< Acts 3 >

1 Now Peter and John went up together into the temple at the hour of prayer, being the ninth hour.
Khaw hypoet awhtaw Piter ingkaw Johan taw khawmy ben khawnoek pakthum, cykcah tym a pha awh bawkim na cet hy nih.
2 And a certain man lame from his mother's womb was carried, whom they laid daily at the gate of the temple which is called Beautiful, to ask alms of them that entered into the temple;
Cawh a nu ak phoen khui awhkawng ak kheemna ak thang thlang pynoet ce bawkim na kawt unawh ak leek soeih chawmkeng a keng awh ta uhy, anih ing ce myngawi bawkim khuina ak cetkhqi venawh kut dun poepa hy.
3 Who seeing Peter and John about to go into the temple asked an alms.
Anih ing Piter ingkaw Johan bawkim khui ani lut tawm awh ce hu qawi nawh, cekqawi a venna tangka thoeh hy.
4 And Peter, fastening his eyes upon him with John, said, Look on us.
Piter ingkaw Johan ing anih ce toek ceet nih nawh Piter ing, “Kainih ve ni toek qawi lah!” tina hy.
5 And he gave heed unto them, expecting to receive something of them.
Ce ak thlang ing ik-oeih ani pek hly ngaih-uu doena hak toek hy.
6 Then Peter said, Silver and gold have I none; but such as I have give I you: In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth rise up and walk.
Cehlai Piter ing, “Sui ingkaw tangka am ta nyng, cehlai ka taak dyn ve ni pe vang nyng: Nazareth Jesu ang ming ing na khaw ing cet,” tina hy.
7 And he took him by the right hand, and lifted him up: and immediately his feet and ankle bones received strength.
Cawh ak tang ben kutawh tu nawh thawh saw a khaw ingkaw am khuk ce nep pahoei hy.
8 And he leaping up stood, and walked, and entered with them into the temple, walking, and leaping, and praising God.
A khaw ing pet nawh cet pahoei hy. Cekqawi mi bawkim khuina ang pet doena Khawsa ce kyihcah nawh lut pahoei hy.
9 And all the people saw him walking and praising God:
A ceh doena Khawsa am kyihcah ce thlang boeih ing ami huh awh,
10 And they knew that it was he which sat for alms at the Beautiful gate of the temple: and they were filled with wonder and amazement at that which had happened unto him.

11 And as the lame man which was healed held Peter and John, all the people ran together unto them in the porch that is called Solomon's, greatly wondering.
Cawhkaw kut ak dun thlang ing Piter ingkaw Johan ce am tu huili awh, thlang boeih amik kawpoek kyi nawh, Solomon Imhloeih benna kawng dawng law uhy.
12 And when Peter saw it, he answered unto the people, All of you men of Israel, why marvel all of you at this? or why look all of you so earnestly on us, as though by our own power or holiness we had made this man to walk?
Cekkhqi ce Piter ing a huh awh, a mingmih a venawh, “Israel thlangkhqi aw, kawtih naming ngaih a kyi hy voei? Kainih ing ka nimah a saithainaak, am awhtaw, Khawsak thlang na kani awm a dawngawh, vawhkaw thlang ve ak ceh sak thai amyihna nami ni toek uh?
13 The God of Abraham, and of Isaac, and of Jacob, the God of our fathers, has glorified his Son Jesus; whom all of you delivered up, and denied him in the presence of Pilate, when he was determined to let him go.
Abraham, Isaak, Jakob ingkaw pakdamkhqi a Khawsa ing a tyihzawih Jesu ce zoeksang hawh hy. Nangmih ing anih ce him aham nami peek, Pilat ing anih ce hlah aham ngaih hlai hy, nangmih ing anih a haiawh maa uhyk ti.
14 But all of you denied the Holy One and the Just, and desired a murderer to be granted unto you;
Thlak ciim ingkaw thlak dyng ce qoeng unawh, thlang ak him ce hlah aham thoeh lat uhyk ti.
15 And killed the Prince of life, whom God has raised from the dead; whereof we are witnesses.
Hqingnaak kung ce him hlai uhyk ti, Khawsa ing anih ce thihnaak khui awhkawng thawh tlaih hawh hy. Kaimih ve dyihthing na awm unyng.
16 And his name through faith in his name has made this man strong, whom all of you see and know: yea, the faith which is by him has given him this perfect soundness in the presence of you all.
Ang ming cangnaak ak caming, vawhkaw thlang nangmih ing nami huh nawh nami sim ve qoei hawh hy. Jesu ang ming ing amah a venawh kawng ak law cangnaak ak caming ing ve ak thlang ve, nangmih boeih ing nami huh amyihna, qoei hawh hy.
17 And now, brethren, I know that through ignorance all of you did it, as did also your rulers.
Koeinaakhqi, nangmih anik hquikungkhqi ing am sim unawh ami sai amyihna, nangmih ingawm a sim kaana sai uhyk ti, tice sim nyng.
18 But those things, which God before had showed by the mouth of all his prophets, that Christ should suffer, he has so fulfilled.
Cehlai Khawsa ing a tawnghakhqi boeih a venawh anak kqawn hyt, Khrih ing khuikhanaak hu kaw, tice vemyihna soep sak hy.
19 Repent all of you therefore, and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, when the times of refreshing shall come from the presence of the Lord.
Cedawngawh nami thawlhnaak a ciimnaak a hamna zut unawh taw, Khawsa benna hlat lah uh, cawh ni Khawsa ven nakaw simqunaak ce pha law thai kawm saw,
20 And he shall send Jesus Christ, which before was preached unto you:
Jesu Khrih, nangmih aham a hoep ce awm a tyih law hly thai hy.
21 Whom the heaven must receive until the times of restitution of all things, which God has spoken by the mouth of all his holy prophets since the world began. (aiōn g165)

22 For Moses truly said unto the fathers, A prophet shall the Lord your God raise up unto you of your brethren, like unto me; him shall all of you hear in all things whatsoever he shall say unto you.
Ikawtih Mosi ing, ‘Bawipa nangmih a Khawsa ing nangmih aham kai amyihna ak awm tawngha pynoet ce nangmih anglak awhkawng awm law sak kaw; anih ing ak kqawn law boeih ce ngai pe kawm uk ti.
23 And it shall come to pass, that every soul, which will not hear that prophet, shall be destroyed from among the people.
U awm anih ak awm amak ngai ak thlang taw ak thlangkhqi ak khui awhkawng qoeng bat kaw,’ tinawh anak kqawn hy.
24 Yea, and all the prophets from Samuel and those that follow after, as many as have spoken, have likewise foretold of these days.
Oeih, Samuel awhkawng kqan nawh tawnghakhqi boeih ing, ami nak kqawn hawh amyihna, tuh tloek awhkaw ik-oeih ve anak kqawn oepchoeh hawh uhy.
25 All of you are the children of the prophets, and of the covenant which God made with our fathers, saying unto Abraham, And in your seed shall all the families of the earth be blessed.
Nangmih ve Khawsa ing tawnghakhqi ingkaw nami pakdamkhqi mi ami na sai awikamnaak qo ak pangkungkhqi na awm uhyk ti. Abraham a venawh, ‘Nang a cadilkhqi ak caming khawmdek thlang boeih ing zoseennaak hu kawm uh,’ ana tina hy.
26 Unto you first God, having raised up his Son Jesus, sent him to bless you, in turning away every one of you from his iniquities.
Khawsa ing a bibikung ce am thawh tlaih awh, thawlh lam awhkawng nangmih ce ning hlat sak khqi nawh zoseennaak peek aham lamma cyk na nangmih a venawh tyi law hy,” tinak khqi hy.
