali balua yeyayandiki uhakau witu. Hati yeniyo ya malagizu gaki ndi Chapanga ngalihengili mukutihamula ndi ayiwusili chakaka kwa kuyigongomela pamsalaba.
15 And having spoiled principalities and powers, he made a show of them openly, triumphing over them in it.
Penapo pamsalaba Kilisitu avanyagili makakala gavi mizuka yeyitalalila na vakulu, avakitili kuvya chindu cha kuvapela soni palongolo ya vandu kuvalundusa ngati vandu vevakamuliwi kungondo kulangisa avahotwili.
16 Let no man therefore judge you in food, or in drink, or in respect of an holyday, or of the new moon, or of the sabbath days:
Hinu ndi, mkoto kuyidakila kupewa malagizu na mundu yoyoha kuvala vyakulya na mnyweso, ligono la mselebuko, amala kukamulila mvelu wa ligono la mselebuko, kuvandama kwa mwehi amala Ligono la Kupumulila.
17 Which are a shadow of things to come; but the body is of Christ.
Mambu ngati ago ndi chimuwili cha gala gegibwela, uchakaka wene wa mambu goha ndi Kilisitu.
18 Let no man beguile you of your reward in a voluntary humility and worshipping of angels, intruding into those things which he has not seen, vainly puffed up by his fleshly mind,
Mkoto kuyidakila kuhamuliwa na mundu yoyoha mwakujikita kuvya wabwina kwa gala geakugawona na kugahololela ngamwene na kukangamala ungolongondi wa udese na kumuyupa mtumu wa kunani kwa Chapanga. Mundu mwenuyo muyimu ndava ya mahalo gaki gegakumkonga gegihuma kwa vandu,
19 And not holding the Head, from which all the body by joints and bands having nourishment ministered, and knit together, increases with the increase of God.
na alekili kujiwunga na Kilisitu mweavili mutu wa higa yeniyo. Kupitila Kilisitu higa yoha yisopewa makakala na yikamulini pamonga kwa viiwungu vyaki na misekete yaki, na vyene vikula ngati cheigana Chapanga.
20 Wherefore if all of you be dead with Christ from the rudiments of the world, why, as though living in the world, are all of you subject to ordinances,
Nyenye mfwili pamonga na Kilisitu na kugombolewa mumakakala ga mizuka yeyilongosa mulima. Ndava kyani mwakona mwitama ngati vandu va mulima uwu? Ndava kyani myidakila malagizu ngati aga?
21 (Touch not; taste not; handle not;
“Mkoto kukamula ichi,” “Mkoto kumihyanga chila,” “Mkoto kupamisa chila!”
22 Which all are to perish with the using; ) after the commandments and doctrines of men?
Mambu genago goha ndi ndava ya vindu vyavihalabika pevitumika ndu, genago ndi malagizu na mawuliwu ga vandu ndu.
23 Which things have indeed a (logos) show of wisdom religious outlook, and humility, and neglecting of the body: not in any honour to the satisfying of the flesh.
Chakaka, malagizu genago gilolekana kuvya ngati yina luhala munjila ya kumuyupa Chapanga yemukujikitila mwavene. Kukangamalisa ungolongondi na kuyilongosa higa kwa ukali, nambu yangali mana mukubesa mnogo wa higa.
